Anak penyandang disabilitas intelektual sering mengalami kesulitan dalam memori jangka pendek, yang berdampak signifikan pada kemampuan belajar mereka. Keterbatasan ini dapat menghambat perkembangan kognitif dan adaptasi sosial mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak senam otak terhadap peningkatan kemampuan memori jangka pendek pada anak penyandang disabilitas intelektual ringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimental dengan pre-test dan post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol, melibatkan 30 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Kemampuan memori jangka pendek diukur menggunakan subtes Digit Span Forward dari Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-Fourth Edition (WISC-IV) sebelum dan setelah intervensi selama 8 minggu. Intervensi berupa latihan senam otak diberikan dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu, masing-masing sesi berdurasi 30 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara rerata skor pre-test dan post-test, dengan peningkatan pada kategori baik menjadi dan penurunan pada kategori cukup setelah intervensi. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa senam otak dapat menjadi intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan fungsi kognitif, khususnya memori jangka pendek, pada anak penyandang disabilitas intelektual ringan. Implementasi rutin senam otak dalam kurikulum pendidikan khusus dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan belajar dan adaptasi sosial anak-anak ini.

This research aims to increase the physical fitness level of class V students at SD Negeri 060857 Medan Tembung. The method used is a survey measuring physical fitness through standard tests. The results showed that the majority of students were in the moderate to poor fitness category, with some students requiring more attention in the fitness aspect. It is hoped that these findings can become a basis for improving sports programs in schools.

Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) is an important subject in Elementary School (SD) which aims to improve students' physical, spiritual and social health. However, in reality, many students are less interested in learning PJOK. This is caused by several factors, such as monotonous and less interesting learning methods. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using traditional games in increasing elementary school students' interest in learning PJOK. The research method used is literature study by examining several literary sources such as journals, scientific articles and books. The research results show that the use of traditional games in PJOK learning can increase elementary school students' interest in learning

This research aims to identify and overcome learning problems faced by Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) teachers at SDN 101776 Sampali, which are caused by a lack of facilities and infrastructure. The method used in this research is observation and interviews with teachers and students, as well as analysis of related documents. The research results show that limited facilities such as sports fields, equipment and adequate classrooms hinder the learning process. To overcome this problem, it is recommended that there be cooperation between the school, parents and the community to increase support for the provision of facilities and infrastructure. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the quality of PJOK learning at SDN 101776 Sampali.

Tujuan Penelitian. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar lari sprint melalui pendekatan bermain pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Perguruan Budi Agung Marelan Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Metode Penelitian. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar bermain sebagai sasaran utama. Pemaparan dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar lari sprint melalui pendekatan bemain pada siswa kelas VIII SMP. jenis penelitian tindakan kelas maka peneliti ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang tiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan sebagai berikut : 1) Perencanaan (planning), 2) Tindakan (acting), 3) Pengamatan (observing), 4) Refleksi (reflecting). Hasil. Dari pembelajaran lari sprint tindakan untuk memperbaiki di siklus II yaitu dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan bermain dapat kita lihat dari 28 orang siswa hanya 24 orang siswa yang(85,71%) yang telah mencapai nilai ketuntasan, sedangkan 4 orang siswa (14,28%) belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Melalui Pendekatan Bermain Dapat Meningkat Hasil Belajar Lari Sprint pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Perguruan Budi Agung Marelan Tahun Ajaran 2020/202.

The purpose of the study. To determine the magnitude of increase in learning outcomes obtained forehand drive class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Binjai 2019/2020 through inclusion of teaching styles. Materials and methods. The sample in this study were 38 students of class VIII. To analyze the data in this study and to find out the results seen from the students' completeness individually and classically. The research method used is a classroom action research method. In this study, a learning outcome test was carried out in the form of a portfolio, with the inclusive teaching style method, then a learning outcome test was held in cycle I and cycle II in the form of performing the basic technique of Forehand Drive Punch. Results. The results of the initial tests conducted on class VIII students of SMP N 9 Binjai. Of the 38 students there were 11 students (27.64%) who had reached the level of mastery learning with an average value of student learning outcomes of 64.90%. The results of the first cycle, there were 19 students (50%) of 38 students, who had reached the level of completeness of learning with an average value of student learning outcomes 68.41%. In cycle II there are 33 students (86.84%) of 38 students who have reached the level of learning completeness with an average value of 80.04. Conclusions. The results of the initial tests of student learning to do the first cycle and the second cycle increased, danpat said through inclusion style of teaching can improve student learning outcomes.

The purpose of the study. Through the application of the TPACK - based PBL model , it can improve learning outcomes in the aspect of table tennis service material skills for junior high school students. Materials and methods. The method used is the Action Research Class method with two cycles, each cycle through the stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. The research subjects were 25 students. The data of this research is the result of learning table tennis service and analyzed by using the percentage technique of Sugiyono's theory. Results. Student learning outcomes in the aspect of skills have increased from cycle one to cycle two. aspects of service learning outcomes at the implementation stage the percentage obtained in the first cycle was only 74.3%, an increase in the second cycle to 97.7%. Likewise, at the final stage of cycle one, it was only 35%. students who complete have increased in the second cycle to 81%. Conclusions. The TPACK-based learning problem model makes learning more meaningful and the learning outcomes of Junior High School students experience classical mastery.

Underpassing is a crucial basic technique in volleyball, serving as the foundation forteam success. This research aims to analyze the difficulties of class XI students atSMAN 13 Medan in making down passes. The method used was a direct surveyduring volleyball practice. The results of the analysis show that the low selfconfidence factor has a significant effect on students' abilities. Of the 30 studentsanalyzed, the difficulty categories were divided as follows: "both arms are not closed"(20 students), "both arms are not tightened" (9 students), "the ball hit the palm of thehand" (6 students), "arms too high when receiving the ball” (6 students), and “lowself-confidence” (5 students). The advice given is for teachers to pay more attentionto and evaluate student movements and build motivation in the learning process. It ishoped that this research can become a basis for understanding students' difficulties inpassing volleyball in the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa SD dalam Pembelajaran PJOK (Senam Lantai). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) serta observasi .lokasi penelitian SD Negeri.055978 Sidodadi Kec kuala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan minat belajar dari 57% sebelum tindakan menjadi 78% setelah intervensi, serta peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, pendekatan yang kreatif dalam pengajaran dapat mendorong minat dan hasil belajar siswa secara keseluruhan . Hasil menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa dalam kemampuan praktik senam irama siswa dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran PJOK di SD Negeri.055978 Sidodadi Kec kuala

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas modifikasi ring bola basket dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Maranatha Sidikalang. Desain penelitian eksperimen digunakan dengan kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan ring bola basket modifikasi dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan ring bola basket standar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan motivasi belajar yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Modifikasi ring bola basket terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan tantangan baru, meningkatkan minat, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran bola basket. Peningkatan keterampilan motorik ini berdampak positif pada motivasi belajar siswa, karena mereka merasa lebih mampu dan menikmati proses pembelajaran.
