Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) memetakan Program PAUD fullday; (2) menghasilkan rekomendasi penyelenggaraan PAUD fullday. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Penentuan lembaga yang dijadikan sampel dilakukan secara acak sejumlah 23 lembaga se-DIY. Adapun hasil penelitiannya: 1) Standar pencapaian perkembangan anak sudah baik tetapi hasil capaian perkembangan baru hasil observasi dan penilaian kegiatan pagi sampai siang dan belum dilakukan terintegrasi dan holistik sepanjang hari; (2) rekomendasi dalam penyelenggaraan Program PAUD fullday adalah: (a) diperlukan kurikulum model pembelajaran yang holistik dalam arti menstimulasi seluruh aspek perkembangan anak dari pagi sampai sore; (b) diperlukan model penilaian yang integratif dari pagi sampai sore dari keseluruhan aktivitas anak, dan (c) pentingnya pemberdayaan orang tua dalam pembelajaran fullday dan lembaga telah melakukan pemberdayaan dengan baik.Kata kunci: PAUD fullday, kualitas layanan dan kelembagaan THE QUALITY MAPPING OF FULL DAY ECD FOR IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND INSTITUTIONAL PROGRAMS ECDAbstractThis research aims to: (1) mapping the full day early childhood program; (2) Recommendation implementation of full day early childhood education. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengembangkan model pendidikan karakter bagi anak sejak dini melalui program terpadu "Sekolah Ibu" PAUD nonformal di pedesaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pajangan Kabupaten Bantul terhadap 11 KB dan 11 SPS dengan responden orang tua sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KB dan SPS yang diteliti dapat dikembangkan menjadi "Sekolah Ibu" dengan sasaran para orang tua yang putra-putrinya sedang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Materi pokok yang diberikan mencakup pendidikan karakter bagi anak, pola pengasuhan anak di rumah, dan model pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian tersebut kemudian dikembangkan dalam satu model konseptual-teoritik pendidikan karakter bagi anak sejak dini melalui "Sekolah Ibu" PAUD nonformal di pedesaan dengan dilengkapi materi modul pembelajaran pendidikan karakter bagi anak sejak dini.Kata kunci: pendidikan karakter, pendidikan anak usia dini, pendidikan nonformal, "Sekolah Ibu" A MODEL OF CHARACTER EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN THROUGH THE "MOTHER SCHOOL" NONFORMAL IN RURAL AREASAbstractThis study attempted to develop a model of character education for early childhood through an integrated program "Mother School" in non-formal PAUD at a countryside. This study uses the approach of research and development implemented in the district of Bantul Pajangan to 11 KB and 11 of the SPS with parent respondents of 60 people. The results show that KB and SPS which were studied can be developed into a "Mother School" by targeting the parents whose children were participating in learning activities. The subject matters given include character education for children, parenting at home, and a model for early childhood learning. Then, the result of the research was developed in a conceptual-theoretical model of character education for early childhood through "Mother School" non-formal PAUD in the countryside including learning modules of character education materials for early childhood.Keywords: character education, early childhood education, non-formal education, "School Mother"
