Abstract

One of the most common problems in preschoolers is emotional mental health issues. Emotional mental health disorders are a condition that indicates an individual is experiencing an emotional change that can develop into a pathological state if it continues. Therefore, to prevent the occurrence of more severe mental and emotional problems in preschoolers, early detection of emotional mental health is needed. The delivery of health education is more interesting by using animated videos is one of the effective methods because respondents can see and listen directly, so that information is easier to understand and remember. The results of this research can be the basis for development (penkes) through animated videos and encourage the public to increase education about early detection of emotional mental health in preschoolers. In the long term, this research is expected to increase parental awareness in recognizing the signs of children's mental-emotional disorders and disseminate effective information dissemination and build positive behavioral changes in parenting. This study aims to determine the influence of "emotic" health education on parents' knowledge about early detection of emotional mental health in preschool children in Kandangmas Village, Dawe District, Kudus Regency. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test post-test control group design, which compared the differences before and after intervention in the intervention and control groups. The study respondents amounted to 50 parents who had preschool-age children, who were selected based on the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria that were determined to be willing to be respondents.

Abstract

General Background: Preschool children undergo rapid social and emotional development during early childhood while simultaneously experiencing increasing exposure to digital technology. Specific Background: Gadget use has become a routine activity among preschool children and is commonly associated with variations in social interaction behavior and social-emotional conditions in both home and school environments. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies tend to examine gadget use in general populations, with limited evidence focusing on specific kindergarten settings that concurrently assess social interaction behavior and social-emotional conditions. Aims: This study aimed to examine the relationship between gadget use, social interaction behavior, and social-emotional conditions among preschool children at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal V Gondangmanis Kindergarten. Results: Employing a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 68 preschool children, the findings indicated a significant negative relationship between gadget use and social interaction behavior (r = −0.288; p = 0.017) and a significant positive relationship between gadget use and social-emotional problems (r = 0.334; p = 0.005). Novelty: This study integrates gadget use, social interaction behavior, and social-emotional conditions within a specific kindergarten context, providing localized empirical evidence. Implications: The findings underline the importance of structured parental and teacher guidance in regulating gadget use to support healthy social interaction and social-emotional development in preschool children. Abstract

Dimulai dari 2019 pemilu serentak diadakan di Indonesia yakni antara legislatif dan eksekutif dipilih oleh masyarakat secara bersamaan. Keberadaan ketentuan Presidential threshold sebagai syarat partai politik untuk mengajukan kandidat capres dan cawapres yang masih diterapkan di pemilu serentak menimbulkan kerancuan dalam mekanismenya, hal yang dipermasalahkan adalah bahwa ketentuan didalam pasal 222 UU nomor 7 tahun 2017 menyatakan bahwa partai politik baru boleh mengajukan capres dan cawapresnya ketika sudah memenuhi kursi parlemen 20% atau suara sah nasional 25% “pada pemilu legislatif sebelumnya”. Ketentuan perolehan suara untuk partai politik pada pemilu sebelumnya menjadi berubah karna pemilu yang diadakan menjadi serentak antara legislatif dan eksekutif, hal ini yang menjadi kabur terhadap norma yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaturan Presidential threshold dalam hukum positif Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui implikasi Presidential threshold dalam penyelenggaraan pemilu serentak. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan analisis konsep hukum. Ketentuan Presidential threshold merupakan media bagi pemerintah untuk menyderhanakan partai politik sebagai pendukung stabilitas sistem presidensil dan kepemerintahan, Namun sayangnya ketentuan Presidential threshold menciderai hak yang telah dilindungi oleh negara didalam Konstitusi Undang-undang Dasar 1945, “setiap warga negara berhak memperoleh kesempatan yang sama dalam pemerintahan”. Selain itu mekanisme pengambilan hasil suara untuk penentuan presidential threshold tidak sejalan dengan prinsip keberlangsung pemilu yaitu prinsip “langsung”, maka hal ini menjadikan presidential threshold tidak relevan di pelaksanaan pemilu serentak di Indonesia.
