Abstract

The occurrence of the internet in accessing information has changed the way people view shopping activities. Currently, shopping can be done anywhere and anytime without having to do mobility due to the available mobile apps. This study aims to analyze how much influence cognitive customer experiences and affective customer experiences have on customer satisfaction in Fore Coffee consumers who use mobile apps. Methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires using a Likert scale and determining the sample in this study were 100 respondents using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. To analyze the data in this study, multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The findings show that cognitive customer experiences have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, affective customer experiences have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and cognitive customer experiences and affective customer experiences have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pembangunan yang berkelanjutan mampu memberikan peluang bagi banyak orang. Dengan pendapatan yang tinggi untuk menunjangnya, hal ini akan memberikan kesempatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar seperti tempat tinggal. Bisnis batu bata adalah salah satu dari banyak jenis pekerjaan dalam perekonomian. Salah satu sumber pendapatan masyarakat yang tinggal di Kabupaten Gowa di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan adalah industri batu bata. Setiap bisnis ingin berkembang, dan salah satu cara untuk mencapainya adalah dengan berupaya meningkatkan pendapatan. Program-program dalam pembangunan masyarakat yang disusun harus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Adapun perencanaan dalam penyusunan program-program pembangunan atau membangun kegiatan usahanya pada suatu daerah harus dilakukan analisis kebutuhan masyarakat. Bisnis batu bata diperkirakan akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, dan ketika pendapatan meningkat, kesejahteraan masyarakat dan peluang kerja juga akan meningkat. Agar dapat bersaing, kelompok usaha juga harus fokus pada metode untuk mengembangkan dan mempertahankan usaha yang sudah ada. Analisis SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, dan threats) merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan.Kata kunci: bisnis, pengembangan, strategi, SWOT

Abstract

Tersedianya resources yang berkualitas serta kecakapan seorang pegawai sangat diperlukan dalam membuat rencana, sistem, proses, dan tujuan yang ingin digapai oleh organisasi. Berhasil atau tidaknya suatu organisasi tidak terlepas dari peran serta pegawai yang ditunjuk untuk menjalankan pekerjaan itu sendiri. Tenaga profesional diperlukan untuk dapat menduduki serta menjalankan suatu jabatan yang ditugaskan, seiring dengan berkembangnya jenis pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan career development terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 68 responden dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proportional sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan career development berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge to MSME players to be able to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses, as well as strengthen their role in the local economy. Apart from that, MSME players can also build efficient local distribution relationships by partnering with local producers or cooperatives to supply raw materials directly, thereby reducing dependence on supplies from outside the city. To overcome these problems, targeted support is needed for MSMEs. This support includes increasing knowledge in budget management, optimizing the use of raw materials, implementing effective procurement strategies, and using modern financial management technology and tools. With concrete and sustainable solutions, it is hoped that MSMEs can increase production capacity, strengthen the local economy, and achieve greater and more sustainable success. Overall, this training succeeded in building a collaborative and sustainable learning community, where participants can continue to share knowledge and experiences for their professional development.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial for the Indonesian economy, especially in Makassar. They contribute significantly to economic activities and public income. According to data from the Makassar City Cooperatives and MSMEs Office in 2021, there are 4,816 registered MSMEs in various sectors such as trade, industry, non-industrial, and others. The trade sector, including fashion and culinary, is particularly dominant in Makassar. However, the performance of MSMEs has experienced a decline. This study focuses on exploring the factors that affect their performance, specifically environmental dynamism, which encompasses environmental changes, government regulations, shifts in consumer demand, innovation, and technology. The adaptability of MSMEs to these environmental changes is a crucial aspect of their performance. Additionally, financial literacy also plays a significant role in improving their performance. The study aims to investigate the influence of environmental dynamism, adaptability, and financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Makassar. The research method employed is quantitative, involving interviews, questionnaires, and observations of 100 MSMEs in the trade sector. The research findings indicate that environmental dynamism and financial literacy have a significant impact on the performance of MSMEs, whereas adaptability does not show the same level of significance. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of financial literacy in the financial management and decision-making processes of MSMEs. This research provides valuable insights into the factors that influence the performance of MSMEs and offers relevant recommendations to enhance the sustainability of the MSME sector in Makassar.

Abstract

Digital development in urban and rural areas is developing unevenly. The development of technology and information tends to still be centered in urban areas. This then makes it difficult for rural communities to compete in increasing their product sales because of limited access to technological tools and information. In addition, people in rural areas still use traditional marketing methods in marketing their products. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that people will be able to increase their sales through this method. The use of digital marketing media as a promotional medium will allow business actors to have a wider reach in finding new customers, so that it is the key to increasing product sales and strengthening their presence in an increasingly competitive market. Based on these conditions, efforts need to be made in utilizing digital marketing to increase sales so that they can generate more sales and be widely known to the public. The initial step taken by the community service team was to provide socialization to the community regarding training on the use of digital marketing that would be applied to the business group.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan mempunyai peran penting dalam mendukung pembangunan keuangan di suatu negara terutama pada negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi materi literasi keuangan dilakukan dengan materi seperti pengertian dan tujuan dari literasi keuangan, bagaimana merencanakan keuangan, mengatur pengeluaran dan pendapatan serta contoh instrument investasi keuangan di masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 28 Mei 2023 dan dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi zoom. Pengabdian ini dihadiri oleh 42 peserta yang hadir dalam zoom ini, dimana latar belakang peserta terdiri dari mahasiswa, karyawan swasta, guru, dokter, dan lain-lain yang berasal dari 3 kota di Indonesia yaitu Jakarta, Makassar, dan Surabaya. Tujuan ini pengabdian ini untuk mendukung kebijakan pemerintah mengenai peningkatan literasi inklusi keuangan termasuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang keuangan pribadi, termasuk pengelolaan hutang, perencanaan keuangan, dan investasi.

Abstract

Purpose– The level of competition between companies is increasing as the business develops, especially when there is intense competition between similar companies. The cigarette industry is growing and becoming increasingly competitive to improve its performance. The cigarette industry significantly reduces the return on assets every year, even though the cigarette industry is a source for the government because taxes and customs are state income and accommodate a large workforce. This study aims to determine the influence of working capital, cash, and receivable turnover on profitability. Design/methodology– The type of research used is an associated method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the annual reports of cigarette sub-sector manufacturing companies going public. Samples in this study were taken from 32 companies using a purposive sampling approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data using financial report data from manufacturing companies in the cigarette industry subsectors in the 2015–2022 period. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis technique employed, while SPSS version 25 is the software used. Findings - The study results show that working capital turnover has no significant effect on profitability, cash turnover significantly affects profitability, and receivables turnover has no considerable impact on profitability.

Abstract

UMKM Yotta Indonesia is one of the businesses located in Makassar City which has a role in selling in its environment. In this study, three variables were used, namely price discounts (X1), product quality (X2) and purchase intention (Y). This study aims (1) to determine the effect of price discounts on purchase intention (2) to determine the effect of product quality on purchase intention. This type of research is a quantitative research that is descriptive in nature, which aims to describe the effect of each variable. The sample in this study were 50 respondents and this study used accidental sampling. The results of this study indicate that price discounts and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Local governments are trying to increase MSME’s income by encouraging economic growth through digital marketing. The existence of MSME’s plays a vital role in society because MSME’s greatly influence efforts to increase revenue for the community. The rapid flow of globalization has made technological developments digital, making business actors follow digital trends in response to the changing era. Many people have switched from conventional marketing to digital marketing. This situation emphasizes that business actors must optimize their marketing strategies and productivity by switching to digital marketing. Even amid many new businesses emerging, their companies can survive and grow by adopting digital marketing strategies. Based on these conditions, digital marketing training and development efforts need to be made to market unique and modern products so that they can generate more sales and be widely known to the public. The initial step taken by the community service team was to socialize the community regarding the training and development of digital marketing and strategies. Through the socialization of digital marketing, it is hoped to increase the insight of MSME’s actors about digital marketing strategies and the tools they can use.
