Program Kartu Stop telah lama dijalankan, tetapi pada pelaksanaannya kurang berjalan baik akibat perilaku karyawan yang less awarness. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor K3 pada pelaksanaan stop program sebagai upaya mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dengan metode survei. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang. Alat analisis menggunakan Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian bahwa (1) Faktor Internal dan eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan Stop Program BBS, Faktor Eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengurangan kecelakaan kerja, Pelaksanaan Stop Program BBS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Mengurangi Kecelakaan Kerja, Faktor Eksternal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pelaksanaan Stop Program BBS dan Mengurangi Kecelakaan Kerja dan (2) Faktor Internal tidak terbukti mengurangi Kecelakaan Kerja serta Faktor Internal tidak terbukti mengurangi Kecelakaan Kerja melalui Pelaksanaan Stop Program BBS. Rekomendasinya ditekankan pada peningkatan kualitas kartu pengamatan stop card agar terus di tracking, dan encourage pekerja supaya saling sharing tentang permasalahan yang di amati.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalis pengaruh kompetensi dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan humas Fraksi PKS DPR RI periode 2019-2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Humas Fraksi PKS DPR RI periode 2019-2024, sampel yang digunakan adalah 205 responden. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Humas Fraksi PKS DPR RI Periode 2019-2024. Employee engagement secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Humas Fraksi PKS DPR RI Periode 2019-2024. Secara simultan atau bersama-sama kompetensi dan employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Humas Fraksi PKS DPR RI Periode 2019-2024. Dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Humas Fraksi PKS DPR RI Periode 2019-2024 perlu ditingkatkan kompetensi karyawan dan employee engagement.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Employee Engagement, Kinerja Karyawan

This study aims to analyze occupational safety programs and productivity, analysis of occupational safety and health programs on the company's and analysis of the effect of occupational safety and health program variables on employee productivity. The study was conducted by analyzing questionnaires from 58 respondents of employees and contractors in the project division. The data analysis method used is statistical analysis description and path analysis. From the analysis carried out, the occupational safety and health factors that have a high influence on employee productivity are health program variables, disease prevention and measurement and monitoring with values of 18.19, 0.62, and 0.80. Implementation of safety programs to project division has been well implemented, health program variables, disease prevention and measurement and monitoring have a significant and positive effect together on productivity, pressure management and accident prevention contribute positively but not significantly to the productivity variable. With the significant influence of safety programs on work productivity, the company continues and improves the implementation of safety and requires all employees and contractors to implement safety and health following safety policies and procedures. Safety programs that have not significantly improved the concept of existing programs.

PT. CCSindo belum sepenuhnya menjalankan sistem dengan baik dan masih berjalan dengan cara best practice, dan masih banyak jajaran manajemen yang belum menjalankan sistem manajemen mutu dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi berjalan melalui evaluasi untuk diketahui sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan sistem manajemen mutu yang telah dilaksanakan di PT. CCSIndo. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan studi deskriptif kualitatif, yang menganalisa data dengan cara mendeskripsikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai PT. CCSIndo. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil dari nilai implementasi tiap-tiap klausul ISO 9001:2015 rata-rata mencapai lebih dari 90%. Hasil evaluasi diketahui implementasi berjalan dengan sangat baik, namun perlu ada peningkatan pemantauan kinerja dan evaluasi terhadap penyedia eksternal yang dilakukan secara berkala. Diharapkan untuk peningkatan yang berkelanjutan terhadap kesesuaian, kecukupan dan efektivitas sistem manajemen mutu perlu dilakukan tindakan untuk menghadapi konsukuensi ketidaksesuaian dan melakukan tindakan perbaikan atas ketidaksesuaian secara tepat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja staf PKS DPR RI (Periode 2019-2024). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf administrasi dan Tenaga Ahli anggota DPR RI Fraksi PKS (periode 2019-2024) yang menemukan 100 orang staf. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja staf PKS DPR RI (Periode 2019-2024), terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja staf PKS DPR RI (Periode 2019-2024),Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan transformasional, Komitmen organisasi, Kinerja karyawan This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment to the performance of PKS DPR RI staff (2019-2024 Period). The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a causal approach. The population in this study was all administrative staff and Expert Staff members of the DPR RI PKS Faction (2019-2024 period) totaling 100 staff. The samples used were 80 samples. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership and organizational commitment on the performance of the DPR RI PKS staff (2019-2024 period), there was a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on the performance of the DPR RI PKS staff (2019-2024 period), and positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on the performance of PKS DPR RI staff. This study analyzes the purchasing decision model on the Chocomory product brand. The variables studied consisted of price perception, quality perception, service perception, brand image, brand preference, advertising perception and purchase decision. A total of 100 people who are consumers of Chocomory were involved in the study as respondents. SEM analysis was conducted to analyze the research model. The results show that price perception, quality perception and service perception have a positive effect on brand image. However, directly perceived price and perceived quality have no influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image is the most influential factor in purchasing decisions. In addition, brand preference and advertising perception were found to have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Betta fish farming micro-business has good potential as an alternative income for the community, but few show the sustainability of their business. The purpose of this research is to design a scenario for future micro-business development strategies for betta fish business actors. The method of analysis uses data collected from questionnaires with micro business actors of betta ornamental fish. Testing the data used leverage test and Interpretative structural modelling (ISM). The results of the analysis showed that 18 attributes were the key factors and three scenarios of the betta micro business development strategy were obtained. The conclusion from the 18 key factors that become sub-elements obtained seven independent key factors, five linkages and six dependents. Each of the sub-elements in the three quadrants can be used as a key in formulating a scenario for the sustainability of the betta micro-business in the future.

The Sipatuhar pineapple plantation has become an agrotourism development area in the North Tapanuli district, North Sumatra. Although improvements are still being carried out, the interest in the tourist area does not match the expected target. It is suspected that there is no alternative to an integrated tourism program so that tourists do not get additional tourist experiences. This study aims to develop potential new tourist destinations by developing Sipahutar pineapple agrotourism. Through this development strategy, it is hoped that there will be a choice of alternative tourist objects to anticipate the saturation of tourists. This research method uses the concept of Sustainable Tourism with a SWOT analysis approach (strengths, weakness, opportunities, threats) to explore the potential of new tourist destinations around the agro-tourism area. The results showed that there is a potential for Sipahutar pineapple agro-tourism to develop an agro-industrial tourism sector based on pineapple raw materials. In addition, there is the potential to develop new tourism such as hiking and educational tourism, nature tourism and the creative economy industry to utilize pineapple leaves as raw material for woven Wallets and Bags to encourage the economy of the surrounding community. The research's managerial implications recommend prioritizing alternative tourism objects that are visible and integrated with the Sipatuhar pineapple agrotourism area, such as sulfur hot springs, pineapple culinary tours, and panoramic tours.

This study aims to determine what factors influence the millennial generation's interest to traditional cakes in Depok, in this case, the egg pancake. To solve the problem using a seven-factor approach, the marketing instruments studied are product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, and process. This research uses quantitative methods with non-probability sampling techniques. The research location is in Depok, and random sampling is used to collect data. Data collection distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. The regression analysis results on the seven independent variables affect the millennial generation's interest in the traditional Egg Serabi cake. Value simultaneously positively and significantly affects the millennial generation's interest in the traditional Egg Serabi cake. Furthermore, the value of the coefficient of determination indicates that the millennial generation's interest in the traditional Egg Serabi cake is still low. This study recommends anticipating cultural changes through lifestyle changes from local food consumption patterns and maintaining the existence of MSMEs so they can engage in marketing traditional cakes.

Every hospital is required to have risk management to prevent adverse events when providing health services. The application of risk management in hospitals helps identify and control incidents of work accidents that occur in hospitals, especially in the General Affairs and Engineering sections of the Hospital. The purpose of this research is to identify the source of the cause, impact, and control of the dominant occupational accident risk during work activities in the general affairs and engineering section of the hospital. Analysis with qualitative methods using data from observations and questionnaires. The results of the study found that there were two most dominant risks, namely medical waste management and MEP work on electric voltage hazards. It was concluded that there was a match between the application of risk management by the hospital and the results of testing the Bowtie method. Suggestions for this research are to review the risk assessment in height work, as well as to supervise the work methods carried out by workers.
