Abstract

The application of gold pawning in Islamic banks uses the concept of qardh and ijarah contracts with the guidance of Islamic economic law (sharia) with the provisions of the fatwa of the National Sharia Council (DSN) of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). This study aims to determine the application of the Convergence of Qard and Ijarah Acts on Gold Pawn Products at Bank Syariah Palopo. The design in this research is field research that uses descriptive qualitative research methods with juridical analysis through observation, interviews. The results of this study reveal that the signing of qardh, rahn and ijarah contracts at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palopo is carried out separately to avoid gharar, jahalah and usury. Thus, qard products are not included in the hybrid contract category. The convergence of the gold pawn contract of Bank Syariah Mandiri Palopo City based on the research results is in accordance with the provisions of DSN fatwa No.25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 on rahn and DSN fatwa NO.26/ DSN -MUI/III/2002 on gold pawning. Thus, the convergence/integration of the qardh contract and ijarah contract in the gold pawn product at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palopo is appropriate because it is in accordance with and fulfils the DSN fatwa.

Abstract

Dusun Muallaf Kelurahan Sumarambu Kota Palopo dikenal dengan sebutan kampung Mualaf karena sebagian besar masyarakatnya yang dahulu beragama non-Islam menjadi mualaf dengan memeluk agama Islam. Dengan status sebagai mualaf yang baru memeluk agama Islam, berarti akidah Islamnya masih rapuh dan rentan terhadap berbagai tantangan dan ujian keimanan sehingga diperlukan upaya-upaya penguatan atau peningkatan akidah. Melalui pro- gram kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (Abmas), para Mualaf di Dusun Muallaf ini diberi materi penguatan akidah Islam dengan tujuan untuk membentengi mereka dari rentannya pemurtadan atau pendangkalan akidah yang dilakukan oleh akti- fis penganut agama yang mereka peluk sebelumnya di wilayah tersebut. Metode kegiatan Abmas yang dilakukan yakni ceramah dan dialog interaktif, workshop prak- tek ibadah, dan terakhir pemberian santunan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pemahaman Mualaf akan akidah Islam serta meningkatnya kemampuan para Mualaf untuk menunaikan ibadah dengan benar seperti berwudhu dan sholat sesuai tuntunan Rasulullah SAW, sehingga mereka tidak rentan untuk menjadi murtad (kembali ke ajaran agama sebelumnya), tidak melakukan perbuatan musyrik, dan mampu membentengi akidah Islam mereka supaya tidak mudah luntur dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun. Pada akhir kegiatan, Mualaf mendapat santunan berupa perlengkapan alat sholat, serta sembako untuk meringankan beban ekonomi kehidupan mereka. Kegiatan ini sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan secara berkelan- jutan dengan harapan agar akidah para mualaf meningkat kualitasnya.

Abstract

The educational program for religious moderation through Islamic arts and culture for Generation Z at MI Bahrul Ulum Gedongboyo, Turi, Lamongan aims to instill moderate, inclusive and tolerant Islamic values. Adopting a participatory action research (PAR) approach, this program integrates the concept of religious moderation into the curriculum through Islamic arts and culture. Implementation includes the development of learning modules, extracurricular activities, and integration into regular subjects. Results show a significant increase in students' understanding of religious moderation, positive changes in attitudes towards diversity, and the ability to express moderate Islamic values ??through works of art. Key challenges include the diversity of student backgrounds and limited resources. The success of the program opens up opportunities for development and replication in other Islamic educational institutions. A holistic approach that integrates cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects is the key to success. This program makes a significant contribution in forming a young generation of moderate and tolerant Muslims, as well as offering an innovative model in religious education to face the challenges of radicalism and intolerance

Abstract

Background: Choosing a sitting position when following the lecture process is a routine thing and is usually done every day by students, this aims to further maximize the learning process. By occupying a strategic sitting position, it will be easier to interact, either with lecturers or with classmates. However, the selection of this sitting position often causes complaints in the form of back pain if the sitting position occupied is not ergonomic. Methods: This research is a descriptive survey research. The sample in this study was the third semester students of class A1, A2 and A3 totaling 110 students who were selected using purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in September 2016-February 2017. The results showed that in class A1 there were 6 students (17.0%) with mild pain and 1 person (2.9%) with moderate pain. In class A2 there are 2 students (5.7%) with mild pain and 2 students (5.7%) with moderate pain. In class A3 there are 2 students (5.7%) with mild pain, 1 student (2.9%) with moderate pain and 1 student (2.9%) with severe pain. Conclusion: Of the 110 students who took the biostatistics course, there were 15 students who experienced back pain. Suggestion: choose a strategic and ergonomic position so that back pain during the learning process is not expected to occur. Keywords: Back Pain Percentage, Sitting Position

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find and describe students' difficulties in learning Arabic. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method or a qualitative approach. And to obtain data, researchers use data collection procedures by means of observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this research show that the Arabic language skills of class VII MTs Nurul Aziz DDI Barobbo can be said to be still not good, students still have difficulty learning Arabic, the first cause is when students cannot differentiate hijaiyyah letters which are almost the same in pronunciation, they are unable to read the Al-Qur'an. an, and their lack of motivation in learning Arabic, parents' lack of attention to students' Arabic learning outcomes, and no basic mastery of Arabic. There is a lack of seriousness in taking Arabic lessons and boredom arises when the teaching and learning process takes place. The teacher's method of delivering material is monotonous, using the lecture method, and the use of less varied learning media.

Abstract

Listening skill has been neglected even if being the most necessary ability in daily communication. It has an important role to improve the students’ language. As learners of English Courses, they need facilities to support their learning process. The podcast is one of the primary facilities by which students are able to develop their scientific and general knowledge. The research intended to describe the preparation, implementation, evaluation, and students’ perceptions of teaching listening through English podcast at the pre-intermediate program of Seventeen English Learning. the research used a qualitative design. The samples are nine students at the pre-intermediate program of Seventeen English Learning. Meanwhile, the instruments used to collect data are an observation checklist, interview guide, and documentation. The collected data are in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. Thus, they are analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and verification. The findings showed that the teacher did some preparation before doing the teaching, The teacher also did the learning procedures of teaching listening through the podcast, The teacher as well did evaluation of teaching listening through podcasts started from the beginning, during, and at the end of the learning process. The students’ perceptions after being taught the listening through podcast were positive and it’s able to encourage their speaking, pronunciation, and understanding the speakers’ speech.

Abstract

This paper explores Indonesian rice trade issues like asymmetric knowledge, unethical competition, and price fluctuation. Agriculture generally favors asymmetric knowledge. Unethical competitors hurt other producers. Unhusked rice prices fell, harming farmers. Researching Indonesian legal rules and norms and their implementation in human behavior solved these problems using a normative-empirical method. The paper advises setting distribution agents, marketing targets, and regular harvest pricing to improve farmer welfare. The paper strongly suggested the government rice quality support. It emphasizes data accuracy for company performance and competitive advantage. The paper proposes choosing distribution agents and marketing targets to minimize unethical producer competition. Price fluctuation and business owners' refusal to pay are examined in Indonesia's rice trade. A farm-level grain marketing system review would assist farmers. The result of this paper also noted Sidenreng Rappang Regency vendors and rice millers' unfair pricing. Indonesian farmer welfare strategies are studied. It recommends finding reliable distributors and marketing targets and keeping pricing consistent during harvest season. Producer-buyer understanding reduces unethical competition. The paper examines Indonesia's rice collectors. Farmers need stable agricultural prices. Further, emphasizing addressing dealers' and rice millers' harmful price practices. Abstract

Kota Balikpapan merupakan salah satu kota yang dianggap sebagai penyangga Ibu Kota Nusantara, namun masih memiliki resiko becana. Lebih jauh lagi hingga kini, belum ada penelitian yang membahas tentang optimalisasi dari adanya Kampung Siaga Bencana sebagai bagian dari solusi menghadapi bencana. Terkait hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum mengenai optimalisasi Kampung Siaga Bencana dalam mitigasi bencana di Kota Balikpapan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif. Penulis melakukan wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi pada pengumpulan data penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dimensi tujuan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat telah memahami tujuan dari terbentuknya KSB namun masyarakat belum memahami berbagai bentuk mitigasi bencana yang ada. Dimensi alternatif keputusan menunjukkan bahwa alternatif keputusan yang diambil oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Balikpapan yaitu melalui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program KSB dengan jumlah KSB yang dibentuk. Dimensi sumber daya menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan anggaran dalam optimalisasi program KSB, belum memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, dan dari segi sumber daya manusia menunjukkan adanya keterbatasan jumlah sumber daya manusia terutama tenaga ahli dibidang kebencanaan. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi kampung siaga bencana dalam mitigasi bencana di Kota Balikpapan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik. Abstract

The teacher has the responsibility to see everything that happens in the classroom to help the student's development process. The teacher is someone who is able to carry out educational actions in an educational situation or a person who is mature, honest, patient, physically and mentally healthy, virtuous, expert, skilled, open, fair and compassionate. Therefore teachers need to accustom students to live regularly by always being given exemplary and coaching related to discipline. Being a PAI teacher in carrying out his role is supposed to instill the values ??of discipline in students, because discipline has an integral part of the legitimacy of religious worship. The aims of this study are 1. To describe the role of Islamic education teachers in improving student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung Jombang. 2. To describe the form of student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung Jombang. This study uses qualitative research using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The role of PAI teachers in improving student discipline. As for the teacher as a motivator, the teacher as a guide, as well as the driving factor for the teacher in increasing student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung. 2. The application of student discipline at SMPN 2 Mojoagung Jombang, namely the habituation method and the punishment method.

Abstract

The formation of the akhlakul karimah in students is a very important aspect in Islamic religion education (PAI). PAI teacher has a central role in guiding students to a noble akhlak, in accordance with the teachings of Islam. This research aims to find out the efforts made by PAI teachers in the formation of karimah achlakul in students. In this research, the method used is a qualitative approach with case studies as research design. Data is collected in several ways, including in-person observations, interviews with PAI teachers, as well as analysis of PAI curriculum-related documents and PAI learning materials. The strategy includes direct teaching of Islamic values, giving examples in everyday life, as well as accustoming positive behavior through extracurricular activities. PAI teachers also use a holistic approach, which combines aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and practice in an effort to shape a charitable attitude in students
