Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja arus lalu lintas pada ruas Jalan Dr. Sam Ratulangi dan kinerja simpang tak bersinyal pada persimpangan Toddopuli, Batua Raya, dan Borong Raya berdasarkan tingkat pelayanan jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan data kualitatif berupa observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data berdasarkan segi perolehan pengambilan data, yaitu: data utama dan penunjang dan data ditinjau dari segi bentuknya, yaitu: data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada persimpangan Ruas Jalan Toddopuli Raya, Batua raya, dan Borong Raya bahwa tingkat pelayanan C dengan kinerja arus lalu lintas jalan, yaitu arus stabil tapi kecepatan gerak kendaraan dikendalikan dan pada Ruas Jalan Dr. Sam Ratulangi bahwa tingkat pelayanan D dengan kinerja arus lalu lintas jalan, yaitu arus mulai tidak stabil mulai di rasakan gangguan dalam aliran aliran mulai tidak baik) kecepatan operasi menurun relatif cepat akibat hambatan yang timbul.                            Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Volume, Kapasitas Kecepatan, dan Wisata.

Abstract

Pondasi tiang atau disebut juga pondasi dalam berfungsi untuk memikul dan menahan beban yang bekerja di atasnya yaitu beban konstruksi atas ke lapisan tanah yang keras.Dalam perencanaan pondasi tiang harus dilakukan dengan teliti dan sebaik mungkin.Setiap pondasi harus mampu mendukung beban sampai batas keamanan yang telah ditentakan termasuk mendukung beban maksimum yang mungkin terjadi.Tujuan dari studi ini untuk menghitung daya dukung pondasi tiang pancang dari data SPT dan menghitung stabilitas abutment pada Jembatan Kasang Bangsawan Muda, Riau. Gata lateral yang diijinkan dan momen guling yang terjadi juga perlu diketahui. Metologi pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode observasi, pengambilan data dari kontraktor pelaksana dan melakukan studi keperpustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daya dukung pondasi tiang pancang dengan menggunakan data SPT, dan metode Meyerhof didapatlah nilai kapasitas daya dukung satu buah pondasi tiang pancang yaitu Qall – 99,74 Ton dan daya dukung kelompok tiang adalah 1531,10 Ton. Dari analisis yang dilakukan terhadap stabilitas abutment juga diperoleh bahwa abutment jembatan aman terhadap pembebanan yang terjadi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of overhead passing to the wall on the results of overhead passing in extracurricular volleyball games at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang. The method used was a quasy experiment with a pretest-posttest one group design. The sample of this study consisted of 20 people, namely 20 male students who took part in the volleyball extracurricular at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang. The instrument used is the upper passing test. The treatment in this study was in the form of overhead passing to the wall, treatment for 4 weeks from March 15-April 15 with a training frequency of 4 times a week. Based on the results of the study, the top-to-the-wall passing exercise in extracurricular volleyball games at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang with a t-test result for men with a tcount of 15.57 and a ttable of 2.09 (df 19) with a significance value of p is 0.000. Tcount 15.57 > ttable 2.09, and a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, so these results show that there is a significant difference. It was seen that there was an increase after the treatment was carried out, it was stated that there was a significant effect of the top passing exercise to the wall in the extracurricular men's volleyball game at SMK Negeri 1 Gelumbang. The implication of this study is that the overhead pass to the wall exercise can be used as a type of exercise to improve upper passing in volleyball.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan potensi wisata yang luar biasa. Hampir setiap daerah di Indonesia mempunyai ciri khas tersendiri dalam hal keindahan dan keindahan alamnya. Desa Tindalun hampir merupakan desa yang indah. Namun potensi tersebut belum dioptimalkan dengan baik. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dan pemerintah desa akan pentingnya tempat wisata di setiap desa membuat potensi tersebut tidak dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Isu terkait maksimalisasi potensi wisata desa harus didukung semua pihak. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata desa adalah dengan membuat spot foto. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melaksanakan program kerja pembuatan lokasi foto desa untuk menjadi destinasi wisata. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari lima langkah, yaitu pemetaan potensi desa, sosialisasi program kerja, diskusi bersama, pemetaan wilayah lokasi foto, dan pembuatan foto lokasi. Abstract

The aim of this research is to model the cascade system of hydropower plants in order to predict the set point power value of each generator. The model simulates several input data variables to obtain an accurate prediction of the set point value. Various historical data are used in this study to evaluate the relationship between input and output variables. This paper presents an Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) method for modeling system models and generating set point values for each generator in a hydroelectric power plant (HEPP) cascade system in a nickel processing plant (NPP). The issue of coordination time between the production and utility departments is addressed. The research aims to use the ELM method to auto-generate setpoint values.  The MATLAB application serves as a simulator for generating the expected Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) model.  As a result, this allows for automatic changes to the set point of each generator in the cascade system. The ELM method yields a MAPE value of 13.94%, indicating accurate predictions.

Abstract

Smart   city mengacu pada konsep pengelolaan kota yang efisien, berkelanjutan, dan inovatif melalui pemanfaatan teknologi ICT terkini. Penggunaan sensor, big data, dan kecerdasan buatan (AI) memungkinkan pemantauan real-time terhadap lalu lintas, polusi udara, penggunaan energi, dan layanan publik lainnya. Tujuan utama dari konsep smart   city adalah meningkatkan kualitas hidup warga. Pada sisi lainnya, teknologi smart   campus adalah konsep yang mengintegrasikan teknologi ICT canggih ke dalam lingkungan universitas atau institusi pendidikan tinggi. Melalui teknologi smart   campus, pendidikan tinggi tidak lagi terbatas pada ruang kelas fisik konvensional. Penggunaan e-learning, aplikasi mobile, dan platform pembelajaran online memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mengakses materi pelajaran kapan saja, dan di mana saja. Selain itu, teknologi ini juga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman mahasiswa di luar kelas, seperti sistem manajemen informasi akademik yang terintegrasi, dan pusat kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang terotomatisasi. Dalam rangka mendukung konsep smart   city dan smart   campus tersebut, Universitas Hasanuddin hadir memberikan solusi dan inovasi untuk menunjang proses belajar yang lebih inovatif dan atraktif di kampus.    Dengan berbagai peralatan smart   campus yang telah diriset, Universitas Hasanuddin juga mengajak perguruan tinggi lainnya untuk mulai beralih kedalam sistem smart   campus. Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman sekitar 67% dari peserta kegiatan bimbingan teknis dan pemutakhiran teknologi smart   campus yang berkolaborasi dengan pihak IAIN Bone. Data statistik ini mengkonfirmasi aspek urgensi kegiatan sejenis untuk secara berkelanjutan ditradisikan pada masa-masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a digital-based PJOK textbook for class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Palembang. This research uses research and development research methods with the Borg and Gall model (data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, product revisions, and mass production). The subjects in this research were class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Palembang. Qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. This research was carried out at the development stage, namely large-scale trials. Validation of digital-based PJOK textbooks was carried out by material experts, language experts and media experts. The validation results obtained a material expert assessment of 4.8 while the language expert assessment was 4.16 and the media expert assessment was 4.7 with an average value of 4.55 from the expert validation results indicating that the textbook developed was in the valid or suitable category for use. . The development stage consists of evaluation, small group trials and large group trials. The results of group trials from the initial stage of trials carried out, the total score obtained was 3.47, this score places it in the very positive category and is suitable for use as teaching material in the PJOK learning process in class X vocational schools. Based on the main trial results, the total score obtained was 3.60, this score shows that the textbook is in the very positive category and is suitable for use as teaching material in PJOK subjects in class X vocational schools. Future research can test the effectiveness of digital-based PJOK textbooks so that the influence of digital textbooks can be known when used in PJOK learning.

Abstract

Education is the most basic thing to build someone’s character because the aim of education is changing someone towards a better way. Education is a continuous and never-ending process so that it will produce sustainable quality, which the aimed is to build a person character in the future. Learning basketball is not only helpful to improve physical skills, such as; hand-eye coordination, physical endurance, and dexterity, but also teaching the important values, such as; cooperation, communication, and discipline. It can involve strategy, analysis, and mathematical understanding. As technology advances, the integration of technology and mathematics in learning process becomes really important. This research was conducted by applying technology and mathematic-based design to learn PJOK basketball materials at Elementary School number 81 Palembang. This research used an Equivalent Time Series Samples Design which is measured using skill tests and Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) questionnaires at the end of learning. The sample was 32 students at fifth graders at the Elementary School number 81 Palembang. The results obtained by the learning design show the poor category. The Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) questionnaire shows the result with a good component category, the willingness component is in the good category, the method component is in the medium category and the cooperation component is in the medium category.

Abstract

Education is a person's effort to develop their personality in accordance with the values of society and culture. In learning pencak silat, students will be taught basic movements, self-defense techniques, and the art of pencak silat. To help develop themselves better, students must keep up with the times so that they have more freedom to develop themselves. In the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) learning model with an educational approach that combines science, technology, engineering and mathematics in an integrated learning environment. STEM learning is very good if applied to PJOK learning, especially in pencak silat material. This research was conducted to apply teaching materials designed on a STEM basis in PJOK subjects with pencak silat material at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. This research is an experimental study of The Equivalent Time Series Sample during 4 weeks of meetings which was measured using LKPD (Learner Worksheets) and FCE (Formative Class Evaluation) questionnaires. The samples used were students in class 7.11 at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang, totaling 30 students. The results of the research carried out were: 1) LKPD showed results in the poor category. 2) The FCE questionnaire shows results in the medium category. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between learning pencak silat using STEM and not using STEM.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate and analyze the impact of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT. Semen Tonasa, specifically within the Distributor Division, is in Makassar City. The research explores how these human resource management practices influence work outcomes and whether their effective implementation can enhance employee performance. Research Design and Methodology: The study's population consists of 40 employees from the distribution section of PT. Semen Tonasa in Makassar City. A census sampling method was utilized, involving all population members as the sample. Primary data was gathered through direct questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The analysis methods included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, partial and simultaneous tests, and determination coefficient tests. Findings and Discussion: The findings demonstrate that recruitment and job placement positively and significantly affect employee performance at PT. Semen Tonasa's Distributor Division, both individually and collectively. These results indicate that implementing effective recruitment and placement strategies can significantly improve employee performance, aligning with theoretical expectations regarding human resource practices' role in organizational success. Implications: The study's results underscore the critical importance of strategic recruitment and job placement in enhancing employee performance. These findings suggest organizations should refine these HR practices to foster better employee outcomes. Further research is recommended to explore these relationships in different organizational contexts and industries to expand the applicability of these results.
