Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a global public health problem where there is a decrease in kidney function which is marked by a decrease Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) slowly over a period of time. The incidence of CKD is increasing rapidly and is expected to become the 5th most common cause of death worldwide by 2040. Kidney transplantation from a living donor is the treatment of choice for most patients with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). However, the absence of specific regulations related to kidney transplantation and guidelines for implementing regulations has become one of the obstacles in the development of kidney transplantation in Indonesia. In addition, a thorough evaluation of potential living donors requires a lot of resources. Early triage of an unsuitable donor will help maximize benefits, minimize risks, and manage expectations for both donors and recipients, and their families. Past and current medical history, family history, and general medical assessment are important to explore the possibility of previously undiagnosed diseases in potential donors. Pre-operative care and preparation as well as types of surgery and anesthesia should also be carried out by a team with adequate expertise, and in an environment where the donor is cared for on a regular basis.

Abstract

Supply chain management is closely related to the operational processes in an organization. Innovation leadership plays a role in efficiently managing the improvement of supply chain processes and information technology from upstream to downstream. This study analyzes the influence of innovation leadership on supply chain efficiency mediated by process improvement and information technology. This research data was obtained from micro, small and medium enterprises in the creative economy sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and obtained as many as 50 respondents. This study uses Smart PLS 4.0 software as a data analysis tool. The results of the study prove that innovation leadership has a positive effect on supply chain efficiency, process improvement mediates the influence of innovation leadership on supply chain efficiency, and information technology mediates the influence of innovation leadership on supply chain efficiency.

Abstract

Peningkatan performa mesin otomotif beriringan dengan generasi industri 5.0 berproyeksi kepada pencarian solusi untuk meminimalisir emisi gas buang dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja mesin dan bahan bakar. Alternatif yaitu penggunaan Water Methanol Injection (WMI) yang menginjeksikan campuran air dan methanol kedalam ruang bakar dalam intake manifold. Tujuan mengetahui pengaruh WMI terhadap emisi gas buang dan temperature pada intake manifold dengan fungsi alat menghilangkan knocking atau detonasi pada ruang bakar kompresi tinggi. Metode penelitian berjenis penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif dengan menganalisis emisi gas buang dan temperature di dalam intake manifold dengan komposisi methanol 30%, 20% dan 10%. Objek penelitian Diesel Engine 4JBI-TC 2,771 cc. Hasil yang diperoleh, WMI pada konsentrasi yang berbeda memiliki dampak yang bervariasi terhadap emisi CO, CO2, HC, NOx dalam mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan kinerja mesin pada RPM yang berbeda serta mengendalikan emisi dalam aplikasi mesin dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi pembakaran.

Abstract

The development of the automotive industry is now experiencing a very rapid increase type of motorcycle. One of them is a motorcycle with a transmission with DC ignition. Motorcycle users often experience a lack of performance when used in daily travel. Coil input voltage and spark plug type are the main factors for the lack of performance of the motorcycle, which is less efficient for its users. efficient for its users. The method used in this research is experimentation. Testing conducted using a dynotest tool to find out the comparison of the results of the variables carried out and compared to get the maximum power and torque. The data obtained will be analyzed using statistical methods to eval__uate the relationship between variations in voltage and spark plug type to power and torque. The results of this study showed that the maximum power was obtained from a standard spark plug of spark plug at 8.30 HP at a voltage of 13.5V, the maximum power of iridium spark plugs, spark plugs amounted to 8.57HP at a voltage of 13.5V, and the maximum power of the double iridium spark plugs spark plugs amounted to 8.33HP at a voltage of 13.5V. from the three variations of spark plugs at above the maximum power is obtained at a voltage of 13.5V, and the weakest power is obtained at a voltage of 12V at a voltage of 12V.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya strategi pemasaran pada barang mewah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT Superhelindo Jaya Yogyakarta dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk lift. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan dengan 11 informan, yang terdiri dari Branch Manager, Product Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Finance Manager, Staff Marketing, HRD, tiga orang pelanggan, satu orang konsultan, dan satu orang kontraktor. Data penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Superhelindo Jaya telah secara efektif menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dari segi produk, perusahaan menawarkan elevator dan eskalator dengan teknologi terbaru dan desain yang inovatif. Strategi penetapan harga yang dinamis memungkinkan perusahaan untuk menyesuaikan harga sesuai dengan elastisitas permintaan pasar lokal. Jaringan distribusi yang luas memperkuat kehadiran merek di pasar melalui saluran distribusi yang efektif. Selain itu, promosi melalui seminar dan lokakarya meningkatkan pengetahuan pelanggan dan memperkuat citra merek produk PT Superhelindo Jaya.

Abstract

Research aims: This research aims to determine the influence of innovation leadership on supply chain efficiency mediated by process improvement.Design/Methodology/Approach: The objects of this research were micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) players in the creative economy sector in the Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia. Measurements of the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing (directly and indirectly) were carried out on the data sample of MSME actors in the creative economy sector in Yogyakarta Special Region utilizing the SmartPLS statistical tool. The sampling employed purposive sampling with a total sample size of 267 creative economy MSMEs.Research Findings: The results uncovered that innovation leadership positively affected supply chain efficiency, implying that innovation leadership could significantly improve supply chain efficiency. Innovation leadership also positively influences process improvement, showing that if the innovation leadership is good, process improvement will increase significantly. In addition, process improvement positively impacted supply chain efficiency, indicating that process improvement could significantly improve supply chain efficiency. Lastly, process improvement could mediate the effect of innovation leadership on supply chain efficiency significantly, denoting that process improvement has a highly important role in improving supply chain efficiency. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study indicates that innovative leaders are highly important in improving their supply chain efficiency, and process improvement as a mediating variable, a novelty in this study, has a very significant role for innovative leaders in improving supply chain efficiency.Practitioners/Policy Implications: Creative economy MSMEs must become innovative leaders in their businesses to increase efficiency in the supply chain. In addition, MSMEs need to continuously improve their business processes, especially in the supply chain.Research Limitations/Implications: The independent variable in this research was only one, i.e., innovation leadership, so it is less comprehensive. To be more comprehensive, other independent variables, such as intellectual capital or moderating variables of government policies, can be added.

Abstract

Manual work using drilling machines, manual grinding, and filing in penetrating holes in the profile of the hollow Aluminum frame in the shape of the glass door lock housing is the problem faced. Community service aims to obtain a portable door lock children's home hole prototype for hollow aluminum frame profiles for glass doors. The method applied is design discussions with partners, making a hole punch frame for a portable door lock housing for an Aluminum frame profile according to the dimensions of a 3 Ton jack, making a punch in the exact shape of a particular key housing hole with an electric discharge machine (EDM) Wire Cut, hardening and tempering steel punch, making sharp side profiles for the shape of the key housing using a CNC milling machine, trial of punching the door frame profile, and handing over the portable door lock home punch tool kit to the service partner. With the completion of the manufacture of the portable door lock children's home punch tool kit as a work aid, it can be used to support the production of glass door frames ordered by the wider community with good results, a fast process, and production costs can be reduced. In this way, there is a synergy between State Polytechnic of Malang (Polinema) and community members in the production of products needed by the community more efficiently and able to meet the needs of the general community.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the financing of education for students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education  Study Programme at UINSI Samarinda. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through in-depth interviews, which enabled the exploration of students' experiences and perspectives on sources of financing, challenges faced, and adaptation strategies applied. The results identified three main categories: Financing Sources, which show the important role of parental support and scholarships; Financial Challenges, which include rising tuition fees and limited access to scholarships; and Adaptation Strategies, which reflect students' efforts in managing finances and seeking additional opportunities. The findings highlight the complexity of the financial situation faced by students and the importance of better support from educational institutions. The implications of this research suggest the need for policies that create more equitable access to financial resources for students, as well as institutional support to help overcome the challenges involved in financing education. This research contributes to the understanding of the financial context of Islamic education, especially in higher education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Background: Anesthesia procedure is routinely performed for some painful pediatric oncologic procedures such as lumbar puncture (LP) and bone marrow examination (BME).  Several studies mentioned that fentanyl and remifentanyl are often used as anesthetic agent of this procedure, but none of them compare the recovery time of both agent. This study aims to compare the recovery time of fentanyl and remifentanyl in pediatric patients undergoing methoterexate therapy.Subjects and Method: This was a double-blind randomized controlled trial on 36 patients who underwent intratechal methotrexate chemoterapy under general anesthesia anesthesia in pediatric intervention room of Moewardi General Hospital Surakarta that met inclusion criteria. The dependent variable was recovery time and the independent variable were fentanyl and remifentanyl. The samples were divided into 2, Fentanyl (F) and Remifentanyl (R) group. Recovery time was recorded after the procedure until the subject reached Pediatric Glasgow Comma Scale (PGCS) of 15. Statistical analysis was Mann Whitney U Test using SPSS 25 for Windows.Results: The mean recovery time of F group was 373.39 ± 29.48 seconds, while R group was 124.67±11.55 seconds. There was a significant difference in recovery time between patients in the Fentanyl group and the Remifentanyl group (p= 0.000).Conclusion: Remifentanyl recovery time was significantly faster than with fentanyl in pediatric patients undergoing intrathecal methotrexate chemotherapy.Keywords: Fentanyl, Methotrexate, Outpatient anesthesia, Recovery time, RemifentanylCorrespondence: Ferdy Pamungkas. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi arah kebijakan pendidikan yang diterapkan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada jenjang SMA/sederajat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi dokumen dan wawancara mendalam terhadap pengambil kebijakan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, kepala sekolah, serta guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arah kebijakan pendidikan di Kalimantan Timur menekankan pada peningkatan kompetensi guru, digitalisasi sekolah, dan pemerataan akses pendidikan. Kendala utama dalam implementasi kebijakan adalah ketimpangan infrastruktur antar wilayah dan kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga pendidik. Rekomendasi diberikan dalam bentuk penguatan kolaborasi lintas sektor, peningkatan anggaran pendidikan, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap program-program unggulan daerah.
