Abstract

This study investigates the influence of principal leadership and teacher self-development on the professional competence of public senior high school teachers in Rembang Regency. Employing a quantitative research approach with a correlational ex post facto design and a survey method, data were collected through validated Likert-scale questionnaires from a sample of 214 teachers, selected using purposive and proportionate stratified random sampling from a total population of 460 teachers. The data were analyzed using SPSS through simple and multiple linear regression, correlation, and coefficient of determination analysis. The findings indicate that both principal leadership and teacher self-development have significant and positive effects on teacher professional competence, both individually and simultaneously. Principal leadership contributes 49.5% to competence (r = 0.704), with participative leadership as the strongest dimension and collaboration-building as the weakest. Teacher self-development contributes 48.8% (r = 0.698), with knowledge improvement as the most influential factor and teacher reaction as the least. Jointly, both variables explain 54.7% of the variance in professional competence (R = 0.740). Among the competence dimensions, monitoring student learning outcomes had the strongest influence, while commitment to students and the learning process was the weakest. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering participative leadership and promoting continuous self-development to enhance teacher performance and educational quality.

Abstract

: yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan, tahap implementasi dan tahap evaluasi dan pendampingan. Hasil: para guru menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis AI, serta memiliki motivasi yang lebih tinggi untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi ini ke dalam proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta mendukung transformasi digital di lingkungan SDN Pandean Lamper 01 Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya masih banyak sekolah belum memanfaatkan platform digital dalam pembelajaran, adanya sekolah yang belum memiliki perangkat teknologi yang cukup. Rendahnya kompetensi digital guru yaitu guru masih minim pelatihan yang aplikatif tentang digitalisasi pembelajaran, kurangnya pemanfaatan data yaitu guru belum memanfaatkan data pembelajaran secara maksimal untuk merancang strategi berbasis digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh perencanaan berbasis data terhadap pembelajaran berbasis digital pada guru SMP Negeri Se-Sub Rayon 04 Kabupaten Grobogan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri Se-Sub Rayon 04 Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 190 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 129 orang yang diambil menggunakan propotional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan serta uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi linier tunggal dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS for Window Release 28. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perencanaan berbasis data terhadap pembelajaran berbasis digital sebesar 77,1%, sisanya 22,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji regresi perencanaan berbasis data terhadap pembelajaran berbasis digital diperoleh hasil nilai konstanta 8,248 dan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,883 dengan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga persamaan regresi Y = 8,248 + 0,883X1.

Abstract

This study aims to examine learning community management in strengthening differentiated learning for teachers at Tambakrejo 01 Elementary School, Gayamsari, Semarang City. The background of this research is based on the urgency of improving teachers' pedagogical competence in responding to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, especially in designing and implementing differentiated learning in accordance with students' learning readiness, interests, and learning profiles. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that learning community management in the school has been effectively implemented, including careful planning, participatory organization, consistent implementation, and reflective evaluation. Teachers are active in developing differentiated teaching modules, diagnostic assessment, and joint reflection. The learning community contributes significantly to improving teacher competence and transforming learning practices to be more adaptive, equitable, and learner-centered. This study concludes that effective learning community management is a key strategy in implementing differentiated learning and realizing Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of teachers' digital competence, as many teachers have limited access to practical training related to digitalized learning. As a result, they face challenges in integrating technology into the teaching and learning process. This issue is influenced by two main factors: school culture and self-development. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of school culture and self-development on digital-based learning among junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04, Grobogan Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consists of all public junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04, Grobogan Regency, totaling 190 individuals. A sample of 129 teachers was selected using proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing, including simple and multiple linear regression analyses, with SPSS for Windows Release 28. The results show that school culture has a positive and significant influence on digital-based learning, accounting for 61.6% of the variance, while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation is ? = 17.978 + 0.764X?. Additionally, self-development has a positive and significant influence on digital-based learning, accounting for 31.5% of the variance, with the remaining 68.5% influenced by other factors. The regression equation is ? = 13.074 + 0.784X?.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school principals in developing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to enhance teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 3 Batang. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal three key aspects of the principal’s role: (1) planning, by integrating OCB values into school programs; (2) implementation, through teachers’ voluntary practices such as assisting colleagues, supporting school activities, and engaging beyond formal duties; and (3) monitoring, carried out via academic supervision, evaluations, and recognition of proactive teachers. The study concludes that the application of OCB significantly strengthens teacher professionalism in pedagogical, social, and professional dimensions. These findings underscore the significance of school leadership as a crucial strategy for enhancing educational quality.

Abstract

Matematika dikenal memiliki konsep-konsep yang umumnya bersifat abstrak sehingga memerlukan pola pikir kritis untuk mempelajari dan memahaminya. Kemampuan untuk memahami konsep-konsep matematika dikenal sebagai kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dapat diukur berdasarkan kemampuannya dalam memahami dan menyerap pembelajaran. Selain itu, kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa juga dapat ditinjau dari ranah afektif.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui adanya pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. (2) Mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara self-efficacy terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. (4) Mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX-B SMP Negeri 8 Pati. Pengambilan subjek menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket gaya belajar, angket self-efficacy dan tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh antara gaya belajar terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis. (2) Terdapat pengaruh antara antara self-efficacy terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. (3) Koefisien korelasi bernilai positif menunjukkan bahwa antara gaya belajar dengan kemampuan komunikasi matematis mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan nilai determinasi sebesar 43,5%. (4) Koefisien korelasi bernilai positif menunjukkan bahwa antara self-efficacy dengan kemampuan komunikasi matematis mempunyai hubungan yang positif dengan nilai determinasi 33,3%.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of principal leadership, achievement motivation, and information technology mastery on the professional competence of vocational high school teachers in Rembang Regency. Professional competence is essential for improving learning quality, particularly in implementing the Independent Curriculum, Using a quantitative approach with an ex post facto research design, this study involved 150 vocational high school teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were analyzed using simple and multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that principal leadership significantly influences professional competence, contributing 54.6%. Achievement motivation also has a significant impact, with an effect size of 59.2%, while information technology mastery contributes 55.1%. Simultaneously, the three variables account for 76.2% of the variance in professional competence, indicating their crucial role in enhancing teacher effectiveness. This study suggests that teachers should enhance their professional competence through continuous training and self-development. Additionally, school principals should optimize their leadership by providing guidance and support, particularly in technology integration and fostering achievement motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SD 2 Mijen dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menggunakan model Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas II SD 2 Mijen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD 2 Mijen yang terdiri dari 15 siswa. Prosedurnya meliputi dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Ukuran ketuntasan kelas minimal 70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas II SD 2 Mijen mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik apabila menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning. Hal ini tercermin dari rata-rata skor Siklus I sebesar 75 dengan nilai capaian sebesar 73%. Hasil belajar siswa dari Siklus I meningkat pada Siklus II yaitu 83 dengan capaian ketuntasan belajar klasikal 93%. Sehingga dapat dipahami bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada siswa kelas II SD 2 Mijen.

Abstract

Teachers play a central role in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in differentiated instruction that aligns with students' needs, interests, and readiness. This study aims to describe the management of professional learning communities in strengthening differentiated learning at SD Negeri Tambakrejo 01, Gayamsari District, Semarang City. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that learning community management includes need-based planning, structured role organization, routine implementation through CP-ATP discussions and micro teaching, and supervision by the principal through monitoring and feedback. The "Kombel Bersahabat" serves as an effective collaborative space that supports teachers in enhancing their ability to design and implement differentiated instruction. The study concludes that effective management of learning communities strengthens teacher competence in realizing student-centered learning.
