Supervisi akademik merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran melalui pembinaan profesionalisme guru. Dalam konteks Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), supervisi tidak hanya bersifat teknis, tetapi juga moral dan spiritual. Artikel ini mengkaji model supervisi akademik berbasis nilai-nilai Al-Qur’an yang berorientasi pada pembinaan guru PAI secara holistik. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif konseptual, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa nilai-nilai Qur’ani seperti amanah, ihsan, ta’awun, dan mujahadah menjadi landasan utama dalam membangun profesionalisme guru yang tidak hanya cakap secara pedagogis, tetapi juga berintegritas spiritual dan berakhlak mulia. Abstract Academic supervision is a developmental activity aimed at improving teachers’ professionalism through monitoring, mentoring, and reflective practices. In the context of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), supervision goes beyond pedagogical aspects to include moral and spiritual development. This article examines a Qur’anic value-based model of academic supervision, focusing on the principles of amanah (trustworthiness), ihsan (excellence), ta’awun (cooperation), and mujahadah (perseverance). These values serve as the foundation for building Qur’anic-based teacher professionalism. Using a qualitative conceptual approach, this study concludes that Qur’anic-based supervision strengthens the spiritual dimension of teacher professional development, transforming the process from merely technical into a morally and spiritually guided practice rooted in Islamic ethics.
