Abstract

An alternative medical device called an IV is used to replenish lost body fluids and maintain the body's electrolyte balance. Infusion fluid administration is a very useful way to help and speed up the recovery of the patient's condition during the treatment period. In hospitals, clinics and health centers, nurses generally still control and monitor the use of IV fluids manually. Nurses must periodically check the condition of each patient's infusion. Thus, delays in infusion replacement often occur. This has a negative impact on the patient, such as blood being sucked into the infusion hose and the possibility of clotting in the hose. So that patients will experience losses to these conditions, nurses are required to always be on time in replacing infusions. There are still many people who do not understand the normal human heart rate, because health workers do not socialize to the public about heart rate. Lack of understanding of the human heartbeat that is often found in our environment. Based on the above problems, the research to be carried out will provide several solutions, it is necessary to make a sensor to detect infusion filling for patients who are under treatment so that it will help nurses in controlling infusion filling. The existence of monitor results related to human heart rate as a tool so that it can measure human heart rate. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), this research produces a sensor tool to detect infusion and human heart rate.

Abstract

Abstract: The abundance of religious traditions in Banjarmasin often becomes a topic of controversy among the community. Some claim that these traditions are considered bid'ah or innovations in religion, lacking evidence or examples from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), his companions, the Tabi'in, and the Tabi'ut Tabi'in. This research aims to understand how scholars following the Salafi methodology determine the criteria for choosing a spouse, the legal evidence supporting their understanding, and the standards of compatibility (kafa'ah) in marriage. The study is beneficial for recognizing changes in the phenomenon related to the determination of spouse criteria among the community. This empirical legal research focuses on Salafi scholars in the city of Banjarmasin as research subjects, utilizing interview methods to gather data on the scholars' understanding of determining spouse criteria. The findings of this research indicate that the understanding among the four informants is relatively similar, emphasizing the selection of a partner with a strong religious foundation, good character, and a shared Salafi methodology. Keyword: Manhaj Salaf;Salafi;Spouse. Abstrak: Banyaknya tradisi keagamaan di Banjarmasin sering menjadi polemik dikalangan masyarakat. Ada yang mengatakan tradisi-tradisi yang ada merupakan perbuatan bid’ah atau suatu perkara baru dalam agama yang tidak ada dalil atau contoh dari Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam. maupun para sahabat, tabi’in, dan tabi’ut tabi’in. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman ulama manhaj salaf dalam penentuan kriteria pasangan hidup, dalil hukum dalam memberikan pemahaman, dan terkait standar ukuran kafa’ah dalam pernikahan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan fenomena dikalangan masyarakat terkait penentuan kriteria pasangan hidup. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris yang menjadikan ulama manhaj salaf di Kota Banjarmasin sebagai subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan metode wawancara yang menghasilkan data berupa pemahaman ulama manhaj salaf dalam penentuan kriteria pasangan hidup. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman empat informan relarif sama, yaitu menganjurkan untuk memilih pasangan yang mempunyai agama, akhlak yang baik dan memiliki paham keagamaan yang sama yaitu sama-sama bermanhaj salaf.

Abstract

Background: Anemia is one of the global public health problems which affect 1.62 billion world population. One of the government's programs to prevent and combat anemia on female adolescents are PPAGB programs with administration of one Fe tablet consumption once a week for a year. But not all female adolescents adhere to consume Fe Tablets which given from the program.Objective: To determine the correlation between female students' knowledge and attitude related with anemia on Fe-tablets compliance on PPAGB Programs in 26's National Junior High School (SMPN 26) Bekasi City, West Java.    Method: A research survey with cross-sectional design. Sampling technique with systematic random sampling to obtain 100 respondents. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square test.                                        Result: The results showed that attitudes and knowledge related to anemia were correlated with Fe-tablets consumption and compliance. The Chi-Square test showed the relationship between attitude and Fe-tablets compliance with p-value 0.000; 0.005, also relationship between knowledge related to anemia and Fe-tablets consumption with p-value 0.002; 0.005Conclusion: There are a relationship between female students' attitude and knowledge related to anemia on Fe-tablet compliance on PPAGB Program at 26's National Junior High School (SMPN 26) Bekasi City, West Java.

Abstract

Student Satisfaction Index has a very important role in the university environment as it is closely related to the accreditation assessment process. In this context, Nurul Jadid University faces shortcomings in calculating student satisfaction, which has the potential to disrupt the efficiency of time use and have an overall negative impact. As a solution, this research aims to cluster student answers using the K-Means algorithm implemented through the Streamlit web platform with the Python programming language. The results showed that this approach was able to produce excellent clustering, with an accuracy rate of 97%. The main objective of this research is to improve efficiency in the process of measuring student satisfaction levels, with the hope of making a significant contribution to improving the quality of university services and the process of evaluating university accreditation more efficiently. As such, this research has important implications in improving the overall performance of the university in the face of challenges.

Abstract

Pelatihan Jaringan Komputer untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Subuh Situbondo telah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang jaringan komputer dan memperkuat kemitraan antara sekolah, industri lokal, dan masyarakat dalam mendukung pendidikan kejuruan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui serangkaian tahapan, termasuk identifikasi sumber daya lokal, merancang program pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dan potensi komunitas, serta mengimplementasikan program pelatihan dengan melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan terkait. Metode ABCD yang diterapkan memungkinkan peneliti untuk memanfaatkan kekuatan dan potensi yang ada dalam komunitas sebagai landasan untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan jaringan komputer dengan pendekatan ABCD telah memberikan dampak yang positif dan signifikan. Terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang jaringan komputer setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Selain itu, terbentuknya kemitraan yang erat antara sekolah, industri lokal, dan masyarakat juga memperkuat dukungan bagi pelaksanaan pendidikan kejuruan di sekolah. Pelatihan jaringan komputer dengan menggunakan pendekatan ABCD merupakan pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dan memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan masyarakat. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi siswa, tetapi juga memberikan dampak yang luas terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan ABCD dapat digunakan sebagai model yang relevan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kejuruan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan

Abstract

Penelitian hukum ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi ketentuan nafkah bagi anak. Kemudian menganalisis tentang pelaksanaan eksekusi ketentuan nafkah anak. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, yaitu penelitian terhadap data sekunder yang berupa bahan-bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier yang dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka. Kemudian data sekunder tersebut diolah dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketentuan tentang nafkah anak yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang Bapak mempunyai peranan penting bagi perkembangan fisik, mental, dan sosial anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Kemudian eksekusi terhadap ketentuan nafkah anak sebagaimana tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 sulit ditempuh oleh bekas istri karena memerlukan biaya yang cukup besar dan hal ini tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh bekas istri.

Abstract

This study evaluates the role of Posbakum (Legal Aid Post) at the Faculty of Sharia UIN Antasari in legal services at the Religious Courts in South and Central Kalimantan. Findings indicate that the Posbakum's role is not yet optimal, prompting the LKBH management to propose measures such as enhancing the quality of staff, adjusting the number of staff and salaries, and improving collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Financial constraints and stagnation in collaboration were identified as obstacles, limiting the effectiveness of Posbakum staff. Optimization efforts require additional funding, accreditation, and active collaboration with other organizations. Partnerships are considered a solution for accelerating accreditation and expanding services, emphasizing the importance of financial support, enhanced collaboration, and increased resources to enable Posbakum to play an optimal role in providing legal services to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the optimization of the application of Sharia-based State Law can enhance the quality of village governance, with a focus on Aluh-Aluh Village in Banjar Regency. The application of Sharia-based State Law is expected to improve the mechanisms and processes of village governance and integrate Sharia principles into resource management and public services. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with village officials, observation of activities, and document studies. The findings indicate that the application of Sharia economic principles, such as justice ('adl), transparency (shafafiyah), and social responsibility (mas'uliyah), not only enhances transparency and accountability within village governance but also strengthens community participation in decision-making and resource management. Integrating these principles offers solutions to challenges such as unequal resource distribution, low transparency, and weak accountability. The implications of this research suggest that the implementation of Sharia-based State Law can promote more responsible financial management practices, increase community involvement, and support sustainable development. The integration of Sharia economic principles into village governance provides a model for other villages with similar conditions and can enhance community engagement and public service quality. The study recommends long-term planning and adherence to Sharia principles to improve transparency, accountability, and prosperity at the village level.

Abstract

This study analyzed the incidence of hacking that occurred at the Indonesian National Data Center (PDN) on June 20, 2024, which resulted in a significant disruption to various government services. This study aims to understand the characteristics of cyber attacks, mode operandi ransomware type brainchipper, and the weakness of the security system that causes the leaking of data. By using a descriptive approach and content analysis of various sources, this study has a short and long-term impact of the hacking, including operational damage, a decrease in public trust, and risk to national security. The findings show the importance of reforming the Siber security policy and the strengthening of information technology infrastructure. The study also highlights the responsibility of the government in protecting personal data and providing effective handling of the incident of leaking data to prevent similar events in the future.
