Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan sosialisasi Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) 2025 di Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya serta dampaknya terhadap pengembangan ekosistem kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi kegiatan sosialisasi yang melibatkan narasumber praktisi kewirausahaan, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85% dan memicu minat berwirausaha sebesar 65%, serta menghasilkan 25 draft proposal bisnis dari mahasiswa. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang perlu diatasi, seperti perencanaan keuangan dan pemasaran digital. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa sosialisasi PMW 2025 efektif dalam memotivasi mahasiswa berwirausaha dan membutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan serta kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program dan pengembangan kewirausahaan yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan kampus. Abstract

Jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan komoditas hortikultura dengan nilai ekonomi tinggi dan potensi pengembangan yang luas di Indonesia. Media tanamnya memanfaatkan limbah organik seperti serbuk gergaji, jerami, dan sekam padi, mendukung prinsip pertanian berkelanjutan. UMKM Jamur Tiram Kelompok Sekanti di Ogan Ilir menghadapi kendala dalam proses sterilisasi media tanam (baglog) yang memakan waktu 7-9 jam, menghambat kapasitas produksi dan kualitas jamur. Metode konvensional yang digunakan, yaitu sterilisasi dengan drum dan kompor, tidak efisien dan berisiko terhadap pertumbuhan mikroorganisme. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, inovasi alat Automatic Sterilisator berbasis uap air bertekanan dikembangkan. Alat ini dirancang untuk mempercepat proses sterilisasi, mengurangi waktu menjadi 5-6 jam, serta meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas budidaya jamur tiram. Dengan sistem kontrol otomatis yang menjaga suhu dan tekanan, alat ini tidak hanya ramah lingkungan tetapi juga mendukung produksi bersih dalam pertanian modern. Hasil dari penerapan alat ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar yang semakin meningkat dan meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the internal control system on the management performance of Batara Guru Hospital. The method used is quantitative research with data collection through questionnaires. The population is 127 employees, and the sampling technique used is full sampling, but only 70 respondents provided complete data. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression using SPSS version 21. The results of the study indicate that the internal control system has a significant effect on management performance. This finding emphasizes the importance of strengthening internal control as a strategic tool in supporting the achievement of organizational goals and improving service quality. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on regional health service institutions that are rarely studied with a quantitative approach based on empirical data. Its originality is strengthenend by the use of empirical data directly from employees and a relevant quantitative approach. Conclusion an effective internal control system is essential for management performance. Hospitals are advised to continue to strengthen this system for better service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of students to work together in groups or teamwork skills, and to determine student responses in learning in social studies courses using the jingle learning model which is expected from the application of jingle learning model can be seen an increase in learning outcomes student in class. The method used in data collection is documentation, observation and test giving to students. In this research, it can be seen that there is an increase in the ability to work together with students in groups, which in the future will function for students to continue solidarity within groups in other subjects. In learning that uses a different learning model results in the ability of students when understanding a material compared to not using a classical learning or learning model. This can be seen from the average student learning outcomes before using the learning model and by not implementing teamwork skills only 65.2 and learning outcomes using the jingle learning model by applying teamwork skills 93.5. The results obtained can be seen the use of learning models can improve team work skills in PGSD students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of science process skills possessed students by using the PopUp Book learning media. The method used in data collection is documentation, observation and tests. In this study, researchers or lecturers use pop-up media that aiming to see an enchance in the science learning process skills of PGSD students. This study can be seen from the average assessment classically to see the science process skills possessed by students in each indicator of the science process skills.In 1st indicator, the skills to observe before using the media are 49.1% and after using the media are 82.9%.  In the 2nd Indicator, the skills of formulating a hypothesis before using the media are 42.4% and after using the media are 79.5.%. In the 3rd Indicator, the skills of planning an experiment before using the media are 46.2% and after using the media are 85.7%. In 4th indicator,  the skills of conducting experiments before using the media are 54.3% and after using the media are 90.5%. In the 5th Indicator,  the skills to predict before using the media are 43.3% and after using media are 80.9%. In the 6th indicator, the skills of applying concepts before using media are 41.9% and after using media are 78.6%. In the 7thindicator, communication skills before using media are 41.9% and after using media are 90%. The result shows that the Pop Up Book learning media can improve the science process skills of PGSD students.

Pada pemilihan Cleaning service sering kali memiliki kendala ataupun masalah dalam menangani kinerja yang tidak sesuat dengan kontrak kerja yang diberikan kemereka, maka dalam hal ini pihak PT.Seribu Nusantara Sejahtera dapat mengamati dan melakukan penilaian dengan cepat pada jasa Cleaning service. Dalam suatu perusahaan memerlukan pengambilan keputusan yang maksimal dan cepat, maka dalam pembangunan sistem penilaian yg bisa dan tergi pada memilih kinerja Cleaning service dalam PT.Seribu Nusantara Sejahtera. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan bisa memakai keilmuan pada suatu sistem pendukung keputusan, yg bisa menyimpulkan output keputusan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam penentuan kinerja Cleaning service dengan menggunakan metode AHP.Permasalahan tersebut dimana suatu perusahaan membutuhkan suatu bidang keilmuan yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yaitu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan engan menggunakan metode AHP lebih akurat dalam perhitungan perangkingan alternatif karena evaluasi kriteria maksimum dan kriteria minimum dilakukan secara terpisah. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam menganalisa dan dapat membantu petugas agar dapat menentukan dalam kinerja cleaning service diharapkan dapat membantu pihak PT.Seribu Nusantara SejahteraKata Kunci : AHP, Cleaning Service, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan.Abstract- In the selection of cleaning services, they often have problems or problems in handling performance that is not in accordance with the work contract given to them, so in this case PT. Seribu Nusantara Sejahtera can observe and make a quick assessment of cleaning services. In a company that requires maximum and fast decision making, then in the development of an assessment system that can and is focused on selecting cleaning service performance in PT.Seribu Nusantara Sejahtera. Therefore, companies can use knowledge in a decision support system, which can conclude decision outputs in solving problems in determining cleaning service performance using the AHP method.The problem is where a company needs a scientific field that can assist in decision making, namely the Decision Support System using the AHP method is more accurate in calculating alternative rankings because the evaluation of maximum criteria and minimum criteria is carried out separately. Abstract

Teaching is a dynamic and creative process, requiring educators to plan and deliver instruction that not only avoids monotony but also actively engages students in learning. In the context of science education for prospective elementary school teachers, varied instructional approaches—particularly the process skills approach—are essential. This study aims to examine the ability of Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) students to implement the process skills approach during classroom teaching simulations in science subjects. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were obtained through assessments of students’ lesson plans and their simulation performances. The subject matter focused on energy topics for fourth-grade elementary students. The findings reveal that 70% of the lesson plans met the 'good' criteria and 30% were rated 'sufficient', with an average score of 80.40. In terms of simulation performance, 39% of students demonstrated an 'excellent' application of the process skills approach, 31% were categorized as 'good', 23% as 'sufficient', and 8% as 'poor', yielding an overall average score of 80.71. These results indicate a generally strong ability among PGSD students to design and simulate science instruction using the process skills approach, though a small proportion still requires significant improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the enhancement of student skills in science learning through the application of the Student Facilitator and Explaining model in elementary education. Employing a classroom action research approach, the study was conducted in two cycles, each comprising stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. If the targeted learning outcomes in the first cycle were not achieved, adjustments were made and continued into the second cycle. The results indicate that the implementation of this interactive learning model significantly improved students’ abilities, particularly in constructing diagrams or concept maps related to the photosynthesis process. Prior to the intervention, only 30% of students demonstrated sufficient competency. Following the first cycle, the average student performance increased to 80%, and in the second cycle, it further improved to 80.95%, reaching the "skilled" category. These findings suggest that the Student Facilitator and Explaining model effectively enhances student engagement and conceptual understanding in science education at the elementary level. Consequently, this approach can be considered a viable strategy for improving learning outcomes and fostering active participation among young learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the factors that influence customer decisions in choosing Islamic banks in Indonesia. The study used a quantitative method, by distributing questionnaires to respondents, the type of data used is primary data from 153 respondents who are Islamic bank customers. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and descriptive statistics, using SPSS version 27. The results of the study indicate that emotional and rational factors individually have a positive impact on customer decisions for the t-test, while for the f-test simultaneously, both also significantly influence customer decisions.

Abstract

This study examines compensation, digital literacy skills, and promotions in relation to employee performance. This third variable was chosen because it is considered to play an important role in creating a productive and competitive work environment. This research aims to examine compensation, digital literacy skills, and promotion of employee performance at Bank BRI Suli Unit, Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi. The research approach employed is qualitative, utilizing secondary, primary, and tertiary data types. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and direct observation. The entire population, consisting of eight informants, was used as the sample. Data is analyzed in depth to identify the quality of employee work. The research results show that the implementation of compensation, digital literacy capabilities, and promotions plays an important and meaningful role in increasing employee productivity, effectiveness, and performance. These third factors support one another in creating optimal performance, which ultimately leads to increased employee satisfaction with their performance. This research recommends that Bank BRI Suli Unit's management continue to develop and support the implementation of these three aspects.
