Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, health, work safety, environmental protection and security (K3LLP) conditions in the Parang II well drilling area became a big problem. Business activities were limited, resulting in a decline in demand in the global oil market. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of K3LLP risk management in drilling the Parang II well during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method is a survey method using a questionnaire. A sample of 67 people includes permanent workers, contracts, and contractors involved in drilling projects, both at the supervisory level and field leaders. Data analysis used regression analysis. The results show that K3LLP risk management is effective with a significant contribution value. In conclusion, the implementation of K3LLP risk management is well and effectively. Therefore, the managerial implications need adjustments based on ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 31000.

Abstract

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is a public institution that has a statutory mandate to regulate and oversee the financial services sector and protect consumers. At the present time, the financial services sector is experiencing positive developments so that the OJK is also supporting this function by providing human resources. So that there is an increase in staff at OJK resulting in an increase in workload at the Directorate of Human Resources Management (DLSM) which has the function of managing human resources. On the other hand, OJK has not yet calculated employee workload and does not yet have a standardized method for calculating employee workload and employee needs. This study aims to analyze the current workload of employees with Full Time Equivalent (FTE) and the ideal employee needs as well as provide strategies to deal with underload, normal, and overloaded workload scale conditions in the Directorate of Human Resource Management at the Financial Services Authority. The results of the research that has been done are 12 employees in the Overload workload category, 13 employees in the Normal workload category, and 1 employee in the Underload workload category. Based on this FTE calculation, it is known that there is a shortage of 23 people. So several steps are proposed to meet the needs of employees and to equalize the workload of employees in the DLSM. Abstract

As a company, Puspresnas always works to give the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology the best advice and technical support possible. The achievement of exceptional and maximum service to students and educational institutions throughout Indonesia is the Puspresnas' vision for the future. Human resources that can adapt and are proficient in using technology in the workplace are needed in the age of the fourth industrial revolution. This study attempts to examine the relationship between employee service performance in terms of competence, adaptation, and skills. This study employs a quantitative methodology and questionnaires to collect data from Puspresnas personnel. According to the findings, the coefficient value for the constant is not significant, and the constant values for the Competence, Adaptation, and Skills variables are, respectively, 0.416, 0.354, and 0.224. The three independent factors have a positive effect on employee service performance, as shown by the regression equation for service performance above. According to the study's findings, enhancing competence, adaptability, and abilities can improve employee service performance. According to the study's findings, employees' competence, adaptability, and talents were highly correlated with how well they provided customer service at Puspresnas during the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Employees must get recurrent training as we transition to an entirely digital era so they can keep up with the ever-increasing pace of technological advancement.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to examine the influence of the role of pattern or style on leadership, organizational culture, and motivation on the performance of the Indonesian Navy's West Provision Center Depot personnel. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used structural equation modelling (SEM). This study concludes that organizational culture easily influences personnel performance because each person has a good character already formed since the first time they enter the Dopusbekbar environment. Likewise, motivation is shown by a mental attitude when doing a job according to responsibility. Conversely, the command system factor contributes to the low influence of leadership style on personnel performance. The managerial implications that need to be carried out include, among other things, that each officer is responsible for the formation of organizational culture and motivation of personnel trying to improve performance through increased competence and other psychological skills both formally and informally.ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh peran pola atau gaya pada kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja personil Depo Pusat Pembekalan Barat TNI AL. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi mudah mempengaruhi kinerja personil karena pada setiap personil sudah dibentuk karakter dengan baik sejak pertama kali masuk di lingkungan Dopusbekbar. Begitu juga, motivasi ditunjukkan oleh sikap mental pada setiap melakukan suatu pekerjaan sesuai dengan tanggung jawab. Sebaliknya, faktor sistem komando berkontribusi pada rendahnya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personil. Implikasi manajerial yang perlu dilakukan antara lain, setiap perwira bertanggung jawab dalam pembentukan budaya organisasi dan motivasi personil berusaha meningkatkan kinerja melalui peningkatan kompetensi dan keahlian lain secara psikologis baik secara formal maupun informal.

Abstract

Budhi Asih Hospital is one of the regional general hospitals (RSUD) in Jakarta. Accidents are often the result of negligence while working by medical personnel. Applying an occupational safety and health management system (OSHMS) according to standards can provide OSH guarantees for medical staff. The study aimed to find the suitability of the implementation of OSHMS with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012 and the factors that influence the implementation of OSHMS in Budhi Asih Hospital. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection through checklist interviews on PP No. Indicators. 50 of 2012, interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that RSUD Budhi Asih implemented OSHMS according to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, namely 87%. It means that the suitability level is satisfactory. At the same time, some elements still need to be implemented, and factors that influence the implementation of OSHMS, namely elements of commitment to awareness of human resources, consistency of socialization from the HOSH team, infrastructure, and a budget that still needs to be improved. This study concludes that most Budhi Asih Hospitals have implemented OSHMS by Government Regulation 50 of 2012 in the excellent category. This research suggests that the management of the East Jakarta Budhi Asih Hospital evaluates elements that still need to be improved, such as socializing the application of OSH culture and reporting within the Budhi Asih Hospital environment.

Abstract

Cibinong Situ Plaza is a Public Green Open Space (PGOS) with a unique tourism potential: the transition from water and land ecosystems (ecotone). PGOS Cibinong Situ Plaza is the leading free recreation destination that is complete for Cibinong City residents and its surroundings. The level of visits is very crowded and dense, which is a new problem for environmental sustainability there. Therefore, to support recreational activities, it is necessary to carry out an analysis of the carrying capacity of the environment to determine the maximum threshold for the number of tourists who are in the tourist area at the same time. The analytical method uses the physical carrying capacity (PCC), real carrying capacity (RCC) and effective carrying capacity (ECC) approaches. The calculation results obtained PCC values of 684 people per day, RCC 22 people per day, and ECC 20 people per day. The actual number of tourists throughout 2019-2020 is known to be 25 people per day. The conclusion shows that the number of tourists is still below the capacity of the Cibinong Situ Plaza PGOS. Follow-up studies need to explore the preferences and level of interest of tourists regarding tourist facilities to determine the satisfaction of visiting tourists.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan bagian terpenting dalam sebuah kegiatan proyek konstruksi, yang mana hal tersebut dapat menjadi suatu permasalahan yang banyak menyita perhatian dikarenakan mencakup berbagai hal, diantaranya adalah dari segi kemanusiaan, biaya, manfaat ekonomi, serta aspek hukum yang harus dipertanggung jawabkan demi menjaga citra dari organisasi atau perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry Konawe. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dan penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry Konawe. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Keselamatan Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan keselamatan kerja dan Kesehatan kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penerapan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada cabang perusahaan pergudangan diyakini dapat meningkatkan kinerja pekerja, perbaikan sistem kerja terhadap perusahaan. Namun demikian, penerapannya memerlukan strategi dari manajemen dalam menentukan program prioritas agar penerapan K3 di cabang perusahaan. Kebaruan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi penerapan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja pada cabang perusahaan pergudangan dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT dan AHP. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal dalam penerapan K3, serta strategi prioritas penerapan K3 pada cabang perusahaan pergudangan. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) dan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) atau AWOT. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara kepada karyawan dan pimpinan cabang perusahaan pergudangan. Analisis matriks internal dan eksternal (IE) menghasilkan, Total Weight Score (TWS) internal pada sumbu horizontal sebesar 3.42, sedangkan TWS eksternal pada sumbu vertikal yakni 3.48. Secara kondisional posisi cabang perusahaan pergudangan berada pada sel nomor I (satu) atau berkategori strategi Grow and Build. Hasil AHP menunjukkan strategi prioritas tertinggi penerapan K3 cabang perusahaan pergudangan adalah strategi pengembangan sistem K3 dan strategi integrasi horizontal sistem K3. Kondisi penerapan K3 pada cabang perusahaan pergudangan membutuhkan pengembangan secara intensif dan integrasi. Strategi prioritas untuk penerapan K3 pengembangan sistem K3 dan integrasi horizontal sistem K3. Kesimpulan penelitiannya bahwa kondisi penerapan K3 pada cabang perusahaan pergudangan membutuhkan strategi Grow and Build yaitu perlu pengembangan secara intensif dan integrasi dan strategi prioritas adalah pengembangan sistem K3 dan integrasi horizontal sistem K3.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi rencana impelementasi manajemen mutu berdasarkan ISO 9001: 2015 menggunakan metode Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) pada Program Studi Teknik Kimia Akademi Minyak dan Gas Balongan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deksiptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode ISM menunjukan bahwa dalam elemen kebutuhan terdapat kunci persyaratan yang dibutuhkan dalam strategi rencana persiapan impelementasi SMM ISO 9001:2015 di Program Studi Teknik Kimia Akamigas Balongan yaitu sub elemen kepemimpinan dan dalam elemen kendala terdapat kunci kendala pada implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2015 di Program Studi Teknik Kimia Akamigas Balongan yaitu kurangnya peran manajemen puncak untuk memastikan bahwa sistem manajemem mutu telah mencapai hasil yang diinginkan dan manajemen institusi belum menentukan rencana perubahan untuk sistem manajemen mutu.

Abstract

Hasil penilaian audit internal dan atau ekternal pada kinerja system manajemen K3 (SMK3) cenderung fluktuatif di perusahaan PLTGU POMU Priuk sepanjang tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kompetensi ahli K3 terhadap kinerja SMK3. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 135 orang, data yang dikumpulkan berupa persepsi terhadap ahli K3 mengenai kompetensi (sikap, pengetahuan, kemampuan) dan kinerja SMK3. Metode analisis data digunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi, determinasi dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa secara simultan bahwa sikap, pengetahuan dan kemampuan terbukti mempengaruhi kinerja SMK3. Kesimpulannya yaitu sikap yang dijalankan oleh Ahli K3 tidak terbukti mampu mempengaruhi kinerja, sebaliknya, pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki Ahli K3 terbukti mampu mempengaruhi kinerja. Implikasi manajerialnya perusahaan perlu berupaya meningkatkan kompetensi dengan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan melalui pelatihan on job training atau praktek kerja lapangan.
