Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of PP 24/1997 in the process of registering the transfer of land rights due to inheritance based on the statement of heirs, and to find out the process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office not using the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights as stipulated in PP 24 /1997, but using a statement letter based on heirs. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely the purposeful sampling, which is carried out by taking subjects based on a specific purpose, citing limited time, effort and cost, so it cannot be obtained. taking samples that are large in number and far apart.1 Especially PPAT, the main criterion in determining the sample is PPAT who has been in contact with the Makassar City Land Office in relation to land registration. The results showed that the registration of the transfer of land rights due to inheritance applied by the Makassar City Land Office could be carried out only by making a statement of heirs on the basis of a statement of heirs whose contents designate one of the heirs as the right holder, the registration of the transfer of rights can be directly carried out. without any legal action before the authorized official, namely PPAT, by making a deed of sharing rights together. The process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office does not use the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights due to strong customary influence so that there are still many community members who transfer land rights under their hands. Abstract

The teaching of Nahwu-Sharaf as an important foundation in understanding classical Islamic texts has undergone significant development along with the advancement of digital technology. This article discusses how the teaching of Nahwu-Sharaf has been transformed through the use of Android/iOS-based mobile applications, both in terms of methods, media, and learner acceptance. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of users and developers of Arabic teaching applications. The results show that the use of applications such as “Nahwu Wadhih”, “Tashrifan”, and “Learning Arabic” provides a significant improvement in understanding the basic concepts of nahwu-sharaf, as well as creating a more interactive and flexible learning environment.

Abstract

Organisasi dituntut untuk mengelola dan memahami kondisi yang ada di dalam lembaganya. Sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh yang sangat penting dalam memajukan organisasi, terutama pada Perguruan Tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku kewargaan organisasi (OCB) dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja Dosen di Perguruan Tinggi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen pada beberapa perguruan tinggi swasta di Lampung yang berjumlah 68 orang menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku OCB berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen di perguruan tinggi swasta, dan komitmen organisasi juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi yayasan dan pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta untuk merancang kebijakan yang mendorong perilaku OCB dengan memberikan penghargaan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, dan membangun sistem penilaian kinerja yang mengakomodasi aspek OCB. Kebijakan ini sangat penting untuk sustainbility perguruan tinggi swasta yang mendukung pengembangan karir dosen dan meningkatkan akreditasi institusi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of different concentrations of Lactobacillus plantarum starter culture on the organoleptic characteristics of cow milk dadih. The experimental design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments included untreated cow milk dadih (P0), cow milk dadih with the addition of Lactobacillus plantarum starter at concentrations of 2% (P1), 3% (P2), 4% (P3), and 5% (P4). The material used in this study was cow’s milk. The observed variables were organoleptic characteristics (color, texture, aroma, taste, and level of preference) assessed through a hedonic test by 10 panelists. The data obtained were analyzed using the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis comparative test. If the Kruskal-Wallis test showed significant differences, it was followed by the Mann-Whitney test to identify which treatments differed significantly. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software. The analysis results showed that the addition of Lactobacillus plantarum had no significant effect on the color and taste of the dadih (P>0.05), but had a significant effect on texture, aroma, and level of preference (P<0.05). It was concluded that the addition of Lactobacillus plantarum starter at a concentration of 3% (P2) was the best treatment, providing a stronger aroma, a texture closer to panelist preferences, and the highest level of preference compared to the other treatments.

Abstract

Civic development in primary schools is a process that improves the quality of learning and creates an inspiring environment for students to instill civic values. The purpose of this study is to examine the development of civics in primary schools. The research method is literature review. The results of this study indicate that the development of Civics learning in primary schools is a process to improve the quality of learning and create a conducive environment for students to promote civic values. With good Civics Education, students are expected to understand their rights and obligations as citizens, respect differences, behave democratically, and participate in building a better society.

Abstract

This study examines the social, economic, and tourism impacts on the lives of the community in Penglipuran Tourism Village. The research highlights that the growth of tourism significantly increases local income by approximately 150–300%, fosters the creation of new business opportunities, and contributes to the preservation of Balinese culture and traditions. Tourism development not only strengthens the village’s cultural identity but also enhances social cohesion through community-based tourism initiatives. In addition, the adoption of digital technologies, such as cashless payment systems and electronic ticketing, has improved transaction efficiency, transparency, and market expansion, while also providing better services for visitors. Despite these benefits, several challenges have emerged, including growing environmental pressures, waste management issues, and the potential widening of economic inequality between residents directly involved in tourism and those who are not. These challenges indicate that tourism development can also create socio-economic gaps and place strains on the village’s natural resources if not managed carefully. Therefore, sustainable tourism management becomes crucial in balancing cultural preservation, economic equity, and environmental protection. This study suggests that policies integrating community participation, equitable economic distribution, and environmental sustainability are essential to ensure long-term positive impacts. Ultimately, Penglipuran Tourism Village can serve as a model for sustainable rural tourism development in Indonesia and beyond.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca pada siswa sekolah dasar di SDN 064011 Medan. Kemampuan membaca merupakan fondasi krusial bagi keberhasilan akademis siswa. Namun, banyak siswa masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menguasai keterampilan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan 5 guru kelas rendah (kelas 1-3) dan 10 siswa yang teridentifikasi mengalami kesulitan membaca. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi di kelas, dan analisis dokumen Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti metode fonik, penggunaan media visual, pendekatan individual, dan pembiasaan membaca di luar jam pelajaran. Meskipun demikian, efektivitas strategi ini bervariasi tergantung pada tingkat kesulitan siswa dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Temuan ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan guru yang lebih terstruktur mengenai strategi membaca, pengadaan media pembelajaran yang beragam, dan kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara guru dan orang tua. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami praktik terbaik dan tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan membaca.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR) on profit growth at PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period 2014–2024. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and utilizes multiple linear regression analysis. Data were gathered from financial report documentation and a literature study. The F-test results indicate that GPM and ITR, when considered together, have no significant effect on profit growth, with an F-statistic value of 1.065, which is lower than the F-table value of 5.318, and a significance value of 0.389 > 0.05. Furthermore, the t-test results reveal that GPM (t-statistic 1.122; p = 0.295) and ITR (t-statistic 0.160; p = 0.877) do not have a significant partial effect on profit growth, as the significance values of both variables are higher than 0.05. The findings suggest that GPM and ITR are not the primary factors influencing the company's profit growth. Therefore, it is recommended that external factors such as market conditions, industry trends, and economic variables should be considered more carefully in managerial decision-making. This study contributes to the understanding of financial performance analysis, providing insights for both academics and practitioners in the field of corporate finance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the level of preference of the panelists with the addition ofMoringa leaf flour on the quality of color, taste, texture of Serati duck nuggets. This research methodused a completelyrandomized design (CRD) with five treatments and four repetitions totaling 20 trialsconsisting of: (P0) duck meat 250 g + wheat flour 100 g, (P1) duck meat 250g + wheat flour 90 g +moringa leaf flour 10 g, (P2) duck meat 250 g + wheat flour 80 g + moringa leaf flour 20 g, (P3) duckmeat 250 g + wheat flour 70 g + moringa leaf flour 30 g and (P4) duck meat 250 g + wheat flour 60 g+ moringa leaf flour 40 g. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (Anova/Analysis OfVariance), if the results show an effect then proceed with the DMRT test (DuncanMultiple Range Test)at 5% level. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 21 software (IBM, USA). The resultsshowed that the addition of moringa leaf flour to the Serati duck nuggets with had a significant effect(P<0,05) on color, taste and texture.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much income the egg-laying duck farming business makesin Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency and evaluate the amount of fixed costs, variable costs,revenue costs, profits and break even points of the laying duck farming business in Aluh-AluhDistrict. This research be carried out in Aluh-Aluh District in Banjar Regency, SouthKalimantan. This research be carried out from March to December 2023 includingpreparation, carrying out surveys or data collection, as well as the process of making reports.The research method used in this research is the survey method, where the data taken is in theform of primary and secondary data. The results of this research show that the average incomeof broiler duck breeders in Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency is different for each scale ofbusiness owned. The largest income was Rp. 597,137,816, with a business scale of 1000heads and the smallest is Rp. 206,704,600 with a business scale of 500 people. With abusiness scale of 1000 heads the income obtained is much grat than with a business scale of500 heads. A large business scale does not guarantee that the income earned will also be large,it all depends on the management carried out by egg-laying duck breeders in Aluh-AluhDistrict, Banjar Regency. The laying duck farming business in Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency with a business scale of 500-1000 birds can be said to be profitable and efficientbecause it has a profit value of R/C>1, namely with an average of 1.5 and a Break Even Point(BEP) value that is The highest is on a scale of 1000 ducks with a total of 263,678 eggs andthe lowest Break Even Point (BEP) is on a scale of 500 ducks with a total of 135,402 eggs.
