Abstract

Business process in waste management play an important role in influencing the effectiveness of household waste management in archipelago area like Kepulauan Seribu. Kepulauan Seribu is one of the areas that has potential in the tourism sector. Despite its unique location as an archipelago, Kepulauan Seribu experiences difficulties managing its waste and must transport it to landfills in Jakarta. The aims of this research are to develop the business process of household waste management program, identify the inhibiting and driving factors of the household waste management program and provide the suggestions for improving business process in Kepulauan Seribu. This research is based on qualitative methods. In-depth interviews with targeted respondents are used for data collection. Business process analysis such as waste analysis, value-added analysis, why-why analysis and pareto analysis are employed to further enhance the understanding of waste management processes and identify areas for improvement. This research discovered that business process in waste management in Kepulauan Seribu required to be improved and eliminate the unnecessary processes. Additionally, this study helps Kepulauan Seribu's household waste management program, and it is anticipated that it will help the local government formulate more sensible and useful policies.

Abstract

One of the villages in Karawang Regency is called Tempuran village, which has a population of ± 4,300 people consisting of 11 RTs, 5 RWs and four hamlets. 60% already have a certificate, and 40% only have a verbal Deed of Sale and Purchase. Tempuran village follows the implementation of PTSL, which priorities systematic, complete, fast, simple and affordable principles for the Tempuran village community.  Some village communities already know about land title certificates but have not yet reached the stage of implementing them by the regulations governing them. In reality, land rights regarding legal certainty do not always correspond to what is expected. Implementation in the field often occurs when the community does not have/has not yet produced a certificate of land rights, even though the community has lived on the land for a long time. This research aims to determine the urgency of land certificates as proof of ownership of land rights and what steps must be taken to provide legal awareness to the people of Tempuran village to have land certificates. This research uses qualitative research. The approach method uses an empirical juridical approach. The Result of this study Land certificates have a very strong function as legal evidence in providing certainty and legal protection to the owner. By having a certificate, Tempuran villagers have a strong legal basis to defend their land rights, in accordance with applicable regulations. Counseling the community on the obligation to maintain land in accordance with the UUPA and updating land data is important to be carried out regularly to ensure the accuracy of land ownership information in Tempuran Village.

Abstract

Kesehatan jiwa adalah keadaan dimana seseorang terbebas dari segala penyakit jiwa dan optimal dalam hal kemampuannya untuk mengelola emosinya, baik emosional maupun intelektual. Jenis penelitian ini dikenal dengan penelitian yuridis empiris, atau yang dikenal dengan penelitian lapangan, yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki isu-isu hukum yang timbul serta apa yang dibicarakan di masyarakat umum. Penelitian yuridis empiris dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan hukum normatif, atau hukum yang sekarang dipahami di masyarakat, terhadap kesehatan jiwa dan isu-isu yang terkait. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penduduk mengalami gangguan kejiwaan; hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan fisik yang mempengaruhi lokasi masing-masing individu pada saat itu dan berdampak negatif terhadap keamanan nasional dalam kaitannya dengan masalah sosial, hukum, dan politik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan masalah kesehatan jiwa, koordinasi dan sinergi harus ditingkatkan baik dari pihak keluarga, dan pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Purpose: This study tests the hypothesis of audit tenure analysis of the effect of firm size and audit delay on audit quality in coal subsector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research methodology: This study used quantitative data from 18 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method, and the samples that met the criteria for research were 13 companies over five years, totaling 65 financial reports for the 2018-2022 period. methods of SPSS 27. Data were collected from the documentation. Results: The results of this research partially show that Audit Tenure has no significant effect on audit quality, with a significance value of 0.720 > 0.05. Firm size does not have a significant effect on audit quality (0.933 > 0.05). Audit Delay has a significant effect on audit quality with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. We simultaneously obtained a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05, so simultaneously audit tenure, firm size, and audit delay influence quality audits. Limitations: Audit researchers are involved in coal subsector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

This study aims to produce an Environmental-Based Chemistry Practicum Assessment Instrument for Reaction Rate Material for 11th Grade of MA/ SMA. The development model used in this research is the development model according to Borg and Gall which consists of 4 stages: Potential and Problems, Gathering Information, Product Design, and Design Validation. The development in this study refers to the product produced in the form of an assessment instrument. which is measured until the validity of the expert where the validity aspects are based on the results of the experts' assessment validation questionnaire. The aspects assessed in the product of the environmental-based practicum performance instrument assessment instrument are the feasibility of instructions, content feasibility and language feasibility. The assessment instrument in this content aspect is arranged sequentially according to the practicum procedure. Based on the results of validation by validators, the linguistic aspect obtained a score with a percentage of 93%, then the linguistic aspect is divided into several assessment criteria, including the use of language in accordance with EYD, clarity of instructions and directions and the language used is straightforward and easy to understand Based on the results of validation by validators, the linguistic aspect obtained a score with a percentage of 91%. The validity level of the chemistry practicum performance assessment instrument measured practicum performance in the form of scores 1-4. Determination of the validity of the practicum performance assessment instrument is done by calculating the score given by the validator and analyzing the validator's suggestions and input on the instrument product assessment questionnaire sheet in the form of a check list. The results concluded that the student practicum performance assessment instrument was feasible to use.

Abstract

penelitian ini telah dilakukan prediksi curah hujan harian Kota Pekanbaru menggunakan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan (JST) dengan metode Backpropagation. Model JST yang dibangun menggunakan learning supervisi multilayer dengan 1 hidden layer yang kemudian ditingkatkan menjadi 2 hidden layer menggunakan data harian dalam perode 3 tahun (2017-2019). Model JST prediksi curah hujan dibangun melalui serangkaingan proses training dan proses testing. Proses training menggunakan 1 hidden layer didapatkan keberhasilan sebesar 45,05% pada variasi ukuran 50 neuron. Proses training selanjutnya dilakukan dengan training model prediksi curah hujan menggunakan 2 hidden layer, didapatkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 64% pada penggunaan neuron layer 1 sebesar 150 dan neuron layer 2 sebesar 150 neuron. Proses testing model prediksi curah hujan didapatkan keberhasilan prediksi sebesar 61%, dapat dilihat bahwa model JST prediksi curah hujan dengan 2 hidden layer lebih baik dibandingkan dengan 1 hidden layer. Hasil prediksi dalam penelitian memiliki 6 kategori ambang batas curah hujan yaitu berawan, hujan ringan, hujan sedang, hujan lebat, hujan sangat lebat dan hujan eksterm yang kemudian hasil prediksi curah hujan ditampilkan dalam bentuk GUI MATLAB. Hasil dari akurasi prediksi curah hujan yang didapatkan dari model JST berada dibawah standar verifikasi nasional yaitu 75 %, namun sebagai kajian dasar penggunaan JST dalam membantu memprakirakan cuaca, hasil ini dapat dijadikan acuan awal dengan memperbaiki data set hingga proses training untuk mendapatkan hasil prediksi yang lebih bagus.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The investors chose the banking shares because the management of this banking is overseen and regulated by Financial Services Authority in a transparent manner. This banking world will always be professional and transparent in managing public funds. It certainly will provide trust and positive value in the eyes of the community. The problem of this research is how to make Stock Investment Decision in accordance with Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) Method on Banking Companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this research is to analyze the decision of stock investment in accordance with Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method in Bankingcompanies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and data are collected by documentation technique. The data analysis technique is used to calculate Individual Shares Return Rate (Ri), Risk Free Return (Rf), Market Rate (Rm),  Premium Risk (Rp),  expected Return Rate {E (Ri)}, and to help the efficiency and the decision of Stock Investments.Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the risk with the lowest expected stock return is 0.340 and the highest expected rate of return is equal to 0.00532. There are 25 companies stocks included in the category of efficient stocks and 13 companies stocks included in the category of inefficient stocks among 38 companies stocks taken as this research sample. These stocks have greater Ri value than E (Ri) or [Ri> E (Ri)]. The investment decision taken by the investor is to buy the stocks. Keywords        Returns of Stock Investment Decisions, CAPM Method. ABSTRAK Investor memilih saham perbankan adalah karena pengelolaan perbankan ini diawasi dan diatur oleh OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) secara transparan. Dunia perbankan ini akan selalu profesional dan transparan dalam mengelola dana masyarakat. Hal itu tentunya akan memberikan kepercayaan dan nilai positif di mata masyarakat. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana pengambilan Keputusan Investasi Saham yang sesuai dengan Metode Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) Pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengambilan keputusan investasi saham yang sesuai dengan metode Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) pada perusahaan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menghitung Tingkat Pengembalian Saham Individu (Ri), menghitung Tingkat Pengembalian Bebas Risiko (Rf), menghitung Tingkat Pengambalian Pasar (Rm), menghitung Risiko Premium (Rp), menghitung Tingkat Pengembalian yang diharapkan {E(Ri)}, dan mengolongkan efisiensi dan Keputusan Investasi SahamBerdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa risiko dengan tingkat pengembalian saham yang diharapkan terendah yaitu 0,340 dan memiliki tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan terrtinggi yaitu sebesar 0,00532. Terdapat 25 saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori saham efisien dan 13 saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kategori saham tidak efisien dari 38 saham perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Saham-saham tersebut memiliki nilai Ri lebih besar daripada E(Ri) atau [Ri > E(Ri)]. Abstract

Sampah sering dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang menjengkelkan, kotor, bau, sulit terurai menjadi tanah, mengganggu mata, mengganggu kesehatan dan bahkan menyebabkan banjir. Sampah anorganik merupakan jenis sampah yang sulit terurai secara alami oleh mikroorganisme. Pengolahan sampah anorganik dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, membuang dan mengangkut ke tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA). Sampah plastik seperti botol bekas minuman dapat dikreasikan menjadi berbagai kerajinan tangan seperti membuat vas bunga dengan tambahan bahan dari sendok plastik sebagai penunjang untuk menambah ke estetikan nilai kerajinan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengolah sampah plastik yang ada di rumah dan lingkungan sekitar dan juga dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomis barang bekas. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM-K VABOSETIK (Kerajinan Vas Bunga dari Botol dan Sendok Plastik) mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kreatifitasnya dengan berwirausaha yang hasilnya mempunyai nilai jual.  Kegiatan ini dapat menghasilkan produk-produk yang berkualitas yang dapat meminimalisir adanya sampah plastik yang diolah dengan cara daur ulang.

Abstract

the purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of workload and self-efficacy on burnout among Madrasah operators on dapodik applications in Bireun Regency. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents is 54 Madrasah operators, using probably sampling technique with simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing using a partial test and a partial simultaneous test partially positive and significant effect on workload on burnout of Madrasah operators on dapodik applications in Bireuen Regency, and self-efficacy negatively affects burnout among Madrasah operators on dapodik applications in Bireun Regency. Workload and self-efficacy affect burnout among Madrasah operators on dapodik applications in Bireun Regency. It is expected that Madrasah operators perceive their work not as a burden, so operators can work more comfortably and prevent burnout. Operators among Madrasahs in Bireun Regency have high enough self-efficacy, in order to maintain or increase their current self-efficacy, so that burnout is getting smaller. Abstract

 The aim of this research is to develop a learning media for Electronic Comics MELAN (Getting to Know Advertising), which will be used by Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang in the 2023/2024 academic year. Type of RD research, using the 4D model. Electronic comics that can be accessed via the web and applications are digital products developed in this research. This  media has been evaluated by two experts, namely a material expert and a media expert. The small group trial consisted of six students and the large group trial consisted of thirty eight students. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods were used to analyze the data in this research. The results showed that 91.25% of media had "very valid" criteria for media and 82% with "very valid" criteria for material. Testing on students obtained an average of 90% with the criteria "very practical" by the small group and an average of 88% with the criteria "very practical" by the large group.  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran Komik Elektronik MELAN (Mengenal Iklan), yang akan digunakan oleh siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tanjungpinang pada tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian RD, mengunakan model 4D. Komik elektronik yang dapat diakses melalui web dan aplikasi adalah produk digital yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini. Media ini telah dievaluasi oleh dua ahli yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media. Uji coba kelompok kecil terdiri dari enam siswa dan uji coba kelompok besar terdiri dari tiga puluh delapan siswa. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dipakai  menganalisis data pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian, sejumlah  91,25% media memiliki kriteria "sangat valid" untuk media dan 82% dengan kriteria "sangat valid" untuk materi. Uji coba pada siswa memperoleh sejumlah 90% dengan kriteria “sangat praktis” oleh kelompok kecil dan 88% dengan kriteria “sangat praktis” oleh kelompok besar.
