Abstract

Najmi Diyana Lathifah, with thesis title: "Teachers' Perceptions About the Competency of Administrative Staff at MTsN 2 Solok". In the Islamic education management department, Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty, Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang. This research is motivated by the problem of school administration staff not respecting other people's opinions, giving rise to unfavorable assumptions related to employee performance, there are still many files that have piled up and are not neatly arranged, the educational qualifications and technical competence of school administration staff are still not in accordance with Permendiknas Number 24 of 2008, and there is no information regarding teacher perceptions regarding the performance of school administration at MTsN 2 Solok. The aim of this research is to measure the personality competence, social competence, technical competence of MTsN 2 Solok educational staff. To measure teachers' perceptions of the performance of administrative staff at MTsN 2 Solok. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach in the form of survey research. The population in this study were all MTsN 2 Solok teachers, totaling 66 teachers. With a questionnaire instrument that has 70 questions. Reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results of the research show that the teacher's perception of the performance of school administration staff at MTsN 2 Solok, personality competency is in the quite good category at 53.03% (35 teachers). Teachers' perceptions regarding the performance of school administration staff at MTsN 2 Solok based on social competence are in the good category as many as 48 teachers or 72.73%. Teachers' perceptions regarding the performance of MTsN 2 Solok school administration staff based on technical competency are in the good category as many as 31 teachers or 46.96%.

Abstract

An integrative curriculum combines several subjects into one unit. This curriculum eliminates subject boundaries. The units are united by a common theme with interrelated material content. This research is a literature study using the systematic literature review (SLR) method which consists of 6 stages, namely planning, literature search, criteria assessment (inclusion and exclusion), quality assessment, data collection and data analysis. This research aims to examine the Model and Implementation of Integrative Curriculum in Education Units. In general, the integrative curriculum is a model for combining basic knowledge with learning experiences that suit students' future needs. Implementation of an integrative-holistic curriculum is carried out in three forms. First, with the package system. Second, with a system that is integrated with general subjects as a basis for value in scientific development. And third, in the form of extra-curricular activities and hidden curriculum in the form of habituation. Curriculum evaluation is carried out by reviewing curriculum implementation in the form of learning evaluation.

Abstract

Sering ditemui berbagai masalah terkait pelaksanaan evaluasi di lapangan seperti kurangnya keterkaitan evaluasi dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan, mengakibatkan kebingungan dan kehilangan fokus. Selain itu, adanya bias kultural dan ketidaksesuaian instrumen evaluasi dengan latar belakang peserta didik dapat menyebabkan hasil yang tidak adil. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Jenis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi pustaka (library research). Penelitian ini menemukan hasil dengan melakukan evaluasi holistik pada ketiga ranah ini (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik), pendidikan islam dapat memastikan bahwa peserta didik tidak hanya memiliki pengetahuan teoritis, tetapi juga mengembangkan sikap positif dan keterampilan praktis yang sesuai dengan ajaran islam. Implikasi dari jenis dan model evaluasi pendidikan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan pembelajaran dan pengembangan peserta didik. Evaluasi berimplikasi nyata kepada pelaksanaan pendidikan islam. Dengan memahami dan mengimplementasikan jenis dan model evaluasi ini, pendidikan Islam dapat mengoptimalkan pembelajaran dan perkembangan peserta didik, memastikan kesesuaian dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan, dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam secara keseluruhan

Abstract

This study aims to describe how a scientific approach in Islamic education in the 4.0 revolution era. This study is important because the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is a phenomenon that collaborates with cyber technology and automation technology. The concept of the application is centered on the concept of automation by technology without using human labor in the application process. The essence of the 4.0 revolution demands the need for educative efforts to improve the quality of qualified and multicompetent human resources. For this reason, the implementation of a scientific approach to learning is an appropriate alternative. Regarding the scientific approach, Islamic education also has its own perspectives and strategies in facing the revolution era 4.0. Islamic education sourced from the Koran and Hadith always encourages the importance of learning through observation, asking, trying, processing, presenting, reasoning and creating in order to give birth to the quality of competitive human resources based on the values of faith and piety to Allah SWT. From the perspective of Islamic education, the implementation of a scientific approach that does not reduce the values of faith and piety will give birth to an optimistic quality of human resources and will always struggle to face every change by optimizing every potential it has. Thus, unwittingly the 4.0 revolution era will have an impact on the number of people losing their jobs and the quantity of unemployment will continue to increase given a large number of jobs that have been mechanically replaced by mechanical power.

Abstract

Rempah merupakan sejenis tanaman dengan rasa dan aroma kuat yang digunakan dalam makanan sebagai bumbu, penambah rasa, dan bahan baku obat herbal. Namun, terdapat banyak jenis rempah dengan beragam bentuk, warna dan tekstur yang masih sulit untuk dibedakan. Convolution Neural Network merupakan salah satu Deep Learning yang mampu melakukan klasifikasi citra dengan baik, oleh sebab itu penelitian ini mengimplementasikan dua buah arsitektur untuk melakukan perbandingan antar model dalam mengklasifikasikan rempah untuk melihat model dengan metrik evaluasi terbaik. Arsitektur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah MobileNetV2 dan DenseNet121. Data yang digunakan adalah data “empon-empon” yang berjumlah 638 data dengan perbandingan 80% sebagai data training, 10% sebagai data validasi dan 10% sebagai data uji. Dalam percobaan akan divariasikan jumlah epochnya sebanyak 5, 10 dan 20. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba menunjukan bahwa MobileNetV2 dengan 20 epoch memiliki nilai Recall, Precision, F1 Score, dan Accuracy yang tertinggi yaitu 96%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa MobileNetV2 dengan 20 epoch dapat unggul dalam keempat metriksS terhadap model DenseNet121.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the ablution proficiency of second-grade students at 24 Biaro State Elementary School during the academic year 2023/2024 and to explore the effectiveness of using visual and audio-visual media in enhancing this skill. Previously, ablution instruction at this school primarily relied on lecture-based methods that often failed to actively engage students, resulting in suboptimal learning outcomes. However, with the introduction of visual and audio-visual aids as a new innovation in ablution instruction, the learning environment has become more stimulating and interactive. The use of these media provides students with the opportunity to actively participate in the learning process. They can clearly observe the correct sequence and techniques for performing ablution, both in physical movements and in reciting relevant verses. The importance of accurate pronunciation in ablution recitations is also emphasized, prompting the researcher to adopt a method of reciting the verses aloud to swiftly detect and correct pronunciation errors. Data collected from this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results indicate a significant improvement in ablution proficiency when visual and audio-visual media are employed in instruction. Comparisons of students' practical test results from pre-cycle to cycle II show consistent improvement, with the highest scores achieved in cycle II. This confirms the hypothesis that the use of visual and audio-visual aids can enhance ablution proficiency among second-grade students at 24 Biaro State Elementary School.

Central to this discussion is the exploration of the Merdeka Curriculum, a pedagogical framework that emphasizes autonomy, critical thinking, and adaptability. By empowering learners to take ownership of their education and cultivate a deeper understanding of the world around them, the Merdeka Curriculum seeks to prepare individuals for the complexities of the modern world. Within this framework, the integration of the Islamic education system presents unique opportunities to enrich the educational experience. Islamic principles, which emphasize ethics, morality, and spirituality, can serve as a guiding light in navigating the complexities of contemporary society. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pentingnya penguatan moderasi beragama melalui optimalisasi manajemen evaluasi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan berbagai strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen evaluasi PAI dalam membentuk sikap moderasi beragama pada siswa SD. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk menghadapi tantangan radikalisasi dan intoleransi yang berkembang di kalangan generasi muda, serta untuk memastikan bahwa pendidikan agama dapat menghasilkan individu yang toleran, adil, dan seimbang dalam berinteraksi di masyarakat yang majemuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian literatur, yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan mensintesis informasi dari berbagai sumber yang relevan terkait manajemen evaluasi dalam PAI dan moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi dalam PAI tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mengukur pengetahuan agama, tetapi juga untuk menilai sikap moderasi beragama siswa. Evaluasi yang efektif dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan autentik, seperti penggunaan rubrik penilaian sikap, observasi, diskusi kelompok, dan proyek berbasis sikap. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya perencanaan evaluasi yang mengintegrasikan indikator moderasi beragama dan tindak lanjut evaluasi melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang mendukung nilai-nilai toleransi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penguatan moderasi beragama melalui evaluasi PAI dapat membantu membentuk siswa menjadi individu yang lebih toleran dan berkeadilan. This article discusses the importance of strengthening religious moderation through the optimization of evaluation management in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the elementary school level. The aim of this research is to identify and explain strategies that can be used to optimize PAI evaluation management in shaping religious moderation attitudes among elementary school students. This study is an effort to address the challenges of radicalization and intolerance that are developing among the younger generation, as well as to ensure that religious education can produce individuals who are tolerant, just, and balanced in interacting within a diverse society. The research method used in this study is a literature review, which aims to collect, analyze, and synthesize information from various sources related to evaluation management in PAI and religious moderation. The findings of this research indicate that evaluations in PAI are not only intended to measure religious knowledge but also to assess students' religious moderation attitudes. Effective evaluations can be carried out through authentic approaches, such as the use of attitude assessment rubrics, observations, group discussions, and attitude-based projects. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of evaluation planning that integrates religious moderation indicators and follow-up evaluations through extracurricular activities that support tolerance values. The findings suggest that strengthening religious moderation through PAI evaluations can help shape students into more tolerant and just individuals

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem manajemen pendidikan Islam di Indonesia melalui analisis literatur sistematik, dengan fokus pada identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kebijakan pendidikan. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis penelitian yang relevan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap 30 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen pendidikan Islam perlu beradaptasi dengan tantangan zaman, termasuk globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi. Faktor-faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi efektivitas sistem manajemen meliputi manajemen mutu pendidikan, pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan, pengembangan tenaga pendidik, dan penerapan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen mutu, pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif, dan pengembangan profesionalisme pendidik dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi pentingnya kolaborasi antara pengelola pendidikan, pendidik, dan masyarakat untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan ini, artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia, agar lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dan tantangan global. This study aims to evaluate the Islamic education management system in Indonesia through a systematic literature analysis, focusing on identifying the factors that influence the effectiveness of educational policies. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is used to identify, evaluate, and synthesize relevant studies over the past 10 years. Based on the analysis of 30 articles that met the inclusion criteria, this research found that the management of Islamic education needs to adapt to the challenges of the times, including globalization and advancements in information technology. Key factors influencing the effectiveness of the management system include education quality management, financial resource management, educator development, and the implementation of information technology in educational management. The findings of this study indicate that the application of quality management principles, effective financial management, and the professional development of educators can improve the quality of Islamic education. This study also highlights the importance of collaboration between education managers, educators, and the community to achieve the desired educational goals. Based on these findings, this article provides recommendations for improving Islamic education policies in Indonesia to be more adaptive and responsive to community needs and global challenges
