Abstract

Abstrak Parents are one of the factors that influence children's learning motivation. Parents' guidance and direction will have an impact on children's motivation to participate in learning activities. Providing support and attention to children as a form of parental attention to their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between parental attention and learning motivation of fifth grade students of SDN Ciparay, Mangkubumi District, Tasikmalaya City. This type of research is quantitative research with correlation method. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SDN Ciparay, totaling 26 students. The sampling technique is using saturated sampling technique where the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection technique used a questionnaire while the data analysis technique used Product Moment correlation. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between parental attention and learning motivation of fifth grade students of SDN Ciparay, Mangkubumi Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya City, obtained based on data analysis r table at a significance level of 5% with N = 26 was obtained at 0.388. Thus, the value of r count shows greater than r table of 0.574 > 0.388. The results of the research and data analysis show that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Therefore, the results of this study are significant and it can be concluded that the research is significant. Keywords: Parental Attention, Learning Motivation Abstrak Orang tua merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar anak. Bimbingan dan arahan orang tua akan berdampak pada motivasi anak dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar. Memberikan dukungan dan perhatian kepada anak-anak sebagai salah satu wujud perhatian orang tua kepada anak-anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perhatian orang tua dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN Ciparay Kecamatan Mangkubumi Kota Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif demgan metode korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Ciparay yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perhatian orang tua dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas V SDN Ciparay Kecamatan Mangkubumi Kota Tasikmalaya, diperoleh berdasarkan analisis data r tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan N = 26 tersebut diperoleh sebesar 0,388. Dengan demikian, nilai r hitung menunjukkan lebih besar daripada r tabel sebesar 0,574 > 0,388. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis atlternatif (Ha) dinyatakan diterima dan hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini signifikan dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penilitian signifikan. Kata Kunci: Perhatian Orang Tua, Motivasi Belajar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tingkat optimisme mahasiswa pascasarjana yang berada pada fase quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, dengan 51 mahasiswa pascasarjana sebagai sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan dimensi optimisme menurut Seligman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80,4% mahasiswa berada pada kategori optimisme yang rendah, 11,8% memiliki optimisme sedang, dan 7,8% berada dalam kategori optimisme yang tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan analisis data statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai landasan penting untuk merancang program yang dapat mengembangkan upaya dukungan dan bimbingan yang tepat dan lebih baik dalam membantu mahasiswa pascasarjana mengembangkan sikap optimisme dan kesiapan menghadapi fase quarter life crisis. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk memperhatikan kesejahteraan psikologis mahasiswa dan memberikan dukungan yang sesuai untuk membantu mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan quarter life crisis dengan lebih baik. Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the differentiated learning model as a strategy to enhance social skills in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Adopting a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were gathered through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis at inclusive elementary schools in Bandung, Indonesia, that have incorporated differentiated learning models. The findings reveal that the application of the differentiated learning model involves key stages such as identifying students' needs, setting learning objectives, adjusting the curriculum, differentiating instruction, offering varied final product options, modifying the learning environment, and conducting continuous evaluations. These stages enable teachers to design learning activities tailored to the social and emotional needs of students with ASD. The study demonstrates that these adaptations significantly enhance the social skills of students with ASD in areas such as environmental care, attention-seeking, greeting others, maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating responsibility, actively participating in learning, and engaging in group activities. The findings suggest that differentiated learning provides a structured and responsive approach to fostering social skills development in children with ASD, with potential implications for broader educational practices.

Abstract

His research aims to determine the forms of delinquency in class II students at SDN Langensari and SDN Cikubang. The research aims to describe how teachers deal with student delinquency in class II at SDN Langensari and SDN Cikubang. Based on research results, analysis of the role of teachers in dealing with student delinquency in class II of SDN CIKUBANG and SDN Langensari, Taraju subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency has been carried out on two teachers and four students. Based on the research results obtained from two teachers and four students, there was mild delinquency among the four people. Mischief such as: fighting, not doing homework, disturbing friends when studying, skipping school. Factors that influence delinquency are family factors, namely disharmony and a broken home (divided parents) and lack of love and attention from parents. There is a description of the results of research conducted by researchers at SDN CIKUBANG and SDN Langensari.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of character education in fifth grade students at SDN Wanoja 02 Brebes Regency, Central Java. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of character education in class V students at SDN Wanoja 02. Based on the research results, it was found that the implementation of character education in class V students at SDN Wanoja 02 in learning activities and outside learning activities is carried out in various ways. The implementation of character education in learning is implemented through five models, namely habituation, learning methods, conditioning, exemplary, and providing motivation, advice, understanding, and appreciation. Meanwhile, the implementation of character education outside of learning activities is implemented through habituation, provision of school programs, exemplary, and provision of motivation and appreciation.

Abstract

Radikalisme adalah masalah sosial yang sedang ramai dibahas pada abad ke 21 ini. Paham tersebut bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan mengancam persatuan bangsa Indonesia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini yaitu untuk mengumpulkan hasil kajian teoritis dari berbagai ahli terkait masalah radikalisme dalam rangka memperkaya khazanah ilmu pengetahuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research atau yang dikenal dengan nama studi pustaka. Data sekunder berupa informasi yang tertuang dalam berbagai buku dan artikel jurnal. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ditemukan 10 ciri seseorang terkena paham radikalisme, 12 faktor yang menyebabkan seseorang menjadi radikal, dan proses radikalsime yang dimulai dari kondisi sebelum mengenal, sedang mendalami, setelah mengenal radikalisme, dan setelah bergaul langsung dengan individu atau kelompok radikal. Manfaat teoritis dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguatkan atau menambah pengetahuan baru mengenai kajian radikalisme, dan manfaat praktisnya yaitu untuk memberi kemudahan bagi para peneliti atau pihak lain di lapangan dalam mengkaji, mencegah, atau mengatasi fenomena radikalisme.

Abstract

An Imaginative story texts are suggestive narrative essays that can help students use their reasoning skills and enhance their creativity. The problem of this research is how elementary school students can write imaginative story texts. This study aims to present an evaluation of the imaginative story texts from various aspects as an analysis of students’ abilities. This paper uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The data source was obtained from 24 texts collected from fifth-grade students. The research results show that students’ ability to write imaginative story texts is good in various aspects: (1) 100% in accordance with the theme/idea of the learning objective, (2) the plot of the story is good in 41.7% of the cases, sufficient in 50% of the cases, and poor in 8.3% of the cases, (3) the setting of the story is good in 41.7% of the cases and sufficient in 58.3% of the cases, (4) the portrayal of the characters is very good in 8.3% of the cases, good in 58.3% of the cases, and sufficient in 33.3% of the cases, (5) the insertion of the message is good in 33.3% of the cases, sufficient in 58.3% of the cases, and poor in 8.3% of the cases, (6) the language style is good in 66.7% of the cases and sufficient in 33.3% of the cases, (7) the use of the point of view is very good in 100% of the cases, (8) the organization and structure of the text is very good in 8.3% of the cases, good in 58.3% of the cases, and sufficient in 33.3% of the cases, (9) the spelling is very good in 8.3% of the cases, good in 41.7% of the cases, and sufficient in 50% of the cases, and (10) the neatness of the writing is good in 66.7% of the cases and sufficient in 33.3% of the cases. It can be concluded that out of the ten aspects evaluated, two aspects stand out, namely related to (1) the theme/idea being consistent with the learning objective, and (2) the use of the point of view.

Abstract

Various interventions aimed at addressing sensory challenges are available for Down Syndrome children, but interventions made based on the results of sensory intervention are exciting challenges to research. This study aims to determine the improvement of sensory abilities through stimuli designed based on the results of sensory. This study used a pre-post quantitative method that measured the sensory skills of Down syndrome children. The study was conducted on 8 participants of Down Syndrome children for 12 months. Data analyzed using the Wilcoxon rank test obtained an Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) or p-value < 0.05 so that the conclusion is rejected H0 or sufficient evidence that the pretest and post-test sensory development values are different and Asymp values are obtained. The application of examination-based sensory interventions reportedly provided significant improvements in sensory skills in 8 Down Syndrome children after receiving based interventions by following procedures and validated interventions in the form of guidance for parents for 12 months of routine home interventions.

Abstract

This study aims to see an overview of students' mathematical problem-solving skills in elementary school. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects in this study amounted to 25 grade 5 students in one of the elementary schools in Bandung with details of 10 male and 15 female students. The data collection technique used is a mathematical problem-solving test instrument based on Polya theory on fractional concept material. The data analysis carried out was to calculate descriptive statistics using Microsoft excel and SPSS version 24 to see an overview of mathematical problem-solving skills, categorization of problem-solving scores based on high, medium, and low, and the achievement of students' mathematical problem-solving indicators. From these data, it is then analyzed in depth and linked with relevant theories. The results of this study showed that based on the categorization of student scores, 4 students were in the high category, 15 students were in the medium category, and 6 students were in the low category. The indicator that has a high percentage of students mastered is understanding the problem at 73%, and the lowest indicator at re-checking is 44%. This research can contribute to efforts to create meaningful learning in mathematics by involving complex thinking skills including mathematical problem-solving skills. Abstract

The standards for educators and education staff are standards that regulate the qualifications that must be possessed by educators and education staff, both academic and non-academic qualifications. the standards of educators and educational staff at SDN 2 Sukamaju still do not meet the standards in accordance with PP No. 57 of 2021 Article 20 paragraph 1 and Article 23 paragraph 1. Therefore this research was conducted to find out the educational standards contained in SDN 2 Sukamaju based on some indicator. The research method used is a qualitative method with a SWOT analysis which is divided into Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. The results show that educators and education staff at SDN 2 Sukamaju have met the standards of educators and education staff, but at the point of recruiting teaching staff there are a few obstacles where these obstacles are caused by the education moratorium, more precisely as stated in the Tasik City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2007 concerning the Implementation of Education, so that there is a need for adjustments.
