Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of NJOP, Income Level, Knowledge of Online Tax Payment Systems on Land and Building Taxpayer Compliance in Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency with Taxpayer Awareness as an Intervening variable. The population in this research is land and building tax payers who have made land and building tax payments directly or online with a sample size of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique in this research uses path analysis techniques and a sobel test calculator. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the influence of NJOP, Income Level and Knowledge of the Online Tax Payment System has a positive effect on Taxpayer Compliance. NJOP and Knowledge of the Online Tax Payment System have a positive effect on Taxpayer Awareness. NJOP and Income Level have a positive effect on Taxpayer Compliance with Awareness as an Intervening variable. Income level has no effect on Taxpayer Awareness. Knowledge of the Tax Online Payment System has no effect on Taxpayer Compliance with Awareness as an Intervening variable

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of accounting information systems, work motivation on Janti Park employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method uses primary data by filling out a questionnaire. The sample data collection technique uses the Slovin technique. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistical tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, R2 tests. Partially, the influence of accounting information systems and work motivation influences employee performance. However, there is one hypothesis result that has no effect, namely the accounting information system on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of socialization of tax awareness, strictness of tax sanctions, and understanding of e-commerce tax rates on tax revenue performance through taxpayer compliance as an intervening variable. The population that is the object of this research is MSMEs who run their business through e-commerce in the Surakarta Residency, with a sample of 97 respondents. The data collection method in this research use a questionnaire with certain criteria (purposive sampling). The data analysis technique used to test direct and indirect effects uses path analysis with SPSS 26 software. The research results show that the socialization of tax awareness and the strictness of tax sanctions directly have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while understanding tax rates directly does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Then, socializing tax awareness and strictness of tax sanctions directly has a significant effect on tax revenue performance, but understanding tax rates directly does not have a significant effect on tax revenue performance. Taxpayer compliance is unable to mediate the influence of the relationship between socialization of tax awareness, strictness of tax sanctions, and understanding of tax rates on tax revenue performance in the Surakarta Residency

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research aiming at determine the effect of economic growth, local revenue and general allocation funds on capital expenditure of all sub-districts of Karanganyar district from 2018 to 2022. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from budget realization report and economic growth. Population in this research 17 sub-districts in Karanganyar regency. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research wa 17 sub-districts within 5 years so the sample is 85. The data analysis methods used are classical acceptance and multiple linear regression tests, F-tests, t-test and R2-tests. The results of the F-tests on the variables of economic growth, native local income, and general allocation funds influence government policies in allocating capital expenditures. The t-test results show that the variables economic growth and village income have a large effect on investment, while the general allocation fund has no effect on investment Keywords: Economic growth, capital investment, general grants, local revenues

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of tangibility, growth opportunity, and company age on company performance in sub-goods and consumer manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. The sampling technique in this research used the purposive sampling method. The research method used is quantitative research with a sample size of 14 consumer goods and consumption companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis used is path analysis using SPSS version 23. The research results show that growth opportunity and company age influence company performance. Meanwhile, tangibility has no effect on company performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the significant influence of Accounting Knowledge, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurial Personality on the Performance of rattan MSME Businesses in Trangsan Village. The type of data used is primary data using the Slovin formula obtained from 58 sample respondents. The data collection techniques used are, Observation, Interview, Questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis tests, validity tests and reliability tests. The classical assumption tests used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing uses the t test using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that accounting knowledge, human resource management, entrepreneurial personality have a significant effect on business performance in the rattan UMKM of Trangsan Village

Abstract

Background: Work culture is a series of attitudes and behaviors that are part of person’s lifestyle at work. This research was motivated by the existence of obstacles indicating that the work culture implemented by employees does not fully align with the rules and regulations in work enviroment, particularly related to the issue of employee absenteeism. One factor contributing to the work culture is the low awareness among employee about the importance of time discipline. Aims: The research aims to identify the influence of work culture on employee performance at KrembanganSelatan Community Health Center in Surabaya City. Methods: This was a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sample consistend of 33 respondents out of population of 73 employees at KrembanganSelatan Community Health Center. The independent variable was work culture, and dependent variable was employee performance. Data was collected through a questionnaire, and analyzed using linear regression. Results: The research findings indicate that the significance value (Sig.) is 0,000 < 0,05, leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. The work culture was assessed as “Good” in 79% and “Fair” in 21%of cases. The employee performance was assessed as “Good” in 58% and “Fair” in 42% of cases. A good work culture determines employee performance, which will influence the achievement of organizational goals and the quality of sevices provided. Conclusion: Work culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees at KrembanganSelatan Community Health Center. That mean the better the work culture, the better the employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang model pembelajaran Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VII C di SMPN 1 Labuapi melalui Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VII C dengan jumlah siswa 32 Orang yang terdiri dari 15 Orang Perempuan dan 17 Orang Laki-laki. Desain penelitian yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara dan catatan hasil refleksi. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu, Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah deksriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkannya model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan keaktifan belajar diukur dari evaluasi dari setiap siklusnya yaitu pada pra siklus atau sebelum diadakannya tindakan menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan indikator diperoleh rata-rata observasi keseluruhan subjek penelitian sebesar 31% dengan kriteria “sangat kurang aktif”, meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 41,5 % dengan kriteria “sangat kurang aktif”, dan meningkat pada siklus II diperoleh sebesar 78% dengan kriteria “aktif”

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat tentang Sosialisasi Akuntansi Bumdes di Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan implementasi akuntansi yang berlaku di Bumdes sesuai dengan standar akuntansi pemerintahan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh pengurus Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali dengan memberlakukakan metode sosialisasi, diskusi dan pendampingan praktik sederhana tentang akuntansi Bumdes. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah semua pengurus Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali lebih memahami baik teori maupun praktik sederhana tentang akuntansi Bumdes yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berlanjut pada suatu kerjasama yang mengarah pada pendampingan akuntansi dan keuangan secara berkelanjutan di Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali Kata Kunci : Akuntansi Bumdes, Bumdes, Sosialisasi, Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Abstract The Community Service Activity on Socializing Bumdes Accounting at Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali aims to increase knowledge and implementation of accounting that applies to Bumdes in accordance with government accounting standards. This activity was attended by the management of Bumdes Tumang Cepogo Boyolali by applying the method of socialization, discussion and mentoring of simple practices regarding Bumdes accounting. The result of this service activity is that all Bumdes administrators Tumang Cepogo Boyolali understand better both the theory and the simple practice of Bumdes accounting in accordance with government accounting standards. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan sampah bonggol jagung yang selama ini belum dimanfaatkan menjadi salah satu potensi ekonomi di Desa Ledokdawan Kecamatan Geyer Kabupaten Grobogan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan juga pendapatan Desa Ledokdawan. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi mengenai potensi sampah bonggol jagung, kriya bonggol jagung, dan manajemen pemasaran hasil produk bonggol jagung yang ada di Desa Ledokdawan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang yang terdiri atas unsur PKK dan pemuda/pemudi Desa Ledokdawan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan mengurangi sampah bonggol jagung dan meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat, yang selanjutnya dapat menjadi pendukung potensi Desa Ledokdawan menjadi desa wisata di Kabupaten Grobongan. Kata kunci: bonggol jagung, kriya, ekonomi masyarakat, desa wisata, Ledokdawan.
