Abstract

Leprosy infectious disease can cause peripheral nerve disorders and skin disorders. The problem in question is not only from a medical point of view but extends to the social, namely leprosy sufferers can be ostracized or shunned by society. So important is the role of the family in providing support for leprosy sufferers to achieve recovery through adherence to taking medication. The purpose of writing this literature review is to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in leprosy patients. The research design used a literature review conducted on a data base including Google Schoolar, PubMed, and Spinger. Article analysis found 16,776 but only 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of journal analysis showed that for each of the 10 articles, it was found that in 7 articles there was a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in leprosy patients. In addition, the other 4 articles said that the family plays an important role in providing support, encouragement, and motivation for family members who have leprosy to adhere to treatment. One of the factors that can increase treatment adherence in patients with chronic diseases is good family support.

Abstract

Hospital service quality can be seen from the professional appearance of hospital personnel, efficiency and effectiveness of services and patient satisfaction. Communication was very important for nurses in interacting with clines. Clines satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of health services performance obtained after patient compares it with expectation. clines satisfaction was determined by the overall service provided in patient or family complaints. The study was to determine the relationship between nurse communication and postoperative clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The research design used analytical survey method with a Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study were postoperative patients totaling 477 respondents. The sampling used is purposive sampling, namely taking for a purpose by determining certain characteristics that are considered representative of the population, sampling is the slovin technique, totaling 83 respondents.The results of the analysis using the Chi-Square test showed that the significant probability value (Asymp.Sign) of nurse communication was 0.002 < sig value .05, this proves that there was a relationship between nurse communication and clines satisfaction at Medan Hospital.The conclusion was that statistically a relationship between nurse communication with postoperative clines at Medan Hospital. It is recommended for nurses to maintain communication therapeutic nurse to obtain quality health services for postoperative patients.

Abstract

Introduction: Health Care Associated Infections (HAIs) often occur in hospitals. Infections classified as HAIs are surgical site infections. Compliance with wound care according to SPO, application of SSI budles and SC patient factors, namely: age, blood sugar levels and albumin levels contribute to the incidence of surgical site infections. This study aims to explain the relationship between SPO adherence to wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in sectio caesarea patients. Methods: This study uses a literature review. Search strategy on ProQuest, Google Scholar, PubMed. The journal reviewed is research on the relationship between SPO compliance with wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, and patient factors with the incidence of SSI in cesarean section patients published in 2016-2023. Journals that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded, so that 5 journals were reviewed. Results: there is a relationship between adherence to SPO wound care, application of bundles surgical site infection, age, blood sugar levels, and albumin levels of SC patients to the incidence of SSI. Discussion: Research recommends that nurses adhere to SPO and implement SSI bundles strictly in a compliant manner, as well as monitoring patient factors, such as: age, blood sugar levels, patient albumin levels are very important in preventing infection in the operating area.

Abstract

Red Betel Leaf contains substances which are effective to treat the wounds. Therefore, it is important to conduct a research to ascertain the difference of healing duration, infection marks, perenium wound pain using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day compared with using povidone iodine 10%. This resarch design is in a true experiment with factorial design. The samples are 18 postpartum mother, divided into 3 groups and each is 6 postartum mother, and are chosen with simple random sampling method. The variables that are measured in this research are the healing duration, infection marks, perineum wound pain. This research is also conducted using statistic test one way anova with post hoc as the post test. The result shows that the alpha score is 0.002 which means there is a significant difference of injury care using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day with povidone iodine 10% to the duration of healing. The alpha score results at 0.003 shows the significant difference difference of injury care using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day with povidone iodine 10% to the infection marks. The alpha score results at 0.021 shows the significant difference difference of injury care using red betel leaf 2x/day, red betel leaf extract 1x/day with povidone iodine 10% to the wound pain. The perineum injury care of postartum mother using red betel leaf extract 2x/day is more efficient and neither does infection marks nor wound pain is found.

Abstract

The holy principles of pests and surgical principles are required when action is taken. Bacterial infection is one of the most common and most frequent complications. In the revocation action of RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri put patient safety as the main priority in health service. Post-tooth extraction infection may occur because the equipment and room are not sterile, the operator does not follow the existing SOP, inappropriate drug administration and the patient's own condition. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of patient safety management on post-tooth extraction infection of Oral Surgery patients at RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Method used in this research is quantitative, Descriptive Observational as the process of data collection using Transversal Study design (Cross Sectional). The population of 112 person was taken at the oral surgery clinic of RSGMP IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri from 18 January to 18 February 2018. All the respondents were observed and examined from preparation of tooth extraxtion to control. The sampling technique used is Random Sampling by lottery technique By using Slovin formula, error rate of 2% obtained 107 samples. The result of multiple linear correlation analysis was obtained by equipment patient safety (0) (p-value = 0,000 <α = 0,05), place extraction patient safety (X2) (p-value = 0,000 <α = 0,05) (p = 0,401> α = 0,05) post-extraction instruction (X4) (p = 0,007 <α = 0,05). There is significant influence of patient safety of equipment (X1), place extraction patient safety (X2 and tooth extraction instruction, while tooth-extraction operator (X3) ) (p-value = 0.401> α = 0.05) had no significant effect on post-tooth extraction infection.R square value of 38 , 5%, means that the influence of the 4 variables is 38.5%, and the rest explained other variables that are not studied in this study. It is found that post-tooth extraction infection after the control is 17.8% .The most dominant influence is place extraction variable.

Abstract

The pain of labor may potentially activate the sympathetic nervous system that inhibits endogenous oxytocin secretion, which can be resolved by the method of using warm compress therapeutic aromatherapy lavender to make vasodilatation of blood vessels so that the hormone oxytocin in the body more optimal and will help the contraction of the smooth muscle of the uterus that affect the labor so that run faster.Penelitian aims to determine the influence of warm compresses of lavender aromatherapy on pain intensity and duration of labor in active phase until premiere of second stage labor on primigavida maternity. The research design is True Experimental Design. Population of primigravida pregnant women who have interpretation of birth November-December 2017 in Pagak Puskesmas region consisting 42 respondents. The sampling technique using Simple Randomization was obtained 38 respondents (control and treatment group). Intensity was measured using VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) scale and the length of labor was measured by partograph (minutes) .The result of calculation of Hotelling T2 (sig 0,05) 62,8392.> 6,7216. H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a difference between the mean on the control and the average on the treatment. The use of warm compresses of lavender aromatherapy decreased the intensity of labor pain by 30.8%, while for the duration of labor acceleration occurred 26.4%. Thus warm compresses of lavender aromatherapy as one of the interventions in reducing the intensity of pain and labor acceleration in primigravid maternity, and can be applied to various health services.

Abstract

The result of monitoring and evaluation of Health Insurance Program (JKN) implementation especially in INA-CBG's claim process at Health Facility of Advanced Rujuan (FKRTL), there are differences of opinion for some cases between FKRTL and BPJS Kesehatan causing delay or problem in payment of claim INA-CBG's. The purpose of this study is to analyze the accuracy of INA-CBG's cost and the factors that influence in RSUD DR. Soegiri Lamongan. This research is a type of observational research with descriptive analytic research design with cross sectional research design according to hospital perspective. The sample in this study amounted to 393 respondents. Sampling technique Simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used using the expense bill file issued and the BPJS patient care claims file file with linear regression statistic test with α = 0.05. The cost component of the biggest Diabetes Mellitus disease is the median cost of Rp. 1.536.346. CVA disease average drug cost Rp. 1.135.399. The biggest DHF disease is the average room cost Rp. 814.067. Appendicitis medicines cost ± Rp. 1.633.961. The incremental cost of INA-CBG's and the actual cost of hospital in Diabetes Mellitus disease is Rp. 357.957, CVA disease difference of Rp. 2.151.170, DHF disease difference of Rp. 477,514 and in appendicitis disease the difference in average minus -Rp. 2,965,211. There is a difference (not appropriate) between the real cost and the cost of INA-CBG's in Diabetes Mellitus disease with p = 0,000. There is a difference (not appropriate) between the real cost and the cost of INA-CBG's on CVA disease with p value = 0.026. There is a similarity or precision between the real cost and the cost of INA-CBG's in DHF disease with a value of p = 0.159. There is a difference (not appropriate) between the real cost and the cost of INA-CBG's in Apendicitis disease with p = 0,000. There is a difference between the real cost and the cost of INA-CBG's in Diabetes mellitus, CVA, Apendicitis. Factors that affect the differences include room cost factors, drugs and medical action. For DHF disease there is no difference between the real cost and the cost of INA-CBG's.

Abstract

Nutrition problems are still a serious problem. Nutrition disorders that occur in infants and toddlers affect the growth and development, both in infancy and future, so it needs attention. The role of cadres, parenting parents and food intake given to infants. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the nutritional status of children under five years in the working area of ​​Puskesmas Kertosari Banyuwangi. This research design use analytic design with cross sectional approach. The population of all under-fives suffering from malnutrition status in the work area of ​​Kertosari Puskesmas is 47 children. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling with a sample of 42 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaires, 24 hour recall obeservation sheet and anthropometry. The results were analyzed using logistic regression test. The result of this research is the influence of the role of cadre to the nutritional status of under-five children with ρ = 0.005 <0.05 and OR = 22.8 which means the chance to help the toddler in overcoming the nutritional status is 22.8 times bigger than the role of the inactive cadre. While in the pattern of care obtained ρ = 0.003 <0.05 denagn = 0.112 means there is influence between parental parenting to the nutritional status of children. Where the parenting patterns are applied authoritarian, then the parenting pattern has a risk of no nutritional problems 0.112 times greater in the parent's patterns permissive or democratic. There is influence between food intake on nutritional status of children under five years in working area of ​​Puskesmas Kertosari of Banyuwangi Regency with ρ = 0,004 <0,05. The most dominant factor affecting the nutritional status of children under five is the factor of food intake given to toddlers, with the effect of 13,924.To be able to increase the intake of food that is by observing the diet and eating consumption in accordance with the nutritional needs of every toddler, in consuming everyday foods familiarize with balanced nutrition menu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of the quality of service and the implementation of the policy of return administration at inpatient room towards satisfaction of third class of BPJS patient at RS UMM. Design of this research are analysis crossectional. Variable of the research are. the influence of quality of service and the implementation of the policy as the independent variable and patient satisfaction as the dependent variable BPJS. Population research namely inpatients who have been allowed to return home on October 15 – November 15, 2018 by the physician in question at the time when the last doctor's visit. Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 92 respondents. The data collected by the instruments and questionnaires processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and the simultaneous values of p values there are shows so that 0.05 < influence the quality of services and the implementation of the policy to the satisfaction of the patient. he value of the coefficient of determination shows the value that shows contributions from 0.434 independent variable (the quality of service and policy implementation) amounted to 43.4%, while the remaining 56.6% in influence by other factors not present in the model This research. This happens because the factor that affect patient satisfaction is not only seen from the implementation of policies and the quality of services, but there is another factor that could affect such facilities or the attitude of the officers. Quality of service and implementation of the return of the patient affect the satisfaction of the patient. This happens because with the delay time return for the patient, or the patient's waiting too long is also the process of their return would cause a negative perception of the patient so that the patient feels accepted slow service

Abstract

The aimed of this research to analyze marketing strategies take effect simultaneously against the (use of) the occupational hospitalization by the BPJS patients in hospital Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Quantitative research design that is crossectional. Research on variable i.e. the influence marketing strategies are simultaneously against and as the independent variable and the (use of) occupation hospitalization as the dependent variable BPJS. Population research i.e. whole health BPJS patients who underwent hospitalization on 15th October – November 15, 2018. Samples taken by random sampling technique as much as 92 respondents. The data collected by the instruments and questionnaires processed in coding, editing, tabulating and scoring as well as tested with linear regression test. Linear regression results indicate that partially and the simultaneous there are shows a value of p = 0,00 < 0.05 so that ther is influence marketing strategies towards occupational (usage) of inpatient care by patients BPJS RS UMM Malang. R Square (R2) of 0.660 or 60.6% that shows contributions from independent variable marketing strategies (product, price, place, people, and processes), while the rest was 39.4% in influence by other factors that do not exist in this research model. Multiple correlation coefficient is used to measure the keeratan relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The results showed that the strategy of marketing (product, price, place, people, and processes) conducted by the managing of RS UMM exactly will affect the increase in occupasi or DRILL the patients. Process management efekstif, efficient and does not kink as well as facilitate the patient in obtaining health services can be one alternative reference patient in taking a decision to receive a health service. The existence of a negative perception by the patient about marketing strategy indicated that dissatisfaction received the patient and can make patients feel uncomfortable in accepting hospital service, so this affects patients in using the services of the hospital or hospital can move patients
