Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis supervisi klinis pada guru sosiologi SMA, menghasilkan model supervisi klinis berbasis pendekatan humanistik di Kab.  Jepara dan mengetahui keefektifan model. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development, yang dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap validasi. Studi pendahuluan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, angket dan observasi. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi,  sehingga menghasilkan model yang siap diuji coba. Tahap validasi dengan uji coba terbatas pretest–postest design dan uji statistik menggunakan uji willcoxon. Hasil uji coba menunjukan keefektifan supervisi, dalam mengajar sebelum perlakuan (pretest) dan setelah perlakuan (postest) atau tingkat efektifitas termasuk kategori baik dan secara statistik menunjukkan keefektifan supervisi. Nilai presentase pre-test 62,33 dan post-test 83,83 sehingga terjadi kenaikan sebesar 21,5 %.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas kinerja pengawas sekolah dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kompetensi pengawas sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi pengawas sekolah. Oleh karena itu masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi pengawas sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja pengawas. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi, yaitu dilakukan terhadap pengawas sekolah SMP/SMA/SMK di Kabupaten Demak dan Grobogan sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket skala lima kategori Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan ganda.Peningkatan kualitas kinerja pengawas sekolah dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan kompetensi pengawas sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi pengawas sekolah. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi pengawas sekolah, budaya organisasi dan motivasi pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah.Improving the quality of supervisor’s performance can be done by improving the competence of the supervisor, organizational culture and motivation of supervisor. Therefore, the central issue in this study is how much influence the school supervisor competencies, organizational culture and motivation towards instructional supervision conducted by supervisor. This study belongs to the kind of quantitative research using the survey method and descriptive analytic approach. This research is the study population, which made the school superintendent SMP / SMA / SMK Demak and Grobogan in as many as 34 people. The result of research description showed that for the data of supervision by supervisor has high category and tend to be very high category and so does supervisor’s competence, organization culture and supervisor’s motivation. The result of the research has also been able to confirm the precious theories and findings that there is significant relationship among supervisor’s competence, organization culture, and supervisor’s motivation toward supervisor’s performance. Furthermore, these findings support the theories and the previous research findings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the risk management of the Japanese language education study program at Universitas Negeri Semarang. This research approach is a qualitative approach with a case study design. data collection using structured interview methods, unstructured interviews, and document study. The results of this study indicate that the risk management carried out by the Japanese language education study program Universitas Negeri Semarang is not yet structured, but is following the directions and rules of the university. Although not yet structured, risk management that is carried out can minimize the impact of a problem that can disrupt the stability or sustainability of the study program. There are already standard rules for handling each problem and special handling in each case. Carried out very carefully so that the stability of the study program is maintained. The benefit of this research is to provide insight into risk management in the Japanese language education program Universitas Negeri Semarang to maintain the quality of graduates and the sustainability of the study program itself and can be an example of risk management in other institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision, organizational culture, and pedagogical competence on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at SMPN 1 Kaloran. Teacher performance is the result of a teacher's work or work performance based on their ability to manage teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Many factors influence teacher performance, including academic supervision, organizational culture, pedagogical competence, and work motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population is 40 teachers of SMPN 1 Kaloran. The sampling uses the total sampling method. The research instrument is a questionnaire that was first tested for reliability and validity. The data investigation for hypothesis testing adopt] path analysis and the Sobel test to investigate the mediating variable. The findings show that academic supervision, organizational culture, and pedagogical competence have a significant influence on work motivation. Teacher performance affected by academic supervision, organizational culture, and pedagogical competence, mediated by teacher work motivation. Based on these findings, teacher performance can be improved through some improvements in academic supervision, organizational culture, pedagogical competence, and work motivation.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine how teacher commitment mediates the relationship between leadership, job motivation, and professional discipline in the classroom. The success of a leader can be gauged by how well they carry out their many duties, such as making plans, enforcing those plans, and overseeing their employees. A teacher's effectiveness is influenced by their leadership, their work drive, and their dedication to their profession. This study employed a quantitative approach to research. To conduct this research, 92 educators from Temanggung district's public junior high schools participated. The data was collected using a cluster proportional sampling method. Before being employed in the study, the questionnaire underwent rigorous validity and reliability testing. Path analysis and the Sobel test were utilized to examine potential mediating variables in the data analysis for hypothesis testing. Leadership, workplace motivation, and teacher dedication were proven to have an impact on classroom performance. Leadership and employee motivation were mediated by teachers' dedication to their profession. The result is that instructor dedication to discipline can dampen the impact of the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of absorption of graduates from SMK Negeri 1 Bangsri Jepara, Department of Motorcycle Engineering and Business, who work not according to their majors. The research method used is a qualitative method and the evaluation model used in this study is the CIPP evaluation model. Data collection techniques by means of in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies. And data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification and confirmation of conclusions.Research shows that context evaluation is appropriate, as evidenced by the learning process in schools that has been fulfilled in the implementation of direct practice in the world of work. Input evaluation is appropriate as evidenced by the planning, implementation and evaluation of Industrial Work Practices. Process evaluation found that students were able to carry out the Industrial Work Practice program well, but the monitoring activities of the supervising teacher were not optimal. Product evaluation has been well demonstrated by changes in the skills of competent students after carrying out the Industrial Work Practice program.The results of the study can be concluded that the Evaluation of the Industrial Work Practice Implementation Program using the CIPP model in the Motorcycle Engineering and Business Department at SMK Negeri 1 Bangsri Jepara through the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up can provide information for improving the quality of Education in SMK.
