Abstract

Setiap perusahaan tentunya membutuhkan yang namanya pengelolaan dan penyaluran produk secara baik. Maka dari itu, pengelolaan penyaluran atau yang dikenal sebagai rantai pasok berbasis sistem ERP diterapkan oleh PT Semen Gresik. Sistem ERP sendiri digunakan perusahaan dalam menyederhanakan proses operasional. Artikel ditulis dengan tujuan akan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana pengaruh manajemen rantai pasok berbasis sistem ERP dalam meningkatkan kinerja PT. Semen Gresik Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode kualitatif dimana memiliki sifat deskriptif dan mengarah ke analisis. Analisis pun membahas mengenai penerapan sistem SCM, ERP dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang dimana hasil menentukan bahwa kinerja perusahaan PT Semen Gresik mengalami peningkatan semenjak penerapan ERP dilakukan pada tahun 2003.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen rantai pasok berbasis sistem ERP dalam meningkatkan kinerja PT. Duta Multi Karya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif dengan mengaitkan analisis perusahaan dengan dasar teoritikal yang tertuang pada rangkuman tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen rantai pasok berbasis sistem perencanaan sumber daya perusahaan memudahkan kontrol dan evaluasi pihak manajemen terkait proses bisnis perusahaan. Hal ini meningkatkan internal kontrol perusahaan yang berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing dan brand awareness terhadap purchase intention brand fashion erigo apparel dimediasi brand image. Metode penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini ialah pengguna media sosial yang merupakan penduduk Kota Batam. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 308 responden. Sumber data penelitian ini ialah data primer yang diperoleh langsung melalui responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Content Marketing, Brand image berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention Brand Fashion Erigo Apparel. Social Media Marketing, website dan brand awareness tidak berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention Brand Fashion Erigo Apparel. Brand Image Memediasi Hubungan Tidak Langsung Website terhadap Purchase Intention Brand Fashion Erigo Apparel. Abstract

Revolusi industri merupakan suatu perubahan efektivitas dan efisiensi dimana suatu produk kita ketahui bahwa banyak produk-produk yang menjadi saingan dalam pasaran termasuk teknologi sampai produk rumah tangga, hal ini merupakan fenomena yang bagus dalam mengetahui willingness to pay premium product pada jaman sekarang. Dimana kita ketahui bahwa suatu brand sangat mempengaruhi daya tarik seseorang dalam membeli suatu produk namun bukan berarti Branding dapat dikalahkan dengan harga yang sesuai kantong atau kemampuan pada setiap pembeli. Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan mengetahui willingness to pay premium product pada pembersih rumah tangga dengan brand Love sebagai mediasi yang dipengaruhi dari variabel brand image, availlability, price, brand experience dan brand trust. Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini adalah generasi Milenial/Y/Z di Kota Batam,dimana perolehan sampel yaitu sebanyak 283 responden. Selanjutnya, pengolahan data responden pada sampel ini akan memanfaatkan software SmartPLS.3.2.9. Perolehan data uji pada penelitian ini yaitu uji direct memperlihatkan willingness to pay premium product  dipengaruhi posisitif terhadap brand image dan brand trust sedangkan brand availlability, price, dan brand experiencei tidak.adapun hasil uji indirect melalui brand love berhasil memediasi price, brand trust dan brand love, sedangkan availability dan brand experience tidak

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Ease of Use, Brand Image, Service Quality and Website Quality on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 400 people whose people are domiciled in Batam City and who have or are currently using the Netflix application. The sampling technique used is using the purposive sampling method in which the data used in this study is sourced from primary data such as distributing online questionnaires using Google Form. The final result of the study said that customer satisfaction was not influenced by promotion, but customer satisfaction was significantly influenced by ease of use, brand image, service quality and website quality. Then customer loyalty is significantly influenced by promotion, service quality, website quality and customer satisfaction, but customer loyalty is not influenced by ease of use and brand image.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in early 2020 forced the economic sector to adapt and innovate. One of them is by switching to using an online system. This shift can be seen in many online businesses that are growing and diversifying. So this of course changes consumer buying behavior, especially online consumer purchase intentions. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the purchase intention factors of online consumers after the Covid-19 pandemic. This test is carried out by looking at whether there is an influence between social present factors, psychological distance, trust, and engagement influencing online consumer purchase intentions and the impact of mediation by engagement.Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 170 online consumers in Batam City. The research data was processed and analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of data processing and analysis show that social presence, trust, and engagement affect online consumer purchase intentions. While psychological distance does not affect. Engagement does not have a mediating effect on these relationships

Abstract

Purpose – This research aimed to examine the impact of business model innovation (BMI), competitive advantage (CA), learning capability (LC), technological capability (TC), and relational capability (RC) on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sustainable performance (SP). Additionally, the mediating role of LC in the relationship between TC and RC, as well as the SP of SMEs is explored. Methodology – This research uses primary data obtained from a questionnaire completed by 210 respondents. Purpose sampling which focuses on culinary SMEs is adopted, specifically in Batam City, and has been operating for at least 3 years. Findings – The result showed a significant impact of CA, TC, LC, and RC on the SP of SMEs in Batam City. Furthermore, there is no significant influence from BMI, and LC is identified as a mediating factor in the relationship between TC and SP. Originality – The research reports the latest information and analysis related to factors that can help SMEs maintain their SP. These include the absence of the role of BMI and the discovery of the mediating impact of LC and TC on the SP of SMEs.

Abstract

The purpose was to study the factors of attitudes, subjective norms, financial self-efficacy, financial knowledge, and personality traits of young investors towards investment intentions (The Planned Behaviour Theory). The research method used is causal comparative research with the sudents pupolation in Batam City within the age range of 20-34 years. There is moderating and two mediations variable used to analyse whether the variable is related to investment intentions. The results showed that the variable financial knowledge mediated by attitude affects directly towards investment intentions. The variable personality traits of investors mediated by financial independence have indirect effect on investment intentions. In addition, risk taking indicators on investor personality traits moderate affect the overall financial self-efficacy on investment intentions in millennials. Positive significance also occurs in investor personality variables on financial knowledge whereas the variable Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) on investment intentions has a significant effect only on the variable such as attitude and subjective norms. The financial self-efficacy variable on investment intentions is not significant to the millennial.

Abstract

Imported products that are often favored are instant noodles, there is also an urge to immediately try and buy these products in line with current trends. The research was carried out with the aim of knowing brand loyalty in imported instant noodle products with brand trust as a mediation which was influenced by the variables of brand experience, perceived value, brand association, and brand awareness. The sample of this research is the Millennial/Y/Z generation in Batam City, with a sample of 408 data. Furthermore, the processing of this sample data will utilize the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The finding of this study showed that brand loyalty has direct effect by brand experience, perceived value, and brand trust, while brand association and brand awareness were not. The direct test also shows that brand trust is positively and significantly influenced by perceived value, brand association, and brand trust, while brand experience is not. The indirect test results through brand trust only succeeded in mediating brand awareness on brand loyalty, while other variables did not.

Abstract

The research in this article will examine whether perceived usefulness, privacy and security of e-wallets, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust mediated by behavioral intention affect the use of e-wallets. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained by distributing questionnaires using a google form to 230 respondents. The research data is processed using the smart PLS 3 program. The results of this study are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust have a positive effect on behavioral intention and e-wallet use. For privacy and security, this variable has a positive effect on behavioral intention but has no relationship with e-wallet use. In addition, the study also found a positive relationship between behavioral intention and e-wallet use, so it can be concluded that the actual use of an e-wallet is determined by the user's intention to use it. Therefore, users should be given an understanding of this faster and easier transaction to encourage usage.
