Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kampus terhadap kepuasan dosen dalam konteks pendidikan di UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang menggabungkan wawancara mendalam dengan dosen, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk memahami dampak lingkungan kampus terhadap kepuasan dosen. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor lingkungan kampus dapat memengaruhi kepuasan dosen, yang pada gilirannya dapat berdampak pada kualitas pendidikan di universitas.

Abstract

This journal discusses the implementation of character education oriented towards moral values ​​as an integral strategy in shaping the character of students. Involving an analysis of the concept of character education and moral values, this research explores the methods, strategies and impacts of this implementation. The research results show that this approach makes a positive contribution to character development, increases moral awareness, and produces students who are more ethically resilient. Despite facing a number of challenges, such as limited resources and resistance to change, this journal presents recommendations to increase the effectiveness of implementation, including improving the curriculum and teacher training. In conclusion, the implementation of character education oriented towards moral values ​​has great potential in forming individuals who are committed to moral integrity.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of early childhood learning management based on character education with the aim of gaining an in-depth understanding of the implementation of a holistic approach in the learning process. Qualitative research methods were used with a case study design at early childhood education institutions. The research results show that learning management integrated with character education is successful in creating a learning environment that is conducive to children's development. Teachers actively involve children in learning activities that emphasize moral values ​​such as honesty and responsibility. High children's participation and positive character development are the hallmarks of this approach. The practical implications of this research provide guidance for educators and policy makers in designing early childhood learning strategies that do not only focus on cognitive aspects, but also pay attention to character development.

Abstract

Character education plays a major role in forming a strong moral and ethical foundation in social and national life. This research explores the implementation of character education in various societal and national contexts, evaluates its impact on students, and analyzes the factors that influence the success of the program. Case studies are used as research designs, involving educational participants, teachers and the community. The research results show variations in the implementation of character education, with positive responses from students towards the program. The role of involved teachers and community support are key factors in the success of the program, while challenges such as limited resources need to be overcome with adaptive strategies. In the discussion, the success factors and challenges faced in implementing character education are emphasized, providing insight for the development of more effective strategies. The conclusion highlights the vital role of character education in strengthening values ​​in social and national life, with implications for developing programs that are more inclusive and responsive to local needs.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of applying technology in learning Islamic Religious Education. Through a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research focuses on the integration of multimedia, online learning platforms, and interactive applications in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. The research results show that the application of technology has a positive impact on student engagement, positive student responses to more dynamic learning methods, and challenges related to limited access to technology. Support and training for teachers was also found to be a key factor. The implications of the results of this research for curriculum development and efforts to provide equitable access to technology in the context of Islamic learning are also discussed

Abstract

Islamic religious education has a significant role in shaping the character and morality of Muslim individuals. In the context of formal education, both public and private schools in Indonesia, Islamic religious education is an integral part of the curriculum. This study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of the function of Islamic religious education in public and private schools. A comparative approach is used to understand the differences and similarities in the approach to Islamic religious education in the two types of schools, focusing on aspects such as curriculum, teaching methods, student acceptance and learning outcomes. The research was carried out through interviews, observations and document analysis of the schools that were the research samples. The results of the analysis show that there are significant differences in the approach to Islamic religious education in public and private schools, including in terms of curriculum, teaching methods and student learning outcomes. However, both types of schools also have similarities in their efforts to provide quality Islamic religious education. These findings provide valuable insight for the future development of Islamic religious education, both in public and private schools, in order to increase the effectiveness and relevance of Islamic religious education in shaping the character and morality of the young Muslim generation.

Abstract

Character plays a crucial role in shaping religious moderation in the millennial generation. This research investigates the role of character education in forming attitudes of tolerance, respect for differences, and understanding of religious moderation in the millennial generation. Through a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, the findings show that character education activities in schools, such as group discussions and extracurricular activities, have a positive impact in shaping the character of the millennial generation who are moderate in religion. Character education programs that emphasize the values ​​of diversity, harmony and respect for religious plurality have also proven effective in building a strong foundation for religious moderation. In conclusion, character education is a vital instrument in supporting the development of religious moderation in the millennial generation, by emphasizing the need for collaboration between schools, government, families and society.

Abstract

Character education is a crucial aspect in shaping the future of the younger generation, especially in the increasingly advanced digital era. However, the role of technology in shaping character and moral values ​​is becoming increasingly significant, with associated challenges and opportunities. This research explores the perceptions of education stakeholders regarding the importance of character education in the digital era, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in integrating technology with character formation. Through a qualitative study using interviews and observations, the findings show the awareness that exists in the educational community regarding the importance of character education in the digital era. However, challenges in the use of technology are also acknowledged, including insufficient supervision and irresponsible use by students. However, technology also provides great opportunities in providing innovative and interesting character education. The implications of these findings highlight the need for strong collaboration between all educational stakeholders to maximize the potential of technology in shaping the character of the younger generation for a better future.

Abstract

This research discusses the central role of Islamic Religious Education in responding to and overcoming complex challenges arising from globalization. Through a qualitative approach and case studies, this research explores the understanding and implementation of Islamic values ​​amidst continuously developing global dynamics. The research results show that Islamic Religious Education has a crucial role in shaping individual Islamic character and perspective. By integrating local values ​​into a global context, religious education is able to provide a strong moral foundation to face the challenges of globalization. Teachers are identified as the main pillar in conveying religious values, acting as facilitators and effective role models. By aligning Islamic values ​​with the global context, religious education creates a bridge that connects Islamic traditions with current developments. The implications of this research include recommendations for improving the curriculum, increasing teacher training, and developing learning strategies that are responsive to the dynamics of global change. The conclusion of this research provides an in-depth view of how important Islamic religious education is in forming a generation that is strong and moral in facing the complex challenges of the era of globalization.

Abstract

Character education has become a major concern in efforts to improve the quality of education. In the context of the dynamics of the times that continue to develop, character education has an undeniable role in forming quality individuals who are able to contribute positively to society. This research explores the concept of character education as the main pillar in improving the quality of education. Through a qualitative approach, we analyzed awareness of the importance of character education, challenges in implementing it, and effective strategies in making it happen. The research findings highlight the need for collaboration between various educational stakeholders, the development of innovative strategies, and a continued commitment to creating an inclusive, ethical, and quality educational environment.
