Abstract

This research “looks at how the degree of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Sukoharjo Regency is affected by field raids, E-Samsat services, and Mobile Samsat. Quantitative research methodology is used, and primary data is gathered by distributing questionnaires to participants. A Likert scale served as the basis for the study instrument's design, which measured the variables under investigation. A total of 100 motor vehicle taxpayers who were registered at the Sukoharjo Regency Samsat Unit served as the study's participants. Out of this total, 50 respondents answered the survey online using a Google Form, while the other 50 respondents completed the questionnaire on paper. The accidental sampling approach was the sampling strategy utilized. The analysis's findings demonstrate that field raids and Mobile Samsat services significantly and favorably impact the degree of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. In contrast, Sukoharjo RRegency's taxpayer compliance is significantly impacted negatively by the E-Samsat service.”

Abstract

Chicken meat is a food ingredient vulnerable to contamination, requiring effective treatment to extend its shelf life and maintain quality. Wasabi (Wasabia japonica), a typical Japanese plant, contains an allyl isothiocyanate compound with antibacterial properties, making it a potential natural preservative. Therefore, this study aimed to develop microparticles of wasabi extract for application as a preservative for fresh chicken meat. In the process, microparticles were produced using the dry spray method, with maltodextrin as a coating material. The formulations tested were 0% (F0), 1% (F1), 2% (F2), and 3% wasabi extracts (F3), combined with 100 grams of maltodextrin and 1000 mL of distilled water. The produced microparticles were subjected to characterization to determine particle size, solubility test, particle morphology, crystal structure, and functional group identification. Subsequently, inhibition zone tests and total plate count were conducted to assess the effectiveness of the particles as a natural food preservative. The results showed that the F3 treatment had the widest inhibition zone (7.1 mm). Immersing chicken meat in the extract solution reduced the bacterial colony count from 16.8x106 CFU/gram to 12.5x106 CFU/gram over 6 days of storage. Therefore, F3 was the best formulation based on microbiological test results. This signified the potential of wasabi extract microparticles as a natural food preservative.

Abstract

This study analyzes the water quality and pollution control of the Bangkok River in Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which is increasingly under anthropogenic pressure, including industrial waste, agricultural runoff, and domestic waste. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the current water quality conditions using the Pollution Index (IP) and STORET methods, as well as to identify the primary pollutants affecting water quality. Samples were collected from three monitoring points—upstream, middle, and downstream—using grab sampling. Parameters analyzed included BOD, COD, NH3-N, DO, and fecal coliform, which were compared to Indonesia’s Class II water quality standards. The results showed that the concentrations of BOD, COD, NH3-N, and fecal coliform exceeded the threshold, particularly downstream, indicating high pollution loads. Based on the IP and STORET assessments, the river was classified as moderately to heavily polluted. These findings highlight the need for stricter industrial waste management and an integrated water management strategy to restore the river's ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, solvency, and liquidity on the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022–2024, with company size as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports from 40 companies selected through a purposive sampling method for three years, so that the total observation is 120 data. The independent variables studied include Return on Assets (ROA) as a proxy for profitability, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) for solvency, and Current Ratio (CR) for liquidity. Company size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets as a moderating variable, while stock price is the dependent variable. Before the regression analysis was carried out, the data were tested using the classical assumption test which includes the normality test (with Kolmogorov-Smirnov, histogram, and P-Plot), multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test (run test), and heteroscedasticity test (scatter plot). After the data meets the normality assumption and all classical assumptions are met. The results of the regression test show that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices; (2) solvency does not have a significant effect on stock prices; (3) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. In addition, the company size variable is able to significantly moderate the effect of profitability and liquidity on stock prices, but does not moderate the effect of solvency. This study contributes to investors in assessing financial performance as a basis for making investment decisions, as well as for companies in developing financial strategies to increase stock value.

Abstract

Kesiman Village, located in Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, has significant agricultural potential, particularly in yellow sweet potatoes and green mustard greens. However, these agricultural products have not been optimally utilized, as most of the community sells them in fresh form without processing to increase their added value. This situation results in low selling prices and limited shelf life, preventing the local economy from fully developing. To address this issue, it is essential to enhance the community's knowledge and skills in processing local agricultural products into value-added goods, which can boost competitiveness and extend the shelf life of these products. This community service activity involved 24 participants, including Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) operators and residents of Kesiman Village. Through a workshop titled "Creative Food Processing," participants were trained in techniques for processing yellow sweet potatoes into sticks and green mustard greens into nuggets, which have the potential to create new business opportunities. The activity successfully increased participant enthusiasm, with over 80% expressing satisfaction with the material and training provided, and gaining valuable new knowledge on food processing. The results of this activity showed that most participants were able to understand and practice the food processing techniques, indicating that this effort could encourage the diversification of local food products and enhance the economic value of agricultural yields in Kesiman Village.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and measure the influence of customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and brand image on customer loyalty at Ryandini’s Sweet Chicken Claw business, located in Sei Sijenggi Village, Hamlet III, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The questionnaires used a Likert scale as a measurement tool to assess respondents’ opinions accurately. Data analysis was conducted using several stages, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis, processed through SPSS version 22. These methods were used to ensure the validity of the instrument and the consistency of the findings. The research findings demonstrate that customer relationships have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. Customers who feel connected and valued by the business are more likely to remain loyal. Likewise, customer satisfaction—reflecting the extent to which customers' expectations are met or exceeded—has a strong and positive influence on loyalty. In addition, the brand image of the business, which encompasses customer perceptions and reputation of the product, also significantly influences loyalty in a positive direction. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis of customer relationships, customer satisfaction, and brand image shows that all three variables jointly have a significant and positive impact on customer loyalty. This means that enhancing these three factors can strengthen customer retention and long-term commitment. These results provide valuable insights for small business owners in the food and beverage industry. Focusing on building strong relationships with customers, consistently delivering satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image are essential strategies to increase loyalty. For Ryandini’s Sweet Chicken Claw and similar businesses, these findings offer practical guidance for developing customer-centered marketing strategies in an increasingly competitive market.
