Abstract

Every company and organization that wants to survive needs to determine the effectiveness of the right promotion strategy. Determination of the right promotion strategy will be able to reduce the cost of promotion and achieve the right promotional goals. One way that can be done to determine the promotion strategy is to use data mining techniques. Data mining techniques used in this case are using the Apriori algorithm. A priori algorithm is one of the classic data mining algorithms. A priori algorithms are used so that computers can learn the rules of association, look for patterns of relationships between one or more items in a dataset. This study is conducted by observing several research variables that are often considered by universities in determining their promotion goals, namely school, region, and department. The results of this study are in the form of interesting patterns resulting from data mining which is important information to support the right promotion strategy in getting new students.

Abstract

Strengthening Tourism Awareness Group in Rural Areas through Tourism Destination Management Training. Tourism is a strategic sector that makes a very important contribution. Tourism villages / rural areas are one of the most developed tours. A tourist village is one way for the welfare of the village community. Tourism is expected to be managed by the community itself and of course, the results can be enjoyed by local communities. The City of Salatiga Tourism Office collaborates with the Satya Wacana Christian University Tourism Destination Study Program to hold governance training for the Salatiga community in priority rural tourism development areas. The community needs to be equipped with sufficient destination management so that they are able to manage and develop destinations in their respective regions. Therefore, this community service activity is carried out in the hope that it can facilitate local people to have knowledge about tourism management. The success of this training activity will be perfect if it is accompanied by direct mentoring activities when the community starts planning tourism.

Abstract

SCGC Concrete (Self Compacting Geopolymer Concrete) has the advantage of being easier and more effective in casting, so it can be applied to strengthening building structures, including the Concrete Jacketing method and voute / haunch beam. This reinforcement method is a form of composite concrete application with different concrete ages, which consists of existing structures with conventional concrete material and jacket or haunch section with SCGC concrete material. This study aims to determine the characteristics in the form of direct tensile strength, flexural tensile strength, and pull off tests (bond test) to test the strength of adhesion between concrete joints. Making specimens consists of 4 x 4 x 16 (cm) flexural tensile test beams, and 15 x 15 x 60 (cm) pull off specimens, and direct tensile specimens in the form of numbers 8. The principle of making test specimens is done by casting twice The first casting is done on the first half of the mold, then wait until the concrete age is 28 days. Then a second casting is carried out in the next half, until the concrete age is 28 days. So that the total age of concrete in making connection test specimens is 56 days. From the results of this study it was found SCGC concrete has a higher adhesion than conventional concrete so that SCGC concrete can be applied for structural reinforcement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the background of the formation of the Tangsa indigenous people, the dynamics of the Tangsa indigenous people, and the function and role of traditional institutions in the Tangsa customary community. The results of this study indicate that the indigenous Tangsa community emerged beginning with the arrival of To Manurung namely Saembona and Tangsilondongna who gave birth to three children namely Takke Buku, Masoang, and Embong Bulan. Over time, there have been many changes, including in the Dutch period, the DI / TII period, and even until now it has changed. Based on the results of the study showed that the Tangsa customary community is an organization within the community that still carries out routine activities including solo signs, tuka signs, massalu nene, and tongkonan ma'rara which are supported by the existence of customary stakeholders in each group as important role holders for the implementation routine in the community. This research uses historical research method which consists of four stages, namely heuristics (collecting data or sources), source criticism consisting of internal and external criticism, interpretation or interpretation of sources and historiography, namely writing history.

Abstract

Abstrak : Indonesia sebagai sebuah Negara Kepulauan memiliki keberagaman. Baik itu suku, budaya, adat istiadat, ras, agama maupun kepercayaan. Dengan keaneka ragaman yang ada, maka hal tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa penduduk Indonesia sarat dengan berbagai macam perbedaan. Kondisi tersebut menyimpan potensi konflik dikalangan masyarakat yang berkenaan dengan keberagaman beragama. Agama merupakan isu yang sangat sensitif dan dapat dengan cepat menimbulkan konflik diantara warga masyarakatnya. Oleh karenanya, artikel ini ditulis guna menawarkan konsep tentang pendidikan islam dalam nuansa multikulturalisme. Dan memberikan solusi serta pencerahan menuju suatu perubahan yang signifikan terhadap pendidikan agama diberbagai aspeknya, sehingga pendidikan agama islam menjadi pendidikan yang inklusif dan dinamis serta memberikan manfaat bagi perkembangan dan kemajuan bangsa dalam keberagaman. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Agama Islam, Multikulturalisme.

Abstract

The enormous number of micro enterprises contributes relatively low to the aggregate economy. This is due to the fact that many small businesses do not grow although it has been run for years. Reluctance to grow may be due to, for instance, the desire to retain ownership or avoidance of loss of satisfaction. This study aims to examine the infuence of several individual factors that may afect growth intention. Those factors are the start-up motivation, self-efcacy and risk taking propensity of the business owners. The sample of this study were 50 pedagang kreatif lapangan in Salatiga who are the founder of his/her business. Multiple-regression analyses reveal that start-up motivation and self-efcacy signifcantly afect growth intention. This means that entrepreneurs who start their business because of some positive reasons and faith have greater intention to grow. The result also indicates that although a micro-entrepreneur has a high degree of risk taking propensity, his/her intention to grow may be low when he/she lacks of neither positive start-up motivation nor a high.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to identify a motivation of Muzakki (as payer a zakat) for paying a zakat. The experiment was conducted at Kolaka district from January to February 2017. This research was used 3 factors, satisfied (X1), served (X2), and Islamic knowledge (X3) to motivation of muzakki (Y). Data were analyzed by regression analysis. The result showed that value of R was 95,6%, it was indicated that factor formulation was valid to identify motivation of Muzakki for paying zakat. One way analysis of varians showed a significant. Formula of regression analysis was Y= -0.36+1,12X1+1,054X2+0.924X3. Value of constant -0.36 was indicated that without three factors would be negative motivation or nothing motivation to be paid a zakat. Satisfied was highest factor could be influenced motivation to be paid a zakat by Muzakki. In fact, that Islamic knowledge was lowest factor. Research could be concluded that satisfied of muzakki was highest factor affected to motivation for paying zakat. Amil (as collector of zakat for distribution to mustahiq) should be credible, liable to service, and trustworthy for building of good satisfied of Muzakki.

Abstract

Teacher creativity determines the success of teaching Indonesian through innovative activities, especially in the multi-media era, which has become part of teaching for all subject areas. For this reason, we have conducted a literature search on several data found by experts in teaching Indonesian language education, both sourced from national and international journal publications and other sources that support Indonesian language teaching programs through creativity and innovation by involving multi-media. So that we can use the data in answering the questions and objectives of this study, we first examined the data by involving a phenomenology-based approach, an approach that seeks to explore as much data as possible to obtain comprehensive, high-quality answers to the study problem. Based on the exposure and discussion of our findings after understanding that teachers' creativity in teaching Indonesian will determine learning outcomes combined with innovative learning methods and strategies in line with the demands of the current multi-media era. Thus, the results of this study will become an essential input in supporting the study and development of teaching Indonesian as the national language in Indonesia in the technological era.

Abstract

Penambahan probiotik akuatik dapat menjaga kualitas air budidaya anakan ikan Nila merah (Oreochromis niloticus) untuk pertumbuhan ikan yang baik. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penambahan probiotik akuatik terhadap perbaikan kualitas air dan pertumbuhan anakan ikan Nila merah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan kombinasi dua perlakuan aerasi dan pemberian probiotik sebagai berikut aerasi tanpa probiotik (ATP), aerasi dengan probiotik (ADP), tanpa aerasi tanpa probiotik (TATP), dan tanpa aerasi dengan probiotik (TADP); dengan 3 kali ulangan. Anakan ikan berukuran sekitar 5 cm disebar ke seluruh akuarium bervolume 24 liter dengan kepadatan 10 ekor per akuarium. Pada perlakuan probiotik, sebanyak 1,2 ml/l cairan probiotik akuatik diberikan; pada perlakuan aerasi, udara normal dialirkan ke dalam air dengan aerator. Ikan diberikan pakan sebanyak 1 g per hari. Kualitas air yang diukur pada awal dan akhir penelitian adalah pH, suhu, oksigen terlarut (DO), amonia. Parameter biologis yang diukur adalah laju pertumbuhan relatif (RGR) dan sintasan (Sr). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pH meningkat secara signifikan (α<0,05) untuk semua perlakuan. pH air antar perlakuan tidak berbeda nyata. Suhu semua perlakuan pemberian probiotik signifikan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan suhu semua perlakuan dengan aerasi. DO menurun signifikan pada perlakuan tanpa aerasi, meningkat signifikan pada ATP. Kandungan amonia meningkat signifikan pada semua perlakuan. Kandungan amonia TATP lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan semua perlakuan aerasi, tetapi amonia semua perlakuan aerasi tidak berbeda nyata dengan TADP. RGR perlakuan ADP lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan perlakuan TADP. Sr TADP lebih tinggi secara signifikan dibandingkan Sr TATP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian probiotik sebanyak 1,2 ml/l belum memberikan dampak secara nyata terhadap kualitas air. Ditinju dari pertumbuhan ikan Nila maka terlihat bahwa pemberian probiotik memberikan dampak yang nyata terhadap ketahanan hidup ikan.Kata kunci: kualitas air, probiotik akuatik, anakan ikan, Oreochromis niloticus

Abstract

Investments are made to obtain future benefits. Stocks are one of the most popular investments in the capital market. The advantage that can be obtained from the stock investment is stock returns, where the returns obtained can be positive or negative. This study aims to analyze the influence of fundamental and macroeconomic factors on stock returns of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. This study used secondary data and the sample of this research was 37 manufacturing companies obtained through the purposive sampling method with panel regression as the data analysis. The results showed that the fundamental factors that affect stock returns are Price to Book Value (PBV), while the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Price to Earnings Ratio (PER) do not affect manufacturing stock returns. Some macroeconomic factors such as inflation, the BI Rate, and changes in world oil prices proved to not affect the stock returns of manufacturing companies. This research implies that manufacturing companies need to pay attention to Price to Book Value (PBV) in determining stock returns.
