Abstract

Profesionalisme guru menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kualitas mutu pendidikan. Akan tetapi profesionalisme guru perlu terus ditingkatkan sesuai dengan dinamika kebutuhan. Salah satunya upaya peningkatan profesionalisme guru tersebut adalah dengan supervisi akademik.Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Maarif NU Pecalungan Kabupaten Batang merupakan sekolah yang berdiri dan tumbuh atas inisiatif warga setempat, ada peningkatan dari hasil supervisi akademik disetiap tahunnya, dan ada keunikan langsung pilih jurusan ketika masuk di sekolah.Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMK NU Maarif Pecalungan.Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. bertempat di SMK  Maarif NU Pecalungan. Dengan langkah penelitian yang dilakukan 1) melaksanakan pra penelitian, 2) menyusun instrumen dan melaksanakan pengumpulan data (data primer dan data sekunder), 3) menganalisis data, 4) mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori Milles and Hubeman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan.Temuan penelitian 1) perencanaan supervisi akademik di SMK Maarif NU Pecalungan (a) evaluasi hasil supervisi semester sebelumnya, (b) identifikasi masalah, (c) pembentukan tim supervisor, (d) pembuatan jadwal supervisi, (e) penyusunan instrumen supervisi, (f) penyusunan program supervisi. Beberapa kegiatan dalam perencanaan supervisi tersebut dibuat setiap awal semester dengan melibatkan guru dan stakeholder lainya seperti pengawas. 2) pelaksanaan supervisi kepala sekolah di SMK Maarif NU Pecalungan pertama, pra observasi, kemudian observasi melalui kunjungan kelas, penilaian, pemberian bimbingan dan pengarahan meskipun bimbingan dan pengarahan ini juga melalui beberapa cara baik secara langsung maupun maupun tidak langsung; 3) Evaluasi/ tindak lanjut supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah di SMK Maarif NU Pecalungan Kabupaten Batang   atas hasil supervisi kepala sekolah adalah pembinaan secara langsung yaitu dengan bertatap muka antara guru dengan kepala sekolah atau secara tidak langsung dengan mendelegasikan ke kegiatan-kegiatan seperti MGMP, Workshop, Pelatihan, Seminar, PLPG.Rekomendasi pada penelitian ini adalah agar pelaksanaan supervisi akademik lebih maksimal dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan langsung melalui bimbingan individu sehingga profesionalisme guru bisa tumbuh sesuai kebutuhan pendidikan.Kata Kunci  :    Supervisi Akademik kepala sekolah, Profesionalisme guru

Abstract

 Fokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di Mts Wahid Hasyim Warungasem Batang yaitu area seni, area olah raga, area pembelajaran kelas dan area lingkugan sekolah.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MTs Wahid Hasyim Warungasem Batang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Keabsahan data meliputi credibility, transferability, dependability, konfirmability.Hasil penelitian (1) Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di Mts Wahid Hasyim Warungasem Batang. (2) Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di Mts Wahid Hasyim Warungasem Batang. (3) Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di Mts Wahid Hasyim Warungasem Batang meliputi lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan, keterhubungan sekolah dengan orang tua dan dunia kerja, pengembangan personal dan interpersonal, pembelajaran penalaran.(4) pengawasan program Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru Di Mts Wahid Hasyim Warungasem Batang, dilihat dari teknis pengawasan dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan yaitu pengawasan langsung yang bersifat teknis dan pengawasan tidak langsung dalam bentuk laporan.Keunikan dari penelitian ini bahwa pelaksanaan program GSM di SMK Negeri 1 Jambu dilaksanakan dengan terintegrasi antara prinsip pelaksanaan GSM dengan prinsip pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka selain itu juga pelaksanaan GSM dengan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat secara aktif dan berkelanjutan dengan cara salam satu minggu ada jawal komite sekolah yang diberikan waktu untuk terlibat di dalamnya dalam pengawasan.Kata Kunci: supervise akademik, kinerja guru

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran platform animaker bagi guru SD di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru agar terampil dalam membuat media pembelajaran berbentuk animasi pembelajaran, guna mewujudkan pembelajaran yang menarik dan atraktif. Langkah-langkah dalam melaksanakan program pengabdian sebagai berikut: (1) Penyusunan proposal, kegiatan berdasarkan analisis masalah dan kebutuhan guru SD, serta menggunakan refesensi-referensi yang up to date berkaitan dengan pengembangan media pembelajaran, (2) Koordinasi dengan mitra, untuk menentukan waktu pelaksanaan, (3) Pelaksanaan pelatihan mulai dari teori dan praktek berlangsung selama 3 bulan. Metode yang digunakan metode kaji tindak yaitu dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan intensif, implementasi, dipantau dan dievaluasi, serta tindak lanjut implementasi dan perbaikan kegiatan. Metode pelatihan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab, pemberian motivasi, penugasan, curah pendapat, dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pelatihan untuk membentuk karakter guru yang kompeten dalam bidang teknologi menggunakan pendekatan andragogi dimana metode ini khusus digunakan untuk orang dewasa. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pelatihan Memberikan pembelajaran, pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap guru SD untuk memproduksi media pembelajaran animasi, keterampilan yang yang dihasilkan diantaranya: (1) Guru SD mampu membuat tulisan animasi untuk media pembelajaran dan mixing gambar dan audionya, (2) Guru SD mampu membuat berbagai gerakan aset gambar yang ada di aplikasi animaker untuk media pembelajaran, (3) Adanya peningkatan kualitas mixing audio dan mastering media yang menggunakan aset gambar dan tulisan yang disediakan oleh animaker, dan (4) Peningkatan literasi teknologi para guru SD terutama dalam memanfaatkan beberapa aplikasi pembuatan media pembelajaran yang ada di internet, seperti Doodley, dan Toonley. Luarannya adalah (1) Jurnal nasional terakreditasi, (2) Media massa, dan (3) HKI.

Abstract

This research aims to determine children's HOTS abilities through TPACK-based balanced learning media for children aged 5-6 at TK Lestari Krengseng. The approach used in this research. The type of research carried out is the development research method or ADDIE (Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Sugiyono (2015:407) states that research and development methods are methods used to produce certain products, and test effectiveness of the product. To be able to produce a particular product, research is used in the nature of needs analysis and to test the effectiveness of the product so that it can function in the wider community, research is needed to test the effectiveness of the product. The results of this research are 1) Validation results of Blended Learning based learning media TPACK to improve HOTS abilities of early childhood in kindergarten with very valid criteria. 2) The practicality of the TPACK-based Blended Learning media developed can improve early childhood media in kindergartens based on the results of teacher and student response questionnaires, 3) The effectiveness of learning using TPACK-based Blended Learning media can be seen through effectiveness tests with results namely learning media TPACK-based Blended Learning is able to improve HOTS abilities of early childhood in kindergarten, this is shown by the average score of student learning ability assessment of 90. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of TPACK-based Blended Learning media in improving HOTS abilities and interest in learning in early childhood in very good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mudharobah financing, musyarokah financing and murabahah financing on Sharia People's Credit Banks registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the 2017-2021 period. Data is obtained from Sharia Banking Statistics which is a collection of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Units throughout Indonesia, so that what is done is sampling a number of populations. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which is processed using multiple linear regression with the help of NCSS 2021.  The results showed that mudharobah and murabahah financing had no effect on profitability, while musyarokah financing had an effect on profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan sebagai media evaluasi gaya pembelajaran siswa kelas 3B di SD Bukit Aksara sebagai langkah mendukung implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Dilangsungkannya penelitian ini untuk melakukan penganalisian gaya belajar siswa untuk diferensiasi pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas 3B di SD Bukit Aksara. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa didapati 9 siswa dengan gaya belajar secara visual, 8 siswa secara auditori, dan 5 siswa secara kinestetik. Kepemilikan gaya pembelajaran secara visual pada siswa diberikan LKPD yang menggambarkan denah, bisa membuka maps menggunakan ponsel, dan memiliki karakteristik rapi, gemar membaca, serta kesulitan memahami perintah langsung. Pada siswa dengan gaya belajar auditori mengerjakan LKPD melalui pemindaian barcode berisi audio tentang denah yang disediakan guru, untuk kemudian menuliskan informasi dari audio yang didengar. Gaya belajar auditori juga memiliki karakteristik mendengarkan audio sebagai cara utama belajar, hanya butuh mendengar untuk memahami materi, dan tidak ceroboh dalam pemahaman informasi. Melalui proses pemahaman karakteristik gaya pembelajaran pada siswa, guru mampu mengajar dengan cara kian efektif dan meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar para siswa. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi juga memungkinkan guru untuk lebih efektif dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran dan meningkatkan keterlibatan serta motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Every student has uniqueness and diversity. Learning should meet the needs of learners for their diversity. However, the learning that is often applied today is conventional learning. This makes students' interest in learning very low. This study aims to increase the learning interest of class I B students at SDN Palebon 03 Semarang in Indonesian Language Lessons. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 29 students as subjects. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. Collection of information on students' learning interests in this study through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The results of this study are that the student learning interest questionnaire increased from 24,75% to 57% in cycle 1 and 82,75% in cycle 2. Meanwhile, the results of observations and interviews showed an increase in students' interest in learning in each indicator of feelings of pleasure, student involvement, interest, and student attention. Based on this study, can be concluded that differentiated learning assisted by Umang Media can increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discuss 1) Character values ​​implemented in entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency, 2) Strategies in implementing entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency. Informants who were sources included school principals, teachers, student guardians and foundation administrators. The research method used is field research using qualitative methods. Interviews, observations, using data collection techniques. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out by describing, analyzing and identifying the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency. The description and analysis are based on findings, events, processes and results of implementing entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency. The results of the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency include the character values ​​implemented in entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency in the quite good category. In terms of strategy in implementing entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency, it is in the quite good category. Based on these problems, it can be concluded that the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency can be said to have implemented character values ​​in entrepreneurship education in the Arofah Playgroup, Siswodipuran District, Boyolali Regency, which include: 1) independent, 2) creative, 3) brave taking risks, 4) Action oriented, 5) leadership and 6) hard work. Abstract

Academic Quality Improvement Management is very important for every activity of an educational institution to achieve the desired goals. Improved Academic Quality Improvement Management can be seen from planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The objectives of this research: (1) Describe and analyze planning for improving Academic Quality Improvement Management. (2) Describe and analyze the organization of improving Academic Quality Improvement Management. (3) Describe and analyze the implementation of Academic Quality Improvement Management improvements. (4) Describe and analyze the supervision of improving Academic Quality Improvement Management at SD Negeri Bulusari 02. The research approach used is qualitative. Qualitative research design goes through three stages, namely: orientation, focused exploration, and data analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation sheets and documentation. This research uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis in three steps: condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that: 1) Planning through planning procedures for improving Academic Quality Improvement Management includes formulating plans, setting targets, estimating needs, formulating policies, formulating budgeting and evaluating plans. 2) Organizing through procedures including programs for determining organizational structure and curriculum as well as workforce. 3) Implementation by analyzing the implementation of new student admissions (PPDB), implementation of teaching and learning activities (KBM), curriculum management and management of facilities and infrastructure. 4) The process of monitoring Academic Quality Improvement Management has stages, namely using assessment instruments, recording assessments and evaluations and carrying out follow-up actions. Conclusion Management of Academic Quality Improvement at SD Negeri Bulusari 02, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency has been carried out through four activity steps, namely, planning, organizing, implementing, supervising. Abstract

Teacher performance can be said to be of high quality if it produces good work and can lead students to achieve achievements. Good coaching and mentoring carried out by the principal makes the enthusiasm and motivation of teachers increase so that teacher performance gets maximum results. The aims of this study are: 1) to describe and analyze the principal's strategic planning in improving teacher performance, 2) to describe and analyze the implementation of the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance, 3) to describe and analyze the evaluation of the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance. at the State Elementary School Wanoja 02 Subdistrict Salem Regency Brebes. The research approach used is qualitative. Qualitative research design through three stages, namely: orientation, exploration focus, and data analysis. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. This research uses triangulation technique. Data analysis with three steps: data reduction, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The principal provides discipline and exemplary guidance which is included in the principal's strategic planning activities in improving teacher performance. 2) Principals carry out seminars and training activities, collaborate with other educational institutions, bring in experts, conduct regular academic supervision, provide adequate facilities and infrastructure that are included in the activities of implementing the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance. 3) The principal evaluates the planning and implementation aspects of the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at the State Elementary School of Wanoja 02 Subdistrict Salem Regency Brebes. Conclusion The principal's strategy in improving teacher performance has been carried out through steps or procedures in accordance with management principles which consist of three activities, namely, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The author suggests that school principals are expected to make and arrange planning, implementation and evaluation well.
