Furthermore, a qualitative approach was also adopted to categorize open-ended themes on the determinant of willingness to pay for COVID-19 vaccines. Results: Based on the determinants of willingness to be vaccinated, the following results were obtained, including the occupation of health workers (OR=3.638; p=0.000), civil servants (OR=1.776; p=0.030), perception on COVID-19 as dangerous (OR=2.161; p=0.010), perception on the vaccines as effective (OR= 13,156; p=0.000), perception on vaccine as safe (OR=15,769; p=0.000). In terms of the determinants of willingness to pay, the following results were recorded, including respondents’ age of 40 years (OR=2.048; p=0.000), income of IDR.2,500,000 (OR=1.631;p=0.002), experience from the interaction with COVID-19 patients (OR=1.422; p=0.013), perception on the virus as dangerous (OR=2.211; p=0.000), perception on health protocol discipline (OR=1.834; p=0.014), and perception on the vaccine as effective (OR=1.760; p=0.011). Furthermore, 6 concerns were raised on the willingness/reluctance to pay for the vaccine, such as the perception of the vaccines’ effectiveness and safety, equity, suspicion surrounding the pandemic and vaccine, optional measures in combating the outbreak, personal circumstances and nationalism. Conclusion: The determinants of willingness to receive the COVID-19 vaccine included the occupation of health workers and civil servants, perception of the disease as dangerous, perception of the vaccine as effective and safe. Meanwhile, at the Gatak Health Center there were 8,041 people who experienced hypertension which were divided into two, namely, 2,932 men and 5,109 women. Methode : To analyze the relationship APGAR Family Score and Sleep Quality with Hypertension. Observational analytic research with cross-sectional research design on primary data. The research sample is elderly 40 - >60 years. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with a total sample of 86 elderly. Results : showed of the sample with elderly aged 40 - > 60 years old, male sex as many as 13 (18.6%), female sex as many as 57 (81.4%), dysfunctional family as much as 14 (20.0%), poor sleep quality as much as 66 (94.3 %). The results of the fisher test showed that there was a relationship between poor sleep quality and the incidence of hypertension with p 0.023 <0.05, but there is no relationship between APGAR family score and the incidence of hypertension with p 0.720 > 0.05. Value : Conclusion there is a relationship between poor sleep quality with hypertension, but there is no significant relationship between APGAR family score with hypertension.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension, a disease that is declared a silent killer, often triggers death in society, both globally, nationally and in regions such as Sukoharjo Regency. Knowledge of risk factors or causes can make it easier to control or treat hypertension in the community. There is still limited research discussing the relationship between family type and social jetlag and the incidence of hypertension. Methods: Analyze the relationship between family type and social jet lag on the incidence of hypertension. Observational analytical research with a cross sectional research design using primary data. The research sample consisted of pre-elderly (45-59 years) and elderly (60-69 years). Cluster random sampling was used as a technique to take samples with a total of 66 subjects Results: The results of the Fisher test showed that there was a relationship between positive social jetlag and the incidence of hypertension with a P value < 0.001 with an OR of 72,000. However, there was no relationship between family type and the incidence of hypertension with p 0.680. Conclusion: In conclusion, there is a positive relationship between social jetlag and the incidence of hypertension, but there is no significant relationship between family type and the incidence of hypertension.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze patient safety culture and identify the strengths and weaknesses that influence the perception of this culture in a private hospital. The research method uses a cross-sectional descriptive study approach. The results of the study indicate that efficient teamwork, organizational learning in continuous improvement, and management support are the main strengths in safety culture. Response to errors in the moderate category is identified as a weakness. In conclusion, optimizing the improvement of safety culture can be achieved through identifying areas of improvement. Loss of information can be reduced with support for health worker feedback, reducing punitive actions, and developing standard tools Keywords: AHRQ, Safety Culture, Patient Cafety, Hospital

Abstract

Abstract

The hospital is one of the institutions engaged in health services. The Hypertension is when the results of systolic blood pressure (SBP) measurements are ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) are ≥90 mmHg. According to the World Health Organization, hypertension in 2015 was around 1.13 billion and is estimated to be 1.5 billion in 2025. The prevalence in Indonesia in 2023 was around 30.8% and in Kendal it continues to increase every year. People living in coastal areas have risk factors for hypertension such as salt consumption, consumption of foods high in sodium (shrimp, dried fish and salted fish), and lack of physical activity. Various types of air pollutants such as particulate matter (PM) are widely recorded as being associated with cardiovascular disease, especially in industrial areas and big cities. Objective: This study is to analyze the effect of proximity to the beach and industrial areas on the incidence of hypertension in Kendal Regency. Method: This study uses observational analytics with a cross-sectional research design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. Results: Significant results were obtained based on the Chi-Square test on the effect of residence in coastal areas and industrial areas on the occurrence of hypertension with a p-value of 0.000 ( p-value <0.05). Conclusion: This study shows the effect of proximity to the beach and industrial areas on the incidence of hypertension in Kendal Regency.

Abstract

Hypertension is a measurement of systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ≥90 mmHg. According to WHO data, the number of adults with hypertension has doubled from 650 million in 1990 to 1.3 billion in 2019. The prevalence in Indonesia in 2018 was around 34.1% and in Kendal it continues to increase every year. People who live in the highlands are at risk of developing hypertension due to differences in the body's physiological processes with people who live in the lowlands. Various types of air pollutants such as particulate matter (PM) are widely recorded as being associated with cardiovascular disease, especially in industrial areas and big cities. This study is to analyze the effect of proximity to highland residences and industrial areas on the incidence of hypertension in Kendal Regency. This study uses observational analytics with a cross-sectional research design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi-Square test. Significant results were obtained based on the Chi-Square test on the effect of residence in the highlands and industrial areas on the occurrence of hypertension with a p-value of 0.000 ( p-value <0.05). This study shows the effect of proximity to residence in the highlands and industrial areas on the occurrence of hypertension in Kendal Regency.
