Abstract

Pondok Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berperan penting dalam mencetak generasi yang memiliki kompetensi dalam bidang agama dan umum. Namun, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang optimal sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan Islam di Pondok Pesantren Asy Syarif, dengan fokus pada optimalisasi infrastruktur dalam mendukung pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan analisis terhadap empat komponen utama: konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di pesantren masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, anggaran yang terbatas, serta kebijakan pengelolaan yang belum terstruktur dengan baik. Proses pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang cenderung reaktif dan kurang terencana mengakibatkan ketidakoptimalan pemanfaatan fasilitas yang ada. Produk dari pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, baik dari segi kualitas pembelajaran maupun kenyamanan santri, belum mencapai potensi maksimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan untuk meningkatkan perencanaan dan pengelolaan fasilitas yang lebih terstruktur, serta menyediakan sarana yang lebih mendukung pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Asy Syarif. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Pengelolaan Sarana Dan Prasarana, Optimalisasi Infrastruktur.

Abstract

The project-based learning model is a popular learning model applied at various levels of education in Indonesia. This article examines the characteristics and benefits of implementing the project-based learning model, which has been applied to Indonesian education from primary to senior secondary education. This research was conducted using the “Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method. Article searches were carried out on the Scopus and Google Scholar databases in the publication period 2019-2024. 35 articles focused on discussing the characteristics and benefits of implementing the project learning model in primary to senior secondary education. All articles were analyzed using VOSviewer software with keywords related to project-based learning, elementary school, middle school, and high school. The results of this research found that the application of project-based learning has consistent definitions and characteristics from elementary to high school in Indonesia, but its benefits and application show variations according to the level of cognitive development and learning needs of students. The researcher will discuss all research results in detail and comprehensively in the results and discussion section. These findings can be the first reference for future researchers who want to research in depth the implications of project-based learning at the elementary to high school education levels in Indonesia. Teachers are expected to be able to provide time and design project-based learning that is appropriate to the educational level and abilities of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut tentang model pembelajaran berkarakter dan relevansinya terhadap Pendidikan Islam. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka atau library reseacrh. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis karakter adalah pendekatan pengajaran yang menggunakan metode disiplin, hadiah dan hukuman, CTL (pengajaran dan pembelajaran kontekstual), bermain peran, dan instruksi partisipatif. Dipercaya bahwa beberapa model pembelajaran ini dapat menghasilkan solusi yang efektif dan efisien serta membantu siswa mengembangkan sifat karakter yang positif. Menurut E. Mulyasa, ada beberapa relevansi antara model pembelajaran berbasis karakter dan pendidikan Islam, yaitu bahwa keduanya memiliki tujuan yang sama, yaitu keduanya ingin mengembangkan karakter atau akhlak yang berbasis kharimah dan yang merupakan tujuan jelas dari pendidikan.

Abstract

Uji Sertifikasi Keahlian (USK) merupakan upaya pemerintah untuk memastikan kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Khususnya Di SMK PGRI 1 Jakarta pada jurusan Multimedia, penilaian USK melibatkan berbagai kriteria seperti pembuatan logo, animasi, packaging, video shooting, dan video editing. Saat ini, proses pemeringkatan siswa pada saat USK dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan kombinasi metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web untuk menentukan peringkat siswa terbaik. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot dari setiap kriteria penilaian yang berdasarkan tingkat kesulitannya, sementara metode SAW digunakan untuk melakukan pemeringkatan siswa. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang dapat membantu sekolah dalam mengelola dan menentukan peringkat siswa secara lebih objektif dan akurat, dengan hasil yang lebih realistis dan adil dibandingkan metode manual. Uji coba sistem menunjukkan semua fungsi berjalan sesuai harapan, sehingga mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dalam penilaian USK.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan implementasi fungsi-fungsi manajemen, Problema Pendidikan Tinggi Islam Implementasi fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan tinggi Islam. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library risearch)bersifat deskriftif kualitatif. Sumber data studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data penulis melakukan identifikasi wacana dari buku-buku, makalah atau artikel, majalah, jurnal, web (internet), ataupun informasi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan judul penulisan untuk mencari hal-hal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, transkip buku, surat kabar, majalah dan sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan kajian tentang Implementasi Implementasi fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan Tinggi Islam, Maka dilakukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1)Mengumpulkan data-data yang ada baik melalui buku-buku, dokumen, majalah internet (web). 2)Menganalisa data-data tersebut sehingga peneliti bisa menyimpulkan tentang masalah yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1)Pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen sangat penting untuk mengatur semua kegiatan, baik kegiatan yang bersifat formal maupun nonformal.2)Problematika lembaga pendidikan tinggi Islam diantaranya problem manajemen, kepemimpinan, sumber daya manusia,finansial, dan kelembagaan. 3) Implementasi Fungsi-fungsi manajemen untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan Tinggi Islam akan mampu menjalankan kegiatan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Dan terwujud Peningkatan mutu lembaga pendidikan Tingi Islam,Pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Tinggi Islam perlu diarahkan pada peningkatan mutu dengan melakukan pembenahan pada aspek perencanaan mutu, pengendalian mutu, dan peningkatan mutu.

Abstract

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry designates forest and land rehabilitation (RHL) initiatives as a top priority in national policies. Forest and land rehabilitation refers to the deliberate actions taken to restore, preserve, and enhance the functionality of forests and land. Therefore, this study is to assess the viability of cultivating RHL plants. The methodology employed is the observation approach, which entails gathering data firsthand at the specific site. Plant area measurements are conducted on the physical planting area, quantified in hectares, and then compared to the intended plant area as specified in the design. Plant evaluation and assessment is conducted using the Systematic Sampling with Random Start approach, which involves randomly selecting the first measurement plot and then systematically selecting successive measuring plots. The sampling utilised a 5% interval. Rectangular measurement plots are formed with dimensions of 40 meters by 25 meters, resulting in an area of 0.1 hectares. The number of measuring plots can be determined by multiplying the percentage of interest (5%) by the plot area (in hectares) and then dividing by the area of each measuring plot (in hectares). This calculation results in a total of 43 measuring plots. The research findings indicate that the success rate of plant development varies between 76.33% and 77.17%, with an average value of 76.62%.

Abstract

The development of a microteaching learning strategy based on self-directed learning in private Islamic religious universities is motivated by the fact that lecturers teaching microteaching courses still use monotonous and uninnovative teaching methods, and facilities and infrastructure are still limited, which has an impact on the quality of students' understanding of microteaching, resulting in students being less capable of teaching when they enter the field for practical training. This study aims to describe the application of microteaching based on Self-Directed Learning in supporting students' learning independence and enhancing their teaching competencies as prospective teachers. The study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews with twelve informants. All data were analyzed thematically using the Miles & Huberman Interactive Analysis Model technique. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of microteaching based on Self-Directed Learning is able to encourage students to learn independently, develop reflective skills, and improve teaching abilities and critical thinking. Students demonstrated active engagement in planning, conducting teaching practices, and self-evaluation through feedback from peers and instructors. The learning modules used were deemed practical, systematic, and capable of facilitating a self-directed and focused learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies, as well as to identify obstacles and effective strategies that can support the success of this method. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research methods. This approach was chosen to deeply understand the implementation of Small Group Discussion in developing students' collaboration and creativity competencies. The results of this study indicate that the Small Group Discussion Method at SMPN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sariak has great potential in developing students' Collaboration and Creativity competencies, although it still faces challenges such as the dominance of certain students, lack of self-confidence, and limited time and resources. More specific and structured planning is needed to maximize student engagement, while implementation shows increased collaboration in sharing tasks and providing feedback, although contributions within the group are still uneven. Students' creativity begins to develop through original ideas, but the elaboration of ideas requires technical support such as brainstorming and technology. Evaluation with assessment rubrics and joint reflection helps identify students' strengths and weaknesses. With intensive guidance, fair task-sharing strategies, and technology integration, this method can be optimized to create more collaborative and creative learning.

Abstract

This study explores the transformational leadership of madrasah principals and its impact on teacher performance in three institutions in West Sumatra: Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Model Padang, MTsN 1 Kota Pariaman, and MTsN 4 Pasaman. The research addresses challenges such as the suboptimal application of transformational leadership in achieving transformative governance and the inadequate execution of managerial and supervisory functions. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion-drawing techniques. Data validity was ensured through extended engagement and consistent observation. The findings reveal that although transformational leadership practices are present, their implementation does not fully support transformative governance. Identified issues include teacher tardiness, insufficient administrative preparation, inappropriate teaching methods, weak classroom management, and the absence of evaluation and follow-up through remedial or enrichment programs. This study introduces the concept of Madrasah Head Leadership in 3 MTsN, which emphasizes a model of transformational leadership aligned with Ki Hajar Dewantara’s educational philosophy. This model focuses on openness to change and access to innovation in educational management. Through role modeling, motivation, and guidance, principals are expected to improve teacher performance and contribute to the overall development of the madrasah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran deep learning dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas rendah (kelas I–III). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perlunya pendekatan pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada hafalan semata, tetapi juga pada pemahaman makna, penghayatan nilai, dan penerapan sikap keagamaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Model deep learning difokuskan pada proses pembelajaran yang mendalam, reflektif, dan bermakna bagi siswa sesuai tahap perkembangan usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain model meliputi perencanaan, pengembangan perangkat, validasi ahli, uji coba terbatas, dan revisi. Model ini mengintegrasikan pendekatan kontekstual, pembelajaran aktif, serta kegiatan yang merangsang empati dan spiritualitas anak, seperti cerita Islami, permainan nilai, dan refleksi sederhana. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa model deep learning dalam PAI mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep keislaman secara mendalam dan mendorong tumbuhnya karakter religius pada siswa kelas rendah. Dengan menekankan pada pengolahan makna dan keterkaitan pengalaman hidup anak, model ini menjadikan pembelajaran PAI tidak hanya informatif, tetapi juga transformatif dalam membentuk fondasi akhlak sejak dini.
