Abstract

This research aims to obtain information on the extent to which student motivation and learning outcomes increase by implementing the project-based learning model. The problem formulation in this research is "How the application of project-based learning can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class III A students at SDN 26 Cakranegara" This type of research is Collaborative Classroom Action Research (PTK) in collaboration with DPL, tutor teachers, class teachers and friends’ colleague. The subjects in this research were 35 students in class III A of SD Negeri 26 Cakranegara, consisting of 19 male students and 16 female students. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation techniques and learning outcomes carried out during the ongoing implementation of PPL in cycle I and cycle II. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative techniques. Quantitative techniques for processing quantitative data from test results. Meanwhile, qualitative techniques are used to analyze non-test qualitative data. Based on research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning model in class III A of SDN 26 Cakranegara has proven effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. The research results showed that learning motivation reached 55% in the pre-cycle, 65% in cycle 1 and increased to 90% in cycle II. Based on these results, there was an increase of up to 35% and has exceeded the previously determined percentage of 80%. Meanwhile, in terms of student learning outcomes, there has been an increase in the number of students who have completed thematic subjects. In pre-cycle to cycle II the increase reached 46% with an average score reaching 80 and exceeding the KKM determined by the school. Thus, the use of the Project Based Learning model is effective in increasing the motivation and learning outcomes of class III A students at SDN 26 Cakranegara for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Zakat is the third pillar of Islam. The definition in the rules of syar`i is the level of the assets of course which must be issued by certainpeople to be given to the rightful according to the povisions of sara`. In terms of language, the word zakat has ameaning, namely ath-thaharatu`kesucian`, while in terms of, namely that zakat is part of a propety with certain conditions, which Alloh SWT requires for it owner, to behended over to those entirled to receive it, with certain requirements too. The Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU in the NU Preneur program, the is relly zakat chaneneneled is the best. Hhe zakat is relly to fokus. The objectives of thi study are: 1) Explain how zakat is maaged through the NU preneur program at the Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU. 2) What isthe role ofin LAZISNU OF the Nganjuk branch in improving community walfare. 3) Explain how the reults of zakat management through the NU Preneur program in the Nganjuk branch of LAZISNU. The research that the writing did included descriptif qualitative analysis, namely data analysis carried out by organizing and systematically analyzing all the data obtained. Descriptive research is researchthat uses an event, symptoms, events thet occur at the present time, meaning descriptive research is taking problems or focusing on actual problems as they ware at the research was carrid out. The results of this study, NU Preneur program is LAZISNU of the Nganjuk. the zakat is really channeled to mustahiq. really felt the impact of being moreeconomically empowered, becase it was able to meet the necessities of life for today, tomorrow and so on. Abstract

This research aims to develop an Android-based student attendance application using React Native technology, with a case study at Politeknik PGRI Banten. Student attendance is crucial in academic activities as it serves as evidence of their presence and contributes to their overall academic assessment. However, the current attendance system at Politeknik PGRI Banten still relies on a website and does not provide a feature for students to view their attendance history. In this study, the author utilizes the JavaScript programming language with the React Native framework to develop an Android-based attendance application. The application leverages QR code scanning technology to optimize the student attendance process. Students can scan the QR code on their student identification cards using their mobile phone camera, and the attendance data will be recorded directly in the database. The development of this attendance application is expected to enhance the technological quality of Politeknik PGRI Banten, in line with the society 5.0 era that requires the utilization of information system technology to improve efficiency and enhance human life quality. Moreover, the application provides convenience for students to access and view their attendance history in each course, which was previously unavailable in the existing attendance system.

Abstract

One of the health problems that is still a national problem is the large population and high prevalence of smoking. Smoking behavior is difficult to avoid in adolescents due to several factors such as behavior and the environment around adolescents. The objective of the study was to determine the relationship of smoking behavior among adolescents in SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang Sub-district.The study used quantitative methods through an analytic survey with a Cross-Sectional Study approach. The population in this study was all male students. The sample used a purposive sampling technique for as many as 85 students. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. There was a relationship between knowledge, trust, exposure to cigarette advertising, availability of cigarettes, the role of parents, the role of teachers, and the role of peers on smoking behavior in adolescents at the research site. The most dominant factor was knowledge. The conclusion of this study was all variables have a relationship to smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang Subdistrict. It is recommended that schools overcome smoking among adolescents through counseling activities about the dangers of smoking, implementing Smokefree Areas (KTR), and conducting routine raids for smokers throughout the school environment.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance at the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province, which is based on quarterly performance reports. The cause of the decline in performance at the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province is caused by several things, one of which is the Mutation and Promotion that applies at the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province. The research was conducted to find out in an analysis related to the Effect of Mutation and Promotion of Employee Positions on the Performance of the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province. The results of the research that have been carried out show that the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are declared valid and reliable, then through hypothesis testing all hypotheses are accepted and significant. The conclusion of this study is that mutase and promotion both partially and simultaneously affect the performance of the representative office of Bank Indonesia Papua Province

Abstract

This training aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Rahong Village farmers in utilizing semi-hydroponic technology as an alternative planting medium that is effective, efficient and environmentally friendly. The semi-hydroponic method offers a practical solution to overcome the limitations of conventional agricultural land and increase plant productivity. This activity includes two main stages, namely making hydroponic planting media which involves the use of local and cheap materials, as well as guidelines for the use and maintenance of hydroponic systems for various types of plants. Through a participatory approach, training is carried out by delivering theoretical material, direct demonstrations and practice by participants. The results of the training and use of semi-hydroponic planting media show a significant increase in farmers' understanding and ability to implement semi-hydroponics. Participants are able to design a simple semi-hydroponic system and understand the steps for maintaining plants. It is hoped that this training will encourage the widespread adoption of semi-hydroponic technology in Rahong Village to improve the quality and quantity of agricultural products, support sustainable agriculture, support food security, and improve the welfare of local communities. Abstract

Jumlah angka kematian akibat resistensi antibiotik terus meningkat setiap tahunnya mencapai 1,27 juta jiwa. Penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak rasional dapat menimbulkan dampak serius, seperti meningkatnya resistensi terhadap bakteri yang menyebabkan tingginya angka perawatan dan kematian. Resistensi antibiotik menyebabkan pengobatan menjadi sulit karena antibiotik yang ada tidak lagi efektif dalam membunuh bakteri dan jika tidak ditangani maka penyebaran resistensi ini dapat menjadikan bakteri patogen lebih mematikan di masa mendatang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang resistensi antibiotik, terutama terkait penggunaan antibiotik secara rasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan CBIA (Cara Belajar Insan Aktif), dilengkapi dengan pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur pengetahuan masyarakat tentang antibiotik. Adapun hasilnya yaitu menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan, di mana sekitar ± 90% masyarakat Desa Puusangi memiliki pengetahuan yang masuk dalam kategori “kurang baik” pada saat melakukan pretest, akan tetapi setelah dilakukan penyuluhan, sekitar ± 80% masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang masuk dalam kategori “baik” pada saat melaukan posttest.

Abstract

This study describes the community's efforts to stem harmful activities by promoting positive activities, namely, establishing Islamic boarding schools in the Saritem environment as a place of localization in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Observations, interviews, and documentation are part of the data collection process in this study. This study adopts the idea of adaptation proposed by Talcott Parsons with the theory of AGIL (Adaptation, Goal Attainment, Integration, Latency). So, we get three research results that describe the adaptation of Islamic boarding school teachings to prostitutes in the localization environment, namely the existence of cultural and religious life of the community, the existence of an open consultation place to improve and foster community behavior, and the existence of good relations with the community. This study reaffirms the social function of religious institutions so that community activities become balanced and healthy, both physically and spiritually.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyse the implementation of centre learning in Al Mumtaz Integrated Islamic Kindergarten (TKIT) Jayanti, Tangerang, which focuses on improving various aspects of children's intelligence, including cognitive, motor, social, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. At TKIT Al Mumtaz, centre learning is implemented through various types of centres, such as preparation centres, macro role centres, child role centres, faith and piety centres, block centres, cooking centres, and body exercise centres. Each centre is designed to develop children's potential in a fun way and according to their stage of development. The results show that the implementation of centre learning has a significant impact in improving children's intelligence at TKIT Al Mumtaz Jayanti. Children who were actively involved in various centre activities showed improvements in cognitive skills, such as the ability to solve problems, communicate and think critically. They also show progress in social and emotional intelligence, including the ability to co-operate, empathise and manage their feelings. This approach also strengthens children's character development, which is crucial to forming individuals who are not only intelligent, but also well-rounded Keywords: center-based learning, children's intelligence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penyuluhan atau pembekalan strategi pemasaran UMKM adalah untuk memberikanpemahaman tentang label kemasan produk UMKM Bakso Gila Pekanbaru. Sehubungan dengan halitu dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan value produk yang isap dikonsumsi oleh kalangan masyarakat.Lima detik pandangan pertama sangat menentukan pilihan para konsumen, sehingga penampilansangatlah penting artinya bagi konsumen di pasaran. Sehingga dengan lebih menginovasikan produkdapat terciptanya konsistensi minat beli konsumen. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupamemperbaharui label kemasan dan pengemasan, tahap yang dilakukan meliputi, survei, analisispermasalahan, perencanaan, pengembangan produk dan pembuatan laporan. Selain pesertamengetahui metode pelabelan kemasan, peserta juga dapat mengupgrade label dan kemasan. Hasilpembahasan yaitu dapat menambah ide-ide kreatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan para UMKM diPekanbaru untuk menambah jangkauan pemasaran produk dan produk tersebut dapat dikenal olehmasyarakat luas.
