Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Content Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on Purchase Decisions through Buying Interest in consumers of F&B SME products in Pasuruan Regency. This study uses an explanatory research approach with data analysis techniques using path analysis.  The type of data used is quantitative data, using questionnaires as a data source. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with certain criteria. The results of this study show that: 1) The Content Marketing variable has a significant effect on the Buying Interest variable with a t-calculated value of 3.811 > 1980. 2) The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) variable has a significant effect on the Buying Interest variable with a t-count value of 7.672 > 1980. 3) The Content Marketing variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable with a t-calculated value of 3.126 > 1980. 4) The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable with a t-count value of 3.841 > 1980. 5) the Buying Interest variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable with a t-calculated value of 5.439 > 1980. 6) The Content Marketing variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable through the Buying Interest variable with a t-calculated value of 3.807 > 1980. and 7) The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable through the Buying Interest variable with a t-count value of 4,900 > 1980.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of using chatbots and e-service quality on consumer satisfaction and loyalty in Digital MSME in Pasuruan Regency, This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. the data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed offline. The sample used in the study was 116 respondents with a purposive sampling method, and the analysis results used a variant-based structural equation model Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the use of chatbots has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, the use of chatbots has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Artificial Intelligence Marketing and Content Marketing on Purchase Interest and Purchase Decisions of Digital MSME Consumers in Pasuruan Regency. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using Non Probability Sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The total sample in this research was 114 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to Digital MSME customers in Pasuruan Regency who were the research objects. The data obtained in this research were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques based on the PLS (Partial Least Square) variant with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. Testing of this research model was carried out using outer model (measurement model) and inner model (structural model) tests. The results of this research show that the Artificial Intelligence Marketing variable has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest, Content Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Interest, Artificial Intelligence Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, Content Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions Purchase Interest influences positive and significant on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The Influence of Brand Image, Product Knowledge, and Price on Purchasing Decisions of Bangkok Fashion Clothing Products, This type of research is a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire distributed offline. The sample used in the study was 116 respondents with probability sampling and nonprobability sampling methods, and statistical analysis such as multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Brand Image, Product Knowledge, and Price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The regional autonomy system means that most decisions and policies in a region can be decided by themselves in that region without any interference from the central government. The weakness of the decentralization system in regional autonomy is that the authority of the region can prioritize the interests of groups and groups and is used to gain personal or individual profits. This happens because it is difficult for the government at the central level to control. The purpose of writing this article is to find out: 1. The meaning of regional autonomy 2. Abstract

Education is a means to achieve human needs for social values, moral rules and other dimensions that support the development of an increasingly complex modern world. Thus, planning, maturation and quality control of educational programs must be prioritized. Curriculum planning is the ability to plan students' learning opportunities and all forms of learning experiences received to prepare students to achieve educational goals. What this article uses in writing is the eseach library. Data collection through various sources from books, articles or journals, and the results of previous research. Educational facilities and infrastructure are needed to support the teaching and learning process directly and indirectly. Considering the importance of curriculum planning in achieving optimal educational goals, all curriculum planning principles must be fulfilled in order to form a good curriculum that is in line with the needs of current developments.

Abstract

Dalam artikel ini, kami melihat bagaimana hukum perdata berkembang di dunia saat ini. Hukum Perdata Internasional menangani berbagai masalah hukum yang berkaitan dengan pihak asing di era globalisasi yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan yuridis normatif, memeriksa literatur, yurisprudensi, dan regulasi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, sebagai akibat dari globalisasi, hukum nasional tidak dapat bersatu dengan hukum internasional. Indonesia tidak dapat mengabaikan kemajuan global, terutama dalam hal hukum internasional, karena negara itu adalah masyarakat internasional. Oleh karena itu, hukum negara harus disesuaikan dengan perkembangan hukum global. Pendekatan global hukum perdata internasional mempertimbangkan hukum nasional dan prinsip universal seperti kesetaraan dan keadilan. Selain itu, digitalisasi dan perubahan geopolitik, yang berdampak pada hubungan internasional, menimbulkan tantangan baru bagi Hukum Perdata Internasional. Hukum perdata internasional, karena unik dan dapat disesuaikan, terus berkembang untuk menangani masalah-masalah tersebut, menjadikannya alat penting untuk menjaga stabilitas dan keseimbangan di dunia yang saling berhubungan

Abstract

The influence of mindfulness, work-life balance and employee satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in Rembang industrial estate company employees. This type of research aims to measure the influence of mindfulness, work-life balance and employee satisfaction on employee performance. This research population used a purposive sampling method which obtained a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistical 25 application. The results of the research show that: 1. The mindfulness variable has a significant effect on employee performance, 2. The work-life balance variable has a significant effect on employee performance, 3. The satisfaction variable employees have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the T test for the variables mindfulness, work-life balance, employee satisfaction and employee performance were obtained at mindfulness Tcount of (4.712) > Ttable (1.984), (WLB) Tcount of (8.089) > Ttable (1.984), (employee satisfaction) Tcount of (3,063) > from Ttable (1,984) it can be concluded that the variables of mindfulness, work-life balance and employee satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance at companies in the PIER Pasuruan area.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi organisasi di PT Apparel One Indonesia dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari data pokok seperti hasil observasi dan wawancara dan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi ke bawah yang digunakan adalah pola komunikasi berantai, karyawan yang berinteraksi dengan pimpinan harus melalui media grup whatsapp. Pola komunikasi pimpinan kepada karyawan sangat berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Dalam pola komunikasi ke atas, karyawan selalu mendengarkan arahan, saran, dan ide yang diberikan oleh pimpinan. Pimpinan selalu memberikan umpan balik yang baik kepada karyawan dengan memberikan masukan, saran, dan memberikan solusi. Dalam pola komunikasi horizontal, komunikasi yang harmonis antar sesama karyawan menjadi prioritas utama untuk menghindari kesalahpahaman yang bertujuan untuk menjaga kerjasama tim yang solid.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) play a crucial role in the nation's economy, as shown by their participation in overseas employment and the remittances they send back. Nevertheless, PMI frequently encounter challenges such as abuse, exploitation, breaches of contracts, and limited access to legal protections. The comprehensive legal structure designed to ensure their inclusive safety before, during, and after their employment is laid out in Law No. 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. This research aims to analyze the actual practice of legal protections available to PMI, in light of statutory requirements, and to highlight any obstacles encountered in its application. A normative legal research method is used in this study, employing both legislative and theoretical frameworks, and it is informed by relevant academic literature, laws, and judicial rulings. The findings reveal that while Law No. 18 of 2017 outlines thorough protection protocols, its real-world execution faces hurdles such as insufficient oversight, poor cooperation among agencies, and a general lack of legal knowledge among PMI. Consequently, it is essential to enhance institutions, elevate the quality of protective services, and maximize the effectiveness of Indonesian representatives abroad. This study aims to contribute to the development of more equitable and efficient regulations for the safeguarding of migrant workers.
