Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of website quality, ease of use, and customer experience on purchase intention in Tokopedia e-commerce . The objectives include to determine the influence of website quality on purchase intention, to determine the influence of ease of use on purchase intention, and to determine the influence of customer experience on purchase intention. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection methods of questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study is the community of Jalan Garu II Medan Amplas and the sample as respondents of this study will be taken using probability sampling with the Slovin formula, namely 93 people who were met during the study. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value of 369.097 is greater than the F table of 2.474, which means that simultaneously there is an influence on website quality (X1), ease of use (X2), and customer experience (X3) on purchase intention in Tokopedia e-commerce. Partially, it can be seen that the website quality variables ( ¬X1), ease of use (X2), and customer experience (X3) have an effect on purchase intention (Y), namely the website quality variable (X1 ¬) of 3.227 is greater than the t table of 1.661, ease of use of 2.607 is greater than the t table of 1.661 and customer experience (X3) of 5.253 is greater than the t table of 1.661. Based on the results seen from the coefficient of determination of the website quality variables (X1 ¬), ease of use (X2), and customer experience (X3) have an effect, namely with an R2 value of 0.950 or 95%.

Abstract

This research aims to influence leadership style on employee morale at the Tuweley Village Office, Tolitoli Regency. This research uses a quantitative design, the data source is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained through observations, interviews, documentation and questionnaires related to this research. Simple linear regression analysis method, t test, and coefficient of determination. Based on research results which show that there is an influence of Leadership Style on Employee Work Spirit at the Tuweley Village Office, Tolitoli Regency. This can be proven from the results of the simple linear regression equation variable Y = 22.791 + 0.376 X and the constant of 22.791 is the value of the Employee Work Spirit variable when the Leadership Force variable is zero, then the Work Spirit value increases by 0.376. In the hypothesis test (test) there was a level of significance of the Leadership Style variable for Employee Work Spirit, namely that it was obtained thitung table or 4,983 1,697 and tsig 5% or 0,000 0.05 which showed that Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Spirit at the Tuweley Village Office, Tolitoli Regency and its influence was categorized as very strong.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan Ukuran Pemerintah Daerah, Tingkat Ketergantungan Pemerintah Daerah, Akuntabilitas Kinerja dan Opini Audit Terhadap Audit Delay pada Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan 136 sampel yang digunakan. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode dokumentasi. Metode anasilis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikoliniaritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Pemerintah Daerah, Tingkat Ketergantungan Pemerintah Daerah dan Akuntabilitas Kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Audit Delay. Sedangkan Opini Audit menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Audit Delay.

Abstract

This study shows how the implications of the strengthening strategy and recommendations for the SMEs development policy strategy in Medan City. This study is very important in the context of developing SMEs as creative economic activists in the future. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. In general, qualitative research is not patterned with a design format consisting of three models, namely descriptive format, verification format, and grounded research format. The subjects of the study were 120 respondents of SMEs actors registered with the Medan City Cooperative and SMEs Service, which became the object of the study, namely about SMEs empowerment through strengthening the creative economy to accelerate poverty alleviation in Medan City. The sampling technique used was purposive sample with data collection using questionnaires. The results of the study stated that the development of creative economic handicrafts in Medan City was carried out by optimizing human resources through skills development and training. The right approach and strategy in developing handicraft innovation is with 5P (enabling, strengthening, protection, support, and maintenance). Because this strategy can cover all lines of the creative economy in handicrafts in order to increase local economic potential. The strategy for developing handicraft businesses in Medan City uses the SO strategy, where this strategy is used to utilize existing strengths and opportunities to minimize weaknesses and threats by relying on product advantages and expanding market networks outside the Medan City area. The novelty in this study is that this study is more comprehensive (comprehensive) in examining the acceleration of poverty alleviation in Medan City with the right strategy in increasing the selling value of SMEs products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Manajemen Sarana Prasarana Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sumatera Utara”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan sarana prasarana dalam menunjang kegiatan kerja pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan tercukupinya sarana prasarana akan membuat pegawai bekerja dengan nyaman dan semangat sehingga kinerja pegawai meningkat. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Wawancara yang dilakukan pada staf pegawai tentang bagaimana manajemen sarana prasarana dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kebutuhan sarana prasarana Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini tercukupi atau belum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sarana prasarana Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini belum tercukupi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Tri Sapta Jaya. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di PT. Try Sapta Jaya yang berjumlah 60 Pegawai. Diperoleh jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti adalah sebesar 60 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran data Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengalaman Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Lingkungan Kerja Fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Budaya Organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Abstract

BackgroundPatient safety is an emerging healthcare discipline with the ultimate goal of reducing errors and harm to patients by implementing quality health services. The provision of patient safety is complex and difficult to achieve. The purpose of this research was to assess patient safety in hospital pediatric inpatient care and factors affecting nurses implementing pediatric patient safety. MethodsThis cross-sectional study involved 80 nurses (male and female) at several private and public hospitals in Surabaya City. The research instruments used were secondary data on patient safety in hospital pediatric inpatient wards, hospital medical records, as well as questionnaires, and observations of the implementation of pediatric patient safety goals. Data were analyzed using multiple logistic regression. ResultsMost participants were female (71.3%), were over 45 years old (18%), and had more than 5 years of work experience in pediatric wards (76%). There were reportedly 145 patient safety incidents, consisting of 46% unexpected events (Kejadian Tidak Diharapkan), 48% nearly injurious events (Kejadian Nyaris Cedera), 6% potential injurious events (Kejadian Potensial Cedera), and 0% sentinel events. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that nurses who work in less positive working settings are at higher risk of negative implementation of pediatric patient safety than those who work in positive working settings [AOR= 1.85 (95% CI 1.62-4.92)]. ConclusionThis study demonstrated that work setting and frequency of reported events were significantly associated with negative implementation of pediatric patient safety. Therefore, intervention is recommended to minimize unnecessary pediatric patient harm.

Abstract

Tujuan Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah ( KJKS ) antara lain mensejahterakan anggotanya denganmenghimpun dana dari anggota dan masyarakat umum serta menyalurkanya kembali kepada anggota dan masyarakat umum yang membutuhkan dana dalam pembiayaan dengan prinsip syariah . Kendala yang terjadi di KJKS antara lain terjadinya pembiayaan macet . Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah di KJKS dan strategi penyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah. Pembiayaan bermaslah jika tidak segera diatasi akan menjadi hambatan bagi KJKS dalam mengembangkan usaha, adanya pembiayaan bermasalah maka perputaran uang untuk pembiayaan berkurang, dan beresiko mengalami kesulitan keuangan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis strategi penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah menggunakan pendekatan interview kepada pengurus yang kemudian dibuktikan atas keberhasilan strategi yang digunakan dengan analisis rasio, yang meliputi rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage, rasio profitabilitas. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan KJKS dan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan strategi yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyebab terjadinya pembiayaan macet adalah kegagalan usaha ,karakter yang kurang baik dari Nasabah , bencana alam dan meninggal dunia. Strategi penyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah dengan rescedulling dan reconditioning.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a test of the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms on the financial performance of banking companies. Financial performance is calculated using ROA. On the other hand, corporate governance mechanisms are calculated using the following variables: size of the board of commissioners, size of the board of directors, and size of the audit committee. The sample used in this study includes 84 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021 to 2023. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. In this study, the analysis used is the multiple linear analysis technique. These findings show that the size of the board of commissioners does not affect the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, the board of directors and audit committee have an effect on the financial performance of banking companies.
