Paludarium is one the art of landscape design in a container with visualizing terrestrial ecosystem, aquatic ecosystem, and air ecosystem, so looks like a real in nature. Paludarium can be potential as a media of learning ecosytem. The aims of this research was to develop paludarium as Biology learning media on the subject of ecosystem and know the feasibility of paludarium as learning media. The research was held at Senior High School 38 Jakarta with using research and development method. Analysis of potential and problems, paludarium design, validation design, paludarium revision, paludarium try out were the steps in the research. Paludarium received the average score was 84,2% that achieved good interpretation. The average value to limited field try out (36 students) of the test after using paludarium was 82.77. The average value to wide scale field try out (72 students) of the test after using paludarium was 83.54. The mastery of classical learning to limited field try out after using paludarium was 97.2% and to wide scale field try out after using paludarium was 81.9%. The result of this research showed that the paludarium could be utilized as one of Biology learning media on the subject of ecosytem at senior high school.

The future competence of the 21st century requires students to be able to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT). One of ICTs used by students is smartphone. To get the smartphone benefits used by students, a medium of learning is needed in the form of modules on smartphone operating system. Hopefully, it can make the students feel more interested and motivated in learning biology. The purpose of this study was to develop multimedia mobile learning modules based on android operating system which contains biodiversity material for senior high school students of class X. The research was conducted in September 2015 to January 2016. The research method used was a research and development. The validation test results of subject expert, a linguists and media experts testing obtained scores of 84%, 80.57% and 63%. The trial test results of initial and primary use of students was 81,41% and 81,15%. Next result was a trial test from biology teachers with 87.50%. Pre test obtained an average score 83.98 while the post test gained an average score of 87.23. The conclusion of this research and development was the multimedia mobile learning modules of biodiversity material based on android operating system for senior high school students of class X has been developed, got a good interpretation score and increase student learning outcomes.

One of the responsibilities of students is to work on academic tasks in a disciplined manner. The problem that arises is when students have a tendency to delay their academic assignments. This is called academic procrastination. Academic procrastination is procrastinating behavior in carrying out academic assignments. One of the internal factors that is important to study related to procrastination is academic self-concept. Self-concept becomes a personality style that is important to be explored further in research on procrastination because a person tends to act in line with the self-concept possessed. There have been many studies conducted related to procrastination. Internal factors of academic procrastination aside from psychological factors also have physiological factors such as neuro activity. This research was conducted at SMAN 44 Jakarta in April-May 2018. The research method used was quantitative descriptive method. The sample used is 120 XI MIPA students. Based on the calculation results obtained normal and homogeneous distributed data. The result of hypothesis testing shows that academic self concept has negative correlation with academic procrastination and rxy is -0473. The academic self concept has a contribution of 22.4% in determining the academic procrastination of learners on Biology subjects. This research implies that the importance of improving students 'academic self-concept, especially for teachers, is expected to be able to do Biology learning with methods that can develop students' academic self-concept.

Snake bite management is a stage that must be involved in dealing with snake bite problems. Attitude toward snakes is an evaluation or reaction of someone feelings toward snakes. The aim of this research was to know collage student attitude toward snakes and the effect of snake bite management training on collage student attitude toward snakes. The method used for this research was quasi experiment. The precondition test, result showed data distributed normal and homogenous. Data analysis uses gain score and hypothesis testing using the t test. The result of study showed that there was a significant different in the average score of attitude of biology students to animals in the experimental class and control class. This research showed there is an effect of snake bite management training on student attitudes towards snakes.

Keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada peserta didik dapat diberdayakan dengan memberikan masalah yang tidak biasa dan tidak menentu seperti pertanyaan atau dilema, sehingga penerapan yang sukses dari kemampuan ini adalah ketika peserta didik berhasil menjelaskan, memutuskan, menunjukkan, dan menghasilkan penyelesaian masalah dalam konteks pengetahuan dan pengalaman. Kegiatan ini didasari kenyataan pada umumnya guru masih memiliki kesulitan dalam mengembangkan pertanyaan dan soal yang sesuai dengan karakteristik berpikir tingkat tinggi. Tujuan umum kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan dan keterampilan guru-guru biologi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri se Jakarta dalam menyusun pertanyaan dan soal yang sesuai dengan karakteristik berpikir tingkat tinggi. Kegiatan di ikuti oleh 40 guru biologi dari 40 Madrasah Aliyah di Jakarta. Kegiatan ini menggunakan Metode experiential learning dengan pendekatan participant-centered melalui teknik case study, dan simulasi/presentasi hasil karya. Pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan kesulitan dalam menyusun pertanyaan dan soal yang sesuai dengan karakteristik berpikir tingkat tinggi.

Science learning media is an inseparable part of a learning process. The achievement of learning indicators made by a teacher, in addition to being determined by teaching skills and mastering the material, also determined learning media. These community service activities are based on the fact that teachers generally still have difficulties in developing learning media that are simple, inexpensive and can stimulate student involvement. The purpose of this activity is to provide teachers with the tools to develop innovative and challenging science learning media that are in accordance with the 21th century character. This training uses experiential learning methods with participant-centered approach through case study techniques, and simulations, followed by the process of making learning media simple. The resulting output target is the ability to develop innovative and simple science learning media.

In the 2013 curriculum students are required to be active in all learning activities. Through active learning that has been applied, students are expected to be able to explore deeper information about Biology material that has or has not been explained by the teacher. This attitude shows that students have curiosity which will then lead to self-confidence so that it encourages students to achieve good results. This study aims to determine the correlation between self-confidence in studying biology and curiosity (curiosity) with student achievement motivation. This research was conducted at SMAN 97 Jakarta in the even semester 2020/2021 academic year. The method used is a quantitative method through correlational studies. The sample used was 100 students taken from three classes of XI MIPA using simple random sampling technique. The data in this study were taken using three test instruments, namely: self-confidence test, curiosity test and student achievement motivation test. Most of the results obtained from the three tests are in the high category, with the percentage of confidence in studying biology by 62%, curiosity by 62% and student achievement motivation by 57%. Therefore, based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a positive correlation between self-confidence in studying biology and curiosity with student achievement motivation.AbstrakPada kurikulum 2013 siswa dituntut aktif dalam segala kegiatan pembelajaran. Melalui pembelajaran aktif yang sudah diterapkan, siswa diharapkan dapat mengeksplor informasi yang lebih dalam tentang materi Biologi yang telah ataupun belum dijelaskan oleh guru. Sikap tersebut menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki rasa ingin tahu yang kemudian akan memunculkan rasa percaya diri sehingga mendorong siswa untuk mencapai hasil yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dalam mempelajari biologi dan rasa ingin tahu dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 97 Jakarta pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021 semester genap. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui studi korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 siswa yang diambil dari tiga kelas XI MIPA dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan tiga instrumen tes, yaitu: tes kepercayaan diri, tes rasa ingin tahu dan tes motivasi berprestasi siswa. Hasil terbanyak yang diperoleh dari ketiga tes tersebut masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dengan presentase kepercayaan diri dalam mempelajari biologi sebesar 62%, rasa ingin tahu sebesar 62% dan motivasi berprestasi siswa sebesar 57%. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dalam mempelajari biologi dan rasa ingin tahu dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa.

Experiment in science learning is a necessity. Experiment will provide students with very meaningful knowledge and experience. The Covid-19 pandemic that occurred in Indonesia required the world of education to implement an online learning model from March 2020 until today. Therefore, an effective Experiment learning strategy is needed during this pandemic. This service activity is based on the fact that there are still many obstacles that science teachers encounter in carrying out practical learning activities, as part of science learning activities. The general purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of science teachers in conducting science Experiment activities during the pandemic, by utilizing facilities, materials and tools that are easily accessible at home by students. This training uses the experiential learning method with a participant-centered approach through case study techniques, and simulations. The resulting output targets are an increase in the understanding and knowledge of teachers about science Experiment, an increase in the ability to create science Experiment activities at home using facilities, materials and tools that are easily obtained by students and the potential for teachers to make science Experiment s at home with the slogan "MY HOME MY LABORATORY". This activity has been successfully carried out, providing supplies to science teachers, so they are ready to carry out practical activities even though they are still in a pandemic condition, by utilizing their homes and facilities as student laboratories.

Pembelajaran biologi adalah proses mengajar dan belajar mengenai mahluk hidup dan hubungan diantaranya. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran biologi di daerah urban pastinya memiliki rintangannya sendiri. Penelitian ini menjadikan SMA 103 sebagai lokasi observasi. Dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui problematika dan solusi dari kendala pembelajaran biologi SMA 103. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggubakan metode observasi ke lapangan langsung. Setelah dilakukan observasi dan olah data didapati bahwa peserta didik terkendala dalam mengetahui bahan praktikum. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena peserta didik tidak terbiasa mengenali alam karena lingkungan urban yang lebih identik dengan kendaraan dan gedung tinggi. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memanfaatkan green house untuk memudahkan peserta didik mengenali bahan praktikumnya

Perilaku tanggung jawab lingkungan merupakan suatu tindakan yang berkontribusi dalam kelestarian lingkungan. Perilaku tanggung jawab lingkungan dapat diperoleh melalui adanya suatu organisasi yaitu Kelompok Pecinta Alam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keikutsertaan siswa dalam Kelompok Pecinta Alam terhadap perilaku tanggung jawab lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 5 Jakarta, SMAN 31 Jakarta, SMAN 35 Jakarta, SMAN 59 Jakarta dan SMAN 81 Jakarta pada tahun 2019. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Ex Post Facto. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 130 sampel. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner perilaku tanggung jawab lingkungan. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata perilaku tanggung jawab lingkungan pada siswa kelompok pecinta alam lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang tidak mengikuti kelompok pecinta alam. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh keikutsertaan siswa dalam kelompok pecinta alam terhadap perilaku tanggung jawab lingkungan
