Stunting is caused by direct factors such as food intake and infectious diseases as well as indirect factors such as social, economic, cultural and political factors. The activity that the government is trying to improve nutrition to prevent stunting is the provision of complementary foods for breast milk (MP-ASI). Providing Complementary Food for Breast Milk (MP-ASI) cannot be separated from the knowledge of parents, especially mothers, in processing it. This activity aims to provide assistance to the community through counseling and training on processing MP-ASI made from local food ingredients Moringa leaves and orange sweet potatoes as an effort to prevent stunting. The methods used in community service activities are counseling and training. The activity was carried out for 3 months, namely from August to October 2023 with a total of 26 respondents consisting of posyandu cadres, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, mothers with babies and toddlers. The results of community service show that respondents experienced an increase in knowledge from the majority having sufficient knowledge to good knowledge. It is hoped that this activity can be carried out sustainably by carrying out monitoring and evaluation for 1000 HPK in order to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Mekar Sari Village, Tatah Makmur District, Banjar Regency. Keyword: Stunting, Moringa Leaves, Orange Sweet Potatoes, Empowered  Women

Abstract

The management and development of Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten (TK ABA) Cairo is still needs to be improved. Meanwhile, currently the ABA Cairo Kindergarten is the only Indonesian private kindergarten in Egypt and is a reference for early childhood education for the Indonesian people in Cairo. The fundamental problem faced by ABA Cairo Kindergarten is that it doesn’t have a standard curriculum document that promotes the advantages and characteristics of the stake holders in the education unit. The purpose of this International Collaborative Community Service (PkM-KI) activity is to assist in the preparation of curriculum documents that are adapted to the spirit of an independent curriculum. This PkM implementation method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, by actively involving partners in the participation and action dimensions. The target for the implementation of this PkM is the compilation of the ABA Cairo Kindergarten curriculum document. The result of this PkM KI is the arrangement of curriculum document which was legalized by the competent authority. Abstract

Abstract

Sheep livestock business that is carried out by the community has the potential as a source of income, but it is still considered a sideline because agricultural business is still the main focus. The agricultural business undertaken is still dependent on chemical fertilizers which are fairly expensive steps in Senden Village. In addition, public knowledge of the dangers of chemical fertilizers is very minimal or even practically nonexistent. Likewise, the knowledge of the utilization of Sheep waste in the form of feces or urine has not been utilized as sufficient organic fertilizer. Knowledge and pregnancy enhancement are carried out with counseling methods and training in processing Sheep waste in the form of Sheep urine. The activities carried out are the preparation stage in the form of a location survey, the distribution of questionnaires to see the initial knowledge of farmers/breeders, the provision of material or training on wastewater treatment, and the direct simulation of how to make organic liquid fertilizer. The preparation phase of tools and materials that will be needed in the process of making organic liquid fertilizer (POC). The next step is the procedure for making POC. The last stage is the harvesting of POC, packaging, and marketing of POC that has been produced. The output of this community service is the utilization of livestock waste in the form of Sheep urine as liquid organic fertilizer. Abstract

The shift in the role of the Constitutional Court, which has tended tobecome a positive legislator in the last 11 years, began with the existenceof Constitutional Court Decision Number 48/PUU-IX/2011, which, in itsessence, eliminated the limitations on the role of constitutional judges inrendering decisions with a regulatory nature. Consequently, in the last11 years, out of 198 accepted decisions, 107 positive legislative decisionswere identified, and when presented, these positive legislative decisionsconstituted a majority of 54% of the total decisions. The practice ofpositive legislation itself appears to be ineffective, primarily due tothe fact that out of the total 107 decisions, only 26 decisions wereimplemented by the addressees of the decisions. Through normativejuridical research using a statute approach and conceptual approach, this study is focused on understanding why the practice of positivelegislation is not optimal. This is because there is no legal basis, it doesnot fall within the Constitutional Court’s domain to decide cases witha regulatory nature, and there is no obligation for the addressees ofthe decisions to implement positive legislative decisions.
