Abstract

The aimed of this research to analyze marketing strategies take effect simultaneously against the (use of) the occupational hospitalization by the BPJS patients in hospital Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Quantitative research design that is crossectional. Research on variable i.e. the influence marketing strategies are simultaneously against and as the independent variable and the (use of) occupation hospitalization as the dependent variable BPJS. Population research i.e. whole health BPJS patients who underwent hospitalization on 15th October – November 15, 2018. Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 92 respondents. The data collected by the instruments and questionnaires processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and the simultaneous there are shows a value of p = 0,00 < 0.05 so that ther is influence marketing strategies towards occupational (usage) of inpatient care by patients BPJS RS UMM Malang. R Square (R2) of 0.660 or 60.6% that shows contributions from independent variable marketing strategies (product, price, place, people, and processes), while the rest was 39.4% in influence by other factors that do not exist in this research model. Multiple correlation coefficient is used to measure the keeratan relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The results showed that the strategy of marketing (product, price, place, people, and processes) conducted by the managing of RS UMM exactly will affect the increase in occupasi or DRILL the patients. Process management efekstif, efficient and does not kink as well as facilitate the patient in obtaining health services can be one alternative reference patient in taking a decision to receive a health service. The existence of a negative perception by the patient about marketing strategy indicated that dissatisfaction received the patient and can make patients feel uncomfortable in accepting hospital service, so this affects patients in using the services of the hospital or hospital can move patients

Abstract

Granting of services on patients the best should give fast service, so that patients are not left waiting a long time to get good, turn at the time of registration or get a room and also at the time of payment. Customers come to your place of service by the time that random, irregular and cannot immediately be served so they have to wait in a long time. In studying the theory of queues, service providers are able to cultivate in order to serve its customers well without having to wait for a long time. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of the dimensions of the quality of service with online registration system with increased Patient satisfaction In Outpatient Room of Jombang General Hospital. Design of this research are analytic observational design with a quantitative approach. Variable Dimension, namely the quality of service research online registration (Accuracy, readiness, Speed response) as the independent variable. Patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population of this research the whole of patient at Outpatient Room of Jombang General Hospital. as much as 625 patients. Samples taken with the cluster random sampling technique as much as 125 respondents. Data is collected with instruments ceklist and processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and simultaneously the value of p values there are shows < 0,05 so that thereis influence the dimensions of quality of service with online registration system with increased Patient satisfaction In Outpatient Room of Jombang General Hospital. The existence of the speed of service, timeliness of service and readiness the implementation of online registration will affect patient satisfaction. Because the patient will feel comfortable with fast service and not too long to wait, and also with the proper services are provided in accordance with the complaint and adequate facilities

Abstract

The need for data and information is currently growing very rapidly both in quantity and quality. With the enactment of Law Number 14 Year 2008 regarding Openness of Public Information (KIP), the availability of data and information is needed by the public. The data and information every year changes with the times, including the Hospital Information System (SIRS). The purpose of this study was to analyze the Factors Influencing the Implementation of Online SIRS in Hospitals in the District of Kediri. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross section approach with the focus of the research directed to be analyzing the Factors Influencing the Implementation of Online SIRS in Hospitals in the District of Kediri with a sample of 166 respondents taken with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The findings found that the majority of respondents had moderate motivation as many as 91 respondents (54.8%). Most respondents have knowledge in the medium category of 112 respondents (67.4%). Most respondents had a high category reward of 93 respondents (56.1%). Most respondents had a discrepancy with the sanctions provided by 88 respondents (56.3%). Most respondents lacked in conducting SIRS Online reports as many as 141 respondents (85.3%). The results of the study using the Logistic Regression Test showed that the most influential variable with a p-value of 0.006 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted so it was concluded that there was a significant effect on the motivation of officers on the implementation of SIRS online at Hospitals in Kediri Regency. The effectiveness of implementing SIRS Online in hospitals can be influenced by the motivation of officers in implementing SIRS Online, the knowledge of officers in carrying out SIRS Online, rewards and sanctions received by officers. However, to be more effective in order to increase the motivation of officers to be willing to do SIRS Online reporting routinely and correctly

Abstract

Background : Low birth weight, commonly called LBW, is a major cause of infant mortality in Indonesia whereas its prevalence tends to increase from year to year. Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the determinants of gravida status, routine antenatal care, and comorbidities in LBW among young pregnant women in Blitar. Method : The research design was case-control using proportional cluster random sampling with a sample of 223 respondents. The data were analyzed with the binary logistic regression. Results : The results showed 214 respondents (96%) were primigravida, 23 respondents (10.3%) were not attended antenatal care routinely, 66 respondents (30%) had comorbidity, and 20 respondents (9%) delivered LBW baby. The statistical analysis of logistic regression showed there was no influence from gravida status and comorbidities, and routine antenatal care indicateda p-value of 0.000 which meant it was determined LBW among <20 years old pregnant women in Blitar. The interpretation of odd value was the group of < 20 years old pregnant women who were not attended routine ANC had a risk of 10 times to deliver LBW baby compared to the group of < 20 years old pregnant women who attended routine ANC. Conclusion : This study concluded that routine antennal care might prevent LBW for young pregnant women

Abstract

Health services at the puskesmas to patients include medical services, medical rehabilitation and care services. These services are carried out through emergency units, outpatient units and inpatient units. Patient services at the puskesmas cannot be separated from the role of nurses.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perception and remuneration on job satisfaction of health workers at the Nonggunong Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzingthe effect of perception and remuneration on job satisfaction of health workers at the Nonggunong Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The total population of 135 respondents and a sample of 101 respondents were taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. From the results of the study it was found that halmost half of the respondents have a good category perception as many as 46 respondents (46%). Almost half of the respondents have sufficient remuneration category as many as 46 respondents (46%). Almost half of the respondents have a high category of job satisfaction as many as 52 respondents (52%). Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 then H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that simultaneously there is the effect of perception and remuneration on job satisfaction of health workers at the Nonggunong Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency with an effect of 80.1%. It is hoped that health workers will be able to work better and be able to dedicate their energy and thoughts to improve the quality of health.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction can have an impact on the development of the health system, increasing the fulfillment of service needs, continuity of service, and will ultimately provide better health outcomes. Patient satisfaction investigation is a method of assessing the quality of care from the patient's perspective. This study aims to determine the determinants of patient satisfaction in hospital.This research is a literature review research. The research subjects were hospitalized patients. The databases used are: Google scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect. The keywords used included: age OR gender OR education OR profession OR residence OR insurance OR “type hospital” OR “quality of care” OR “length of stay” OR “facilities hospital” OR “hospital environment” AND “patient satisfaction” OR “inpatient satisfaction” AND “observational design”. The research used is from 2016 to 2021. Data analysis uses PRISMA flow diagrams. Results: The number of articles is 10 journals, the journals reached are national and international journals. The international journals covered are China (2 journals), Kazakhstan, Ethiopia (2 journals), and America, while the locations of journals conducted in Indonesia include Surakarta (2 journals), Papua, and Yogyakarta. There are 22 variables examined with 14 variables related positively and significantly. These variables are age, gender, education, occupation, quality of health services, doctor's work period, insurance ownership, urban location, length of stay, hospital accreditation status, perception of facilities, number of annual operations, nurse/bed ratio.determinants of inpatient satisfaction in hospitals, namely age, gender, education, occupation, quality of health services, doctor's work period, insurance ownership, urban location, length of stay, hospital accreditation status, perception of facilities, number of annual operations, nurse ratio /bed.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a contagious infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can attack the lungs and other organs. Until now, it is still a public health problem in the world that causes high morbidity, disability, and death, so it is necessary to carry out integrated, comprehensive and sustainable prevention efforts and involve all parties. The purpose of this study was to identify the achievements of screening suspects and CDR TB using SIGAP, identify the achievements of screening suspects and CDR TB using a manual questionnaire and analyze the effectiveness of screening with SIGAP and manuals to increase the achievement of screening suspects and CDR TB in Sumenep district. This study is a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design with pretest and post-test. This research was conducted in 22 Puskesmas in Sumenep Regency, 430 samples were taken which were divided into 2 groups. Independent t test analysis to see the difference between the two screening methods. then the data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. The results showed that the SIGAP method has a higher value than the Manual (251.85 > 179.15) in screening suspects, and the SIGAP method has a higher value than the Manual method (250.50 > 180.50), in increasing the achievement of the Case Detection Rate of Tubercolosis better. . This shows that there is an effect of the SIGAP screening method in increasing the Suspect and Case Detection Rate Tuberculosis achievement in Sumenep Regency. It is hoped that the results of this study can become the basis for the need for policies from the health department and local governments to support the implementation of the SIGAP application and develop a screening module that makes it easier for individual users so that they can self-screen.

Abstract

Performance or work performance is the result of a performance appraisal made by his immediate supervisor to be used as material for work improvement, compensation adjustments, placement decisions, development needs and more.The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation, appreciation and work coordination on the performance of health workers at the Lenteng Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The design of this research is an observational quantitative research with a cross sectional approach with the focus of the research being directed at analyzingthe effect of motivation, appreciation and work coordination on the performance of health workers at the Lenteng Health Center, Sumenep Regency. The total population is 146 respondents and a sample of 107 respondents is taken by using Simple Random Sampling technique. In the study, it was found that most of the respondents had a high category of motivation as many as 56 respondents (52%). Almost half of the respondents had sufficient category awards as many as 48 respondents (45%). Most of the respondents have coordination in the good category as many as 56 respondents (52%). Most of the respondents have a good performance category as many as 58 respondents (54%). Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression analysis shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 then H1 is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of motivation, appreciation and coordination of work on the performance of health workers at the Lenteng Public Health Center, Sumenep Regency with an effect of 84.3%. It is hoped that health workers are able to be more oriented to the work itself in providing results, impacts, and benefits for the community and for other employees by increasing motivation, not complaining, coordinating with each other and improving performance.

Abstract

Health development is an integral and most important part of national development. Puskesmas is a leading service unit and can directly reach the community, carry out health services. Accreditation aims to assess the quality system and service system in Puskesmas and other First Level Health Service Facilities. Puskesmas are required to be able to guarantee quality improvement, performance improvement and the implementation of risk management that is carried out on an ongoing basis, so it is necessary to carry out an assessment through an accreditation mechanism. The Guluk Guluk Health Center in Sumenep Regency has carried out the Accreditation process 2 times, namely in 2016 with Basic Accredited status and 2019 Plenary Accredited. From this, this research was carried out with the title Implementation of Recommendations Results of Post-Accreditation of Health Centers in Sumenep Regency Towards Plenary Accreditation. The purpose of this study was to explore the implementation of the recommendations of the Post-Accreditation of Puskesmas in Sumenep Regency towards Plenary accreditation. The thematics are categorized and are Follow-up Planning, Implementation of Recommendations, Implementation Checks and Implementation Improvements. The results of the study indicate that the Guluk Guluk Health Center has tried to make recommendations from the Accreditation Commission in the framework of continuous quality improvement.
