Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia is experiencing growth but it still has to get the full attention of various parties. Research Objectives to determine the development of tourism in Burake tourism objects and to find out how the level of tourist visit to Burake tourism objects. The results showed that the development of tourist attractions can increase tourist visits seen from the tourist anthesis where there is a main attraction of tourist attraction to come to visit the statue of Jesus as the main object besides that there is also the statue of the Virgin Mary, the glass adrenaling bridge which is the only item in Toraja, photo spots and natural scenery that are cool and beautiful to attract tourists. Marketing and Promotion that attracts tourist visits.

Abstract

Keberhasilan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja organisasi yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi karyawan dan peningkatan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji Kompetensi Karyawan Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Pada PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah interview dan koesiener. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 51 responden. Analisis statistik digunakan untuk membantu peneliti mengenai makna hubungan antar variable. Analisis statistic inferensial digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Adapun analisis statistik inferensial yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan regresi ganda model linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya kompetensi pada karyawan maka kinerja pada PT. Taspen (Persero) KCU Makassar akan meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of working capital in increasing the profitability of Limited Company Telkomsel. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach using financial statement data sources for the three years 2017 to 2019. This research uses observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Descriptive analysis method and inferential statistical analysis with financial ratio analysis by comparing the current ratio with the ratio in the previous year. From the analysis and discussion results indicate that Limited Company Telkomsel, experienced that the overall working capital management was not optimal from 2017 to 2019. Working capital management could not run optimally because of the working capital turnover that occurred at Limited Company Telkomsel only reached the highest number of 4.42 times, while looking at the lowest cash turnover in 2019 which reached 2.61 times. Turnover of working capital at Limited Company. Although it is considered that Telkomsel has a fairly optimal cash and receivable turnover rate, this has not been able to significantly increase the company's profitability compared to previous years.

Abstract

Go-food is a service feature provided in the Go-jek application that serves food delivery service. Go-food comes as a solution for city communities that have high mobility, time constraints, and high need for food is now able to be resolved with the existence of Go-food.The purpose of this study is to find out how strong factors in influencing and knowing from several factors which are most dominant in decision making using the Go-jek go-food feature application in students majoring in business administration of the faculty of social sciences. The type of method used is descriptive quantitative. The data source is primary data, data processing using SPSS 25. Samples from this study were taken by 100 respondents. Sampling techniques are purposive sampling. Data retrieval techniques are carried out by coesioner and observation. Data analysis techniques used with descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results of this study show factors: distribution, promotion and culture have a significant effect / very strong. The most dominant factor in influencing the decision to use the Go-jek go-food feature is the promotion factor which has a value percentage of 0.441.

Abstract

Each company strives to get employees involved in organizational activities by providing work performance in work  productivity as high as possible to realize the goal. The spirit at work is a mental attitude that is able to provide encouragement for someone to be able to work harder, faster, and better. This study aims to (i) know the description of the spirit at work of PT.Millennium Penata Futures. (ii) to find out the description of work productivity of PT.Millennium Penata Futures. (iii) to find out how much influence spirit at work  has on the productivity of employees of the Makassar branch of PT Millennium Penata Futures. Data collection techniques used are, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that (i) spirit at work at PT.Millennium Penata Futures Manager is in the very high category (ii) employee productivity at PT. Millennium Makassar Futures Manager is included in the very high category (iii) spirit at work variables have a significant effect on employee productivity variables at PT. Millennium Penata Futures Makassar. Therefore, the higher spirit at work, the productivity of employees at PT. Makassar Millennium Penata Futures will also increase

Abstract

 Indonesia is at present actually battling with Coronavirus, as are different nations on the planet. The quantity of Coronavirus cases keeps on developing for certain individuals announcing recuperation, yet the quantity of positive cases keeps on developing consistently. The reason for this study was to decide the job of the public administration in forestalling Coronavirus in Indonesia. The exploration was led with a subjective methodology with a study technique. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Indonesian Export Financing Agency (Indonesia Eximbank) Makassar Regional Office. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that, 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Indonesia Eximbank Makassar Regional Office. This finding indicates that a leader's leadership style greatly influences the performance of his subordinates, in addition to getting good performance it is also necessary to provide learning to his subordinates, 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Indonesia Eximbank Makassar Regional Office. This finding indicates that cultural values have become guidelines in making organizational rules, so corporate culture will be able to contribute to organizational performance. This means that if the organizational culture is good, the organizational performance will also be good. Model regression results are best used to predict an increase in the performance of employees is based on secondary data is a model equation (17) for this model produces the coefficient of determination (R) 62% as well as has the ability to explain variations in the rise and fall of dependent variables more than the other models

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of mobile banking services on customer loyalty at BNI Bank Bumi Tamalanrea Permai Cash Office. The research method used was quantitative method with data collection techniques namely observation, questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis techniques with a study population of 945 customers and a sample of 90 customers in this study. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis and using the SPSS software application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, percentage descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear analysis and T tests. The results of the research and data analysis in this study regarding the effect of mobile banking service quality on customer loyalty at BNI bank, Bumi Tamalanrea Permai office in the very good category, based on these data, there is a significant influence between service quality and customer loyalty, customers are satisfied with the service provided. given, where from the results of the product moment correlation test analysis, namely r count is greater than r table which means that service quality partially has an influence on customer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Improving the service quality of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Takalala Unit, Soppeng Regency is one way for banks to remain competitive in the banking market share. Customer service plays an important role in improving the quality of service in a bank because the quality of service provided by customer service determines the bank's image.The problem that then arises is what is the role of customer service and the determinant factors that influence the quality of service at that location. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data is processed using descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the role of customer service in improving service quality includes paying attention to the completeness of facilities, completing customer needs, handling customer requests and complaints, establishing good relations, and maintaining the confidentiality of customer data. Furthermore, the determinant factors that affect service quality are service quality, cooperation network, customer convenience, alternative transactions, good relations, customer empowerment, socialization and technology assistance, service consistency, and alternative socialization.

The subject of this research is Makassar City, looking at ethnicity and integration in the multicultural society ofMakassar City. The aim of this study to analyze the relationship between ethnicity and integration in a multicultural society whileanalyzing the impact of integration on harmony and stability in the context of a multi-ethnic society. This research can help understandthe dynamics and interactions between ethnic groups in this city and their impact on identity formation and integration as well as provide insight to the community to better understand ethnic diversity and strengthen community involvement in building an inclusive and sustainable society.
