Apple Inc. is a technology company based in Cupertino, California which was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronal Wayne. Apple produces hardware (hardware) and software (software). This study aims to analyze the operational activities and aggregate planning owned by the Apple company. The data collection technique used is secondary data. The research method used in this research is qualitative. Based on the analysis results obtained, that the type of process strategy used by Apple in manufacturing products is a repetitive focus strategy, even though Apple had slumped in terms of managing its supply chain, employees and inventories during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Apple managed to rise from the slump and began designing a new strategy to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic

In implementing company operations, maximizing the performance of the company requires operational management to carry out its work as the most valuable and important part to be understood by the company. PT. Gudang Garam TBK as a company engaged in the manufacture of clove cigarettes, known as kretek cigarettes, is the object of this study. The research method used is to collect documentation, information and news relating to PT. TBK Salt Warehouse. The results of the research show that: (1) PT. Gudang Garam TBK continues to increase market share in this industry, there are many competitors, the decline in the economy and people's purchasing power, the pandemic, the increase in excise tax are all challenges by the company; (2) During the pandemic, PT. Gudang Garam TBK continues to fulfill its promise to ensure that customers have access to a variety of Gudang Garam goods that are of high quality and a consistent level of freshness, easy to obtain, and meet customer needs; (3) The difference is felt in the operations of PT. Gudang Garam TBK before the pandemic employees worked in factories without anyone WFH so that their operations could be controlled properly; (4) In quality control it is known that PT. Gudang Garam TBK will continue to carry out and carry out its objectives in following the wishes of consumers so that they can be interested and buy the company's products which will also increase sales.

UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi kain tradisional yang bercorak dan beroperasi di Kota Batam. UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung belum memiliki sistem dalam aktivitas proses bisnisnya. Dengan demikian, artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan untuk menanalisa manajemen rantai pasokan serta memberikan konsep penerapan sistem ERP pada UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari pemilik UMKM, pada masa pandemi UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung memiliki kendala dalam proses pemesanan bahan baku karena tidak efisiennya serta tidak terintegrasinya proses bisnis dalam UMKM Kain Tenun Khas Tarutung sehingga berdampak pada penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah menggunakan metode kualitiatif berupa wawancara serta teknik pengumpulan data sekunder yang menggunakan studi dokumentasi untuk mendukung penelitian ini.

Bakso Arek Malang merupakan tempat makan yang menjual aneka bakso yang berlokasi di Tiban Koperasi Blok U No. 05. Usaha Bakso Arek Malang memiliki permasalahan yaitu tidak memiliki strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk usahanya dan lokasi usaha yang sulit dijangkau oleh pihak lain. orang, dan lokasi bisnis yang tidak banyak diketahui orang. Solusi untuk masalah ini adalah merancang pemasaran digital, membuat akun media sosial, dan mendaftarkan lokasi bisnis di Google Maps. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengimplementasikan digital marketing untuk usaha bakso dan memudahkan konsumen mengetahui lokasi Bakso Arek Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari pemilik usaha Bakso Arek Malang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah usaha Bakso Arek Malang memiliki akun di media sosial untuk digital marketing dan lokasi usaha Bakso Arek Malang sudah masuk ke Google Maps

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer purchase intention in the online marketplace in Batam City. The independent variables proposed in this study include trust, convenience, customer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motive, which are mediated by the attitude towards online shopping and moderated by trust in website. The research methodology used is quantitative. The data used is primary data from the results of a survey using an online questionnaire with 300 respondents. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study found that trust and convenience did not have a significant positive effect on attitudes toward online shopping. Consumer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motives have a significant positive influence on attitude toward online shopping. Attitude toward online shopping affects purchase intention. Trust in website does not provide a moderating effect between attitudes toward online shopping and purchase intention. From the results of our research, it can be seen that consumer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motives have a role in shaping consumer attitudes toward online shopping. Then the attitude will determine the purchase intention for products sold in online marketplaces.

Persaingan antar perusahaan saat ini mengharuskan setiap perusahaan untuk terus mengembangkan setiap aspek yang ada di dalam bisnis nya. Bagi perusahaan pengolah, salah satu aspek yang harus selalu ditingkatkan adalah proses pembuatan produk nya dari bahan baku menjadi produk akhir. Berkat kemajuan teknologi, proses rantai pasok suatu perusahaan sekarang dapat di bantu dengan software ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan ERP pada SCM dalam PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia yang merupakan perusahaan produksi susu terbesar di Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan metode kualitatif melalui data yang diperoleh dari literatur mengenai topik yang diteliti. Berdasarkan analisis penerapan ERP kepada manajemen rantai pasok di PT. Frisian Flag Indonesia, ERP yang digunakan yaitu SAP memudahkan administrasi distribusi dalam melacak produk di gudang dan produk yang telah didistribusikan secara real time sehingga meminimalisir kekurangan produk dan kecurangan dalam internal gudang perusahaan. Halal is an essential factor for Muslim consumers in choosing products and services. Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Producers must understand the factors that influence consumer buying behavior towards halal products. Sales of halal products are increasing, especially demand from Muslim consumers. This study aims to determine consumer buying behavior when buying halal products in Indonesia. This study involves the variables of halal awareness, halal logo, attitude, halal marketing, and halal image as independent variables, and buying behavior as the dependent variable. This study uses quantitative research methodology. The research data used primary data. Primary data was collected through a survey using a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was created using Google Forms and distributed online to respondents. The data collection technique uses a probability sampling technique. The samples are selected randomly. The sample data was 320 respondents. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to predict the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that halal attitudes and images influence consumer behavior when buying halal products. Halal awareness, halal logo, and halal marketing do not influence consumer buying behavior when buying halal products. The findings of this study have implications for marketers and manufacturers in developing marketing strategies for halal products in Indonesia. Marketers need to understand the needs and preferences of Muslim consumers by building a positive attitude and halal image on the products sold. The availability of halal products in the market can help drive more buying behavior toward halal products.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in early 2020 forced the economic sector to adapt and innovate. One of them is by switching to using an online system. This shift can be seen in many online businesses that are growing and diversifying. So this of course changes consumer buying behavior, especially online consumer purchase intentions. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the purchase intention factors of online consumers after the Covid-19 pandemic. This test is carried out by looking at whether there is an influence between social present factors, psychological distance, trust, and engagement influencing online consumer purchase intentions and the impact of mediation by engagement.Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 170 online consumers in Batam City. The research data was processed and analyzed using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of data processing and analysis show that social presence, trust, and engagement affect online consumer purchase intentions. While psychological distance does not affect. Engagement does not have a mediating effect on these relationships

SIPlah is a digital marketplace for the procurement of goods and services in educational units is a strategic step to take advantage of the potential of the digital marketplace which is used by more than 63 thousand schools out of 440 thousand schools throughout Indonesia. The socialization of SIPLah is a necessary thing to do, especially for MSMEs that the education market ecosystem can support the growth and benefit of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to conduct material preparation and training for MSMEs using the SIPlah platform as a digital marketplace to help the growth and development of MSMEs. Learning material is divided into two forms, namely material in the form of video and digital modules. This material is implemented through training and demonstrations to employees of Toko Modern Sukses in person and online. After training and material implementation, store employees can operate the application independently. Also, Toko Modern Sukses has a new marketplace and a significant increase in Toko Modern Sukses revenue by 50.63%.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence of the internal and external conditions of banking companies on stock returns. The internal conditions in this study consist of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Furthermore, the external conditions referred to are inflation and interest (BI Rate). This study used SPSS version 26 program for descriptive statistics analysis, then continued with testing using the E-Views version 10 program to analyze the relationship between variables. Based on the result of hypothesis testing with E-Views, the results show that the CAR and DER variables have a significant positive effect on stock return, while LDR has a significant negative effect. For the NPL and inflation variables on stock returns, the results show that there are not significant effect with negative coefficient. And interest (BI Rate) does not have a significant effect with a positive coefficient
