Abstract

AbstractThe formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes against squat style long jumps, the purpose of this study is to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in physical education learning. The research used was Classroom Action Research, the subjects of 25 students consisting of 15 women and 10 men were carried out during learning as much as 2 cycles. (1) From the results of inter-cycle comparisons concluded that through the learning process the application of the discovery learning model in class X Bawari Islamic High School Pontianak experienced an increase in each action, (2) In each cycle, the completeness value increased in the pre cycle there were 9 complete or 36% of the total number of students, in cycle 1 there were 18 students who completed or 72% of the number of students and in cycle 2 there were 23 complete students or 92% of the total number of students, (3) learning discovery learning models of participants students build a model of knowledge, find steps in finding solutions to material that must be mastered by students, (4) With the application of discovery learning model learning, learning is more fun. Keywords: Discovery Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, Long Jump

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much interest students have towards sepak takraw extracurricular in MAN 2 Pontianak. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the form of survey research. The data source of this study is the students of class X and XI Pontianak 2 amounted to 551 respondents and the data used were questionnaires that have been validated. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the interest of sepak takraw extracurricular students includes as many as 14 respondents or 2.54%, interested in 330 respondents or 59.89%, 192 respondents or 34.84% enough. , the category of less interested as many as 15 respondents or 2.72%, and the category of very uninterested as many as 0 respondents or 0%. So the conclusion above states that there is a strong interest from MAN 2 Pontianak students for the formation of sepak takraw extracurricular as one of the sports that is competed in the Madrasyah Arts and Sports Competition (AKSIOMA) throughout Indonesia.    Keywords: Interest, Students, Extracurricular, Sepak Takraw

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran teknik passing bolavoli melalui strategi bermain di SDN 11 Balai Sepuak. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini adalah subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa dari Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Balai Sepuak sebanyak 20 siswa. Pada siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 9 siswa (45%), sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berumlah 11 siswa (55%), kemudian dilanjutkan ke siklus kedua sehingga siswa memiliki kesempatan untuk memperbaiki lewat strategi bermain bola balon dikategorikan ketuntasan berjumlah 20 siswa dan mahasiswa belum tuntas berjumlah 0.   Kata Kunci: Passing Bawah, Media Balon Abstract: The purpose of this study is to improve learning techniques volleyball passing through a strategy of playing at SDN 11 Balai Sepuak. Forms of this research is classroom action research. In a classroom action research is the subject of this study were teachers collaborate with students of State Elementary School 11 Balai Sepuak as many as 20 students. In the first cycle of students who have recently graduated totaled 9 students (45 %) , while students who have not passed berumlah 11 students ( 55 %) , then proceed to the second cycle so that students have the opportunity to improve through strategy play ball balloons categorized completeness numbered 20 students and students have not completed totaled 0. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pembelajaran service bawah pada permainan bola voli melalui pendekatan bermain lempar tangkap bola pada siswa kelas V SDN 17 Karang Botong. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa kelas kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 17 Karang Botong Kabupaten Sekadau. Jumlah keseluruhan siswa kelas V adalah sebanyak 27  siswa, terdiri dari 17 siswa putra dan 10 siswa putri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siklus I terdapat hasil ketuntasan dengan jumlah 13 siswa atau sebesar 48,1% dan siswa yang belum tuntas berjumlah 14 siswa atau sebesar 51,9%. Sedangkan siklus II terdapat hasil siswa dengan kategori tuntas semua dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 27 siswa dan belum tuntas berjumlah 0 atau tidak ada.   Kata Kunci: Service Bawah, Lempar Tangkap Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the increase in service learning under in a game of volleyball with catching approach play throwing the ball at the fifth grade students of SDN 17 Karang Botong . Forms of research is classroom action research . The subjects in this study were teachers collaborate with grade V grade students of SDN 17 Karang Botong Sekadau. The total number of students of class V are as many as 27 students , consisting of 17 boys and 10 female student. Based on the results of the study in the first cycle are the result of the thoroughness with the number of 13 students , or at 48.1 % and students who have not completed totaled 14 students , or of 51.9 % . While the second cycle there is a category of student outcomes to complete all of the graduating students numbered 27 students and unfinished amounted to 0 or does not exist. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan gaya mengajar divergen terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar sepakbola pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 23 Sungai Ijau Kabupaten Sekadau. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas.  Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 23 Sungai Ijau Kabupaten Sekadau. Jumlah keseluruhan siswa  putra kelas V adalah sebanyak 13 siswa, terdiri dari 8 siswa putra dan 5 siswa putri. Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas berjumlah 9 siswa atau sebesar 69,2% sedangkan siswa yang belum tuntas berjumlah 4 siswa atau sebesar 30,8% maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II untuk perbaikan passing sepakbola dengan kategori tuntas semua dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 13 siswa atau sebesar 100% dan belum tuntas berjumlah 0 atau sebesar 0% atau tidak ada.   Kata Kunci: Passing Sepakbola, Divergen Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the increase divergent teaching styles to learning outcome football in the fifth grade students of State Elementary School 23 River Ijau Sekadau . Forms of research is classroom action research . Subjects in this study were fifth grade students of State Elementary School 23 River Ijau Sekadau . The total number of male students in class V are as many as 13 students , consisting of 8 boys and 5 female student . In the first cycle of students who pass amounted to 9 students , or by 69.2 % , while the students who have not completed amounted to 4 students or 30,8 %, then proceed to the second cycle to repair the football passing by category complete all the graduate students numbered 13 students or by 100 % and unresolved amounted to 0 or 0%. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of audio-visual media to yoko geri kekomi in SMK Negeri 1 Sambas west Borneo Province. The metode used was exsperimental. Exsperimental from using one group pretest-posttest design. Intake of this study using purposive sampling technique with a number of 24 people. Data analysis was performed by t-test analysis. From the test result are known yoko geri kekomi kick thitung> ttabel (10,09>2,06) can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means there is influence. There is a change in the test kicks yoko geri kekomi increase of 14,58%. This is based on test result yoko geri kekomi kick after treated (treatment), where the mean possttest langer than the mean pretest (19,48>17).Keywords : Media audio Visual, Yoko Geri Kekomi Kick In Karate

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan lompat tinggi gaya flop siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Seberang Kapuas Kabupaten Sekadau melalui modifikasi alat tali karet. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Seberang Kapuas Kabupaten Sekadau sebanyak 36 siswa. Pembelajaran lompat tinggi gaya flop dengan modifikasi alat tali karet memberikan peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa khususnya materi lompat tinggi. Pada siklus I siswa terdapat hasil siswa yang tuntas berjumlah 16 siswa atau sebesar 44,4 % sedangkan siswa dan yang belum tuntas berjumlah 20 siswa atau sebesar 55,6% maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II untuk perbaikan lompat tinggi gaya flop dengan kategori tuntas semua dengan siswa lulus berjumlah 36 siswa dan belum tuntas berjumlah 0 atau tidak ada.Kata Kunci: Lompat Tinggi Gaya Flop, Alat Tali KaretAbstract: The purpose of this study to improve the skills of high jump flop style fifth grade students of State Elementary School 05 Seberang Kapuas Sekadau through modification tool rubber strap . This form of research is classroom action research. Subjects were teachers collaborate with fifth grade students of State Elementary School 05 Seberang Kapuas Sekadau many as 36 students. Flop style high jump learning with modified rubber strap provides enhanced tools to the learning outcomes of students especially the material 's high jump. In the first cycle students are the results of students who completed totaling 16 students or 44.4 % , while the students and who have not completed a total of 20 students , or by 55.6 %, then proceed to the second cycle to repair high jump flop style with complete category all by students total of 36 students graduated and have not completed amounted to 0 or does not exist.Keywords: High Jump Flop Style, Tool Rubber Rope

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan pendekatan media balon yang digantung pada siswa kelas V SDN 34 Sengiang Gurung. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V (lima) SDN 34 Sengiang Gurung dengan jumlah 16 siswa terdiri dari 11 orang siswi dan 5 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data pada pelaksanaan tes awal  tingkat ketuntasan siswa hanya sebesar 25% (4 siswa), serta yang belum dapat meraih ketuntasan 75% (12 siswa). Kemudian pada hasil siklus I hasil belajar yang di peroleh 68,75% (11 siswa) dan siswa yang belum tuntas 31,5% (5 siswa). Sedangkan hasil belajar pada siklus II menunjukan hasil yang bagus yakni terjadi peningkatan sebesar 75%. Data ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar lompat  jauh gaya jongkok dengan pendekatan media balon yang digantung.   Kata Kunci: Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok, Media Balon Yang Digantung Abstract: This research aims to determine the level of learning outcomes of students in the learning process long jump squat style with media approach balloon hung in class V SDN 34 Sengiang Gurung. Forms of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were students of class V (five) SDN 34 Sengiang Gurung with the number of 16 students consisting of 11 women and 5 men. Based on the results obtained data on the implementation of the initial test student mastery level only by 25 % (4 students), and which has not been able to achieve mastery of 75% (12 students). Then on the results of the first cycle of learning outcomes are achieved 68.75 % (11 students) and students who have not completed 31.5 % (5 students). While the results of study on the second cycle showed a good result which is an increase of 75 %. This data shows an increase learning outcomes long jump squat style with balloons strung media approach. Keywords: Long Jump Squat Style, Media Balloon Hung

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is underhand passing technique in volleyball of student of SMP Mandiri Pontianak which is not improved, seen from the results are still many students who are under standards of KKM’s value. Therefore, this research want to get more information about underhand passing technique in volleyball by using a Part Whole Method. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Part Whole Method to underhand passing basic technique in volleyball for students of SMP Mandiri Pontianak. The research method used is the experimental method, with the use of Pre-experimental design approach with the One Group Pre-test Post-test design. The population of this research is grade VIII students of SMP Mandiri Pontianak, which amounted 15 students. And sample for this research are all learners. The data collector technique used is a test. The data collection tool used is a underhand passing technique test of volleyball. The results is the Part Whole Methode does affect to the underhand passing basic technique which is obtained tcount (6,806) > ttable (2,114) and the percentage value is 14,41%. Based of the results of the analysis it can be concluded there is a significant influence of Part whole Method against the underhand passing basic technique the volleyball of students SMP Mandiri Pontianak.Keywords: Part Whole Method, Underhand Passing, Volleyball

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru Penjasorkes SMA/MA Kota pontianak yaitu SMAN 2, 6, 7, dan 8, SMA Muhammadiyah 1, Madrasah Aliyah Mujahidin, SMA Katolik Santu Petrus dan SMA Kristen Immanuel terhadap KTSP 2006 dan Kurikulum 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang guru. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil persepsi guru Penjasorkes SMA/MA Kota Pontianak memilih Kurikulun 2013 sebanyak  66,57% dan yang memilih KTSP 2006 sebanyak 33,43%. Dapat  disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap Kurikulum 2013 lebih baik dibandingkan persepsi guru terhadap KTSP 2006, karena Kurikulum 2013 lebih jelas dan rinci serta efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan menjadikan guru lebih berkompeten dibidangnya.   Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan 2006, Kurikulum 2013   Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the Penjasorkes teachers’ perception of SMA/MA in Pontianak which are SMAN 2, SMAN 6, SMAN 7, SMAN 8, SMA Muhammadiyah 1, Madrasah Aliyah Mujahidin, SMA Katolik Santu Petrus and SMA Kristen Immanuel toward KTSP 2006 and curriculum of 2013. The method used is descriptive method in the form of survey research. The sample of this research about 14 teachers. Based on the result of Penjasorkes teachers’ perception of SMA / MA in Pontianak that choose curriculum of 2013 as many as 66.57% and choose KTSP 2006 as many as 33.43%. We can conclude that the teachers’ perception toward curriculum of 2013 better than the teachers’ perception toward KTSP 2006, because curriculum of 2013 is clear and detailed, and effectively improve students learning outcomes and make the teachers more competent in their field.   Keywords:  Perception, Education Unit Level Curriculum 2006, Curriculum          2013
