Abstract

This study was used to determine the feasibility of the instrument before being used for further research. This study uses a quasi-experimental research design. In this study, to calculate the validation results from three validators who are experts in their fields using the arithmetic average, the validated instruments are: (1) the validation questions get 87.51% results; (2) validation of attitude assessment got 90.27% results; (3) validation of student skills assessment got 92.71% results; (4) the validation of the assessment of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) got 92.16% results; (5) validation of the syllabus assessment got 86.95% results; (6) Moodle assessment validation with browser exam got 87.25% results; (7) the validation of the student learning module assessment got 84.71% results; (8) the validity of the items is declared valid; (9) the reliability of the items is declared reliable; (10) the differentiating power of the items has very good criteria; and (11) the level of difficulty of the items showed that of the 40 items tested, the percentage was 35% (14 questions) in the medium category, and 65% (26 questions) in the easy category. From the calculation results that have been mentioned, the Moodle application instrument with a browser exam to measure online learning outcomes is declared feasible and can be used for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the teaching factory on readiness to work through the competence of students. This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Mojokerto. This research is an ex-post facto research. The population of this study were students of class XI and class XII of the catering service program at SMKN 2 Mojokerto, totaling 193 students. The research sampling technique was simple random sampling and calculated using the Slovin formula, so that the number of research samples was 130 students. The data analysis technique used path analysis. Research data collection uses a questionnaire instrument on the variables of teaching factory implementation and readiness to work, while for competence using tests and observation sheets. Before being distributed to research respondents, a validation test was first conducted on each research instrument. In line with the objectives, the results of the study show that: (1) the implementation of the teaching factory has a positive effect on the competence of students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto; (2) The implementation of the teaching factory has a positive effect on the readiness to work of the students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto; (3) The competence of students has a positive effect on the readiness to work of students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto; and (4) the implementation of the teaching factory has a positive effect on the readiness to work of students at SMKN 2 Mojokerto through the competence of students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the teacher's perception of gender towards gender-responsive learning. This research with a quantitative approach uses a questionnaire data collection method (questionnaire) consisting of a questionnaire on teacher perceptions of gender, teacher attitudes towards students, interaction in learning, and gender-responsive learning. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale with four answer choices. From the results of the calculation of the data, it can be seen that the mean value of teachers' perceptions of gender at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya is 84.87 in the 76-90 interval which means that teachers' perceptions of gender towards responsive Hender learning are classified as "good". In this case, the teacher's perception of gender at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya can influence well, providing equality in access, control, participation, and benefits for male and female students in a balanced way.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology aims to improve Human Resources (HR) quality through the implementation of teaching factories. The teaching factory improves work readiness and increases graduate employment rates. This study aims to: 1) assess the impact of teaching factories on work readiness; 2) evaluate the effect of teaching factories on graduate absorption; 3) examine the influence of industry partnerships on job readiness; 4) explore the effect of industry partnerships on graduate absorption; 5) investigate the relationship between job readiness and graduate absorption; 6) determine the role of teaching factories in graduate absorption through job readiness; and 7) assess the influence of industry partnerships on graduate absorption via work readiness in the Spa and Beauty Expertise Program. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, and path analysis was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that: 1) teaching factories positively affect work readiness (significance value = 0.000, p < 0.05); 2) teaching factories positively influence graduate absorption; 3) industry partnerships positively impact work readiness; 4) industry partnerships positively affect graduate absorption; 5) job readiness contributes positively to graduate absorption; 6) teaching factories enhance graduate absorption through job readiness; and 7) industry partnerships support graduate absorption through student work readiness in the Spa and Beauty Expertise Program.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial interest that arises in students and their readiness to become entrepreneurs through a systematic review of the literature. The analysis of the literature review aims to solve problems related to students' readiness to become entrepreneurs and their perceptions of student skills in productive subjects. Literature Study: A literature review analysis revealed the importance of entrepreneurial interest, independent learning, and productive skills as key factors in shaping vocational high school students' entrepreneurial readiness. These three factors support each other in developing students' abilities, motivation, and courage to start independent businesses.  Findings: There is a relationship between fieldwork experience and entrepreneurial interests developed during school, leading to the creation of a generation of entrepreneurs. Students' readiness for entrepreneurship and their perceptions of productive skills are influenced by each individual's interest and independence in entrepreneurship. Novelty: Entrepreneurship is an alternative solution and effort to increase employment opportunities today. Readiness for entrepreneurship is influenced by entrepreneurial interest, personal independence, productive skills such as literacy, technical skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving, as well as the implementation of fieldwork practices in education. Fieldwork practices, an effective learning strategy, can encourage students to solve real-world challenges collaboratively, creatively, and responsibly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh pengelolaan fasilitas bengkel terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK N Kasiman Bojonegoro pada jurusan teknik kendaraan ringan kelas XII mata pelajaran pemeliharaan sassis dan pemindah tenaga. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil yaitu kelas XII TKR 3 dengan 26 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel independent yaitu pengelolaan fasilitas bengkel (X) dan satu variabel dependen yaitu prestasi belajar (Y). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa angket dengan 26 responden dan data sekunder berupa nilai ulangan tengah semester mapel pemeliharaan sassis dan pemindah tenaga. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan ex post facto. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui nilai signifikansi (Sign.) sebesar 0.781 yang artinya lebih besar dari 0,05. Selain itu pada variabel independen (pengelolaan fasilitas bengkel) diperoleh nilai thitung=0.281<2.056=ttabel. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diterima dan Ha ditolak yang berrti tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengelolaan fasilitas bengkel (X) tehadap prestasi belajar siswa(Y).

Abstract

Kebakaran listrik dapat terjadi akibat panas yang dihasilkan oleh arus listrik pada penghantar dengan tahanan tertentu, yang pada tingkat tertentu dapat memicu kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pemantauan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) guna mendeteksi potensi kebakaran listrik pada medium voltage cubicle secara real-time. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor DHT22 untuk mendeteksi suhu dan kelembapan serta sensor ACS217 untuk mengukur arus listrik AC dan DC. Data yang diperoleh diproses dan diklasifikasikan dalam tiga kondisi: aman (LED hijau), peringatan (LED kuning), dan bahaya (LED merah), dengan tambahan buzzer sebagai alarm serta push button untuk mereset sistem. Perangkat lunak Node-RED, InfluxDB, dan Ngrok digunakan untuk menyimpan, mengolah, serta menampilkan data dalam bentuk dashboard yang memudahkan pengguna dalam pemantauan dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membaca dan menampilkan data secara real-time dengan respons yang cepat dan akurat, memberikan peringatan dini bagi pekerja dalam mencegah kebakaran. Dengan demikian, sistem ini berpotensi untuk diimplementasikan sebagai solusi IoT dalam meningkatkan keselamatan industri, khususnya pada medium voltage cubicle.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Hasil Belajar Instalasi Penerangan Listrik Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XII TITL SMK di Kabupaten Gresik dengan Lingkungan Belajar sebagai Variabel Moderator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII TITL SMK di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian yang dilakukan memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan locus of control internal terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, namun tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan locus of control eksternal terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Lingkungan belajar tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh locus of control internal dan pengaruh locus of control eksternal terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Kemudian tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan, aspek keterampilan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Lingkungan belajar tidak mampu memoderasi antara hasil belajar instalasi penerangan listrik aspek sikap, aspek pengetahuan, aspek keterampilan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) membuka peluang baru dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar untuk menjawab tantangan pada era abad ke-21. Penerapan media pembelajaran menyajikan alternative yang menarik guna membantu keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang berpotensi mengangkat hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan dengan memanfaatkan sarana dan prasarana yang minim. Media pembelajaran menjadi faktor penting dalam proses kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Maka dilakukan penelitian di SMK Diponegoro Ploso Jombang. Dengan subjek uji coba siswa kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan dapat menghasilkan media pembelajaran Bot Telegram yang valid dan efektif. Pengembangan menggunakan model Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluation (ADDIE). Kevalidan media pembelajaran diambil melalui penilaian 2 validator Dosen Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Surabaya, mendapatkan persentase rerata seluruh aspek 85,1% yang menunjukan bahwa hasil rating tersebut berkategori sangat valid. Kefektifan berdasarkan perolehan nilai hasil capaian belajar siswa pada lembar tes soal Pretest dan Posttest diterapkan pada One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Analisis hasil belajar siswa menggunakan analisis pengujian Paired Sample T-test melalui software IBM SPSS Statistic 21 sehingga diperoleh nilai Sig 0,000 dengan probabilitas kesalahan (? = 0,05), maka H1 diterima sehingga terdapat perbedaan rerata hasil belajar siswa ketika sebelum adanya penerapan dan sesudah adanya penerapan media pembelajaran yang berbasis Bot Telegram pada materi IML. Media yang telah dihasilkan menunjukan kategori sangat valid serta efektif, dengan hal ini media pembelajaran Bot Telegram dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

One of the primary issues with electric vehicles is battery longevity. This study uses Kodular as an application developer for mobile app monitoring. Furthermore, using the monitoring data, PT XYZ may increase the operational efficiency of electric buses, lengthen battery life, and lower the risk of damage and maintenance costs. The following parameters are used: power voltage, SoC, SoH, system insulation resistance, positive insulation, negative insulation, pack voltage, and current. Inspectors can perform maintenance, diagnose faults, and improve overall system performance by keeping track of these parameters. It also contributes to the prevention of equipment failure, the avoidance of safety hazards, and the reliable operation of electrical and electronic systems. The goal of this research is to examine the performance of prototype monitoring with battery pack measurement parameters on a mobile app using prototype monitoring of battery packs on electric bus maintenance at PT XYZ. In this trial, interval changes happened every 30 minutes from 20:10 to 21:40. This research was carried out four times. The output parameters are pack voltage (545.9 V), current (-67.7 A), power voltage (26676), SoC (81.4%), SoH (100%), system insulation resistance (1233 KΩ), positive insulation (2952 KΩ), and negative insulation (1233 KΩ).
