Abstract

This research was carried out in Penyasawan Village on 28 March – 28 April 2022. This study aims to analyze the investment, total costs, income, profits, feasibility, and business prospects of freshwater pomfret enlargement in cages in Penyesawan Village. The method used in this study is a survey method with 32 respondents as freshwater pomfret cultivators. The analysis used in this research is business analysis. There are two sizes of cages cultivated by farmers, namely small cages (8×3×2 m) and large cages (10×3×2 m). The results showed that for small cages, the investment of IDR60.531.480/year, the total cost is IDR115.775.107/year, the income is IDR179.874.000/year, and the profit is Rp64.098.893/year. For large cages, the investment is IDR80.223.080/year, the total cost is IDR157.065.240/year, the income is IDR246.834.000/year, and the profit is IDR89.768.760/year. Based on business feasibility, large cages are more feasible than small cages. Based on the prospects, this business is good in terms of profit, marketing, and environmental carrying capacity.

Abstract

Introduction: Everyone, especially housewives, has daily activities that must be completed, such as waking up and so on. Therefore, daily activities or activities need to be managed properly and correctly so as not to cause health problems, especially neck and arm pain. Objective: This community service project aims to improve the knowledge and ability of partners in carrying out daily tasks at work to reduce arm and neck pain. Method: The technique used is partner counseling and mentoring. The partners or participants involved were 40 housewives domiciled in Berua and Tamalanrea Districts, Makassar City who did not work as civil servants or private employees. Results: The results of the study before being given counseling and mentoring showed that 33 people (82.5%) had insufficient knowledge and skills, 5 people (12.5%) had sufficient knowledge and 2 people (5%) had good knowledge, and after receiving counseling and mentoring none had insufficient knowledge and skills, 9 people (22.5%) had sufficient knowledge and 31 people (77.5%) had good knowledge. Conclusion: counseling accompanied by activity support can increase mothers' understanding of how to prevent neck and arm pain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada bisnis jasa Wedding Organizer Salon Reza di Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 351 orang pelanggan Salon Reza. Pengujian instrument penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas dengan SPSS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model structural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Hipotesis pertama, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konstruk variabel kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada bisnis jasa Wedding Organizer Salon Reza di Kabupaten Kolaka. Hipotesis kedua, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konstruk variabel kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada bisnis jasa Wedding Organizer Salon Reza di Kabupaten Kolaka. This study aims to determine: the effect of service quality and price perceptions on customer satisfaction in the Salon Reza Wedding Organizer service business in Kolaka Regency. This study uses a quantitative method approach. Collecting data in this study using literature, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Sample of 351 Salon Reza customers in this study. Testing the research instrument using the validity test and reliability test with SPSS. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS. Based on the results of the study it is known that the first hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the constructs of service quality variables on customer satisfaction in the Salon Reza Wedding Organizer service business in Kolaka Regency. The second hypothesis, there is a positive and significant influence between the constructs of service quality variables on customer satisfaction in the Salon Reza Wedding Organizer service business in Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Muara Nibung Village, Pandan District, Tapanuli Tengah Regency, North Sumatra Province with the aim of knowing the amount of investment, profits and the level of feasibility of fishing for a Bagan Tancap fisherman based on financial aspects of using investment analysis, income, profit, revenue cost (R/C), financial rate of return (FRR), and payback period of capital (PPC). The method used in this study is a survey method while the determination of respondents is carried out by a census. The data collection was carried out by observations, interviews and documentation directly with 37 people of Bagan Tancap fishermen. The results of the study show that the Bagan tancap in Muara Nibung has two categories of operating distance from the coast, including the Bagan dekat ±1 km and the Bagan jauh ±3 km, of course different investments, profit and business feasibility. For Bagan dekat ±1 km the total investment is (IDR 124,616,000.00), the profit received is (IDR 121,240,800.00/year), R/C (2.59), FRR (97.29), PPC (1.03). Whereas Bagan jauh ±3 km the total investment is (IDR 139,416,000.00), the profit received is (IDR 179,140,800.00/year), R/C (2.85), FRR (128.49), PPC (0.78). Based on the results of the calculation that the R/C is more than 1, the FRR is greater than the bank interest rate of 11%, and the PPC is getting smaller, meaning that the fishing business is profitable and feasible to continue.

Abstract

This research was conducted in two Villages, Balai Gadang Village and Lubuk Minturun Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, West Sumatera Province with the aim of calculating the amount of investment, revenue, profit and feasibility level of tilapia fish farming of water pouring down based on financial (financial) aspects using analysis of investment, revenue, profit, Revenue Cost of Ratio (RCR), financial rate of return (FRR), and payback period of capital (PPC). The method used in this study is a survey method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and direct documentation with 7 tilapia cultivators. The results showed that the average investment issued by tilapia cultivators on a small scale was IDR88.432.667, medium scale was IDR147.275.000 and large scale was IDR306.318.000. The average income earned by each cultivator starting from a small scale is IDR214.751.000 with a profit of IDR42.871.133/year, a medium scale of IDR411.033.000 with a profit of IDR93.514.000/year, and a large scale of IDR798.468.000 with a profit of IDR143.500.400/year. The return cost of ratio value obtained for the small scale is 1,25; the medium scale is 1,29; and the large scale is 1,22. The Financial Rate of Return value for each scale is 47,97% small scale, medium scale 62,21%, and large scale 47,76%, and the payback period of capital value for small scale is 2,10 years, medium scale is 1,67 years and large scale 2,15 years.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Beban Kerja dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Perawat Puskesmas Kolakaasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perawat puskesmas Kolakaasi dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi sebagai responden penelitian sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 Perawat. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas dengan SPSS 25.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.378 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 3.595 < 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.000 dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.431 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 4.230 > 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.000 dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan Kerja, partial least square (PLS).

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Job Insecurity terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Maxcell Depo Teknik dan Bangunan di Cabang Kolaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Populasi pada penelitan ini adalah pegawai Perusahaan Daerah air minum Bombana berjumlah 48 karyawan, dengan menggunakan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 pegawai. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas dengan SPSS 25.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji measurement model (outer model) dan pengujian model struktural (inner model) dengan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.354 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 2.199 < 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.014 dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Job Insecurity terhadap Turnover Intention. Hal ini ditunjukan oleh nilai Original Sample Estimate sebesar 0.463 yang berpengaruh positif dan nilai T-Statistic sebesar 2.994 > 1.64 dengan P-Value 0.001 dan signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Inovasi. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intention, partial least square (PLS).

Abstract

Tin mining in Bangka has long been a source of livelihood for the community. However, the rampant illegal tin mining causes damage to the environment and ecosystems, as well as social conflicts. Collaborative governance, or collaborative governance, offers an alternative approach to more sustainable and equitable post-mine management. This study aims to analyze collaborative governance practices in the management of illegal tin mining in Bangka Regency. Through a case study in Perlang Village, Lubuk Besar District, this study examines how local stakeholders, such as local governments, communities, and business actors, work together in rehabilitating and revitalizing former tin quarries. The results of the study show that collaborative governance in Perlang Village has had a positive impact, namely the creation of active community participation in the decision-making process related to the management of former tin mines and increasing public awareness about environmental sustainability and sustainable management of natural resources. The findings of this study contribute to the understanding of collaborative governance practices in post-mining management in Indonesia. The recommendations of this study can help local governments and other stakeholders in implementing collaborative governance effectively to achieve post-mining management.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat Kelurahan Watubangga dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi CapCut sebagai sarana komunikasi bisnis. Sebagian besar peserta awalnya memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas mengenai desain grafis dan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran. Melalui pelatihan yang terdiri dari sesi teori dan praktik, peserta dilatih untuk menggunakan CapCut dalam membuat video promosi yang kreatif dan relevan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana 95% peserta memahami prinsip dasar komunikasi bisnis dan 85% mampu mempraktikkan fitur utama CapCut. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan memberikan masukan untuk pelatihan lanjutan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif, membantu masyarakat memanfaatkan teknologi secara produktif untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis mereka. Keberlanjutan program ini disarankan dengan mengadakan pelatihan lanjutan dan menyediakan fasilitas pendukung untuk meningkatkan hasil yang lebih optimal.
