Abstract

Coverage of the Minimum Service Standards (MSS) for hypertension and diabetes in Puskesmas Air Putih is still low, reaching only 11.31% and 26%, respectively, while the fulfillment of the quality of service for each type of basic service in the health MSS must reach 100%. The GEMES (Educational Movement to Prevent Hypertension and Diabetes) program is a public health intervention that aims to increase public knowledge, especially prolanis members, about hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The method used is counseling with a series of pre-test activities, distribution of leaflet media, presentation of material and questions and answers, post-test, and reaction. Based on the results of the program evaluation through the pre-test and post-test tested using the Wilcoxon Test, the p.value was (0.002 <0.05), then H0 was rejected so it was concluded that there was an increase in knowledge in participants before and after receiving material on hypertension and diabetes mellitus. To support the sustainability of the program, it is recommended that health counseling be carried out regularly with more interesting material so that information is broader and the program is more effective.

Abstract

The increasing prevalence of sleep disorders, which directly impacts the decline of modern mental health, indicates a gap in the technical approach to sleep hygiene, which lacks a foundation in values. Therefore, a conceptual contribution based on normative traditions is needed to strengthen healthy sleep practices. This study aims to identify ethical themes related to sleep in the hadith and formulate a conceptual model of sleep hygiene based on prophetic values that align with contemporary principles of mental health. Using a qualitative literature study method, the study employs a systematic thematic analysis of hadiths from Kutub al-Tisʻah, involving initial coding, categorization, and cross-source integration, accompanied by triangulation of health psychology literature as a connecting framework. The results show five consistent and recurring ethical themes in the hadith texts: first, regulating sleep-wake rhythms in harmony with natural cycles; second, moderation of sleep duration as a form of physiological discipline; third, pre-sleep etiquette including physical hygiene, psychological calm, stimulus reduction, and preparation routines; fourth, choosing a safe and stable sleeping position to support physiological regulation; and fifth, orientation to self-awareness through prayer, introspection, and spiritual framing that organizes mental readiness. These five themes can be systematically mapped to the components of modern sleep hygiene, including circadian regulation, sleep environment management, routine stability, and pre-sleep stress management. This integration yields a three-component model that emphasizes the synchronization of biological rhythms, reinforces behavioral discipline, and promotes the internalization of value-based preventive habits. This provides a theoretical foundation for the development of behavioral interventions and mental health promotion, which warrants further empirical testing.

Abstract

Studi literatur : analisis pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau dan pemanfaatannya sebagai sumber belajar di sekolah adiwiyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) dan pemanfaatannya sebagai sumber belajar biologi di SMA, serta menilai apakah RTH masih relevan digunakan pada kondisi saat ini. Populasi penelitian adalah SMA di Indonesia yang mewakili enam pulau besar, dengan sampel antara lain SMA Negeri Plus 17 Palembang (Sumatera); SMA Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya, SMA Negeri 2 Banguntapan, SMA Korpri Bekasi, SMA Negeri 11 Semarang, dan SMA Negeri 1 Nglames (Jawa); SMA Negeri 5 Denpasar (Bali); SMA Negeri 5 Samarinda dan SMA Negeri 7 Balikpapan Timur (Kalimantan); MAN Enrekang Makassar (Sulawesi); serta SMA Negeri 3 Merauke dan SMA Negeri 3 Nabire (Papua). Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan studi kasus, menggunakan sumber data dari jurnal ilmiah, pedoman, dan kebijakan Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan mengenai program Adiwiyata. Analisis dilakukan melalui kategorisasi berdasarkan jumlah peserta didik dan pemanfaatan RTH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RTH bermanfaat sebagai media kontekstual dalam pembelajaran biologi, terutama pada materi keanekaragaman hayati, pertumbuhan, dan perkembangan tumbuhan. Selain itu, RTH masih relevan hingga saat ini karena dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar peserta didik sekaligus mendukung pendidikan lingkungan berkelanjutan. Jumlah peserta didik berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan luas RTH agar pemanfaatannya lebih optimal.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan artifisial (KA) menuntut guru IPA untuk memiliki kemampuan inovatif dalam merancang pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan digital, termasuk penguasaan Koding dan pemanfaatan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning). Namun, variasi kompetensi awal guru dan keterbatasan infrastruktur sekolah masih menjadi kendala dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi tersebut ke dalam praktik pembelajaran. Program pengabdian ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas inovatif guru IPA melalui pelatihan Koding dan KA, pembuatan model KA sederhana berbasis Pembelajaran Mendalam menggunakan Teachable Machine, integrasi model ke dalam PictoBlox, serta pengembangan media digital kreatif melalui Canva AI. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan praktik langsung dan pendampingan intensif. Data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui observasi, refleksi peserta, dan analisis produk digital, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik berdasarkan aspek pelaksanaan, partisipasi, peningkatan keterampilan, dampak, dan kendala. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memahami konsep Koding dan KA, mengaplikasikan alur kerja KA berbasis pembelajaran mendalam, serta mengembangkan proyek interaktif dan media pembelajaran digital. Pelatihan ini juga mendorong kapasitas inovatif guru, terlihat dari kemampuan mereka merancang materi ajar berbasis KA yang lebih variatif dan kontekstual. Kendala seperti perbedaan perangkat, literasi digital awal, dan infrastruktur terbatas dapat diatasi melalui pendampingan bertahap dan penyesuaian materi. Secara keseluruhan, program Pelatihan Koding dan KA efektif memperkuat kompetensi inovatif guru IPA dalam mengintegrasikan Koding, KA, dan pembelajaran mendalam ke dalam praktik pedagogis.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru IPA dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan asesmen diagnostik kognitif dan nonkognitif sebagai landasan pembelajaran di era Kurikulum Merdeka. Partisipan kegiatan terdiri dari guru-guru yang tergabung dalam MGMP IPA Kecamatan Bukit Kecil Palembang. Model kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode dan tahap pelaksanaan secara umum meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi serta refleksi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang asesmen diagnostik. Berdasarkan umpan balik peserta bahwa lebih dari 80% peserta pelatihan menyatakan sangat setuju terhadap manfaat pelatihan dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil menjawab kebutuhan guru dalam menerapkan asesmen diagnostik sebagai dasar pembelajaran diferensiasi dan menunjukkan urgensi keberlanjutan program untuk memperkuat implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the diffusion process of innovation in coding- and Artificial Intelligence-based learning in primary education and to identify the factors influencing its implementation. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study method. Data were obtained from various scientific sources, including books, national and international journal articles, and educational policy documents relevant to the research topic. Data analysis was conducted through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that the integration of coding in learning can improve students’ computational thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Meanwhile, the use of Artificial Intelligence enables the development of adaptive and personalized learning systems tailored to students’ learning needs. The diffusion process of technology-based learning innovation in schools occurs through stages of knowledge, persuasion, decision, implementation, and confirmation. The success of implementing this innovation is influenced by several factors, including teachers’ digital competence, the availability of technological infrastructure, and support from educational policies.

Abstract

This article examines in depth the development of the diffusion of innovation within the context of education. Diffusion of innovation is the process by which new ideas or practices are spread through certain communication channels within a social system over time. The diffusion of innovation theory developed by Everett M. Rogers serves as the primary foundation of this study, complemented by perspectives from other scholars in education and educational technology. This article discusses the basic concepts of diffusion of innovation, its key elements, categories of adopters, models of diffusion development, factors influencing the success of diffusion, as well as the challenges and opportunities of innovation diffusion in the digital era. The method used is a literature review (library research) with a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings indicate that the success of educational innovation diffusion largely depends on the interaction between the characteristics of the innovation, the quality of communication channels, the role of change agents, and the condition of the social system. In the digital era, social media and online learning platforms significantly accelerate the diffusion process; however, they do not always ensure deep and sustainable adoption.

Abstract

This research aims to develop multi-representation- based e-modules in thematic learning in elementary schools. The problem currently occurring is that students have difficulty understanding the material because the teaching materials used are still textbooks. Therefore, it is necessary to develop interesting teaching materials in the form of e-modules. The type of research used is development research using the Ronwtree development model combined with Tessmer evaluation which consists of planning, development and evaluation stages. The population in this study was 30 class VI students. The methods used in collecting data in this research were observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. Validity test results at the expert stage review shows that the assessment from language experts got an average score of 94% in the very valid category, while from material experts the total percentage was 88% in the very valid category, and media experts got a total score of 96% in the very valid category. So the average score of the three experts is 9.2 % in the very valid category.  The E-Module practicality test results from the small group were 82.1% in the very practical category. The multi-representation based e-Module was declared effective on student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the N-gain results, namely 0.6 with medium criteria. So it can be concluded that the E-Module based on multiple representations of the topic of inventors who changed the world in class VI SDN 146 Palembang is declared valid, very practical and effective on student learning outcomes.
