Abstract

Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) an assosiation with acute myocardial infraction and cronic coronary disease. Bacteri cytotoxin can induce inflamatory of IL1-β and TNFα cytokine produce, and it can acitivated MMP-9 proteolotic enzyme, and it caused collogen degradation in plague atherosclerosis. This research aim to provit the whole cell H.pylori can induce the degradasi of collagen type IV by increase macrophage activity. It were seen from TNFα and IL1-β level use ELISA methode. Anova statistic analyse result show significan defferent (0,000) bettwen group control with macrophage induce whole cell H.pylori. Enzyme MMP-9 production detected with the gelatine zymography continued by western blotting with molecule weight 93 kDa. Collogen fragmentation result of molecule weight which fragment 61,2 kDa and 29 kDa. It concluded that whole cell H.Pylori can induce the degradation of collagen type IV, by increase macrophageag activity. So, the result of this research can support the patomekanism myocardial infract disease.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of allotment (albumin) fish curses to increased levels of albumin in patients post operation with hipoalbumin at the Graha Hita RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung. Design his research pre his experiments with use the model one group pre-prosperous – test post test design. The population is all patients post an operation with hipoalbumin in space Graha Hita RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Sampling techniques used technique purposive sampling with large sample 20 respondents. Variable having an independent mind is giving ( albumin ) fish curse and variable dependen elevated levels of albumin. The instruments use pieces of observational. Time research conducted date 1 to 31 Desember 2012. Test statistics used paired t-test to level error (α) 0,05. The research results obtained by albumin levels before given (albumin) fish the curse of almost half of the respondents albumin levels less (< 3,5 g/dl) as 6 respondents (30%) and then given (albumin) fish almost almost all from the curse of the respondents albumin levels are normal (3.5-5 g/dl) as many as 17 respondents (85%). Analysis of the results obtained by the p-value value 0,000 < 0,05 which means influence awarding of 0.05 (albumin) fish curses to increased levels of albumin in patients post operation with hipoalbumin at the Graha Hita RSUD dr Iskak Tulungagung. The level of albumin after given ( albumin ) fish curse in patients post operation increase of respondents formerly levels of albuminnya less (< 3,5 g/dl) into normal (3.5-5 g/dl). Abstract

Preeclampsia is a multisythemic disorder in pregnancy. Some theories reveal that PE is a result of imuune and hormonal response disorders during pregnancy. In the preeclampsia there is a endothelial dysfunction in the controlling vascular function to respond to blood composition and function disorder as a physical barrier to the exchange of fluid, ion proteins and cells from the blood through the vasculer wall. In addition, there is a decrease in angiogenesis and vasodilatation of blood vessels in response to oxygen pressure and mechanical stress like shear stress. Analyzing the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women in terms of vascular disorders doe to endothelial dysfunction. Design : observational, a cross sectional approach. Probability sampling using random sampling. Statistical analysis logistic regression. Data processing Hosmer and Lemeshow Test. Assumption of the amount of influence a summary model. PE incidence of pregnant woman 94 (6.15%), 53 people (56.4%) PE, 41 (43.6%) PEB.

Abstract

Cancer is a public health problem in Indonesia with a prevalence of 136.2/100,000 population. One of the most common cancers, especially in women, is breast cancer. The highest incidence of breast cancer in women is 42.1 per 100,000 population with an average death rate of 17 per 100,000 population. One of the countermeasures for breast cancer is case finding with early detection carried out through clinical breast examination (CBE) and breast self-examination (SADARI).  One of the features developed by Postgraduate students of the Institute of Health Sciences STRADA Indonesia is a breast cancer early detection application called “MamoApp”. In this community service activity, 2 aspects of activities will be carried out in the Dharma Wanita group of DLHKP office in Kediri city. The first activity is to conduct a socialization in the form of providing health counseling to the Dharma Wanita group about SADARI techniques, the second activity will be carried out early detection of breast cancer using the MamoApp android application. Mamoapp application contains an educational video on awareness examination, then respondents fill out a questionnaire to detect the presence or absence of symptoms of breast cancer, the time used for filling in is approximately 10 minutes. From the results of filling out the questionnaire through the MamoApp application, we will immediately know the conclusion of the examination results, namely: “Indicated Cancer” or ‘Not Indicated Cancer’, so that participants can immediately find out whether the person concerned is indicated by breast cancer or not.  From the results of the questionnaire of 38 participants, there were 2 participants who indicated breast cancer and 36 participants did not indicate breast cancer. Participants who indicated breast cancer by the facilitator were advised to do a further examination to the doctor for a more detailed examination.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the top 10 lethal infectious diseases). In addition, the low case detection rate indicates that the community still has a large number of sources of transmission. Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) strategy aims to reduce the new TB cases number by 80% and deaths by up to 90% in 2030. Drug-resistant TB cases especially multidrug resistant TB, exacerbate tuberculosis control because they receive TB treatment irregularly and do not comply to recommended treatment schedules, nonetheless, consistent treatment is critical to successful TB treatment. TB data in Situbondo district show that case detection was 911 out of 1539 cases or 59.14% and treatment success rate was 275 out of 911 cases or 30.2%. This study aims to examine the influence of knowledge, medication supervisors, family support, drug side effects, attitudes, length of treatment, and house physical environment on the treatment success through medication compliance factors. This research is explanatory with 196 respondents while the analysis uses SMART PLS 4.1.0.3. There is a direct influence of medication supervisors, family support, drug side effects, house physical environment and medication compliance and an indirect influence of medication supervisors, family support, drug side effects, and attitudes to TB treatment success. It is hoped that Public Health Centre officers can be more active to educate, detect TB suspect, and also supervise patient so compliance and treatment can be achieved. The patient's family can be more active in providing support during the treatment period for TB sufferers.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the readiness to use the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) at RSUD Kanjuruhan based on the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Methods: A cross-sectional study design was employed, involving 220 healthcare workers selected from a total population of 424 using proportional random sampling. The variables examined included subjective norm, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use, and usage behavior. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. Results: Subjective norm significantly influenced perceived usefulness (R²=0.374) and perceived ease of use (R²=0.544). Both perceived usefulness (R²=0.592) and perceived ease of use (R²=0.056) affected the intention to use, which in turn had a significant impact on usage behavior (R²=0.448). Perceived usefulness emerged as the strongest predictor of the intention to use HMIS. Conclusion: Managerial support is essential to strengthen social norms, enhance understanding of HMIS benefits among healthcare workers, and optimize training and system features to support the integration of technology into hospital work culture.
