Abstract

The opportunities of shipping service business nowadays has led to an intense competition between businesses which has an impact on decreasing revenue for PT Fazri Putra Mandiri. The company must plan for marketing strategies and provide best services for potential and loyal customers to retain customers. To achieve this goal, customer segmentation is conducted to identify groups of customers with distinct characteristics. By understanding these characteristics, companies can develop more effective strategies aimed at customers who demonstrate high potential value and loyalty. The LRFM model is an approach in the marketing field that can be used in the clustering process to analyze potential and loyal customer segments. In this research, customer segmentation is carried out using the K-means clustering algorithm based on the LRFM model (Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary). Determination of the k value using the Elbow method resulted in three best clusters with a silhouette score of 0.572. Cluster 0 consists of 611 customers, Cluster 1 consists of 600 customers, and Cluster 2 consists of 400 customers. The segments derived from the analysis are classified as New Customers, Lost Customers, and Loyal Customers.

Abstract

AbstrakKonsumsi jajanan tinggi gula, garam, dan lemak pada anak sekolah dasar masih menjadi permasalahan, terutama pada lingkungan dengan edukasi gizi yang belum optimal. Survei pendahuluan pada salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di Kabupaten Aceh Barat menunjukkan mayoritas siswa mengonsumsi makanan tidak sehat, seperti jajanan cepat saji (kemasan) dan minuman berpemanis, yang berpotensi pada risiko gangguan kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai dampak konsumsi makanan cepat saji serta mendorong perilaku makan sehat sejak dini. Pelaksanaan program ini melibatkan 53 siswa kelas III. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan edukatif-interaktif melalui presentasi, video, banner, leaflet, permainan, kuis, dan pemberian reward. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan desain pretest–posttest dengan 10 soal pilihan ganda. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, dengan rerata skor pretest 6.53 meningkat menjadi 7.89 pada posttest (t=14.501; p=0.001; Cohen’s d=1.726). Selama kegiatan, siswa juga menunjukkan perubahan sikap positif, partisipasi aktif, serta kemampuan mengidentifikasi makanan sehat dan tidak sehat. Secara keseluruhan, penyuluhan ini efektif meningkatkan literasi gizi dan pengetahuan siswa. Program serupa direkomendasikan sebagai strategi promotif kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah. Kata kunci: penyuluhan gizi; makanan cepat saji; perilaku makan sehat; sekolah dasar; literasi kesehatan. AbstractThe consumption of snacks high in sugar, salt, and fat among elementary school children remains a problem, particularly in communities where nutrition education is not yet optimal. A preliminary survey at a public elementary school in West Aceh Regency showed that the majority of students consume unhealthy foods, such as packaged fast-food and sugary drinks, which pose a potential risk of health problems. This community service activity aims to increase students’ knowledge regarding the impact of fast-food consumption and to encourage healthy eating behaviors from an early age. The implementation of this program involved 53 third-grade students. The methods used included interactive educational sessions through presentations, videos, banners, leaflets, games, quizzes, and the distribution of rewards. Evaluation was conducted using a pretest–posttest design with 10 multiple-choice questions. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge, with the average pretest score of 6.53 rising to 7.89 on the posttest (t=14.501; p=0.001; Cohen’s d=1.726). During the activity, students also demonstrated positive attitude changes, active participation, and the ability to identify healthy and unhealthy foods. Overall, this educational program was effective in improving students’ nutrition literacy and knowledge. Abstract

This study develops a five-dimensional mathematical model describing the interaction between rice and four major pests: rice stem borer, rat, brown planthopper, and rice bug. The existence and local stability of several equilibrium points are analyzed using linearization and the Routh–Hurwitz criterion. In addition, the global stability of the pest-free equilibrium point is established using Lyapunov’s direct method and LaSalle’s Invariance Principle. The results show that the pest-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable under certain threshold conditions related to the interaction and mortality parameters. Furthermore, a transcritical bifurcation is identified, which determines the transition between pest extinction and coexistence. Sensitivity analysis indicates that the rice bug parameters significantly influence the rice population, with proportional effects on the equilibrium state. Numerical simulations are performed to support the analytical results, including the dynamic behavior around the bifurcation threshold and the sensitivity of the rice population with respect to key parameters. The results highlight the importance of controlling pest interaction rates and increasing natural mortality to maintain the stability of the rice population.

Abstract

The new student admission (PMB) process at Universitas is a crucial activity that takes place every academic year. However, the registration mechanism for prospective students still relies on manual processes, where applicant data recording is performed using printed forms and the management of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) payments is not directly connected to the Academic Information System (SIAK) or banking institutions. This condition results in operational inefficiency and potential data inconsistency. This study aims to design and develop a website-based PMB UNIVERSITY application connected to SIAK for managing prospective student data and integrated with the banking system for UKT payments through an Application Programming Interface (API), adopting the Agile Scrum development method. The application was built using the Laravel framework version 10 with the PHP programming language. The development process includes requirements identification through interviews with stakeholders, product backlog preparation, system design using UML, implementation through sprints, and validation using black box testing (alpha testing) and beta testing. The alpha validation results show that all functionalities operate according to specifications, including prospective student registration, data verification through the SIAK API, and automatic UKT payment confirmation through the Bank API. The resulting application has been proven to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the new student admission process at UNIVERSITY.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Domestic Violence (DV), particularly related to sadomasochistic behavior, through the perspectives of positive law and Islamic law. The study examines Law Number 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT), covering its concepts, scope, and implementation in protecting victims, as well as analyzing the resolution of DV cases involving individuals with sadomasochistic tendencies according to Islamic law and its relevance to PKDRT. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research, relying on secondary data from primary legal sources, secondary legal literature, and non-legal sources, including psychology, sociology, and health literature related to violence and sexual deviations. Data collection was conducted through literature review, followed by data processing in stages of editing, organizing, and analyzing. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and analytically using a deductive method, from general concepts of sexual deviation to specific DV cases arising from sadomasochism. The findings indicate that from the perspective of fikih munakahat, sadomasochistic behavior causing violence to one party is not permissible; conflict resolution should prioritize persuasive and non-violent approaches, while punishments for perpetrators are clearly regulated, including flogging, imprisonment, diyat, qisas, and penalties for defamation, aiming to protect victims and prevent repeated violence. From the perspective of Law No. 23/2004, the government plays a strategic role in prevention and handling of DV through policy-making, education, socialization, gender-sensitive training, provision of specialized services, professional staff, and protection for victims and their companions.

Abstract

Ulasan pengguna pada Google Play Store merepresentasikan opini, pengalaman, serta ekspektasi pengguna terhadap suatu aplikasi dalam bentuk teks tidak terstruktur. Karakteristik ulasan yang cenderung singkat, informal, serta mengandung istilah komunitas dan ekspresi emosional menyebabkan pendekatan pemodelan topik tradisional kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis topik-topik utama pada ulasan pengguna game Honkai Star Rail menggunakan pendekatan BERTopic yang dikombinasikan dengan embedding IndoBERT. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui web scraping terhadap 25.413 ulasan pengguna dan diproses menjadi 18.377 ulasan bersih melalui tahapan prapemrosesan teks. Representasi dokumen dilakukan menggunakan embedding IndoBERT, diikuti reduksi dimensi dengan UMAP dan pengelompokan menggunakan HDBSCAN. Hasil pemodelan menghasilkan 38 topik utama dengan nilai koherensi C_V sebesar 0,665 yang menunjukkan konsistensi semantik yang baik. Evaluasi kualitatif melalui representasi c-TF-IDF serta evaluasi stabilitas berbasis subsampling dan Jaccard similarity menunjukkan bahwa struktur topik bersifat stabil dan interpretatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi IndoBERT dan BERTopic efektif untuk pemodelan topik ulasan game berbahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemiskinan masih menjadi persoalan sosial utama di Indonesia yang menghambat pemerataan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) menjadi instrumen pemerintah dalam mengatasi kemiskinan, namun penentuan penerimanya masih dilakukan secara manual dan subjektif sehingga rawan ketidaktepatan sasaran. Penelitian ini membandingkan performa algoritma Decision Tree dan Gradient Boosting dalam memprediksi penerima bantuan sosial di Desa Kalijati Barat, Kabupaten Subang, menggunakan pendekatan Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD). Data yang digunakan berupa Buku Induk Penduduk (BIP) Tahun 2019 dan data penerima BLT-DD Tahun 2025. Ketidakseimbangan kelas ekstrem (rasio ±101:1) ditangani menggunakan SMOTE. Model dioptimasi dengan GridSearchCV dan Stratified K-Fold Cross Validation (k=5) pada tiga skenario pembagian data. Hasil menunjukkan kedua algoritma menghasilkan accuracy tinggi (0,91–0,98), namun berdasarkan recall dan F1-score, Decision Tree lebih unggul pada skenario 80:20 (recall=0,3333; F1-score=0,1579), sedangkan Gradient Boosting gagal mendeteksi kelas minoritas pada skenario 90:10. Analisis feature importance menunjukkan tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga, jenis pekerjaan, dan rasio tanggungan sebagai faktor paling berpengaruh.
