Abstract

The “Sendang Bulus” tourist park is one of the interesting and natural tourist destinations. This park is famous for the presence of bulus (Pig-snouted Turtle) and its natural beauty which attracts visitors. To increase the attractiveness of the Sendang Bulus tourist park, the service team conducted a survey and observation at the location, where an important finding was obtained: the need for aesthetic and instagramable photo spots as a means of promoting the tourist park. The purpose of the service is to make the Sendang Bulus tourist park more aesthetic and instgaramabale, so that it can further increase tourist attractiveness to attract visitors to enliven the Sendang Bulus tourist park. The activity methods used in the service are interviews, observation, documentation, planning, activity implementation, activity evaluation.  In developing this tourist park, the service team carried out various activities ranging from making pergola arch photo spots decorated with acrylic letters “Sendang Bulus” with aesthetic decorative garden chairs in front of them, making photo spots from dead trees decorated with synthetic leaves and fruits, to installing aesthetic solar decorative garden lights. The added value is expected to provide a positive correlation to tourist visits due to the easier promotion of the name Sendang Bulus to the outside world with the existence of attractive, aesthetic and instagramable photo spots.

Abstract

Financial reports are reports produced from various processes of recording financial transactions within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of auditor independence, managerial ownership, audit quality, and leverage on the integrity of financial statements. This research was conducted on property & real estate sector companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports and annual reports of property & real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2022. The final sample size was 164 samples during 2018-2022 with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. This study uses quantitative methods and multiple linear regression models with SPSS version 25. The results show that managerial ownership, audit quality, and leverage have a negative and significant effect on the integrity of financial statements. Meanwhile, auditor independence has no influence on the integrity of financial reports.

Abstract

This article critically explores the potential of environmental use rights as a legal mechanism to advance a more inclusive and sustainable Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework. Traditionally limited to physical access or utility purposes, use rights have yet to realize their ecological and social functions within environmental governance. Using a normative legal and conceptual approach, this study argues that environmental use rights can enhance landowner accountability for ecological integrity while institutionalizing ESG principles of stewardship, transparency, and responsibility. Positioned as a hybrid construct between private property rights and public environmental interests, these rights offer a transformative legal pathway toward ecological justice and participatory land governance. Recognizing their normative and ecological value can empower communities to monitor land use, mitigate spatial conflicts, and embed environmental considerations into ESG assessment structures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan soal latihan pada buku teks matematika Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Singapura untuk jenjang SMP pada materi bentuk aljabar berdasarkan dimensi situasi kontekstual (matematika murni, ilustrasi/cerita, membutuhkan representasi, dan membutuhkan teknologi) Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode content analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa soal latihan bentuk aljabar pada buku teks matematika Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Singapura didominasi oleh konteks matematika murni (lebih dari 80% pada kebanyakan buku matematika). Hanya sedikit yang memiliki ilustrasi dalam bentuk soal cerita. Kemudian, soal latihan dengan konteks membutuhkan penggunaan representasi didominasi oleh aspek model dan gambar. Buku teks matematika dari Malaysia merupakan buku teks dengan penggunaan representasi paling bervariasi. Sementara itu, soal yang memiliki konteks membutuhkan penggunaan teknologi hanya ditemukan pada buku teks dari Singapura. Buku teks matematika Indonesia dan buku teks matematika dari Malaysia tidak terdapat soal yang membutuhkan penggunaan teknologi.

Abstract

The social media era presents complex challenges to shaping adolescent moral awareness, thereby necessitating a fundamental transformation in Islamic Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam, PAI) assessment practices. This study aims to explore the role of PAI assessment in fostering adolescents’ moral consciousness in the social media era through the perspectives of teachers as primary evaluators. Employing a qualitative phenomenological design, the research involved ten to fifteen junior and senior high school PAI teachers selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations and analyzed using thematic analysis with triangulation to ensure the credibility of the findings. The results reveal that PAI teachers have developed a holistic conception of evaluation that integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions by implementing innovative instruments such as digital portfolios, project-based evaluations, and authentic assessments through case studies. Despite challenges including students’ identity dualism, teachers’ limited digital competencies, and ethical dilemmas related to privacy, PAI assessment effectively facilitates the internalization of moral values, shapes internal moral filters, and promotes positive behavioral changes among students on social media. This study contributes theoretically to the development of an evaluation paradigm responsive to digital-age challenges and offers practical implications for enhancing the quality of character education in the contemporary era.

Abstract

This study investigates the capability of the Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) algorithm, specifically GFPGAN (Generative Face Prior-Generative Adversarial Network), in enhancing the quality of facial images to support more accurate face recognition. GFPGAN is known for its effectiveness in restoring degraded facial images, such as those affected by blurriness, noise, and low resolution—common issues in CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) footage or other low-quality image sources. By leveraging the GAN architecture, which consists of a generator and a discriminator, GFPGAN is able to produce high-detail facial images while preserving the original facial identity. In this research, GFPGAN is utilized to restore degraded facial images prior to the face recognition process using the DLIB library. Various types of image degradation are tested, including blur, noise, grayscale conversion, and JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group) compression. The evaluation involves comparing the face recognition success rate using DLIB before and after the restoration process with GFPGAN. The results demonstrate that previously unrecognizable images become identifiable after being processed with GFPGAN, thereby confirming that image restoration can significantly improve face recognition accuracy.

Abstract

Inclusive education requires a paradigm shift in the evaluation of Islamic Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam, PAI) learning so that it accommodates diverse student characteristics without discrimination. This study aims to analyse the concepts and principles underpinning PAI evaluation in inclusive learning, identify the challenges encountered, formulate adaptive evaluation strategies, and examine the integration of authentic assessment and differentiated instruction in PAI evaluation within inclusive classrooms. Employing a qualitative literature review, the research analyses scientific publications published between 2020 and 2025 using content analysis techniques to identify patterns, themes, and key concepts. The findings show that inclusive PAI evaluation rests on principles of fairness, flexibility, and responsiveness by integrating formative and summative assessments across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains through quizzes, observations, discussions, projects, and authentic evaluations that are tailored to individual student needs. Differentiated instruction emerges as a key strategy, involving adjustments to content, process, product, and learning environment, and is supported by the CIPP evaluation model. However, implementation is constrained by limited teacher competence in handling students with special needs, inadequate facilities, scarce contextual learning resources, and systemic coordination issues within institutions. The study concludes that successful inclusive PAI evaluation requires synergy in developing adaptive instruments, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and the systematic application of authentic assessments grounded in contextual learning. It recommends that the government revise the Core and Basic Competencies of PAI to integrate inclusive learning indicators, provide adequate facilities, strengthen continuous teacher training, and optimise collaboration among IRE teachers, assistant teachers, parents, and the community to realise inclusive, high-quality, and meaningful Islamic Education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep dan implementasi evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) berbasis moderasi beragama melalui pendekatan studi pustaka. Evaluasi berbasis moderasi beragama menjadi semakin penting seiring meningkatnya tantangan intoleransi, polarisasi keagamaan, dan radikalisme di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai sumber literatur, termasuk buku, jurnal ilmiah, peraturan pemerintah, dan pedoman resmi Kementerian Agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran PAI yang terintegrasi dengan moderasi beragama mampu memperkuat karakter siswa melalui pengukuran aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor secara komprehensif. Integrasi nilai-nilai moderasi seperti komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti-kekerasan, dan akomodatif terhadap budaya dapat diimplementasikan melalui asesmen autentik, portofolio, observasi sikap, dan rubrik perilaku moderat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis moderasi beragama tidak hanya menilai capaian akademik, tetapi sekaligus menjadi instrumen strategis dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang harmonis dan membentuk generasi yang berkarakter wasathiyah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze classroom evaluation as an instrument for improving teaching quality through a literature review of scientific journals, academic books, and policy documents. The study was conducted to address the issue of inequality in teaching quality influenced by evaluation practices that still focus on student outcomes, rather than the learning process. The results of the review indicate that classroom evaluation plays a crucial role in strengthening teacher professionalism through reflective practice, classroom observation, and providing meaningful feedback. Both global and national literature confirm that systematic, dialogic, and data-driven evaluation can improve instructional effectiveness and foster a culture of reflection in teaching practice. Other findings reveal structural and cultural barriers to the implementation of classroom evaluation in Indonesia, such as administrative constraints, teacher workloads, and evaluators' limited capacity to provide constructive feedback. These conditions often lead to evaluation being perceived as a means of control, rather than a means of professional development. This study concludes that repositioning classroom evaluation as a collaborative process that supports continuous improvement in teaching quality is crucial. Recommendations include strengthening evaluator competencies, developing contextual evaluation guidelines, and conducting field research to delve deeper into teachers' experiences.

Abstract

AbstractThe digital transformation of the banking sector offers increased convenience but also amplifies cybersecurity risks. This study aims to analyze the relationship between cybersecurity and customer trust, while evaluating the role of legal regulation as a moderating variable within Indonesia’s digital banking ecosystem. Using a normative juridical approach and descriptive analysis through literature review and regulatory examination, the findings reveal substantial weaknesses in Indonesia’s legal system—ranging from regulatory substance and inter-agency coordination to law enforcement mechanisms. The 2023 ransomware attack on Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) illustrates the fragile legal accountability of financial institutions in protecting consumer data. Comparative analysis with Singapore and the European Union highlights the urgent need for Indonesia to adopt a more responsive, consumer-oriented, and technologically adaptive legal framework. The study recommends the enforcement of cybersecurity audits, mandatory incident disclosures, and the establishment of a dedicated supervisory body for cybersecurity in the financial sector.Keywords: cybersecurity, customer trust, digital banking regulation
