Abstract

Kondisi terkini siswa tunarungu dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia yakni keterlambatan perkembangan bahasa anak yang menyebabkan kesulitan komunikasi. Kesulitan komunikasi yang dihadapi anak tunarungu dapat mengakibatkan terbatasnya kosa kata, kesulitan dalam menafsirkan ungkapan bahasa kiasan, kesulitan dalam menafsirkan bahasa abstrak, penguasaan ritme dan ucapan, serta buruknya kosakata atau kosakata dalam bahan ajar pemahaman. Dampak langsung dari pendengaran yaitu terganggunya komunikasi lisan baik ekspresif (berbicara) maupun reseptif (memahami perkataan orang lain). Metode penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif karena kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data nya meliputi studi pustaka seperti mengakses dan mempelajari berbagai publikasi tertulis yaitu buku, artikel, jurnal, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi lainnya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu penulis mempersembahkan inovasi tersebut sebagai suatu terobosan media pembelajaran yang ditujukan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh penyandang tunarungu, khususnya yang masih berusia muda. Teknologi metaverse, kecerdasan buatan, dan konsep ruang virtual menjadi inti dari program ini yang dirancang untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih interaktif, menarik, dan inklusif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa AR dan VR dapat mengatasi hambatan komunikasi konvensional. Harapannya, tulisan ini bisa mendukung pemanfaatan inovasi teknologi untuk membantu tunarungu belajar bahasa dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Climate change has emerged as a major challenge for coastal communities in Pekalongan. This study emphasizes that coastal women are not merely victims of climate change, but also key actors in fostering ecological awareness and community resilience. The research aims to explore the strategic roles of women in responding to climate change through a faith-based Green Deen and community-centered approach. This qualitative study employs a Participatory Action Research (PAR) framework, engaging coastal women as active agents in formulating and implementing climate adaptation strategies. The findings reveal that coastal women go beyond their domestic roles to become agents of ecological transformation. They actively contribute to climate adaptation through tangible actions such as environmental conservation, land use initiatives, local tradition revitalization, and spiritual reinforcement. The concept of Green Deen serves as both an ethical and practical foundation, bridging faith, action, and environmental sustainability. These findings also highlight the importance of integrating local knowledge, religious values, and participatory approaches in the development of climate adaptation policies in coastal areas.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing public interest in Islamic boarding schools. So that caretakers of Islamic Boarding Schools are required to continue to innovate in developing their institutions by making superior programs and increasingly adequate infrastructure at Islamic Boarding School Institutions. One of these institutional developments is the implementation of the Superior Dormitory which accommodates students who focus on memorizing the Koran. This research is a type of field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of institutional development in the Al-Mawarid Excellence Dormitory at Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Nurul Falah Poncol Magetan. Weaknesses and advantages of implementing institutional development in the Al-Mawarid Superior Dormitory and the Implications of institutional development in the Al-Mawarid Superior Dormitory for the recitation of the students. The findings obtained from this study are that in implementing institutional development at the Al-Mawarid Superior Dormitory, the management function of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) or planning (objectives, teaching staff and costs) is organizing (halaqoh distribution according to students' memorization, extracurricular according to the talents and interests of the students) implementation (formal, non-formal and extracurricular learning) evaluation (quarterly meetings between administrators and caregivers and tests for increasing students' memorization ratings). The management of institutional development in the AlMawarid Featured hostel lacks social community and the advantages are 24-hour mentoring assistance and representative and complete dormitories. The implications of institutional development at the AlMawarid Featured Dormitory are the achievement of memorization of at least 5 juz 1 year, student achievements in academic and nonacademic as well as competitions at the district level and costs that are more expensive at this superior Dormitory because of the facilities and programs implemented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas V di SDN Sidomulyo Gresik dalam mengidentifikasi gagasan utama dalam teks bacaan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keadaan tidak mampunya siswa dalam menentukan gagasan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam menentukan gagasan utama sebelum diterapkannya model pembelajaran Jigsaw, (2) mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam menentukan gagasan utama sesudah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Jigsaw, (3) membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran Jigsaw terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam menentukan gagasan utama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Sidomulyo Gresik yang berjumlah 20 siswa terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan tiga hal berikut. Pertama, kemampuan menentukan gagasan utama sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran Jigsaw tergolong kurang karena nilai rata-rata kelas 41. Kedua, kemampuan menentukan gagasan utama sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran Jigsaw tergolong baik karena nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 85. Ketiga, ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan menentukan gagasan utama karena nilai signifikansi hasil perhitungan SPSS = 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 dan t hitung = 14,786 lebih besar daripada t tabel = 2,042. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pendidikan dengan mengungkapkan potensi positif dari Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw dalam mengembangkan keterampilan membaca siswa. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar sekolah dan pendidik mempertimbangkan penerapan Model Jigsaw dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan identifikasi gagasan utama siswa. Namun, penelitian lanjutan dapat dilakukan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektVitas Model Jigsaw dalam konteks pembelajaran yang berbeda.

Abstract

The high divorce rate in Malang City, which reached 1,706 cases in 2024, has also triggered an increase in broken homes and disrupted children's socio-psychological development. To address these issues, the Family Corner Program is offered as a mosque-based family consultation, education, and mentoring service. This study aims to analyze the program's effectiveness in strengthening family resilience using Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness. The method used is empirical legal research with a sociological approach through observation, interviews, and documentation studies, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that Family Corner is quite socially effective through the synergy between the Ministry of Religious Affairs, DMI, UIN Malang, and the local government, and has received a positive response from the community. This program increases family awareness of the importance of communication, harmony, and religious values. However, its effectiveness is not optimal due to limitations in the legal basis, human resources, facilities, funding, and the community's culture of shame in consulting. Based on Soekanto's five factors of legal effectiveness, this program is categorized as moderate. Regulatory strengthening, capacity building for implementers, and ongoing outreach are needed to make the program more professional and sustainable.

Abstract

The Audiolingual Method is a language teaching approach that emphasizes habit formation through repeated practice and positive reinforcement. The main aim of this service activity is to assist and introduce teachers to the audio-lingual method which can form students' correct language habits through intensive repetition of language patterns. In practice, teaching with this method begins with listening and speaking exercises before reading and writing. Applying this method requires students to memorize dialogue, imitate intonation and pronunciation correctly, and respond automatically to verbal stimuli. Correction of errors is carried out directly to prevent the formation of wrong habits. The use of the mother tongue is minimized, even avoided, so that students get used to thinking in English. The result of this activity is that the teachers are very enthusiastic in learning and applying the audiolingual method. Moreover, this activity is strengthened by participants and practical application directly to students. Overall, the Audiolingual method is effective in the early stages of language learning, especially to build basic oral skills. However, it needs to be combined with other approaches so that language mastery becomes more balanced and communicative.

Abstract

Pemenuhan kebutuhan anak merupakan aspek yang sangat krusial untuk menjamin hidup dan kesejahteraan mereka, terutama bagi anak-anak yang lahir di luar pernikahan yang sering kali menghadapi berbagai rintangan dalam memperoleh hak keperdataan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian mendalam mengenai hak-hak sipil anak yang lahir di luar nikah, terutama hak-hak yang diberikan oleh ayah biologis mereka, dalam kerangka hukum Indonesia dan Mesir. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua negara mengenai pengaturan dan pengakuan hak sipil bagi anak luar nikah. Di Indonesia, berdasarkan pada KUH Perdata, Undang-Undang Perkawinan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), serta Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 46/PUU-VIII/2010, terdapat peluang bagi anak luar nikah untuk menjalin hubungan hukum dengan ayah biologisnya, asalkan dapat dibuktikan secara ilmiah. Pendekatan ini mencerminkan upaya untuk menegakkan keadilan dan melindungi hak-hak anak dalam sistem hukum nasional yang memperhatikan nilai-nilai Islam. Sebaliknya, Mesir yang sangat taat pada mazhab Hanafi, tidak mengakui hubungan antara anak luar nikah dan ayah biologisnya, sehingga anak hanya memiliki ikatan hukum dengan ibunya tanpa hak untuk warisan, nafkah, atau pencantuman nama ayah di akta kelahiran. Perbandingan ini menunjukkan kontras antara pendekatan hukum yang progresif dan inklusif di Indonesia dengan pendekatan yang lebih konservatif dalam hukum Islam klasik di Mesir.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan prestasi akademik peserta didik sebagai indikator keberhasilan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), khususnya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) yang masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran PAI yang diterapkan di SMK An Nurmaniyah Kota Tangerang, menganalisis efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan prestasi kognitif peserta didik, serta merumuskan model strategi pembelajaran yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan peserta didik berprestasi, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap nilai dan hasil evaluasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas dan kolaborasi, seperti Cooperative Learning (tipe Jigsaw dan STAD) serta Blended Learning berbasis media digital, mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif, motivasi belajar, dan hasil kognitif peserta didik secara signifikan. Kesimpulannya, strategi pembelajaran PAI yang efektif adalah yang berpusat pada peserta didik, menekankan kolaborasi, serta mengintegrasikan teknologi. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah standarisasi dan penguatan penerapan Cooperative Learning serta pengembangan modul digital adaptif di lingkungan pembelajaran PAI SMK

Abstract

Low user engagement and long-term retention remained key challenges in mobile learning applications despite advancements in instructional content and functionality. This study aimed to examine the role of gamification elements and micro-interactions in enhancing user engagement in mobile-based language learning applications, with a focus on Duolingo and similar platforms. A Systematic Literature Review method was employed, following the stages of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and inclusion. Literature searches were conducted through Google Scholar and ResearchGate, covering studies published between 2020 and 2025. Ten articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using qualitative synthesis. The results indicated that gamification elements such as points, badges, leaderboards, and streaks contributed to increased learner motivation and consistent application use. In addition, micro-interactions supported user engagement by improving system clarity, interaction comfort, and feedback responsiveness. This study concluded that a balanced integration of gamification and micro-interactions was essential for developing sustainable and effective mobile learning applications.

Abstract

Marriage is a fundamental institution in Islam that not only functions as a legal bond between a man and a woman, but also as a means of maintaining social order and realizing the objectives of sharia (maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah). In the Islamic fiqh tradition, marriage law has been studied in depth by classical jurists from various schools of thought, resulting in a variety of legal views based on the istinbāṭ methodology used. This study aims to analyze the views of classical jurists from the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi‘i, and Hanbali schools of thought regarding marriage law in Islam, identify similarities and differences in views between schools regarding fundamental aspects of marriage, and examine the methodological basis behind these differences. The research method used is normative legal research with a conceptual and comparative approach, through a review of classical fiqh literature and works on ushul fiqh. The results of this study indicate that despite similarities in views between schools of thought regarding the objectives and basic principles of marriage, there are significant differences in the pillars and requirements of marriage, the role of guardians, witnesses, and the legal consequences of marriage, influenced by differences in legal sources, methods of reasoning, and the use of qiyās, istihsān, and maslahah. This study confirms that the differing views of classical jurists constitute a rich treasure trove of Islamic law relevant to serve as a reference in the development of contemporary Islamic marriage law.
