Abstract

This study aims to determine how the development of agro-tourism by using Community-Based Tourism approach, inhibiting factors, and business opportunities with the Paloh Naga Agro-Tourism.This study uses descriptive qualitative methods.Data collection is done by interview techniques, observation, documentation.The Data were analyzed qualitatively through indicators of planning, facilities and Infrastructure, Community Empowerment, customs, collaboration.The results showed that Paloh Naga Agro Tourism has good planning in terms of agro tourism development and promotion.Cooperation in the development of facilities and infrastructure needs to be improved, the facilities and infrastructure provided are further developed by adding photo spots and children's playgrounds. Community Empowerment, has formed a conscious mindset of tourism in the community. Customs continue to be preserved so that the existing culture is not lost to the Times and the welfare of the community increases. Collaboration is carried out with the state-owned enterprises, Tourism Office of Deli Serdang in terms of budget provision of infrastructure development. Constraints in the development of agro-tourism Paloh Naga lack of budget danauntuk planning in the future development and improvement of facilities and infrastructure. Business opportunities with the Paloh Naga agro tourism are very helpful to the community in increasing the economy.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the comparison of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in conventional banks and Islamic banks in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative legal research. The results of the study explain that the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance in conventional banks and Islamic banks is the same, because it refers to the 'Guidelines for Good Corporate Governance in Indonesian Banking' issued by the National Committee on Governance Policy. The difference is that the principles of Good Corporate Governance in Islamic banks are strictly regulated in Article 34 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 21 of 2008. Another difference lies in the sharia principles used by Islamic banks because apart from being fostered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority, Islamic banks It is also supervised by the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in general and the Sharia Supervisory Board in particular. This is evidence of the existence and significant development of Islamic banking in the national banking system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the potential of Bolu Kemojo as a tourist attraction in Pekanbaru, and (2) the implementation of SWOT analysis to the potential of Bolu Kemojo as traditional food to attracts tourists in Pekanbaru. This study used  qualitative approach. The research subjects in this study were the owners of traditional Bolu Kemojo food shops and it’s consumers. Data collection techniques in this study using the interview method, observation, and documentation. This study uses SWOT Analysis as data analysis technique. The results of the study stated that Bolu Kemojo has great potential as a tourist attraction in Pekanbaru, by reason of Bolu Kemojo is a traditional Malay food that is still dense of culture and becomes a culinary tourism destination in the traditional culinary category. The results of the IE (Internal-External) matrix for the Bolu Kemojo business in Pekanbaru are located in cell number 1, namely concentration through vertical Integration which indicates that the cake is in a strong condition. The results of the SWOT obtained are in quadrant I, namely a position that indicates a growing organization (growth). From the analysis that has been carried out, it is recommended that the Bolu Kemojo  Business in Pekanbaru carry out an aggressive strategy, namely by optimizing Strengths and taking advantage of large Opportunities for business development.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the design of wind-solar power plants in shrimp pond areas. The prototype was developed according to the design of the generator made. Design efficiency is demonstrated by analyzing electrical energy generated in the system. The methods include: build generator system design, prototype assembly and testing. The design developed is to maximize work of the radial generator system through manufacturing of rotors with neodymium magnets. The test results obtained an average battery charging of 29.72 watts. The lowest solar intensity occurs at 06.00 WIB (46300 lumens). While the highest intensity occurred at 14.00 WIB (116200 lumens). The highest wind speed of 2.8 m/s at 12:00 WIB. This clarifies that the intensity of the sun and wind speed affect the value of battery, the value will be directly proportional that the greater the intensity and speed, the greater electrical energy produced.

Abstract

Sustainable economic development in the province of North Sumatra has provided economic and social improvements for the community. On the other hand, several economic constraints that arise between regions, both human resources and capital resources, have created inequality in achievement between districts/cities. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of investment and balancing funds that enter the region, as well as the labor force and agglomeration in the area to reduce inequality between districts or cities in the province of North Sumatra. This empirical research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that economic growth in the Sumatran region has varying levels of diversity, this is because each province has different potential in terms of both natural resources and human resources and the quality of the technology possessed by the province. Differences in the level of development will have an impact on differences in the level of welfare between regions, which in turn will cause regional disparities between regions to increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness and contribution of motor vehicle fuel taxes to Regional Original Revenue managed by the BPPRD of North Sumatra Province in 2017 to 2021, to determine the causes of not achieving the motor vehicle fuel tax target and the efforts that must be made to optimize PBBKB. This study uses a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used by researchers are quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the percentage of the effectiveness of the motor vehicle fuel tax in 2017-2020 fluctuated and in 2020 the realization did not reach the target with effective criteria. As for the contribution to Regional Original Revenue, in 2017-2021 it fluctuated and the contribution criteria were declared to be less contributing every year. The factor causing the PBBKB target has not been achieved, namely the 2020 APBD changes which increased to Rp.882,786,893,431 with the realization of Rp.812,843,402,651 or 92.08%. Efforts must be made to optimize PBBKB, namely issuing Governor Regulation No. 1 of 2021 contains tariff increases and reconciliation, especially with Pertamina

Abstract

Tax is one of the state revenues. Based on Tax Law No. 23 of 2019 concerning the management of National resources, cigarette taxes are considered regional taxes under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The cigarette tax imposed at 10% of cigarette excise is also intended to optimize the allocation of revenue-sharing funds for cigarette taxes for public health in collaboration with BPJS by 37.5%. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the cigarette tax earmaking tax policy at the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency of North Sumatra Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative type, the research is carried out by collecting and filtering detailed information to be grouped into important things, then describing and drawing conclusions on the picture obtained. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Tax and Levy Management Agency for the North Sumatra Province has determined the allocation of funds in accordance with Law no. 28 of 2009 which is at least 50% to fund public health services. In the implementation of distribution, the Provincial Government submits data on Cigarette Tax deductions that are deposited with BPJS Health AS part of the obligations of the Health Insurance program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Opini Auditor Independen Dan Pengungkapan Sustainability Report Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Dengan Dana Syirkah Temporer Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia Periode 2016-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data sekunder dengan dokumentasi menggunakan laporan keuangan tahunan Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia periode 2016-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat statistik E-Views. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Opini Auditor Independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Karena thitung untuk variabel Opini Auditor Independen (4,121) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,007) dan nilai prob 0,003 < 0,05, Pengungkapan Sustainability Report berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Karena thitung untuk variabel Pengungkapan Sustainability Report (5,658) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,007) dan nilai prob 0,013 < 0,05, dan berdasarkan uji F Opini Auditor Independen dan Pengungkapan Sustainability Report berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Karena Fhitung sebesar (4,335) lebih besar dari Ftabel (3,18) dan nilai prob 0,043 < 0,05. Dana Syirkah Temporer dapat memoderasi pengaruh Opini Auditor Independen terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Karena thitung untuk pengaruh tidak langsung variabel Opini Auditor Independen (4,592) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,007) dan Dana Syirkah Temporer dapat memoderasi pengaruh Pengungkapan Sustainability Report terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Karena thitung untuk pengaruh tidak langsung variabel Pengungkapan Sustainability Report (5,735) lebih besar dari ttabel (2,007).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how work discipline, leadership and appreciation for the achievements of employees of the Regional Finance and Assets Section. In this study, the author employed a quantitative descriptive methodology, which means that they used numbers to describe the study's condition. Techniques for gathering data include observation, interviews, exchanging surveys with staff, and studying the literature. 25 respondents in the Office and Finance Section of the Mayor of Medan Properti region were given questionnaires by the author. A Likert scale is used to measure the variables. he goal is to quantify the independent variable's influence on the dependent variable's dependability, which is 90% ( = 0.05). Taking the test findings collectively, it can be shown that the Medan Mayor's Office of Finance and Regional Assets' employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by work discipline, supervision, and reward.
