Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of rural sanitation development policies in Loru Village, Sigi Regency, This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with local communities, village government representatives, and health workers to gain insights into sanitation policies and practices. Direct observation on site to observe the condition of sanitation facilities and environmental cleanliness. Documentation that includes policy reports, development data, and sanitation-related records. The results of the study show that although the government has invested in the development of sanitation infrastructure, the main problem lies in the low awareness of the public. Many residents still choose to throw their wishes carelessly and use unclean air, resulting in the potential for the spread of disease. Another factor that hinders the implementation of the policy is the lack of effective communication between the Health Office, Puskesmas, and the village government. Efforts to educate and increase understanding of the importance of sanitation are needed to change people's behavior. In conclusion, the implementation of the rural sanitation development policy in Loru Village has not been optimal because the main challenge is low public awareness. Increased education and coordination between the government and the community is urgently needed to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of good sanitation. A strategy that includes a participatory approach is needed to ensure that the community understands the benefits and importance of using proper sanitation facilities.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Puse Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency, with the aim of determining the implementation of village fund policies in Puse Village, South Dampal District, Tolitoli Regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive research using Edward III's policy theory with four aspects, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In this study, the author used a purposive technique, namely by selecting people who are considered to understand the problem being studied. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of village fund policies in Puse Village is good but needs to be improved, where three of the four aspects of the policy that have been implemented are Disposition, resources, and bureaucratic structure, while the Communication aspect has not been implemented properly where the process of socializing village fund policies carried out by Puse village officials only involves a small part of the community, so that many people still do not understand the direction and objectives of village fund policies, as well as the lack of information on the use of village funds through bulletin boards or other media.

Abstract

Membahas tentang kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SIM di Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian fieid reseacrh ( penelitian lapangan ) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa trianggulasi data dengan cara pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data yang diperoleh dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Beberapa hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain (1) Dalam proses pembuatan sim, pemohon diberikan kemudahan untuk mendapatkan SIM (2) Bagi masyarakat yang ingin melakukan perpanjangan sim, polresta palu menyediakan aplikasi SIM sinar untuk membantu mempermudah masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan di kantor dukcapil provinsi sulawesi tengah kota palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif  dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil  adalah instansi pemerintah yang bertugas mencatat dan mendaftarkan peristiwa-peristiwa penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Fungsi utama dinas kependudukan dan pencatatn sipil  adalah memastikan kepastian hukum bagi individu melalui pencatatan sipil yang akurat dan autentik yang berperan penting dalam administrasi kependudukan dan pembangunan sosial. Dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil  mengelolah data kependudukan, termaksud menerbitkan dokumen seperti kartu tanda penduduk (ktp) dan akte kelahiran dll. Kantor dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil provinsi yang teletak di jln. Pramuka melayani pembuatan ktp dan akte kelahiran .Dokumen penting yang di keluarkan oleh dukcapil provinsi.ktp berfungsi sebagai identitas resmi bagi warga negara indonesia dan asing yang memiliki izin tingkat sedangkan akte kelahiran mencatat peristiwa kelahiran yang penting untuk status hukum individu

Abstract

Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) di Kelurahan Kawa Tuna berfungsi sebagai solusi pengelolaan sampah, namun operasionalnya seringkali menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, terutama pencemaran udara yang berupa bau busuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pencemaran udara dan lingkungan yang dihasilkan dari aktivitas di TPA serta efeknya terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan survei persepsi masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bau busuk yang dihasilkan dari TPA dapat mengganggu kenyamanan dan kesehatan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya pengelolaan TPA yang lebih baik dan penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk yang signifikan yang dialami oleh suatu wilayah dapat memberikan pengaruh yang cukup kompleks misalnya dengan meningkatnya volume sampah yang dihasilkan menjadi salah satu pengaruh buruknya. UU No. 18 Tahun 2008 menekankan bahwa semua pihak wajib memprioritaskan pengurangan sampah dengan pelaksanaan 3 R yaitu reuse (menggunakan kembali), recycle (mendaur ulang), dan reduce (mengurangi. Upaya pemerintah di Kelurahan Mamboro belum sanggup memerani permasalahan sampah, sedangkan pada kenyataannya sampah-sampah yang ditimbulkan kian bertambah. Salah satu program metode dalam mengurangi sampah dimana akan dibuang di TPS di berbagai titik, akan tetapi metode tersebut tidak berjalan dengan efektif. Tetapi dengan adanya pemerintah menyediakan penejemputan sampah dirumah masing-masing warga hal ini dapat menjadi solusi untuk menanggunlagi sampah dan lebih efektif daripada warga yang membuang sampah harus ke tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis guna mengetahui kualitas pelayanan mengajar guru dan implikasinya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SDN 8 Mamboro. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mengajar di SDN 8 Mamboro yaitu mencakup perencanaan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, evaluasi belajar yang sudah cukup baik, dan fasilitas yang cukup tetapi perlu ditingkatkan guna untuk memperlancar proses pelayanan pembelajaran dengan lebih baik lagi

Abstract

Health Insurance is a health protection guarantee provided to (BPJS) participants. The Health Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) is a legal entity established to administer the Health Insurance program. Service commitment is the commitment of the first level health facility in improving the quality of service seen from the achievement of agreed individual health service indicators. The purpose of this study was to determine. Overview of BPJS Health services to patients at the Talise health center in the city of Palu. This study aims to describe the quality of service of the Talise puskemas to user patients (BPJS). This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques by means of interviews and observations. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the quality of service (BPJS) at the Talise health center in the city of Palu still has shortcomings and is not optimal, including medical equipment and medicines.

Abstract

Public service is a service activity carried out by public service providers as an effort to meet public needs and implement the provisions of laws and regulations that make the Palu City Government make public services an important mission in improving the rights of the people of Palu City in accordance with the vision of the city of Palu, namely realizing and determined to improve quality, effectiveness, efficiency, accountability and transparency of public services as mandated by Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services through the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services. However, the services provided by DMPMTSP Palu City are still not satisfactory enough and this greatly affects the quality of service at DPMPTSP Palu City whether it is said to be good or not. The purpose of the study is to determine the quality of business licensing services and describe the inhibiting factors and efforts made in improving the quality of services at the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Public service is an activity carried out to meet the needs of the community and residets in acchordance with laws and regulation such as those in Law No.25 off 2009 concerning public serice witch states date the state is obliged to serve every citizen to fulfill their basic rights and needs. The purpose of this study is to fine out aboute the quality of public services in the Tondo Village Office Mantikulore Distric, Palu City,Central Sulawesi Province,whether it is in racchordnce with the privision of laws adan regulatiions. Data is analyzed using qualitative research meet hods to determine the quality of public services. In data collection, the methods used are observation,intervius and questinnairies. Based on the results of the study,it can be conceluded that the quality of public services in the Tondo Village Office, Mantikulore Districht, Palu City,Centra Sulawesi Province has been running very well in providing services to the community, hoever,in terms of facilities and infrastructure,its still does not meet th service needs in the village office.
