Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in implementing gamification-based learning methods at Ibnu Katsir Elementary School in Berau. Gamification has emerged as an innovative solution to address the often-perceived theoretical and unengaging nature of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for elementary school students. This descriptive qualitative research involved PAI teachers and students as participants, with data collected thru observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis included data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results indicate that PAI teachers developed a systematic planning strategy including content analysis, selection of gamification elements (blessed points, levels, badges, leaderboards, quests, instant feedback), learning scenario design, and preparation of manual media. Implementation is carried out thru tiered memorization games, worship simulations, noble character missions, and story adventures. The challenges faced include technological limitations, complex classroom management, balancing fun and learning, and differing student abilities, which are overcome thru creative adaptation and differentiated gamification. Gamification has proven effective in increasing students' motivation, cognitive understanding, affective character, and psychomotor skills. This research contributes to the development of a contextual gamification model for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in schools with limited resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV D SDN Percobaan Palangka Raya, di mana nilai rata-rata kelas hanya mencapai 59,18, masih di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) yaitu 70. Masalah utama yang ditemukan adalah kurangnya penguasaan materi dan rendahnya aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Tema 3 Subtema 3 melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV D SDN Percobaan Palangka Raya tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pada pembelajaran materi "Pembiasaan Diri Melestarikan Lingkungan". Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan di setiap siklus. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I memperoleh skor 3,04 (Kategori Baik) dan meningkat menjadi 3,50 pada siklus II (Kategori Baik). Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I diperoleh skor 2,46 (Kategori Cukup) dan mengalami peningkatan pesat pada siklus II menjadi 3,23 (Kategori Baik Sekali). Hasil Belajar ditunjukkan dengan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 68,75%, kemudian meningkat tajam pada siklus II mencapai 91%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa pada muatan IPS di kelas IV D SDN Percobaan Palangka Raya.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of social justice values in the context of social stratification in Indonesian society using a qualitative approach through literature review. This study begins with the phenomenon of increasing social, economic, and educational inequality, which indicates a gap between the ideal values of Pancasila and the social realities faced by society. Through an analysis of various scientific sources, this study identifies that the stratification structure formed by the dominance of power, access to resources, and the distribution of opportunities has hampered the realization of equitable social justice. The results show that although Pancasila normatively emphasizes the principles of equality and solidarity, its implementation is still limited by a hierarchical social system and policies that do not favor marginalized groups. Reactualizing Pancasila values as an ideology of social justice in the era of globalization is a major urgency to address inequality and strengthen social solidarity. This effort requires synergy between character education, inclusive policies, and community empowerment so that social justice can become a substantive reality, not just an ideological symbol. Thus, this study emphasizes the need.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an di Sekolah Dasar Insan Qur’ani Malang melalui program tahfidz. Keunikan yang ada dalam program ini terletak pada fokus pembelajarannya tidak hanya mengutamakan aspek kuantitas hafalan, tetapi juga monitoring pada aspek Murāja’ah sekaligus mempelajari intisari sesuai materi turjuman jilid 2 Ummi. Lembaga tersebut mengupayakan agar siswa juga dapat menerapkan materi yang telah dipelajari serta dihafal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis single case study. Informan penelitian yakni: Kepala sekolah, satu guru tahfidz Al-Qur’an kelas firdaus, serta siswa sejumlah dua orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan tringulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data serta verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an terdiri atas kegiatan pembuka, kegiatan inti (mempelajari materi turjuman ummi jilid 2, Ziyādah (setoran hafalan baru), Murāja’ah Qarib (mengulang hafalan baru), Murāja’ah Ba’id (mengulang hafalan lama bersama)), dan kegiatan penutup; 2). Faktor pendukung pembelajaran tahfidz di SDTQ Insan Qur’ani terletak pada kesinambungan interaksi antara guru tahfidz, orang tua & murid, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya, antara lain: menurunnya motivasi internal siswa, konsistensi siswa dalam menghafal, minimnya perhatian orang tua serta tantangan dalam menghafalkan ayat-ayat yang sulit. Temuan riset menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif (pemahaman ayat), afektif (kecerdasan emosional), dan psikomotorik (hafalan) sangat relevan dalam pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Di samping itu, pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an di SDTQ Insan Qur’ani Malang telah mengembangkan Emotional Intellegence (EI) siswa dengan indikator membangun motivasi, mengelola emosi, serta mengatur diri.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa di Sekolah Dasar (SD) saat ini menghadapi tantangan ganda: kebutuhan akan transformasi digital dan ancaman lunturnya identitas budaya lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan desain pembelajaran bahasa materi teks naratif di SD yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan Digital-Etnopedagogi untuk mendukung konsep deep learning dan meningkatkan literasi budaya siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis dokumen literatur terkait pedagogi digital, teori multimodal, serta inventarisasi kearifan lokal Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat tujuh cerita rakyat Kalimantan Tengah yang memiliki struktur naratif dan nilai filosofis kuat untuk dijadikan materi ajar, yaitu Asal-Usul Pulau Telo, Asal Usul Kota Kapuas, Kisah Demung Silam dan Ikan Belida, Asal Usul Kota Pangkalanbun, Legenda Telaga Putri Tujuh, Asal Usul Kota Sampit, dan Asal Usul Kampung Pahandut; (2) integrasi digital-etnopedagogi dilakukan melalui pengembangan materi multimodal (audio, visual, dan interaktif) yang mampu mengubah teks statis menjadi pengalaman belajar yang imersif. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital yang berakar pada etnopedagogi dapat menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran bahasa yang menyenangkan dan bermakna (deep learning), sekaligus menjadi sarana pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya daerah bagi generasi digital native.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic changed the learning atmosphere in Indonesia and over the world, from offline to online. Lecturers and students inevitably had to accept the change in learning direction imposed by the government to avoid the ferocity of the pandemic. This study aimed to describe the online learning experience of three Islamic Religious Education students through a phenomenological approach. The authors collected the data through in-depth interviews, transcribed it verbatim into a solid description, and analyzed it through descriptive-psychological phenomenology procedures. This research showed that online learning was an interesting experience at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, it ended up disappointing because it was not optimal and ineffective, constrained by many obstacles, and expensive. More than that, the fatal impact for students was learning loss characterized by stress, loss of learning motivation and decreased knowledge/skills due to learning outputs. The results of this study recommended that educational policymakers, education practitioners, and parents should make efforts to assist students so they can get out of the learning loss phenomenon after the pandemic has passed.

Abstract

Innovations in Islamic Education teaching methods at MTs Labanan Makmur aim to improve the effectiveness and creativity of teachers in teaching. This study examines various innovative strategies applied by teachers to address dynamic learning challenges and diverse student needs. The methods developed include the use of technology, interactive approaches, and the contextual and creative integration of Islamic values. The results show that innovative PAI teaching methods at MTs Labanan Makmur can improve teacher effectiveness and creativity, which in turn increases student motivation and the quality of teacher-student interaction. In addition, teachers become more confident and creative in developing interesting and relevant learning materials. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of updating teaching methods as an effort to improve the quality of Islamic education in madrasahs. The recommendation for MTs Labanan Makmur is to continue supporting teacher professional development through training and the provision of facilities that support learning innovation. Thus, Islamic Religious Education learning will not only be a process of knowledge transfer, but also a vehicle for the comprehensive development of students' character and creativity

Abstract

Nyeri sendi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering dialami oleh lansia. Penanganan nyeri pada lansia memerlukan pendekatan yang tepat karena dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor biologis, psikologis dan sosial. Konsep yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah nyer sendi dan kompres jahe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompres jahe terhadap tingkat nyeri sendi pada lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purbaratu. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi experimental pretest-posttest control group, sebanyak 70 lansia dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi yang diberikan terapi kompres jahe dan kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan intervensi khusus. Pengukuran tingkat nyeri dilakukan menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji McNemar dan uji Fisher Exact Test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat penurunan tingkat nyeri yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi setelah pemberian kompres jahe. Secara statistik, hasil pengukuran tingkat nyeri antar kelompok tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Terapi kompres jahe berpotensi digunakan sebagai alternatif intervensi nonfarmakologi dalam manajemen nyeri pada lansia.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has a major influence on Indonesia's education system. The enactment of Merdeka Belajar or freedom to learn as the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia's regulation is quickly gaining ground due to this pandemic. This paper presents the results of an investigation into the educational trend at an Indonesian high school during the mid-COVID-19 crisis. In this case study, online semi-structured interviews were used. The results indicate that during the COVID-19 pandemic the Merdeka Belajar strategy has been enacted by improving the technological training mechanism available to schools. The first step is to develop the school's internal curriculum through Kampus Merdeka policy and introduce COVID 19 prevention protocols in schools. The second strategy is empowering web-based teaching integration and online asynchronous education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of digital media-based Tarikh learning with a deep learning approach at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Madiun. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving two Year 8 students, a Tarikh teacher, and the vice-principal for curriculum. The data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification, while data validity was ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and member checking. The findings show that Tarikh learning was innovated through the use of instructional videos, interactive PowerPoint presentations, infographics, visual chronology, and digital storytelling. These media helped students understand Islamic historical events more concretely, increased their engagement, and encouraged discussion and value reflection. The teacher played a central role as a facilitator and innovator by guiding students to analyze moral messages, reflect on prophetic values, and connect Tarikh materials with daily life. School support through curriculum flexibility, learning facilities, and digital learning encouragement also strengthened implementation. The deep learning approach contributed to students’ conceptual, reflective, and applicative understanding, particularly in interpreting values such as honesty, courage, patience, responsibility, and prophetic exemplarity. This study concludes that digital media-based Tarikh learning with a deep learning approach can become an adaptive and meaningful model for Islamic Religious Education in the digital era.
