Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning assessment instrument based on multiculturalism in the educational environment in Indonesia. The diversity of cultures, ethnicities, and religions in Indonesia requires an inclusive learning approach that respects diversity, including in the PAI learning assessment process. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the development of multicultural-based PAI assessment instruments needs to consider the principles of justice, inclusiveness, authenticity, comprehensiveness, and sustainability. Multicultural-based PAI learning assessment instruments need to cover various aspects of learning outcomes, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The development of multicultural-based PAI assessment instruments involves a series of systematic stages, starting from needs and context analysis, formulation of assessment objectives, development of grids, instrument construction, review and validation, trials, to revision and finalization. The implementation of multicultural-based PAI assessment instruments in schools is influenced by various factors, including teacher competence, policy support, availability of resources and practical examples, as well as teacher perspectives and attitudes towards multicultural education. Evaluation of the impact of implementing multicultural-based PAI assessment instruments needs to be carried out systematically to determine their effectiveness and relevance in achieving inclusive and responsive PAI learning objectives towards diversity. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of PAI assessment instruments that are more inclusive and responsive to cultural diversity in Indonesia. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis instrumen assessment pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis multikultural pada lingkungan pendidikan di Indonesia. Keberagaman budaya, etnis, dan agama di Indonesia membutuhkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inklusif dan menghargai keberagaman, termasuk dalam proses assessment pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan instrumen assessment PAI berbasis multikultural perlu memperhatikan prinsip keadilan, inklusivitas, autentisitas, komprehensivitas, dan berkesinambungan. Instrumen assessment pembelajaran PAI berbasis multikultural perlu mencakup berbagai aspek hasil belajar, yaitu aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Pengembangan instrumen assessment PAI berbasis multikultural melibatkan serangkaian tahapan yang sistematis, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan dan konteks, perumusan tujuan assessment, pengembangan kisi-kisi, konstruksi instrumen, telaah dan validasi, uji coba, hingga revisi dan finalisasi. Implementasi instrumen assessment PAI berbasis multikultural di sekolah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, antara lain kompetensi guru, dukungan kebijakan, ketersediaan sumber daya dan contoh praktis, serta perspektif dan sikap guru terhadap pendidikan multikultural. Evaluasi dampak penerapan instrumen assessment PAI berbasis multikultural perlu dilakukan secara sistematis untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan relevansinya dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran PAI yang inklusif dan responsif terhadap keberagaman. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan instrumen assessment PAI yang lebih inklusif dan responsif terhadap keberagaman budaya di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the relevance of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning assessment instruments to the Islamic boarding school culture of students at MA Darul Hikmah Kyai Abdan. Pesantren culture, as a characteristic of Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions, contains strong religious, moral, and disciplinary values. These values should ideally be reflected in PAI assessment instruments, so that the assessment measures not only cognitive aspects, but also religious behavior, attitudes, and skills. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation in the madrasah environment, in-depth interviews with Islamic boarding school teachers, and document analysis of the assessment instruments used. The results showed that most of the assessment instruments applied still focused on cognitive aspects, while the measurement of Islamic boarding school values such as etiquette, exemplary behavior, and daily worship practices had not been optimally accommodated. This finding indicates the need to develop assessment instruments that are integrative, contextual, and holistic. These instruments are expected to be able to measure all of students' religious competencies, including the affective and psychomotor dimensions, in accordance with the character and culture of the Islamic boarding school. The implications of this research encourage the formulation of authentic assessments that are relevant to the characteristics of students, local contexts, and Islamic boarding school values, so that the evaluation process can be fairer, more comprehensive, and reflect the goals of Islamic Education in Islamic boarding school environments. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis relevansi instrumen asesmen pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dengan budaya kepesantrenan peserta didik di MA Darul Hikmah Kyai Abdan. Budaya kepesantrenan, sebagai ciri khas lembaga pendidikan berbasis pesantren, mengandung nilai-nilai keagamaan, moral, serta kedisiplinan yang kuat. Nilai-nilai tersebut idealnya tercermin dalam instrumen asesmen PAI, sehingga penilaian tidak hanya mengukur aspek kognitif, tetapi juga perilaku, sikap, dan keterampilan keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung di lingkungan madrasah, wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, serta analisis dokumen instrumen asesmen yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar instrumen asesmen yang diterapkan masih berfokus pada aspek kognitif, sementara pengukuran nilai-nilai kepesantrenan seperti adab, keteladanan, serta praktik ibadah harian belum terakomodasi secara optimal. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya pengembangan instrumen asesmen yang bersifat integratif, kontekstual, dan holistik. Instrumen tersebut diharapkan mampu mengukur seluruh kompetensi keagamaan peserta didik, termasuk dimensi afektif dan psikomotor, sesuai dengan karakter dan budaya pesantren. Implikasi penelitian ini mendorong perumusan asesmen autentik yang relevan dengan karakteristik peserta didik, konteks lokal, dan nilai-nilai pesantren, sehingga proses evaluasi dapat lebih adil, menyeluruh, dan mencerminkan tujuan pendidikan PAI di lingkungan kepesantrenan.

Abstract

Pentalogy of Fallot (POF) salah satu jenis cacat jantung bawaan sianotik langka yang berpotensi tinggi komplikasi abses cerebri. Abses cerebri sering dijumpai pada kelainan jantung sianotik karena terjadinya hipoksia kronis dan yang kedua adalah hiperviskositas karena berkurangnya aliran mikrosirkulasi ke otak. Kami melaporkan seorang anak laki-laki berusia 6 tahun, berat badan 14 kg dengan abses otak multiple yang disertai dengan Pentalogy of Fallot (POF) yang akan dilakukan kraniotomi evakuasi abses. Pemeriksaan fisik preoperatif didapatkan GCS E4V5M6, SpO2 preductal 88%, post ductal 84 % dalam posisi supine. Pada sistem kardiovaskular didapatkan bunyi jantung I-II regular, bising sistolik terkuat di parasternal kiri ICS 3 grade 3, clubbing finger. Nilai hemoglobin 14,4gr%, hematokrit 43%, leukositosis 13,200/mm Tujuan anestesi pada penyakit jantung sianotik POF adalah menjaga curah jantung dengan mempertahankan denyut jantung, kontraktilitas juga preload, mencegah peningkatan rasio PVR:SVR serta menghindari hipersianosis akibat peningkatan mendadak kebutuhan oksigen sistemik. Pilihan agen anestesi harus didasarkan pada fisiologi pasien dan tujuan menyeimbangkan aliran darah paru dan sistemik. Rehidrasi yang adekuat sebelum induksi dan penggunaan diuretik manitol dapat dipertimbangkan mengingat hiperviskositas menurunkan pengiriman oksigen ke otak. Peningkatan TIK dari ketamine dapat dikurangi dengan hiperventilasi, kombinasi dengan benzodiazepin dan dengan pencegahan hipercapnia. Maka dari itu monitoring end tidal CO2 (ETCO2) perlu diperhatikan. Pengelolaan perioperatif pasien POF pada kasus evakuasi abses cerebri pada anak laki- laki usia 6 tahun pada laporan berikut ini menuliskan pentingnya pemahaman akan patofisiologi POF dan teknik neuroanestesi untuk mendapatkan luaran yang baik.Neuroanesthesia on Patient with Pentalogy of FallotAbstractPentalogy of Fallot (POF) is a rare type of cyanotic congenital heart defect with high risk of having cerebral abscesses as one of its complications. Cerebral abscesses are often found in cyanotic heart disease due to chronic hypoxia and hyperviscosity reduced microcirculatory flow to the brain. We report a 6-year-old boy, 14 kg body weight with multiple brain abscesses accompanied by Pentalogy of Fallot (POF) who undergone a craniotomy to evacuate the abscess. Preoperative physical examination found GCS E4V5M6, other vital signs within normal limits, preductal oxygen saturation 88%, post ductal oxygen saturation in supine position 84%. The I-II heart sounds are regular with grade 3 systolic murmur in the left parasternal third intercostal space and clubbing finger was found. The laboratory shows a hemoglobin value of 14.4gr%, hematocrit of 43%, leukocytosis 13,200/mm. The goal of anesthesia in cyanotic heart disease is to maintain cardiac output by stabilize heart rate, contractility as well as preload, prevent the increase of PVR:SVR ratio and avoid hypercyanotic due to sudden increase in systemic oxygen demand. The choice of anesthetic agent must be based on the patient's physiology. Adequate rehydration before induction and use of mannitol diuretics can be considered to reduce hyperviscosity that decrease oxygen delivery to the brain. Increased intracranial pressure from ketamine can be reduced by hyperventilation, in conjunction to benzodiazepines and prevention of hypercapnia. Therefore, monitoring end tidal CO2 (ETCO2) needs to be done. This case report delineating the perioperative management of a 6 years old boy with POF underwent evacuation of cerebral abscesses, will highlight the importance of understanding the pathophysiology of POF and neuroanesthesia techniques in order to receive a good outcome.
