Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media tusuk kasar dengan metode silaba terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I di SD Negeri Lebo 02 Batang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa yang disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi dan kurang menarik bagi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SD Negeri Lebo 02 Batang tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan membaca permulaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa yang menggunakan media tusuk kasar dengan metode silaba dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan skor yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol.Media dan metode yang tepat dapat menjadikan proses belajar lebih menarik, terstruktur, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa kelas awal, sehingga mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar secara efektif.

Abstract

The background that drives this research is the low understanding of fourth grade elementary school students regarding the material of plant body parts and their functions in learning natural and socialsciences (IPAS). The results of observations and interviews at SDN Pandean Lamper 02 showed that teachers did not adapt learning to the needs of students in using interesting teaching media during teaching and learning activities in class, because teachers only focused on the printed books used so that students were not interested and bored while learning. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model consisting of 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of one teacher and 29 fourth grade students of SDN Pandean Lamper 02. The results of this study showed that the developed Spinning Wheel media was declared very suitable for use based on the assessment of media and material validators. Teachers and students gave very good responses, shown by enthusiasm during learning that the media facilitated understanding of IPAS material. Effectiveness testing through a comparison of pretest andposttest scores showed a significant increase in learning outcomes after the use of the Spinning Wheel media. This demonstrates that the Spinning Wheel media can create an interactive, enjoyable learning environment and increase student engagement. Suggestions include developing this media digitally or expanding the study to different materials and grade levels to achieve better results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan permasalah (1) Bagaimana sejarah terbentuknya komunitas seni AECItrue? (2) Bagaimana bentuk perekaman portofolio tentang asset data komunitas seni AECItrue dari tahun berdirinya sampai saat ini (2006 s/d 2024) ? Sedangkan untuk tujuan dari peneitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui Sejarah terbentuknya komunitas seni AECItrue dan perkembangannya, (2) melakukan perekaman portfolio terkait kearsipan dan perekapan aset data komunitas seni rupa semarang AECItrue dari tahun 2006 s/d 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Sasaran penelitian adalah kelompok atau komunitas seni semarang AECItrue. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan di beberapa tempat, yakni sanggar-sanggar, galeri-galeri seni, tempat-tempat komunitas, untuk mencari data terkait rekam sejarah dan perkembangan komunitas AECItrue. Wawancara secara mendalam dilakukan kepada seluruh anggota komunitas dan beberapa orang yang memiliki potensi untuk didapatkan data terkait komunitas AECItrue. Studi pustaka dilakukan, dengan mencari sumber-sumber pustaka baik secara digital maupun kearsipan dari beberapa tempat. Sedangkan studi dokumensi dilakukan dengan mencari data melalui dokumen yang terkait dengan objek penelitian, perekaman kegiatan dan perekaman dokumen-dokumen penunjangnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan empat langkah analisis yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik kebasahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejarah terbentuknya komunitas seni AECItrue dan perekaman portofolio tentang asset data komunitas seni AECItrue dari tahun berdirinya sampai saat ini (2006 s/d 2024). Menjabarkan penerapan managemen komunitas dan pengkaryaan seni dari komunitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis Kesulitan yang dialami siswa dalam belajar matematika, faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar matematika, dan upaya guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Karangrejo 01 pada PPL I bulan Januari-Maret 2023. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan siswa kelas V dengan menggunakan sampel 5 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kesulitan dalam memahami konsep, kesulitan dalam operasi hitung. Faktor internal yang berupa minat belajar, motivasi belajar siswa yang masih rendah dan eksternal yang berupa penggunaan media pembelajaran yang belum maksimal, variasi guru dalam mengajar menyebabkan peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar matematika. Upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar dengan memperbanyak latihan soal, menggunakan media pembelajaran yang konket dan menjalin kerjasama dengan orang tua.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Understanding by Design (UbD)principle in Mathematics learning for fifth-grade students at SDN Sarirejo, Semarang.The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data werecollected through observations, in depth interviews, and document analysis.Observations were conducted in the classroom during the learning process using theUnderstanding by Design (UbD) principle, interviews were conducted with studentswho received learning with the Understanding by Design UbD principle, anddocument analysis was conducted using documents in classroom learning duringlearning activities using the Understanding by Design UbD principle. The results ofthe study indicate that the implementation of UbD enhances students conceptualunderstanding of Mathematics and encourages active engangement in the learningprocess. Student demonstrated better ability to connect mathematical concept withreal life situations and explain the reasoning behind their answer. These finding areexcepted to serve as a reference for the development of a more effective curriculumand teaching methods in elementary schools especially in Mathematics learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that each student has a different learning style so that it has an impact on their learning outcomes. In learning Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang, teachers have used various learning methods and models, but their application has not been consistent. This causes differences in learning outcomes, where some students are able to achieve KKM, while others are still below the minimum completeness criteria. This condition encourages researchers to analyze more deeply the relationship between learning style and student learning outcomes. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) What is the tendency of the learning style of grade V students in learning science at SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang?. 2) How is the analysis of the learning style of grade V students on the learning outcomes of science learning at SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang?. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) To describe the tendency of learning styles of grade V students in social studies learning at SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang. 2) To describe the results of the analysis of the learning style of grade V students on the learning outcomes of science learning at SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation of learning outcomes in the form of daily test scores in science learning. The subject of this study is grade V students of SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang which totals 19 students consisting of 6 female students and 13 male students. The results of the study showed that the learning style of grade V students at SD Negeri Pandean Lamper 02 Semarang was visual learning style, with a percentage of 52.63% (10 students). Students with visual learning styles also obtained the highest average score of 81, compared to auditory with an average of 71.6 and kinesthetic with an average of 63.3. Based on this study, the advice conveyed to teachers is that teachers are more varied in applying learning methods by paying attention to all learning styles of each student, especially for kinesthetic students who need direct practice In addition, students are expected to be able to recognize their respective learning styles to improve learning outcomes

Abstract

The background that prompted this research was that the IPAS learning process in grade V at Jatipecaron Elementary School was still dominated by conventional methods. The negative impact of this method caused students to become passive and find it difficult to develop ideas. To overcome the problem of low student creativity, the researcher considered it necessary to innovate teaching methods. The Project Based Learning (PjBL) model is an innovative model that places students at the center of learning activities through real projects. The problem formulation in this study is: How effective is project-based learning in increasing student creativity in IPAS subjects in grade V at Jatipecaron State Elementary School? The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in improving student creativity in IPAS subjects in grade V at Jatipecaron State Elementary School, Grobogan Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Pre-Experimental Design in the form of a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population and sample in this study were all 32 fifth-grade students at Jatipecaron State Elementary School, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, pretest and posttest instruments to measure learning outcomes and creativity, then analyzed using normality tests and paired sample t-tests. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes and creativity after the Project Based Learning model was implemented. The average pretest score was 51.7 with a learning completeness of 19%, while the average posttest score increased to 84.4 with a learning completeness of 81%. The normality test results showed that the data was normally distributed (L₀ = 0.112 < Lₜabel = 0.154). The hypothesis test using a paired sample t-test obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there was a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after the treatment. Based on the creativity observation results, 41% of students were in the highly creative category. Based on this study, the suggestion is that the Project Based Learning model can be used as an alternative for teachers in teaching to increase student creativity.

Abstract

This research is based on the low utilization of varied learning media in class V UPTD SD Negeri 1 Kunyit. Teachers still dominate using conventional media such as whiteboards, package books, and worksheets, so that learning is less interesting and has minimal visual stimulus. This condition makes it difficult for teachers to deliver abstract science subjects, especially material about changes in the earth due to natural events. In addition, the researcher's experience during the teaching campus program showed that students responded very positively to the use of visual and interactive digital media, characterized by their increased enthusiasm and participation. The objectives of this research and development are: to describe the media development process, to determine the validity and practicality of media, and to find out the response of students to AR-based diorama media in the science learning material of class V UPTD SD Negeri 1 Kunyit. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) that develops AR-based Diorama Media. The development process uses the ADDIE (analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The field trial was carried out involving 13 students of class V UPTD SD Negeri 1 Kunyit. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and questionnaires to assess the feasibility and user response to the media. The results of the study show that Augmented Reality (AR)-based diorama media is stated to be very feasible to use, based on the assessment of media experts with an average of 96.25% and material experts with an average of 96.25%. The practicality of the media was also stated to be very practical, as evidenced by the results of 100% teacher responses and 98.46% student responses. Thus, it can be concluded that AR-based diorama media is valid and very practical to be used as a science learning media for grade V in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research aims to develop KADO TUTU (Plant Body Domino Card) media in the science subject of grade IV elementary school that is feasible and practical. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) research with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. This research was conducted at SDN Bugangan 01. The results of the media expert validation test obtained a percentage of 96%, while the validation of the material expert was 96.6%, where the percentage was included in the "very feasible" category. Meanwhile, the results of the practicality test by the teacher obtained a percentage of 90.76%, then the results of the practicality test by students obtained a percentage of 99.41%, where the percentage was in the category of "very practical". Thus, the KADO TUTU (Plant Body Domino Card) media that was developed was declared very feasible and very practical to be used as a learning medium in the science subject of grade IV elementary school.
