Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence exerted by digital marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive methodology. To collect research data for this study, questionnaires and documentation were both used. In this study, 50 people were used as samples, and the Likert scale method was used to calculate the number of samples. Partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coefficient of determination (R2), and classical assumption test are the data analysis techniques used in this study. The research findings show that each factor used has a beneficial impact on consumer purchasing decisions Coffee Shop Lagi lagi chl as a result of Digital Marketing (X1) related to marketing knowledge. Quality of service (X2). Purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

Company management follows earnings management to influence the earnings reported in the financial statements. This study aims to analyze whether there are earnings management activities in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The data taken for this study are the financial reports of Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for 2017-2021. Earnings management is measured by the discretionary accrual method using the Modified Jones Model. This research shows that the discretionary accruals (DAC) for Islamic Commercial Banks in 2017-2021 have a minimum result of -1.3614 and a maximum result of 0.2917. This shows that there have been earnings management activities in Islamic Commercial Banks in the last 5 years. To reduce earnings management, the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) is asked to be truly qualified in carrying out its duties so that profit management of Islamic bank financial reports can be reduced, readers of financial reports are not deceived, and investors are not harmed.

Abstract

Penerapan pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan literasi ekonomi pada tingkatan SD di seluruh Indonesia sampai saat ini belum maksimal, bahkan terdapat di beberapa wilayah yang belum menerapkan pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan literasi ekonomi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Pendidikan Kecakapan Hidup Pada Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Literasi Ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara 3 narasumber. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kecakapan hidup pada sekolah dasar berbasis literasi ekonomi di SD Negeri 35 Tekolabbua sudah terimplementasi walaupun pemahaman soal pendidikan kecakapan hidup dan literasi ekonomi masih kurang. Implementasi pendidikan kecakapan hidup berbasis literasi ekonomi di SD Negeri 35 Tekolabbua dilakukan dengan menyelipkan pada pelaksanaan belajar mengajar dan langsung melakukan praktik menabung langsung dalam kelas.

Abstract

In general, families are less aware of the important impact of economic learning aspects on children so that they grow up as consumers who are not aware of the value of money. This study aims to determine the pattern of economic education applied by parents in forming economic rationality and entrepreneurship in children. This research used a qualitative method with a total of 6 informants whose criteria were traders. The results of the research are that the family economic education patterns applied by business actors are democratic, authoritarian, permissive and situational. However, the democratic education pattern is the economic education pattern in the family that is most often used in forming economic rationality and entrepreneurship in children.

Abstract

Writing this thesis aims to determine the sustainability of the clothing merchant business in the Baru market, Bantaeng Regency, by focusing on three variables, namely entrepreneurial literacy, digital literacy and business sustainability in 3 respondents as the research sample. This study uses qualitative methods, using data collection techniques with interviews, direct observation of the object of research. Then the research results were assessed using a qualitative approach technique. The data collection techniques above obtained the results of research showing that entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy of clothing traders in the Baru market, Bantaeng Regency, can be categorized as good enough to support the development of these clothing traders. This is because traders have an understanding of the business they have established, never neglect in carrying out their obligations and things that can interfere with the existence of the business. Meanwhile, business continuity shows that the clothing merchant business in New Market, Bantaeng Regency, can be categorized as quite good, because it can develop well.

Abstract

It is known that in realizing superior agriculture it is necessary to have human resources that encourage agricultural excellence in Indonesia, Indonesia is famous for its natural wealth, one of which is from the agricultural system, human resources play an important role in this. However, in realizing superior Indonesian agriculture, there are also many obstacles or risks experienced by human resources in their role. In addition, the problem that is often faced is the limitation of counseling in the field which results in agricultural risks. (Buntuang, P. C. D., & Adda, H. W, 2018). The purpose of this study is to find out how people think about the role of resources in Indonesian agriculture, whether it's what efforts are being made to develop Indonesian agriculture to excel, what strategies are being carried out and what are the obstacles experienced in the process of developing superior Indonesian agriculture.

Abstract

Youth participation in agriculture is decreasing from year to year. Agriculture was considered unprofitable, unclean, and stupid. The lack of enthusiasm of young people in agriculture will have an impact on the sustainability of agriculture. The pattern of agricultural entrepreneurship is considered capable of increasing farmers' income, which in turn stimulates the attention of young farmers in the agricultural sector. Furthermore, agricultural entrepreneurship is seen as able to provide a new view that agriculture does not have to be old-fashioned, unclean, or illiterate. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of young farmers in coffee cultivation. The research method used is descriptive, using a qualitative approach. The research data includes primary and secondary sources. Focus Group Discussion and Key Informant Interview approaches were used to obtain data. The key informants in this study were young farmers aged between 18 and 40 years who had their own coffee plantations, came from farming families, and processed their own coffee. Three steps of data analysis were used: data condensation, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. According to the findings of this survey, young farmers between the ages of 19 and 40 are interested in starting their own coffee plantations. This interest stems from the possibility of increasing income through processed coffee. In addition to increasing income, the prestige of being a coffee farmer and processor provides a fresh perspective and pride for young farmers. Access to capital is felt to be lacking because land ownership is still controlled by the family, as well as a lack of discipline and character as an entrepreneur, are some of the challenges faced by young farmers in doing business

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of digital marketing on increasing UMKM’s income in Polewali district, Polewali Mandar regency. This research was categorized as qualitative descriptive research. 12345 Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Makassar the data were collected through observation and distributing questionnaires. The UMKM population was 726 respondents consisting of small businesses amounted to 636 respondents, 77 micro businesses, 13 small businesses and 42 respondents were selected as sampel. In this study using a sampling technique that is proportionate sampling. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the study showed that they were simultaneous, digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on the income of UMKM in Polewali district. The determinant test of R in this study resulted in a value of determinant R 0.214 showing the level of the influence of digital marketing variables on income 21%, with the rest explained by other variables human resources, capital, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the existence of a modern market on the income of traditional market traders in Indonesia Pasar Sentral Pangkep Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan. This study uses qualitative research with an interactive approach and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques which are then analyzed. Based on the results of interviews obtained, the results of this study show that the existence of modern markets is close together pasar sentral pangkep have an influence on the income of traders in pasar sentral pangkep Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. The presence of modern markets can have an impact on the income of traditional market traders, namely reducing their income, especially traders of mixed goods, bags and clothes, shoes/sandals. The decrease in income by 49% is due to the decrease in consumers in traditional markets who prefer modern markets with the facilities and infrastructure offered by modern markets that can make consumers more comfortable and safe, the prices offered are relatively cheap with high quality goods. Buyers also sometimes get discounts that can attract buyers.

Abstract

This research explains the phenomenon of Gen-Z social climber behavior towards the development of coffee shops in Palopo city. This research aims to find out the meaning of coffee shop for Gen-Z life, Coffee Shop as a Marker of Gen-Z Social Identity, and Efforts to Fulfill Gen-Z Lifestyle Needs towards Social Climber Formation Behavior. The type of research used is a qualitative data processing method through a phenomenological approach and data collection is carried out with 3 methods, namely observation, interviews, and documentation with 5 informants. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the research, it can be obtained a general picture that Gen-Z in Palopo city visits and makes coffee shops as secondhome with the intention of showing their lifestyle as a symbolic message to someone who sees it, because other people's judgments are seen from what is shown. The lifestyle of hanging out in coffee shops displayed by them is solely to please or satisfy themselves for the recognition of their social class identity. The efforts they make to fulfill this lifestyle include working and saving.
