Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently facing the fourth industrial revolution known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Education 4.0 is an education characterized by the use of digital technology in the learning process or known as the cyber system. This study aims to find out how the use of digital technology in PAI subjects at SD Darul Hikam Bandung, how is the learning achievement in PAI subjects at SD Darul Hikam Bandung, and how much influence does the use of digital technology have on PAI subjects at SD Darul Hikam Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The statistics use correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination and the t test. The population in this study were 103 students of grade 5 SD Darul Hikam Bandung, the sample of the study was taken as many as 50 students. The data collection technique was carried out by means of online questionnaires, interviews and documentation of the 2019/2020 odd semester PAI report cards. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the effect of using digital technology on student achievement in PAI subjects was included in the high category with a correlation coefficient of 0.701 and a contribution of 49.1% and the remaining 50.9%, learning achievement was influenced by other variables. There is a significant effect of the use of digital technology in PAI subjects on student achievement with a significance value of 0.000. This finding is very important, especially for PAI teachers to be able to use and apply digital technology in the teaching and learning process because the media can improve student learning achievement. For students, it is hoped that by implementing learning using digital technology, the learning achievements obtained by students can increase even higher.

Abstract

Economic demands often encourage husbands and wives in a family to work, and this has impacts that include both positive and negative sides. The positive impact is especially visible in the family economic aspect, where family income can be increased. However, the negative impact is more pronounced in the psychological aspect of the family, especially on the psychological well-being of children. This study is an analysis of the literature that seeks to investigate how children's psychological well-being is affected in the context of dual-earner families. Search engines are used as a tool to search for and collect relevant data. As a result, 12 studies were found which were then used as data sources. These studies show that dual-earner families tend to have a negative impact on children's psychological well-being, such as poor mood swings, higher levels of depression, increased levels of anxiety, increased anger, aggressive behavior, negative attitudes towards school, and a number of other negative behaviors. It is hoped that the results of this literature study can become the basis for further empirical research, especially in the Indonesian context, which may have differences in findings compared to previous studies

Abstract

The division of hadith is a fundamental aspect of hadith studies that has long attracted the attention of scholars. This article explores the various types of hadith divisions in the Islamic tradition and examines the relevance and sustainability of these approaches in the context of modern science. The hadith of the Prophet Muhammad, as the second guide to life after the Qur'an, plays an important role when the Qur'an does not provide clear legal provisions. This study aims to summarize and evaluate the contributions of previous studies and offer new insights in understanding the development of hadith division studies in the future. The main focus of this article is the analysis of various methods of hadith classification, both in terms of sanad and matan, and their methodological implications. The research method used is a literature review involving the discovery, analysis, and synthesis of relevant literature on hadith division. Data were collected from scientific articles, books, journals, and other publications that discuss hadith division. This article discusses various types of hadith, including sahih, hasan, and daif hadith. An authentic hadith is defined as a hadith that meets the strict requirements of sanad and matan, namely continuous sanad, fair and habitual narrators, and free from irregularities and defects ('illat). Sahih hadiths are divided into two categories: authentic li-dzatih (authentic in itself) and authentic li-ghairih (authentic due to the support of other hadiths). Hasan hadith, which is defined as a hadith narrated by a fair narrator with less strong memorization but muttasil sanad, is also divided into hasan li-dzatih and hasan li-ghairih. Dhaif hadith, which do not meet the requirements of authentic and hasan hadith, are grouped based on the quality of sanad and matan, and are divided into mauquf hadith (narrated from friends) and maqtu' (narrated from tabi'in). The conclusion of this article confirms that authentic, hasan, and dhaif hadith have an important role in hadith science. Sahih hadith is the most valid and widely accepted type of hadith, while hasan hadith can still be accepted with some limitations. Daif hadith, although it does not meet the strict requirements of sahih and hasan hadith, still has value in certain contexts and can be used with caution, especially in terms of charitable motivations.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of teaching staff recruitment management can improve the quality of education at SMP NU Al Islami. The methods used include conducting needs analysis, position analysis, determining the right candidate, choosing the most appropriate method, calling candidates who are deemed to meet the job requirements, selecting new teacher candidates, placing new educators, results, and supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses qualitative and descriptive methodology. Primary data from main sources and secondary data from other sources were collected. Interviews, observation, and documentation are the methods used to collect data. The research results show that the implementation of teacher recruitment management to improve the quality of education at SMP NU Al Islami is simple and friendly. One of the results achieved is a needs analysis, which evaluates the condition of the school environment and the current availability of positions. Job analysis, which determines the general requirements of prospective educators to fill needed positions, such as a bachelor's degree. Because every step has been carried out in the teaching staff recruitment management process, the results are said to be good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal in the development and implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. Using a qualitative approach with a case study at SMP NU Islami Pesanggaran Banyuwangi, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. Principals play an important role in the development and implementation of an effective Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in schools. Their leadership determines the success of curriculum innovation, through resource management, teacher motivation, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. The results of the study show that active and innovative principals have succeeded in improving the quality of learning and student engagement. In addition, teacher motivation and creativity in designing project-based learning have also increased. the role of the principal is very vital in the development and implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. An effective principal not only manages resources well, but also motivates and empowers teachers and creates an innovative and collaborative learning environment. The success of implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is highly dependent on the quality of the principal's leadership, who is proactive in supporting teachers and providing a clear vision.

Abstract

Pesantren is an educational institution and social unit where students go to study. The goal of Islamic boarding schools is to produce a generation with noble morals and piety. Through character education, female students are shaped into individuals with noble morals, and Islamic boarding schools serve as a place for cultivating religious character among their students. This research aims to determine the extent to which Islamic boarding school religious and cultural values are internalized in shaping the character of female students. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keluarga atau orang tua yang kurang peduli terhadap pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak dirumah. Misalnya, orang tua tidak mengajarkan atau menyuruh anaknya mengaji di rumah, dan juga tidak membiasakan anak-anaknya sholat berjamaah, yang seharusnya pada waktu magrib anak harus sudah ada dimushola untuk solat dan mengaji, ternyata anak malah asyik nonton TV dan main Hp. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode ilmiah. Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai dengan kenyataan (fakta) yang ada di lapangan berdasarkan pertanyaan terbuka. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan, (1) Peran keluarga dalam melaksanakan pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak di RT 04 Desa Sogo Kecamatan Kumpeh Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yaitu dengan cara keluarga atau orang tua memberikan bimbingan, pengarahan secara langsung serta memberikan nasihat dan motivasi yang baik kepada anak, (2) Hambatan yang dialami keluarga atau orang tua dalam melaksanakan pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak di RT 04 Desa Sogo Kecamatan Kumpeh Kabupaten Muaro Jambi yaitu, terbatasnya waktu dan ilmu pengetahuan dari orang tua dan juga susahnya mendapatkan jaringan internet di desa Sogo tersebut, (3) Didalam mengatasi masalah pendidikan agama Islam terhadap anak di rumah usaha yang dilakukan oleh orang tua di RT 04 Desa Sogo yaitu, selalu kosultasi atau bertanya kepada pemuka agama, membantu anak untuk mencari jaringan internet dan mendowload video atau pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan materi pelajaran anak, memberikan pengawasan dan membatasi penggunaan HP pada anak serta memberikan hukuman kepada anak yang berbuat salah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah, sebagai formulasi penunjang pengentasan masalah moral akhlak peserta didik. Dengan penjabaran beberapa metode yang disajikan untuk sebagai langkah strategi pembinaan akhlak peserta didik dalam psikologi Islam. Penelitian ini cukup penting, karena pembinaan akhlak pada peserta didik terutama bagi remaja yang menghadapi kompleksitas. Apabila tidak ditangani dan diarahkan maka fenomena kenakalan remaja, semakin merajalela. Dalam penulisan artikel ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research (penelitian kepustakaan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pembinaan akhlak dilakukan dengan memberikan contoh teladan, pembiasaan perilaku baik, memberikan nasihat, memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap perkembangan siswa, memberi hukuman dengan cara lemah lembut, dan menggunakan metode bercerita untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai dan ajaran Islam kepada anak-anak.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus adalah penyakit metabolik kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada jantung, pembuluh darah, mata, ginjal, dan saraf. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan asuhan keperawatan dan penerapan evidence based nursing Buerger-Allen exercise pada pasien diabetes melitus. Asuhan keperawatan ini dilakukan pada perempuan, umur 59 tahun dengan diagnosis diabetes melitus. Dari pengkajian diperoleh empat masalah keperawatan yaitu perfusi perifer tidak efektif, nyeri akut, risiko kekurangan volume cairan, risiko defisit nutrisi. Implementasi yang dilakukan untuk masalah keperawatan perfusi perifer tidak efektif salah satunya adalah melakukan Buerger-Allen exercise, hasil evaluasi menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan ankle brachial index (ABI) di kaki kanan dari 0,81 menjadi 0,992, kaki kiri 0,83 menjadi 1,007 dan perbaikan pada sistem vaskularisasi perifer dari kerusakan ringan menjadi normal. Perawat dapat mengajarkan teknik Buerger- Allen exercise pada pasien dan keluarga untuk meningkatkan ABI dan perbaikan pada sistem vaskularisasi perifer
