Pertumbuhan perusahaan yang semakin tinggi mengakibatkan persaingan di setiap sektor usaha juga semakin sengit, untuk mampu bertahan dalam persaingan dan meningkakan volume penjualan , perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang baru dan matang. Tentu saja, dalam perusahaan yang sudah mapan, peningkatan volume penjualan membutuhkan strategi operasional. Penelitian ini berfokus meneliti penerapan strategi manajemen operasional perusahaan manufaktur PT Godrej Indonesia melalui segi sumber daya manusia, desan kerja, pengukuran jam kerja, manajemen proyek, strategi proses dan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini juga meneliti perubahan dari perusahaan sebelum adanya pandemi Covid-19 dan setelahnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan salah satu keberhasilan perusahaan adalah mengubah strategi proses dan manajemen proyek melalui menciptakan produk kebersihan bernama Saniter sebagai bentuk dari respon terhadap pandemic. Steak Corner merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner. Restoran ini didirikan oleh Bapak Raymond pada tanggal 25 Februari 2022 dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 11 orang. Sebelumnya, restoran ini masih belum mempunyai menu digital. Hal ini tentunya sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan restoran. Maka dari itu, penulis akan mendampingi dalam perancangan menu digital pada Steak Corner sehingga perancangan menu digital tersebut dapat dijadikan salah satu media untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Proyek ini diharapkan dapat direkomendasikan untuk kegiatan PkM ke depannya.

Having unlimited needs and wants, humans as economic beings will struggle to meet their needs. In this modern era, shopping for human needs and desires has become easier to do with the availability of various stores and malls to online retail. This ease of shopping has increased interest in shopping for unlimited material needs and indulges Indonesians to continue making purchases in order to develop uncontrolled compulsive buying behavior. Therefore the authors aim to examine the effect of materialism on compulsive buying mediated by the use of credit cards and impulsive buying. The object of this research is credit card users in Batam. Sampling was done by giving a google form questionnaire to credit card users in the city of Batam. Demographic data of respondents were then analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25.0 and analysis of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable was carried out using Smart PLS version 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that the variables of materialism, use of credit cards and impulsive buying have a significant effect on compulsive buying.

PT. Astra Honda Motor adalah sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di industri penghasil produk berupa kendaraan seperti mobil, motor, dan perlengkapan alat-alat kendaraan. Sebagai sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang memiliki aktivitas operasional, tentu diperlukan manajemen operasional untuk memastikan bahwa tahap dan prosedur aktivitas operasioal tersebut dilakukan secara baik dan benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami lebih dalam kebijakan manajemen operasional PT. Astra Honda Motor sebelum, selama, dan sesudah pandemi, dan melakukan analisis bagaimana kebijakan tersebut telah membantu perusahaan untuk bertahan selama masa pandemi. Objek penelitian adalah PT. Astra Honda Motor, dan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dimana penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis data berdasarkan landasan teori manajemen operasional. Teori manajemen operasional yang akan dianalisis adalah project management, managing quality, process strategy, dan location strategy. Hasil dari analisis menemukan bahwa PT. Astra Honda Motor terus melakukan penyesuaian dan perencanaan ulang pada kebijakan manajemen operasionalnya untuk menyesuaikan kondisi pasar dan ekonomi, oleh karena itu perusahaan masih terus bisa bertahan meski terdapat masa sulit yang disebabkan oleh fenomenca Covid-19

Shopping sites or online buying and selling applications are growing and diverse due to advances in systems and technology. More and more types and methods of payment are being offered, one of which is Paylater. This study aims to discuss and deepen the analysis of the factors of the paylater by testing the effect on the impulsive buying of online consumers in Batam City. This study also analyzes the factors, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Security that can affect the intention to use the paylater. The research data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 206 respondents who used the paylater and processed using the SmartPLS 3. The results of the data processing and analysis conducted showed that there was a significant effect on the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived security of intention to use paylater but perceived ease of use did not have the same relationship with intention to use the paylater. The results of this study also showed a significant relationship between the intention to use paylater to online impulsive buying in Batam City.

The live-streaming trend is increasingly widespread among Indonesian people, especially teenagers. This feature is widely used by sellers or e-commerce to promote their products and services to attract and increase consumer purchasing intention. Many factors affect consumer purchase intention using the live broadcast feature. Therefore, this study analyzes the factors influencing purchase intention: interactivity, media richness, technology acceptance models (perceived usefulness & perceived ease of use), perceived risk, and streamer's credibility. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed online using a google form to 209 respondents in Batam City. This study revealed that interactivity, media richness, and perceived risk affect purchase intention. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and streamer's credibility did not affect online consumer purchase intentions via live streaming shopping. This study is expected to help consumers in transactions using live-streaming shopping.

The increasingly rapid development of the economy and technology can affect people's daily lives. Purpose of this research is to test and analyze how much customer loyalty using Netflix is influenced by service quality and reputation mediated by customer trust and customer satisfaction in the Indonesian people. This study uses quantitative methods using descriptive statistics, then survey in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the Indonesian people who were the object of research and the total sample that could be tested was 401 data. The research data was processed using the SmartPLS 3 application. Result data showed that all independent variables significantly affected customer loyalty of the Indonesian people, except quality of service on customer loyalty was not significant.

Di Kota Batam, bidang usaha laundry dapat ditemukan dimana–mana, tetapi dikarenakan terlalu banyaknya pengusaha di bidang ini maka persaingan menjadi sangat sengit. Impian Laundry ingin melakukan pemasaran digital supaya usaha dapat bertahan dalam persaingan pasar. Selain itu, usaha juga ingin memperbaharui citra mereknya atau rebranding karena sebelum dikenal sebagai Impian Laundry, usaha ini bernama Laundry Loliwash. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional dan tantangan yang dialami oleh Impian Laundry. Luaran yang diterapkan penulis adalah pembuatan content planner serta akun media sosial instagram Impian Laundry, pendaftaran google maps, promosi melalui instagram ads, perancangan serta pencetakan logo baru Impian Laundry, dan pembuatan banner. Hasil dari luaran kerja praktek memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan yaitu Impian Laundry memperoleh peningkatan laba dan berhasil menjangkau banyak calon pelanggan dengan bantuan promosi media digital/online. Upaya rebranding Impian Laundry juga berhasil dengan adanya logo usaha yang baru dan akun instagram.

This study aims to analyze the operations at PT. Kimia Farma before, during and after the covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors including the health sector, so further analysis is carried out regarding the operational changes that have occurred at PT. Kimia Farma. The research method used is a qualitative approach by processing secondary data. The results of this study summarize the operations of PT. Kimia Farma in designing a product both finished products and raw materials, warehouse locations, factories, research sites and company assets such as strategic medicine gardens, supply chain processes to inventory management PT. Kimia Farma.
